I found the quality of the burgers absolutely nothing special and it is quite on the expensive side...

We came here because of the good reviews, but were a bit disappointed. The burger was quite cold, considering only 3 of the 7 tables were occupied – a bit of a shame. It was tasty, but nothing special. The garlic fries were quite good :) We heard from the table next to us that they ran out of truffle mayo and avocado on Sundays at 6:00 PM, so we'd miss out on 2 burgers. The atmosphere was very simple, and the service was friendly.

I've rarely had such good and crispy fries, which also seem to be homemade. Highly recommended for Mülheim. Card payments are usually accepted, but it's best to have cash handy.

Ordering through the delivery service Lieferando was incredibly disappointing. After a 50-minute wait, they kept us waiting for another 20 minutes, promising that the food would be here at any moment. There were no precise instructions. Lieferando suddenly stated that no more orders were being accepted, and no one was available either, so after a total of 1.5 hours of waiting, we were surprised that anything had arrived at all. The food was only lukewarm and tasted okay. But for that price and everything else, it was definitely not recommended.

Today we took chili cheese burgers with us as well as regular fries and garlic fries. I can only rate the price-performance ratio as really good, the patties were pink and juicy and the jalapenos... the burger is a dream. Not all of the fries seemed to be fresh, I think there were some that had been fried a second time, but that didn't affect the taste. The fries are apparently cut from fresh potatoes with their skins on, which I think is really good. Thank you guys

Big Mom's deletes reviews you don't like!!!! I had a 3 star review where I wrote something positive and gave constructive criticism. Now legal action has been taken against it and the review has been taken offline because of “defamation”. Take a look at the reviews, only 4-5 stars, that's just fake. Even the best store sometimes has 1-3 star reviews. Instead of deleting reviews, you should simply be more honest and open to criticism. I wanted to come back again, but definitely not after the event!

I really enjoyed the solid burger, especially with Beyond Meat. Nothing extraordinary but nothing bad either.

We stopped here late on a Thursday evening to dine in. There are about 10-12 seats total inside of the restaurant. The food was fresh and delicious. We had the Cheeseburger, BBQ bacon burger, Chicken nuggets, fries and sweet potato fries. I had no complaints about the food from my children. My spouse's only complaint was the sweet potato fries being overcooked. The soda that they sell was something I haven't tried before but it was very good as well. I recommend trying out this spot.

Unfortunately it's very far from an American burger, ok, we had it delivered, but it still has to have at least something close to what a burger should have on it, we normally go out for burgers, but this time we ordered it, it was a failure. The food came way too late and was cold, sauces and salad were missing. It may be that you can get better burgers locally, but then please leave that out. Eating what we were given was really a disgrace. Taste OK, but nothing more. Too bad.

We ordered for delivery. The food came after 2!!!! Hours!!! first! We called several times and were always brushed off with “the driver will be there soon”. Impudence! But after the food finally arrived and we were allowed to try it, we weren't pleasantly surprised. The truffle burgers were very bland and had little to no taste. There was hardly any sauce on it and the cheese was already completely hard. We also ordered a cola and got a grape lemonade. First and last time ordered here. Unfortunately everything was done wrong. I really regret paying €40 for the meal. Too bad!

On August 6th, 2024, we ordered burgers from a delivery service in the evening. When after 1.5 hours there was still no status change (in preparation), I called and asked about the status of the processing. It was very close and we were told that the order would be processed soon. The repeated request, about 20 minutes later, was escalated by the employee on the phone. He accused me of being cheeky. There were two very simple questions: when to expect preparation and delivery and whether he even knew what order it would be (up until then he seemed as if he didn't even know what we were talking about). Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel due to the elapsed time. After repeated requests, it was finally possible. UNDERGROUND service quality! Very gladly not again.

The last time I ordered today was 2 hot dogs, burgers and fries and a Fritz Cola. Today I had to experience the real faces of this dirty shop. Supplier no change money included! Cola is missing! 2 hot dogs delivered completely wrong! I called Dan directly to the store and told them that 1 Coke was missing and 2 hot dogs were wrong. First of all he didn't want to bring the Coke and the 2 hot dogs back and forth and he said okay the delivery person would come but it would take about half an hour! Over an hour later I called again to ask if the delivery person was on the way and their answer was NO. I then said well, they don't have to bring the hot dogs anymore, I'll bring them back the wrong one and would like my money back. As with other people who earn €2 an hour, they don't give out the money. One of them pretends to be the boss even though he isn't 😂😂 the discussion lasted for over 40 minutes and in my opinion they don't give out the money. 10 euros more in my pocket or not doesn't make me richer, keep the money and use it to buy yourself something sweet. So that you come to your senses because you haven't, think about why. I would have liked to come over but you weren't worth my gas. Have fun with the 10 euros more in your checkout, hopefully you'll achieve something with it! Dirty place

Ordered at 10:47 p.m. arrived at 12:25 a.m. although according to the information it would only be delivered until 11:30 p.m. Then it would be said at 12:00 a.m. it would arrive in 5-10 minutes and it would then be 23 minutes. Food was totally cold. It's also cheeky what they want to sell as a hot dog, it was bratwurst with some onions on it, what we also think is cheeky is to charge a delivery fee of 2 euros if you don't reach the minimum order value and then even with such a delay.The driver had been friendly. It was ordered via Lieferando. The email says where you can contact us but unfortunately it wasn't the number for the Big Mom store but rather the number for the driver who then said call the store. Find the error if the email from Lieferando does not contain the number of the store but rather the cell phone number of the driver. So we won't be ordering there anymore

Ordered a total of 3 times with my friend, each time something was missing. When ordering today, a normal cheeseburger was delivered instead of an avocado burger with sheep's cheese. Nothing will be refunded and despite offering that the burger can be taken away and viewed, the employees didn't want this, they offered to deliver it again. After 20 minutes the call came that they couldn't deliver because there were supposedly too many orders still to be delivered. We won't get a refund because there is no "evidence". I absolutely loved Big Mom's burger shop in Cologne! From the moment I entered the store I knew I was in for a special dining experience. The shop is small, the atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed evening with friends or family. But the real highlight was of course the food. The burgers at Big Mom's are simply incomparable. Every bite was a taste explosion! I tried the Big Mom's Burger and it was cooked perfectly - juicy meat, fresh ingredients and a bun that was just the right consistency. I was particularly impressed by the variety of toppings and sauces, all homemade and full of flavor. The fries were crispy and golden brown, and the homemade dips complemented them perfectly. The range of drinks also left nothing to be desired, from creative lemonades to delicious iced tea. The service was also first class. The staff were friendly, attentive and seemed to take real pride in what they do. They made us feel welcome and well looked after. All in all, I can only warmly recommend Big Mom's Burger Shop in Cologne Mühlheim. It was a thoroughly enjoyable visit and I'm already looking forward to my next burger there. I tried the Avocado Burger with Garlic Fries. The meat was pretty good quality, I was not however a big fan of the Bun. Some might like it, its up to preference. The fries were crunchy and the garlic added a nice touch. However, the fries were almost white in the center, which means the potatos used are not the best quality and a a frying agent was maybe used. All in all, it is alright. I would give it another chance, as I like Mülheim.

Very tasty burgers. Fries were still hot and crispy when delivered. Only the garlic fries tasted too sour for my taste. But that's just a matter of taste.

We were looking forward to a nice burger but we couldn't bear it in the restaurant. The air smelled of burnt fat and fries. There was a fog in the room that we went straight back out. *Tip: turn on the extractor hood or ventilate the shop.

We ordered. The fries were still warm and crispy - very rare. Orion rings were just right and the nuggets tasted just like McDonald's. The meat on the chicken burger is very poor - about 5mm thin slice of meat. Unfortunately, the sauce on the BBQ burger was barely tasteful and unfortunately I didn't like the meat at all. Why can't you find a burger shop that makes its own meat anymore?!?! Always these hard, pressed, ready-made patties with no taste... I really don't understand. All in all, it was an averagely tasty meal, but unfortunately we won't order it again.

Habe selten so lecker gegessen. Hygienisch wundervolles Ambiente und auf nachfrage werden spezielle wünsche super umgesetzt. Die Inhaber reagieren auf detaillierte Fragen von Produktherkunft und frische der Waren sehr professionell und zuvorkommend. Ich bin mit meinen Kindern und Freunden sehr gerne hier essen…(habe auch zum liefern bestellt, absolut zufrieden) 👍👍👍

Selten so gut gegessen! Das ist ein wirklich exzellenter Burger von nationaler Qualität! Wir hatten BBQ- und Avocado-Burger, beide wie gesagt überragend. Schön angerichtet, auf Steinplatten mit gutem Besteck. Bequeme Sitzmöbel, freundlicher Mitarbeiter. Toll! Wir kommen bald wieder.

Ganz hervorragende Burger und Pommes. Leider im Winter bei scheinbar schlechter Lüftung mit konstant geöffneter Tür nach draussen. Der Innenraum hatte also etwa 12Grad und wir saßen in der Winterjacke. Wir durften die Türe schliessen, dann ist der Geruch aber echt krass, also mehr als normalerweise Imbissbude. Also warme Sachen anziehen. Würde ich trotzdem wieder in Kauf nehmen, einfach weil das Essen echt super ist!

Wir haben vor Ort gegessen, es gibt nicht viele Sitzmöglichkeiten und der Laden ist klein, aber gut. Die Stühle sind bequem. Bestellung wurde freundlich entgegen genommen und frisch zubereitet.
