I ate the hot dog, which was good in itself, the bread, the cheese sauce but only the sausage and cheese sauce were missing. The ambience looks good but the toilet was right where the door was open and it smelled.

The place has been well designed and you feel extremely comfortable. The workers are great too.

I was really disappointed with my visit to this store. The food doesn't taste good at all - it seems carelessly prepared and has no freshness or quality. In addition, the ingredients are obviously not fresh, which only reinforces the bad impression. In addition, the prices are completely overpriced - absolutely not justified for what you get here. Choice is also a big problem: there are hardly any dishes to choose from, which makes the whole thing even more frustrating. Unfortunately, for this price and this quality, I cannot recommend the store at all. It's a shame, but I definitely won't go here again.

I was thrilled with my visit to Bang Bang in Cologne! The Philly Cheesesteak is an absolute highlight – tender meat, creamy cheese and perfectly balanced sauces. The Bang Bang shrimp are also a real insider tip. The atmosphere is unique. The service was super friendly and attentive. Price-performance ratio is absolutely right here. If you like American comfort food, you should definitely stop by. I'll definitely be back!

We went to Bang Bang in Cologne for the first time last Saturday and I have to say, I don't understand the hype at all. It was very busy, so we had to wait a bit - that was absolutely fine given the rush. But the quality of the food was really disappointing, especially for the prices. The food seemed bland and rather below average, which doesn't do justice to the high price-performance ratio. The hygiene also left a lot to be desired: the toilets and seating areas were anything but clean, and the surfaces where you can eat were apparently only minimally wiped down. I found it particularly unpleasant that ketchup and mayo were in containers that didn't look particularly fresh - it makes you think twice about whether you really want to use them. All in all, unfortunately not a recommendation.

This sandwich is out of this world 🔥🔥🔥WOW! How and where should I start... The impression when you enter Bang Bang, WOW... The SUB's are simply incredibly tasty and so juicy, absolutely not greasy, there are actually no words for it. A culinary delight= Apart from that, the subs are really well filled. Flavor explosion. The service is, as you would expect, typically American style. Great 👌🏼 An enrichment for Cologne 🙏🏽 Update: I ate at BANG BANG again today, it tastes amazing, you can't describe the incredible taste, I could eat there every day. The service is so nice and accommodating. Great 👍🏼

Very juicy — fluffy bread and perfectly toasted with butter. Tastes much, much better than in LA. In addition to the normal soft drink selection, there are also various Dr. Pepper or Mountain Dew varieties. Very friendly staff

Highest quality, friendly staff and cool location. There were several of us and we ordered almost everything and I just can't say what tasted best because everything was perfect!

The Philly cheesesteak is better than most baguettes in Philadelphia itself! It just tastes very juicy and spicy. The bread is soft so you can put it in perfectly. The sauces were perfectly coordinated. The shrimp snacks are super tasty with the sauce and not too greasy. Drinks could still be screwed on. I'm not a fan of pouring cola myself, especially not in plastic cups, I'd rather use bottles. Waiting times can exceed 30 minutes at peak times. I always come here because, among other things, the staff are very friendly. Atmosphere is geared towards cool diner. You don't stay here for long as soon as you've eaten you leave, so it's not an invitation to linger.

The main product, steak, was out on Monday around 3:30 p.m. The women's toilet could not be used because the light was broken. Service and employees only spoke Indian among themselves, you didn't really feel comfortable or welcome.

So far it has always been incredibly tasty.

I think it's nice there and the staff are friendly and it's a good idea to design the food like that. But I don't find the meat tasty because it's rubbery and has a lot of cartilage in it. Wouldn't go there again

I was poisoned like never before, I had diarrhea and vomiting for more than 5 days.

When I paid with the card, I was told that the payment was unsuccessful, even though it had already been confirmed by the savings bank. The second employee also said that the money would not be debited. In the end I was cheated out of €15.50 and didn't get my money anymore. The service was also generally disgraceful. Very rude employees. Even when paying in cash, the cashier assumed that I had paid with a twenty, even though it was €50. Previous visits were significantly better. This time I was deeply disappointed.

These Philly cheesesteaks are so not tasty and really too expensive. I was trolled.
