We stayed at the guesthouse for two nights and really enjoyed it. The large room in the attic was very cozy (and clean) and lovingly furnished; like the entire establishment - with a rustic pub next to it that has a great selection of beer and whiskey. The whole thing is looked after by very attentive and friendly innkeepers. And all for an absolutely fair price. I would have liked to stay...

We were a little overwhelmed by the Christmas Market crowds so we looked for a place to sit and have a drink before we left Cologne. The Copper Pot was perfect! Kind of tucked away, it was just what I needed. The beer was good and reasonably priced, the service was fast and friendly. I loved the decor and photos on the walls. Totally recommend this little Irish pub!

Restaurant with a cozy pub atmosphere. The pub has been a permanent address in Jülich for 28 years. Guinness and Kilkenny are served alongside Kölsch and Pilsner, and recently also their own ale. In the whiskey shelf you will find a good selection even beyond the well-known brands. The kitchen is small so there are fixed dishes depending on the day, for example ribs on Wednesdays and usually burgers on other days. There can also be days with wings or prawns. The food tastes good and goes well with the pub. The staff is friendly and attentive. The interior is rustic and cozy, some of the seating inside has been created with beer tent sets.

We only drank the very good beer. So I can't say anything about the food.

Amazingly friendly. One of the best pints of Guinness outside of Ireland. Charlie and his staff can't do enough to make you feel welcome will definitely be back.

Found it completely by chance and was pleasantly surprised! Nice little shop, if all the tables are occupied it's probably very tight. There is so much to look at, the collected metal signs, old advertising posters, old hand tools, etc., that it is quite overloaded. Very tasty food, sometimes different dishes than the usual, great selection of beer.

We reserved the darts there and played for a few hours, the food was great and the service, a young lady with dark hair, was so great! Very accommodating, relaxed, funny, created a great atmosphere and always made sure we had everything. And the dude behind the counter was also very friendly and knew the taste of beer (the lady too). The only thing I would like to mention: please get a set of new steel darts

The place is great to spend with friends and meet people, I recommend it ⭐🤙
