Big Mom's deletes reviews you don't like!!!! I had a 3 star review where I wrote something positive and gave constructive criticism. Now legal action has been taken against it and the review has been taken offline because of “defamation”. Take a look at the reviews, only 4-5 stars, that's just fake. Even the best store sometimes has 1-3 star reviews. Instead of deleting reviews, you should simply be more honest and open to criticism. I wanted to come back again, but definitely not after the event!

Unfortunately, we were freezing in the shop that evening. The food was good, but unfortunately the fried food was not crispy, but wobbly. The rest of the food was good though. Service was okay. The atmosphere and cleanliness were good.

Unfortunately a little short of staff for a full house

We were there for the buffet. The food was excellent. The wings and ribs were tender, the burgers were juicy and there was a wide selection of side dishes. The buffet was filled up very quickly and you never had to wait long. The whole place is decorated in a western style and everything from the menu to the drinks to the decoration is very harmonious.

Casual restaurant, great ambience, nice staff and super delicious food. It doesn't matter what you order because everything is delicious there! Absolute recommendation!!!
