Absolutely recommended, it's worth eating there several times.

We were thrilled with our visit to the Thousand and One Nights Restaurant in Düsseldorf! The quality of the food was excellent – ​​authentic Persian dishes prepared with a lot of love. The rice with saffron and barberries, the perfectly seasoned meat skewers and the grilled tomatoes were particularly delicious. The atmosphere in the restaurant was warm and inviting, and the service was extremely friendly and attentive. Every bite made us feel like we were entering another world. If you love Persian cuisine or want to get to know it, you should definitely try this restaurant. We'll definitely be back!

Unfortunately only mediocre, neither extremely positive nor negative. The buffet was ok. Some “love” was missing from the one-pot meals. The taste was unfortunately bland, which is otherwise not the case. The service was very nice, but didn't come by to ask if something was missing - I also thought it was a shame because there is certainly more to be achieved here overall. It is a bit out of the way and there is limited parking. To introduce someone who doesn't know Persian cuisine to it, I would make a different choice.

The food is top and offers a taste explosion. We were traveling with a group of culinary mixed people: vegans, vegetarians and omnivores. Everyone got their money's worth without having to go without. The service is great. Everyone is nice and the atmosphere is really cozy and nice. We'd love to come back.

Worth the trip – the best Persian food ever! We drove from Wuppertal to Neuss today to try out this restaurant and it was more than worth it! From the first second we felt welcome - the atmosphere is small but clean and the hospitality is simply warm. The food was an absolute highlight. The dishes were authentic, prepared with love and full of flavor. The tender meat, the perfectly seasoned rice dishes and the fresh side dishes were simply to die for. We were particularly impressed by the saffron rice and the homemade sauces! You can feel that a lot of value is placed on quality and tradition here. This trip was really worth it and we will definitely come back. An absolute recommendation for anyone who loves Persian food or wants to get to know it!

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. Because of the many good reviews, we were really looking forward to dinner here. Unfortunately, one of the dishes we wanted to order wasn't available despite the very small menu and the food itself didn't blow us away either. Two thirds of it was just rice. The small bowl of sauce, vegetables and lamb served with it could have used a little more spices and the lamb could have been a little more generous (there were only 5 small cubes in the bowl). Unfortunately, the seating situation was very cramped and you had to move the chair every now and then to let other guests through. The staff wasn't particularly friendly either, always seemed a bit disinterested and not particularly attentive. It was worth a try but we won't eat here again.

Super friendly owners, great interior and tasty food. The menu is a bit too meat-heavy and not particularly varied but the prices are reasonable.

The Persian food and the pizzas are both very tasty. Price performance is fair.
