Kaiser - Buffet in Rheine

Price / performance perfect, very good and recommended, we were there 3 times and always TOP. The staff is super accommodating and very good in service, at the same time the employees and owners provide a very good atmosphere with perfect Asian buffet cuisine. We'd love to come back.

Unfortunately, a lot of things haven't been refilled.

Never again ! Food is simply miserable, we had something fried completely burned and twice in a row. Every meal from the buffet simply has no taste, either spicy or salty or just like nothing. For the price (56€) for 2 people you could rather go to a nice restaurant. We have been lying flat since our visit to this restaurant. It's not worth a visit.

Very good Chinese restaurant! Great selection! and most importantly the food is hot!! I've eaten in this restaurant many times and can't confirm the negative reviews (but everyone sees it differently, that's everyone's right!) For me personally, it was my regular Chinese and I'm happy to drive 44 kilometers for it! Price performance is definitely unbeatable! Lunch buffet including drinks for 18 euros, evening buffet 28 euros including Mongolian Teppanyak and drinks. Sunday happy hour 11:30 a.m.-5 p.m. for 25 euros! Of course you can also order A-La-Card food! The staff are very friendly and happy to help if needed!

Not recommended, very expensive and not worth the diarrhea Parking lot absolutely overcrowded, we had to park on the street 300 meters away. Selection was good. We were there with 4 people and we all had extreme stomach problems while eating so that it was not possible to finish the dishes. The rush on the toilet suggests that we weren't the only ones struggling to eat. Since we were all feeling so badly and didn't feel like discussing it, we simply paid and left. On the way back we stopped at the hospital to get checked. The service itself was positive, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Absolute canteen character! The floor at the buffet was totally dirty for over 2 hours, unbearable noise in the restaurant, service = zero, as even the drinks are self-service. Waiters clear tables with huge plastic boxes, which were then dragged all over the restaurant floor instead of carrying them or to use a cart. Waiters wear sweatpants, clear dishes without even asking if everything was tasty...complete disaster The buffet was not refilled despite repeated requests...even though it was still open for 2 hours Unfortunately the food from the grill was burnt Rarely have I entered such a bad store

Beautiful Asian buffet with Mongolian grill for personal creations. Almost all drinks are included and for a reasonably priced course. Very nice and helpful service, and the furniture is in good condition. Gladly again!

Very popular. Booking a table in advance on public holidays makes sense. The food is always served afterwards. It tastes very good. The service is very friendly.

Was tasty and good Was always cleared out But it wasn't that clean

Some of the food wasn't very warm. Instead, freshly prepared food in the usual quality. For the money, all you can eat including all you can drink you really can't complain.

Too open, because everyone can automatically look at each other's plates, which is often very unappetizing, since at the time we were there there were a lot of guests who didn't know any manners and were lying at the table (elbows on the table or "in the basement", smacking their lips, Drooling, etc.)... Very unsavory. Even looking away doesn't help. Too much background noise when it's full. The range leaves a lot to be desired and often something is empty that is not refilled or is refilled far too late. When it comes to ice cream, the water for the cutlery to get out the ice cream balls is not changed every now and then, so you lose your appetite for ice cream. The toilets aren't really clean, so it's better to ignore it. Never again. Then rather Mongolia at the cinema.

As always, the food was fresh, good and tasty.

Unfortunately it has become really expensive at €28. It's a shame I always liked going there because the food is really great, but as a family of four it's now a real luxury.

I gave it 2 stars for the atmosphere. On Saturday evening there are many families with children. Very noisy. What does an adult need? I think calm. The food is ok. You can eat well like this. There is a large selection of food.

Not always full, not loud, very comfortable, 2 beers are included. I ate so much I couldn't walk straight. But please, don't have more eyes than your stomach, take what you can eat and if you're not sure then go to the buffet a second time and get food again... It's a good thing that the Musl**s don't like Asian food that much :) there are almost only Germans there...perfect.

Were there again for the first time in a long time. We were very disappointed. The food was cold to lukewarm. There are ready meals there (frozen pizza). And the taste just faded away. We're definitely not coming back! A pity.

Hello, I would like to tell you about my visit to the Kaiser Buffet. It is a very large restaurant with an impressive variety of dishes. However, I have to say that the rush of many hungry people means that things are quite hectic there. So if you're looking for a cozy atmosphere, this restaurant might not be the best choice. Overall I enjoyed the food, there was a large selection available. However, I have to admit that there are definitely restaurants that offer higher quality food. The price per person of just under €30 may seem a bit high at first glance, but all drinks are included in the price, apart from alcoholic drinks. The first beer or glass of wine is included, but you have to pay extra for additional drinks. As for the toilets, I think they could be a bit more comfortable and modern, but they still serve their purpose. Overall I would give Kaiser Buffet 3 stars and I am sure I will come back to eat with you in the future. Thank you for your attention and kind regards

Food is very good. The service is also satisfactory. But for me that's not an option with the huge window. I don't like it when you can watch everything from outside.

Unfortunately the quality is declining, for example I really enjoyed eating the peanut sauce there, but now it is so diluted with water that you can give it as a gift. I don't understand why people save money on something like this. If things become more expensive then add 1€ to it, but the quality doesn't go down

It's been a long time since I've eaten there again. I have to say, I have rarely eaten so badly. The food was cold, regardless of the dish. The meat was dry from lying around. 27 € for an all you can eat isn't really expensive, I didn't have high expectations but it should be of a certain standard. The dishes you could take yourself were broken or dirty. Sometimes even with hair in between. That doesn't make a particularly good impression. I won't be coming back!

Many different dishes that are well seasoned. Shrimp/scampis are now rare in the buffet, but there are plenty of shrimp. The Eight Treasures are recommended, the beef is very tender. Most likely marinated in starch and spices beforehand. You can drink as much non-alcoholic drink as you like and 1 alcoholic drink per person. Overall, in my opinion, it is the most relaxed place to have a good, Asian, family-style meal in Rheine.

The buffet is very rich and is replenished quickly. Drinks are included in the price, great with children. The staff is friendly. Unfortunately it has something of a canteen feel to it.

Staff was very friendly. We were all full :-) I think it's very cool that you now have a flat rate for drinks. Cola/Fanta/Sprite/Mezzo/water etc. fresh in the bottle. I just didn't like the coffee machine. There was somehow dry sugar in the cappuccino, although I always like to drink sugar-free. The buffet was extensive and there was something for everyone. The fried noodles, the baked milk and the ice cream stand with a chocolate fountain are particularly delicious. Good address for family celebrations.

We were there spontaneously on February 15th to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We were served very friendly by the young gentleman. He was also very patient and explained to our children. An enrichment for the service in the catering industry! The only criticisms were that it was quite dark (poorly lit) and the food was OK, not particularly special but understandable at the buffet. We'll definitely come back. :)

Doesn't suit my taste at all! I chose the lunch buffet. The number and selection of dishes was okay. However, these were lukewarm at most, some were quite fatty, some were very thick. I don't need this again and can't recommend it!

Yesterday we had dinner there with the whole family for our father-in-law's anniversary. It was a complete disaster. No matter what you put on your plate, the food was cold or just lukewarm. The waitress walked around with a cell phone in her hand the whole time instead of taking care of the guests. Since it was only 7 degrees outside at that time yesterday, I would have expected that there would have been heating in the restaurant. It was so cold that none of the family took off their jackets. All in all it was more of a bad joke than a nice, delicious, cozy family celebration... Thank you never again!!!

Absolute chaos never again the food disaster. Drinks delivered incorrectly, waited another half hour (alcoholic drinks). The duck just fat the calamari all stick together. Nothing was cleaned up at the buffet. Everything tastes the same. Very often you had to speak to the waitress because there was nothing left. Never again, especially for the price of €28. Oh yeah and sat on the toilet all night until the next 10am and it wasn't over yet.

Well, the food doesn't taste delicious, it's cold, sticky and always empty. Way too expensive for the quality. Ambiance is nice though! In general you can say better than nothing

Absolute catastrophe. The last time I was there was in 2016 and the food was much better! I've never eaten so badly. The food was cold, the bones were hard and only tasted like fat. To pay such a price for such a bad meal is a complete impudence! The cleanliness also left a lot to be desired. Pigs smooth. Definitely never again! Vomiting and stomach cramps were included as an extra for free! The only positive thing was the nice young gentleman who explained the drinks to us.

The first and last time in this restaurant. I've never eaten at such a bad Chinese restaurant in my life! Duck hard as a rock you could kill someone with, plus it has a rancid, fatty taste. Simply disgusting. Stomach pain is the order of the day afterwards!!!

Well...one like everyone else now. Unfortunately, there are hardly any nice little Asian restaurants anymore...and it feels like the same thing is on offer everywhere. The atmosphere there is big and loud, you don't have much space for yourself when it's crowded. There's hardly any Asian among the wait staff... you feel more like you're in one of the big fast food chains. The food is okay, but often not hot. Plus it could really be seasoned better. As far as I'm concerned, I don't visit the Kaiserbuffet or any of the other large Asian buffet stores and only go there when invited by others. I really miss the old cozy Chinese restaurants.

Wir gehen immer wieder gerne zum Mittagsbuffett mit der ganzen Familie. Lecker, abwechslungsreich und vielfältig, da bleiben keine Wünsche offen

Das Essen und die Auswahl ist absolut in Ordnung und es ist für jeden immer etwas dabei. Auch wenn einem die mongolische Küche nicht gefällt, gibt es andere Möglichkeiten wie Pommes, Nuggets, Reis, Nudeln :-) Am Wochenende war es jedoch extrem voll, so dass es meiner Meinung nach schon unangenehm war. Es haben sich richtige Schlangen am Buffet gebildet (extrem lange Wartezeit), so dass man überhaupt nicht die Möglichkeit hatte, für nur 1 Speise dazwischen zu kommen. Somit musste man sich brav vorne anstellen, obwohl meine Speise ganz am Ende war :-(. Die Zubereitung am Grill hat dementsprechend auch lange gedauert, so dass ich mir schon was fertiges auf den Teller geholt habe und nach 30 min. als der gegrillte Teller kam, satt war :-). Gut finde ich das, wie es mit den Getränken geregelt ist. Hinter dem Buffet stehen viele Kühlschränke, in denen flaschenweise Getränke zur Selbstbedienung stehen. Von Wasser bis hin zum Energy. Im Großen und Ganzen daher absolut in Ordnung!!!

Es ist ein klassisches All-you-can-eat-Restaurant. Kulinarisch kein Highlight. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Getränke-Flat für nicht alkoholische Getränke die im Buffetpreis enthalten ist. Zwei alkoholische Getränke (Bier) sind ebenfalls enthalten.

Naja, Essen Standart. Immer sehr laut und ungemütlich. Es gibt schon einiges was man verbessern könnte. Dafür ist der Preis ok.

Ein chinesisches Restaurant mit Buffet wie man sie kennt. Aber dann doch eine größere Auswahl und Getränke in Preis inbegriffen und das für 24 Euro. Das passt und wer hier hungrig raus geht ist selbst schuld. Ich komme gerne wieder

Wir sind hier noch nie enttäuscht worden. Immer wieder sehr sehr gutes Essen! Heute waren wir wieder einmal hier und waren leider sehr enttäuscht. Das Tempuragemüse war teilweise sehr hart und ohne Geschmack. Die überbackenen Muscheln trocken. Viele leere Behälter, die nur sehr langsam wieder aufgefüllt wurden. Wir werden wieder kommen, in der Hoffnung dass es wie früher wird.

Essen ist sehr gut und schmeckt. Angebot ist reichlich und wird ständig aufgefüllt. Personal ist freundlich. Gemütlich und ruhig essen war nicht möglich, da sehr gut besucht und die Lautstärke der Gäste war schon grenzwertig. Preis/Leistung ist sehr gut.

Sehr lecker hier, fahren gerne bisl weiter für das Angebot des Buffets. Allerdings sollte man sich zum Wochenende aufjedenfall frühzeitig einen Tisch reservieren sonst hat man Pech weil es dann wirklich voll werden kann.

Essen öfters hier, aber immer Buffet. Sehr gut für größere, aber auch kleinere Gruppen oder auch nur zur Zweit. Es gibt eine gute Auswahl im Abend und Mittagsbuffet, Salatbar, leckere Cocktails, Kaffeevollautomat und leckere Kuchendesserts, mit Eis und Schokobrunnen. Das frisch grillen lassen von Fleisch und Gemüse ist auch super und unkompliziert. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und reagiert schnell auf Unannehmlichkeiten wie kalte Buffetspeise (technisch bedingt) oder Wünschen z.B. Flaschenkühler für mitgebrachte Spirituosen + Pinchen (mitbringen kostet, ist aber ok und verständlich) Reservierung ist unkompliziert und simpel. Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal. Werden immer wieder gerne kommen. Ambiente ist hübsch mit Aquarium.

Gutes leckeres Essen und das All you can drink ist echt geile Sache. Netter Service und gute Auswahl von huhn bis Känguru alles vorhanden.

Super leckeres und sehr reichhaltiges Buffett. Wenn es voll ist, was es zumindest am Wochenende meistens ist, ist es sehr laut. Immer wieder gerne - freundliches Personal.

Das Essen ist echt klasse und alkoholfreie Getränke sind inklusive. Das Servicepersonal war sehr nett und das sehr reichhaltige und frische Buffet ein Traum.

Das Essen ist in Ordnung. Was mir überhaupt nichts gefallen hat das ist die Sauberkeit. Die Gläser sind schmierig und klebrig. Mein Kind hat sich ein Glas genommen da war sogar noch von vorherigen Lippenstift drauf einfach erklingt. Allgemein fehlt an Hygiene.

Riesen Auswahl, hier gibt es für fast jeden was.! Es gibt immer wieder verschiedene Gerichte die man ausprobieren und neu kombinieren kann. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, die einen immer mit einem Lächeln bedienen. Die Deko ist leider immer die gleiche, aber das tut dem Essen nicht schlechtes. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist hier Top.!!!
