Room completely outdated and mold everywhere in the bathroom.

We held our graduation party as the class of 2025 from the Kopernikus-Gymnasium at this venue with very high expectations, as previous classes had already celebrated there. Unfortunately, we were bitterly disappointed. Without warning, the music and lights were simply turned off at 2:00 a.m., even though an open-ended party had been agreed upon. The bar also closed at 2:30 a.m., and no more drinks were served, even though the drinks had been paid for in advance using tokens. Neither the green nor the pink tokens purchased later could be redeemed, and a refund was initially not possible. Such behavior is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful to paying guests. The organizer hid instead of speaking to us or the guests. Her only response was: "The cash register is in the back and will remain closed." Only after numerous guests had complained massively was the cash register brought out, but even then the response was unfriendly and irritated. Added to this was the behavior of the security, who kicked us out at 3:00 a.m., which was also unnecessarily harsh and rude. The venue itself had potential, but the service was chaotic, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Communication errors, poor planning, and the completely inappropriate treatment of our guests ruined the evening. I can only advise everyone: Please find a more reliable venue for important events. This one failed completely and ruined a momentous day for many of us.

Kopi 2025's prom was terrible, and the music was turned off at 2 a.m. Better not book. Absolutely cheeky.

We booked the venue for our prom, and it was a complete disaster. The music was turned off at 2 a.m., and everyone was kicked out at 3 a.m., even though it was clearly stated that the venue was open-ended. Most of the remaining drink tokens couldn't be exchanged, and the security was extremely rude. It's also extremely hot inside, and the food tastes just as bad. Overall, find another venue.

We were there for a prom, so I'm only reviewing the location and the service. It was very warm in the rooms. Drinks were sold very well and quickly, considering the number of guests. The food was served buffet-style, and tables were escorted to the buffet one at a time. There was hardly any waiting time, and the food was plentiful, somewhat simple, but still good. The tables were cleared regularly. The atmosphere was very good. The location was well suited to the event.

It was a very nice company party and there was delicious food and there was a lot going on with colleagues

We went to the Salvator Evening, an absolute must in Rheine. Always my pleasure.

The treatment session was good.

Die Schlagerpartys sind der Knaller dort es lohnt sich immer wieder hinzugehen

Kein Internet, bin beim Fünften Pils und immernoch kein essen. Gute laune aber immerhin

Sehr freundlich und nette Bedienung

Wir haben dort zum dritten Mal den Silvesterabend verbracht und es war super. Das Essen war sehr großzügig, sehr lecker und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Das Personal total freundlich und die Musik klasse. Leider fand ich ab 1 Uhr nachts die Musik nicht mehr tanzbar. Aber das hängt bestimmt mit meinem Alter zusammen, 56 Jahre, denn es waren noch sehr viele junge Leute am Tanzen. Wäre gerne noch länger geblieben, aber nur sitzen und quatschen wollte ich auch nicht. Jedoch war ich trotzdem sehr begeistert von diesem Abend. Wie gesagt, wegen der Musik zu späterer Stunde muss ich einen Punkt abziehen

Die Bedienung für Getränke an den Tischen war nicht besonders.

Nettes inhabergeführtes Hotel mit großen Zimmern im rustikalen Landhausstil. Alles recht neuwertig. Schickes Restaurant mit guter Karte. Kleines Schwimmbad und Sauna sind auch vorhanden.

Gutes Event-Haus. Nette Bedienungen.
