Always good!! The products laid out for grilling are fresh and attractively presented. The “grill master” does his best to ensure that all guests get their food quickly. The nice service lady, energetic, courteous, has her team under control, always acts guest-oriented and welcomes her regular guests very warmly!!!! The robot that brings the food to the table is accompanied by sounds from Richard Clayermann. That's very funny, as are the constant Christmas decorations. The shop definitely has its own charm and we have been coming here for years. Even if everything isn't always perfect, we always feel very comfortable. Thank you 😀😃

I'm actually not the kind of person who complains a lot or is quick to give out bad reviews. But I have to say, this is one of the worst "All Inn" restaurants I've ever eaten at. The selection was not exceptional but ok, but most of the dishes were only lukewarm. The taste was rather bland, few spices. The duck, for example, had a lot of fat or cartilage. The ice cream tasted watery. The staff was friendly and came immediately. The worst thing was the toilet facilities. They looked dirty, there was paper everywhere on the floor. A large roll of toilet paper tied to the sink with a ribbon was used to dry my hands.

Almost everything is self-service. Also get bottled drinks from the fridge yourself.

The food was mediocre but OK. The buffet counters were very old and some had rusty metal fittings, which is a no-go, especially when it comes to fresh food for the grill service. On the whole, the cleanliness of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired, starting with the dusty and sometimes excessive decoration. The sanitary facilities were a horror, both for men and women.

Unfortunately that was nothing. Of all the Asian restaurants we have ever visited, we liked the food here the worst. And that's 100% because of the sauce. Even in the malls, Asian food tastes better. There were four of us and all four of us thought the dishes were bad! The curry sauce tasted like it came from a can. The same applies to the sauce, which was served separately with the two duck dishes. The duck itself was only mediocre, as a large portion consisted of a crispy outer layer. Other restaurants can do that better. We're definitely not coming back. The female waiter wasn't particularly nice either.

So I can only recommend it, I am a regular there with my friends and we are always treated well there, the food is varied and fresh, the drinks list is large, the toilet is always clean and the general hygiene is also very clean I am totally satisfied

Review for the lunch buffet. The food just isn't particularly tasty. I also experienced many of the comments from other reviews: refilling takes time, the items are sometimes lukewarm to cool, dessert is a lot of frozen/finished food. Personally, a lot of things seemed too musty/stale or didn't taste like anything. Unfortunately, the dessert items that simply had to be taken out of the package were simply the best... Take sushi, for example: it thrives on well-seasoned sushi rice. The rice that was in here just tasted bland, like it was completely unseasoned. Otherwise the selection consisted of many "brown" dishes, fried foods. In the evening the selection is certainly larger, I can't say anything about that. I had a plate made for me on the grill, but it didn't blow me away either. The children's area is positive, it's easy to come here with children. And the delivery robot is funny too. And the drinks flat rate is of course very cool. But I don't actually go to the Asian buffet to drink unlimited Pepsi.

Good and tasty all you can eat buffet. All soft drinks and three beers are included, all other alcoholic drinks, wine and cocktails are billed separately. Personally, I recommend dining there in a smaller group, as the bill was charged during the meal, which dampens the mood a bit. Otherwise the staff is very nice. The parking situation is very good. The price-performance ratio is okay and the ambience is very pleasant and not too loud, even when the location is full.

The employees are really nice, completely different than in Wattenscheid (Asia Paradies - really bad there!) The price and drinks flat rate are great, but we're really not thrilled with the food 😖😫 You can get full but a lot of things were inedible for us. Not fresh, soggy, etc I am writing this review with no bad intentions. You received criticism from guests several times today about this. We noticed it and talked to others about it. Please take the words to heart & change something 🙏 we would love to come back!

The taste of the food was okay. Unfortunately, several orders didn't arrive or it took 90 minutes to place an order at the grill at lunchtime. Orders that were mannered were then improvised by the kitchen. Basically something different arrived than what was ordered. You could have asked again... That definitely spoiled our birthday dinner with the family. We won't do that again.

Even if communicating with some of them is a bit difficult, you get along well. Food and ambience: The atmosphere is simple but cozy. Unfortunately, I was disappointed that none of the drinks you saw in the pictures were there and it gave the impression that this had been the case for a long time. We also missed the soft ice cream machine which, according to our friends, was still there some time ago. A big problem that I see more and more often is that there are no warm plates. There is a device for this but it was off. There was nothing new about the hot dishes that we didn't already know. But you can't reinvent the wheel either 😉. Now, unfortunately, in my opinion we come to another problem, especially when it comes to hygiene and health. Mold can already be seen between the rubbers, especially with fresh foods such as fish and meat. When I washed my hands and came back up the stairs, I saw behind the empty drink crates, a lot of dirt that had fallen or been swept up, as well as plaster on the walls, which was visible to anyone who went up the stairs. This didn't look like it had fallen that day or week and if it had, I'd be worried about the house wall 😅 It's a real shame but we won't be coming here anymore.

The rooms don't necessarily look inviting, but they are apparently clean; the play area is quite greasy and unclean. The toilets don't work at all, it smells pretty bad outside and in the toilets. The selection of dishes at the "all-you-can-eat buffet" is okay, but the quality leaves a lot to be desired. Hello. We were there with 3 people for the evening buffet on a Tuesday (September 10th, 2024). The store has already changed many owners. Back when it was called Oriental Garden, it was very good for the first few years. Then unfortunately things got worse and worse and we didn't go there anymore. Now we thought that after so many years we could try again. Unfortunately we were pretty disappointed. Don't want to completely badmouth it. Some dishes were good, but nothing more. Others were not at all appealing and not tasty either. Maybe it's also a matter of taste. Duck and chicken strips were really good. Rice, fries and pasta too. But unfortunately that was it. Choice for the Mongolian grill was not good. Unfortunately, all the meat and seafood didn't look quite as fresh anymore. Everything is slightly dried. The beef was still the best. That tasted pretty good too. The starters were also just average to not so good. As I read in some reviews, the fruit wasn't nice to look at. Dried... The desserts,... well. Standard and TK goods. What was great were the drinks at All You Can Eat and Drink. Lots of choice. Even if a lot of it came from Lidl or Aldi. Still a lot of choice. The staff was mixed. Some very friendly. Unfortunately, others didn't fully understand me. Not unfriendly, but I couldn't really be helped. We all agreed that we wouldn't necessarily come back again. Too bad. But make up your own mind. We were there right after it opened, you would think that it would be replenished immediately when things were empty. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. I also have to say that the finished things tasted ok, but they didn't taste good either. But what really has to be praised is the selection of drinks that comes with the flat rate. We were there on a day when the restaurant was almost empty. Not a good idea at a buffet. It only tastes good if everything is freshly prepared, e.g. fries etc.

At the end of 2022, I chewed on several fine shards of glass, which were hidden in large numbers in the food. After I complained, they apologized, but I wasn't even offered a schnapps - and I had to pay the full price for the food. This behavior horrified me even more than the glass glitch, which is why I wrote a 1-star review. In mid-2024, Google told me it had a legal complaint, allegedly for defamation. I immediately lodged an objection with Google, naming three witnesses and the details of my card payment. Additionally, I contacted the restaurant directly. The restaurant then informed me that they had not been able to attribute the incident in question to a customer and had therefore contacted Google, and that the accusation of defamation had not come from them at all. Well: Anyone who complains to Google about a legal violation (although Google describes very precisely that a bad review alone does not constitute a legal violation) is assuming defamation in this context, even if it is not expressly mentioned. And now? The original review is back online, the restaurant repeats that it has not accused Google of “slander” and wishes me a nice weekend. Conclusion: Unfortunately, mishaps can always happen, but this restaurant reacts extremely “specially” to them, so I will definitely never eat there again.

Nice welcome, reserved table was set, service was attentive. The food buffet had an extensive selection. Plus the Mongolian grill. The selection of drinks is also very diverse. We would all like to come back there.

We have always gone to this restaurant since the first owner but now the quality has dropped very much. The first thing we handed over the fresh food for frying right at the beginning was that we got it back cold, not seasoned and not as given. The service was dissatisfied the whole time, even when you ordered something. Sushi hardly had any salmon and wasn't even refilled with fresh sushi during the entire time. The selection has become less and there is also a lot of chicken. Much less choice, poorer quality and not as tasty. Were very disappointed even though we were standard customers there.

Absolutely not recommended, €30 for that is a joke never again. It hasn't been refilled since I've been here, and the service staff doesn't understand a word of German. The fruit doesn't look fresh. Never again.

If you have small children, you can go there very well. Because it has a large play area where the children can keep themselves busy. From the age of 3, a child has to pay €6.90 for the Mother's Day buffet, and even €9.90 in the evenings and on weekends. I think that's very early. Especially since the little ones hardly ate anything. I think 4 or 5 years would be fairer. Otherwise it is absolutely family-friendly.

About the ambience: The large, otherwise very sterile dining room has been lavishly decorated to create an Asian ambience, the plastic flowers are pragmatic, practical, good. But now to the rather bad part: the food. The fact that it was partly cold and a bit dry may be due to the lateness of the buffet. But beyond that, a lot of it was either unsalted or over-salted. The sauces and the Peking soup probably came from a wholesaler's bucket. The sushi buffet was almost completely empty, what was left was rightly left out (in terms of taste). What impressed me most was the all you can eat with flat drinks. There is a wide selection of dishes, soup, salad, main courses, desserts, such as pudding and cake desserts. We were there during a European Championship game and the restaurant was quite empty. Drinks for the flat rate are taken from the refrigerators. Wine, beer and various non-alcoholic drinks. The staff were consistently friendly and cleared the table of used plates, cutlery and glasses relatively quickly. Shortly before closing time, before the buffet was cleared away, we were asked if we wanted anything else from the buffet. Which I found very positive.

I just picked up the lunch buffet from To Good to Go for 4.80 euros. I didn't like it at all, it all tastes like frying oil, which doesn't have a nice aftertaste and there's nothing seasoned. We often went out to eat there. But today for the last time. We were assigned a table and asked if we wanted to book a buffet with a flat-rate drink. Since the day was still long and we like to take our time eating, we agreed to this. My son got sick shortly after his first plate. Everyone present had just eaten a drink and a plate. I pointed this out to the staff and hoped for an amicable solution. We still had to pay the buffet price, which is what we had booked, but we were hoping for accommodation. Five drinks and 5 small plates 100€... What a shame :-(

Some of the furnishings need renovation, but the staff are very nice and accommodating. The food was dry and tough 1.5 hours after the buffet started. I've been there several times without a boss but the waiters did a pretty good job. Although the tip from the person who paid the bill wasn't much, the waiters were quite satisfied. I hope that next time I order salmon sushi, I'll give it better and not stale. Everyone else is satisfied👍

Underground. We were there just after 5:30 p.m. The food (e.g. duck, chicken) was dried out inside and out, so it had been reheated, which we saw and tasted clearly. The selection was small and the quality of the dishes was really poor, I've rarely eaten something so bad. The meat in the ready meals was so rubbery and the sauces so thick, the vegetables and mushrooms were completely mushy and soggy. That was cafeteria food at the lowest level.

Everything is very clean and tidy, the lunch buffet is plentiful and has a lot to choose from. It's just really good. We've been coming there for years and will continue to come there. I can only recommend it

There is quite tasty food here with a large selection and very friendly staff! In my opinion, the price-performance ratio is also reasonable; you can get drinks and a buffet here for just under 30 euros per person. We were here on Easter Sunday and surprisingly it wasn't that crowded, although I can imagine it could get very noisy when it gets really busy.

We had dinner here today. At the neighboring table, young people were behaving very badly; we had the feeling that they were taking drugs. Heard music on the cell phone etc. the waitress didn't care. My daughter and I were extremely disappointed. We definitely wouldn't come back!! The sushi was totally dry and definitely not fresh. Any packaged sushi from a grocery store tastes better! Some of the food was burnt and had been on display for a long time. It really wasn't attractive anymore. My little daughter didn't even eat fries and breaded chicken, and that's saying something. Dessert was packaged cake cut into pieces, mini foam kisses and rice pudding. 2 large cokes for €10.20 more expensive than the children's buffet price. I could have bought a case of Coke for that money.😔 Just a huge disappointment!

I was there for the first time yesterday. We were there the entire evening with around 20-25 people in total. At first I couldn't understand why this place was so rarely visited. As the evening progressed, it became clear to me: the food didn't taste particularly good. The sauces were very lumpy, the fried noodles had no vegetables (actually they were just spaghettis), the Peking soup was very watery and sour. The shrimp chips were sooooo dry, as if they had been there for 3 days. Some of the fruit was very mushy and didn't look fresh. The buffet sometimes smelled a bit unpleasant, at one point it was so extreme that I had to hold my breath. Very funny. The baked banana and roasted duck were delicious. The two chocolate fountains were good. Sanitary facilities also ok. For me, another visit is definitely out of the question.

Food is very cold and tastes very bad. With two people it costs about 33.00 euros (with two glasses of cola) at lunchtime. It's not as cheap as other restaurant. That's why it would be better to visit another good restaurant than to spend lunch here. Taste and atmosphere are bad.

It's okay for all you can eat... it's not great right on a main street, but that certainly has a financial advantage as the restaurant is clearly visible and therefore well attended... the freshly prepared cuisine is top and that's with the robot I have a contemporary purchase.. cool idea..

The restaurant is very large and clean. Our waitress was super nice and in a very good mood. The food, a 3-course menu, Peking duck, was super tasty and plentiful. Especially the dip in the peppers... leeeeeecker. All 3 courses were prepared with a lot of love. We ate it the next day. I can recommend this restaurant with a clear conscience.

We wanted to eat there with a larger family for a family celebration, but that has now been done for us.

At the beginning you smile in a friendly manner, at the end if you don't leave a tip you are treated like air! If the customer can't do math, then the women who work there can't, just deducted €12 and in the end be so ungrateful and not say goodbye, bottomless impudence! Dear owner, for me it's not about the cost of the buffet but about the change. I had to pay a total of €43.40 and gave the colleague €100 40 cents, she asked me to give another €10 because she didn't have the right amount She gave me change of €55 instead of €67, but it doesn't matter now, all I care about is that the other customers count again what their colleagues give back as change. What I didn't do as a customer and gave them €12 (change).

Staff friendly, that's why one star. The food and selection was subpar. We didn't like it. Some food was too spicy, floury and cold. Buffet very tight. It takes time for everything to be refilled. We were there on New Year's Eve. We liked it better in another buffet restaurant. Once and never again.

A very nice Chinese restaurant. The food is delicious, the buffet is extensive and leaves little to be desired for me. Due to the sheer size of the restaurant, the atmosphere is not as intimate as it would be in a smaller restaurant.

I can only advise everyone against it! We were given a Grupon voucher for Peking duck. When we wanted to redeem this, we reserved the table by phone a week in advance, as requested by the restaurant, and mentioned that we had a Groupon voucher, which was not explained in more detail. When we arrived at the restaurant, we asked about the voucher again, which was accepted again but not questioned further. We took a table, ordered drinks and received them - we then kindly asked the waitress what the Groupon's selection of dishes was like. When she first wanted to know which Groupon it was, the hammer came. She replied to us rudely and impudently that we should have said on the phone that it was Peking duck because there were a lot of Groupons (which you simply can't know if you were given the voucher as a gift!). She put the entire blame on us and emphasized 5-6 times that we should have said "Peking Duck" (we weren't even asked about it over the phone!). There was no concession on their part, so our only option was to go to the buffet for just under €30 per person - no thanks! We will no longer set foot in this store and will also cancel the Groupon.

The food from the buffet was lukewarm, and the freshly fried ones weren't very hot either. Ambience is not too Asian.

I have never seen a more unfriendly restaurant and unfriendly employees. I just asked a nice question and wanted to know if you could order something on hand because you're in a hurry and can't find anything else to eat in the area. You were then greeted in an unfriendly manner and were no longer taken seriously. People started making phone calls while they were in the middle of a conversation and they turned their backs as if I were less important than other guests in the case, even though I was waiting at reception for someone to help me

Das Essen war kalt und nicht gewürzt. Das Obst sah nicht mehr frisch aus hatte braune stellen. Die Kellnerin hat sehr genau aufgepasst wieviel alkoholische Getränke man nimmt, da man nur zwei alkoholische Getränke pro Person trinkt darf. Preis liegt schlecht. Einmal und nie wieder!!!

Sehr mäßig... Ich würde es sogar eher als grottenschlecht bezeichnen.. Wenig Geschmack, alles schmeckte gleich oder es fehlte Salz... Auswahl fand ich auch nicht berauschend... Die Garnelen am Buffet waren ungenießbar und fast roh, das Sushi hatte harten Reis... Ich dachte beim Kauen des Sushi-Lachses an eine Gräte im Mund... .Das war ekelhaft.. Obst war matschig und die Banane sah aus wie schon einmal gegessen... Der einzige Lichtblick war das selbst gekochte Essen und der Schoko Brunnen.. Wir waren 10 Mädels und kommen definitiv ALLE nicht wieder... Die Bedienung war jedenfalls nicht unfreundlich..

Das Buffet ist nicht zu empfehlen. Wenig Auswahl und minderwertige Qualität. Da gibt es für den Preis bedeutend bessere Anbieter.

Abzocke es wird nicht vorher bescheid gegeben dass man auch für das Abendbuffet zahlt wenn man noch nach 17 Uhr dort sitzt obwohl nichts gegessen wurde 20 Euro für nichts mehr gezahlt das zweite Mal Durchfall und Übelkeit nach dem Essen

Wir waren an einem Samstag Abend spontan in diesem Restaurant essen. Die Bedienung war freundlich und da es doch sehr leer war, war es angenehm ruhig. Man konnte eine Getränkeflat wählen, die für uns aber nicht in Frage kam. Auf unsere bestellten Getränke müssten wir einige Zeit warten. Die Bedienung war danach auch nicht mehr gesehen. Man hatte den Eindruck, dass sie sich nur mit Gästen auskannte, die eine Getränkeflat buchen. Nun zum Essen: Das Buffet war abgeräumt, unansehnlich und nicht appetitlich. Stellenweise waren die Speisen nicht beschriftet, so das man nicht erkennen konnte was es sein sollte. Das Buffet am mongolischen Grill war ausreichend bestückt. Leider war das zubereiten und anschließende servieren nicht koordiniert. Wir haben gleichzeitig unsere Teller abgegeben und haben sie zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten bekommen. Einer von uns hat aus lauter Verzweiflung 4 Teller zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten zum Grill gestellt und hat sie alle gleichzeitig nach 30 Minuten durch den Bedienroboter gebracht bekommen. Dieser Bedienroboter ist für Kinder ein Highlight, für Erwachsene, denen das Essen damit serviert wird, ein Graus. Kinder springen um den Roboter herum und fassen die Teller an. Genauso Erwachsene, die den richtigen Teller suchen. Das sollte geändert werden. Geschmacklich fanden wir alle die Speisen nicht lecker. Unser Fazit: Nie wieder werden wir dieses Restaurant besuchen.
