It was our first time there and certainly not the last time! The service is extremely attentive and friendly without being intrusive. We received a very warm welcome and were served quickly throughout. All service staff have a smile on their faces. The food is high quality and very tasty. The sushi is excellent, the fried fish very well seasoned and just right. The ice cream also tastes very good! The selection is very large, so there is something for every taste. Vegan dishes are specially marked. Ordering via tablet is easy and super intuitive. Small candles are placed on the tables and care is taken to ensure that soy sauce, wasabi and ginger are available at all times. We are completely satisfied, the price-performance ratio is more than fair and we would like to come back!

Visited sushi restaurant for the first time and tried All You Can eat. All the employees were very friendly, super fast and accommodating. Ordering is done via tablet, you get 15 rounds with 10 items each, a total sitting time of 2.5 hours is allowed. To be honest, you simply can't do more than round 3 with two people. Sushi was fresh and good but not perfect. At the end we unexpectedly received a plum wine on the house to take away.

A fantastic sushi evening – highly recommended! My best friend and I went here for the first time yesterday and we absolutely loved it. The evening was simply a success! We were warmly greeted as soon as we entered, and the staff looked after us warmly throughout the evening. We immediately felt welcome and were able to really enjoy the relaxed, pleasant atmosphere. The food was the highlight of the evening: the sushi selection was large, and every roll was freshly prepared and beautifully presented. The taste was simply heavenly – the sushi completely impressed us both! We particularly noticed the combinations and freshness of the ingredients. Overall, a wonderful evening! We will definitely come back and can recommend this sushi shop to anyone who values ​​quality, good service and a pleasant atmosphere.

Disaster!!! you wait too long for an order to come, and that's a small amount, then wait again, even though you order 4 varieties at once, they come one at a time, 5 minutes apart, so. Service zero, then the waiter says to every customer "we're sorry for the delay", with 25 euros/person, it's just a waste of money. Small selection of food even... They just put you in a bad mood.

Update Saturday, November 9th, 2024: As former regular customers, we actually never wanted to eat here again (see old review below). However, by chance we found out that the Yasaki had a new owner and the new reviews sounded promising. Since we always liked staying at Yasaki and it's conveniently located for us, we tried it again on a Saturday lunchtime. And what can I say, it's like it used to be again. Very friendly and fast service staff and a really nice boss. Everyone took great care of their guests, we will definitely be happy to come back. The quality of the food and the quantity was great, the price-performance ratio is also ok. It was cleared quickly and new orders for the all-you-can-eat came very quickly. The map has been meaningfully revised; There is (unfortunately) no more Peking soup, but there is a lot more choice for dessert. Be sure to try the banana with coconut and kiwi sauce ;-) The selection of main courses at lunchtime has become better than before. **************** Old review from the previous owner (approx. 8 months old): We are actually regular customers at Yasaki and regularly come by at least once a month. Unfortunately, we experienced such a failure there last weekend that we can no longer recommend the restaurant. Service and order acceptance were a complete disaster, everything that could go wrong simply went wrong. The waitresses didn't speak a word of German, didn't understand anything and constantly brought the wrong drinks or didn't bring anything at all. The red wine was cold like an iced drink, the white wine was warm. The requested cutlery was thrown onto the table by the service staff (!). To eat: The food was good as always, but unfortunately it didn't come. Instead of a large plate of sushi with over 20 pieces, there was only one nigiri. For 4 people. Other courses that were ordered were simply canceled or only arrived after waiting for over an hour. There were no excuses. In the end, the entire time available for orders (2.5 hours) had expired. We actually ate for 2 people but paid for 4 people. Far less than half of our orders arrived, probably only a third. There was no discount or at least a drink on the house. I have never experienced anything like this in my entire life. Yasaki is an example of how much a restaurant depends on good and, above all, sufficient staff. Even good cuisine can't change that. Very unfortunate.

My wife and I were here twice yesterday. The cellar saw us coming in the pouring rain and immediately held the door open for us😃 Service was great. It felt like every 10 minutes someone came to our table and asked if everything was ok. 👌 Ordering is done via tablet here. We paid 25.90 per person for the evening buffet. The food was really great. I didn't feel this Chinese mass processing here in any way. We'll be back.😊

The food is always hot and fresh. There is no caustic large buffet atmosphere in the store itself. The fortune cookies are brought to the table when you pay - luck comes to the guest. The positive reviews can't be real! We waited forever for our food only to receive an incorrect order. I then called, but the lady suddenly couldn't speak a single sentence of German. So really not a single one. Then they just hung up. On the second call there was a man who I asked if he spoke German, which he said yes, but after describing all the errors in the order he didn't understand anything either. Absolutely not recommended. Food isn't particularly great either. First and last time.

Das Yasaki bietet Sushivarianten, japanische Klassiker, wie etwa Gyoza, an. Erweiter ist das Angebot durch weitere Klassiker der asiatischen, bzw, chinesichen Küche. Ein äusserst fair kalkuliertes all-you-can eat-Angebot, bei dem über Tablets bestellt wird. Klar, mit den Top Sushis, die in Düsseldorf angeboten werden, kann das Yasaki bei dem Preisniveau nicht mithalten. Aber mit dem Anspruch wird da auch niemand hingehen. Das Restaurant ist sehr sauber, das Personal durch die Bank so aufmerksam, wie freundlich. Das, was dort aus der Küche für den kleinen Preis geboten wird, verwundert mich jedes mal aufs Neue! Wer gern Sushi mag, asiatische Küche mag, der wird hier voll umfänglich auf seine Kosten kommen! Das Beste - die Bestellungen werden zubereitet, wenn sie gemacht werden. Asiatischen Buffets, bei denen nicht abserhbar ist, wie lange die Speisen im Buffet rum liegen oder wie oft die nachgefüllt wurden, sind für mich ein absolutes NO GO. Gestern sind wir dort kurzfristig zum Mittagessen aufgeschlagen - vor der Tür unsagbare 32 Grad und schwül, im Restaurant hat die Klimaanlage für eine sehr angenehme Temperatur gesorgt, ohne das Zug dabei entsand - was ein Service. :-) Die einzige Kritik ist die nervige Hintergrundbeschallung mit der schlimmsten und dudeligsten Popmusik. Das ist aber so unterschwellig, dass ich den Punkt nicht in meine Bewertung einfliessen lasse. Wir kommen sehr gerne und ganz bestimmt wieder.

We chose the all you can eat buffet. The concept of ordering via tablet is well known. The selected dishes were served promptly by the friendly service staff and the empty plates were also cleared away. The Nigris and California Rolls could have been more bite-sized. The hot dishes were okay. What was less nice were the flies around us and the fact that there was no soap in the toilet.

Even better after the change of ownership!!! We have enjoyed eating here before, but not only the food and price, but also the service is unbeatable!
