The vegan burger was very, very tasty. Good atmosphere. Nice presentation on the plate.

We ordered for delivery. The food came after 2!!!! Hours!!! first! We called several times and were always brushed off with “the driver will be there soon”. Impudence! But after the food finally arrived and we were allowed to try it, we weren't pleasantly surprised. The truffle burgers were very bland and had little to no taste. There was hardly any sauce on it and the cheese was already completely hard. We also ordered a cola and got a grape lemonade. First and last time ordered here. Unfortunately everything was done wrong. I really regret paying €40 for the meal. Too bad!

Not much more than a snack bar. Ketchup doesn't taste good, fries are quite tasty. Burger a bit bland. Unfortunately the tables were not clean.

On August 6th, 2024, we ordered burgers from a delivery service in the evening. When after 1.5 hours there was still no status change (in preparation), I called and asked about the status of the processing. It was very close and we were told that the order would be processed soon. The repeated request, about 20 minutes later, was escalated by the employee on the phone. He accused me of being cheeky. There were two very simple questions: when to expect preparation and delivery and whether he even knew what order it would be (up until then he seemed as if he didn't even know what we were talking about). Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel due to the elapsed time. After repeated requests, it was finally possible. UNDERGROUND service quality! Very gladly not again.

We received completely wrong orders, burgers were mixed up and extras (egg, extra patty, ...) were forgotten on the burger. This meant we paid around €10 more than what we received. The burgers are also already cold.

The last time I ordered today was 2 hot dogs, burgers and fries and a Fritz Cola. Today I had to experience the real faces of this dirty shop. Supplier no change money included! Cola is missing! 2 hot dogs delivered completely wrong! I called Dan directly to the store and told them that 1 Coke was missing and 2 hot dogs were wrong. First of all he didn't want to bring the Coke and the 2 hot dogs back and forth and he said okay the delivery person would come but it would take about half an hour! Over an hour later I called again to ask if the delivery person was on the way and their answer was NO. I then said well, they don't have to bring the hot dogs anymore, I'll bring them back the wrong one and would like my money back. As with other people who earn €2 an hour, they don't give out the money. One of them pretends to be the boss even though he isn't 😂😂 the discussion lasted for over 40 minutes and in my opinion they don't give out the money. 10 euros more in my pocket or not doesn't make me richer, keep the money and use it to buy yourself something sweet. So that you come to your senses because you haven't, think about why. I would have liked to come over but you weren't worth my gas. Have fun with the 10 euros more in your checkout, hopefully you'll achieve something with it! Dirty place

Ordered at 10:47 p.m. arrived at 12:25 a.m. although according to the information it would only be delivered until 11:30 p.m. Then it would be said at 12:00 a.m. it would arrive in 5-10 minutes and it would then be 23 minutes. Food was totally cold. It's also cheeky what they want to sell as a hot dog, it was bratwurst with some onions on it, what we also think is cheeky is to charge a delivery fee of 2 euros if you don't reach the minimum order value and then even with such a delay.The driver had been friendly. It was ordered via Lieferando. The email says where you can contact us but unfortunately it wasn't the number for the Big Mom store but rather the number for the driver who then said call the store. Find the error if the email from Lieferando does not contain the number of the store but rather the cell phone number of the driver. So we won't be ordering there anymore

Ordered a total of 3 times with my friend, each time something was missing. When ordering today, a normal cheeseburger was delivered instead of an avocado burger with sheep's cheese. Nothing will be refunded and despite offering that the burger can be taken away and viewed, the employees didn't want this, they offered to deliver it again. After 20 minutes the call came that they couldn't deliver because there were supposedly too many orders still to be delivered. We won't get a refund because there is no "evidence". Dirty shop and incompetent

I absolutely loved Big Mom's burger shop in Cologne! From the moment I entered the store I knew I was in for a special dining experience. The shop is small, the atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed evening with friends or family. But the real highlight was of course the food. The burgers at Big Mom's are simply incomparable. Every bite was a taste explosion! I tried the Big Mom's Burger and it was cooked perfectly - juicy meat, fresh ingredients and a bun that was just the right consistency. I was particularly impressed by the variety of toppings and sauces, all homemade and full of flavor. The fries were crispy and golden brown, and the homemade dips complemented them perfectly. The range of drinks also left nothing to be desired, from creative lemonades to delicious iced tea. The service was also first class. The staff were friendly, attentive and seemed to take real pride in what they do. They made us feel welcome and well looked after. All in all, I can only warmly recommend Big Mom's Burger Shop in Cologne Mühlheim. It was a thoroughly enjoyable visit and I'm already looking forward to my next burger there. If you're looking for a top-notch burger experience, you should definitely stop by Big Mom's!

Just wow. The food is very tasty and juicy. Next on my serving plate will be a hot dog. One of the top burger shops in NRW. Staff, food, duration etc. everything was just very good.

Burgers and fries were good. Unfortunately I got a different burger than I ordered and the extra on this one was missing too. Unfortunately, the tables and chairs were also pretty dirty. Fortunately, even though it was the wrong burger, the burger was delicious!

I tried the Avocado Burger with Garlic Fries. The meat was pretty good quality, I was not however a big fan of the Bun. Some might like it, its up to preference. The fries were crunchy and the garlic added a nice touch. However, the fries were almost white in the center, which means the potatos used are not the best quality and a a frying agent was maybe used. All in all, it is alright. I would give it another chance, as I like Mülheim.

A little uncomfortable on site, but the food has always been great. The goat cheese burger is awesome! The truffle mayo was really good.

Unfortunately, the dishes are not prepared as shown on the menu, but as “the guests want it that way”. It's stupid if you don't get what you ordered, but just something. Something is wrong there.

Very bad service, first we wait for 1 hour then we call then he complains without apologizing for the delay, totally unbelievable - tells us that he only has one driver and then cancels because he needed 20 minutes more time. There are great burger shops in the area. I avoid them and recommend them to others too.

Very tasty burgers. Fries were still hot and crispy when delivered. Only the garlic fries tasted too sour for my taste. But that's just a matter of taste.

We were looking forward to a nice burger but we couldn't bear it in the restaurant. The air smelled of burnt fat and fries. There was a fog in the room that we went straight back out. *Tip: turn on the extractor hood or ventilate the shop.

I ordered a chili cheese burger. It was very tasty. I would definitely come back more often and the workers were also very friendly. Keep it up guys!!!!!!

We ordered. The fries were still warm and crispy - very rare. Orion rings were just right and the nuggets tasted just like McDonald's. The meat on the chicken burger is very poor - about 5mm thin slice of meat. Unfortunately, the sauce on the BBQ burger was barely tasteful and unfortunately I didn't like the meat at all. Why can't you find a burger shop that makes its own meat anymore?!?! Always these hard, pressed, ready-made patties with no taste... I really don't understand. All in all, it was an averagely tasty meal, but unfortunately we won't order it again.

I think the prices are completely okay, at well-known burger shops in Cologne you sometimes pay €16 for a burger, so I found mine to be completely okay at just under €9. The service was also friendly and the food came quickly. Card payment is also possible. We'd love to come back.

The friends of the local owners certainly gave the most reviews 😉. You should simply find out beforehand where to open a restaurant. Prices are completely overpriced...plus, every time I go by there, the place is empty...it's a shame actually. Nevertheless, all the best to you!

Today was the first time IRL in the store, before that I ordered twice online. EVERY 3 TIMES COMPLETE Satisfaction! Of course the food on site was a little hotter and fresher, BUT I can NOT understand the negative reviews about delivery!!!!

Habe selten so lecker gegessen. Hygienisch wundervolles Ambiente und auf nachfrage werden spezielle wünsche super umgesetzt. Die Inhaber reagieren auf detaillierte Fragen von Produktherkunft und frische der Waren sehr professionell und zuvorkommend. Ich bin mit meinen Kindern und Freunden sehr gerne hier essen…(habe auch zum liefern bestellt, absolut zufrieden) 👍👍👍

Selten so gut gegessen! Das ist ein wirklich exzellenter Burger von nationaler Qualität! Wir hatten BBQ- und Avocado-Burger, beide wie gesagt überragend. Schön angerichtet, auf Steinplatten mit gutem Besteck. Bequeme Sitzmöbel, freundlicher Mitarbeiter. Toll! Wir kommen bald wieder.

Ganz hervorragende Burger und Pommes. Leider im Winter bei scheinbar schlechter Lüftung mit konstant geöffneter Tür nach draussen. Der Innenraum hatte also etwa 12Grad und wir saßen in der Winterjacke. Wir durften die Türe schliessen, dann ist der Geruch aber echt krass, also mehr als normalerweise Imbissbude. Also warme Sachen anziehen. Würde ich trotzdem wieder in Kauf nehmen, einfach weil das Essen echt super ist!

Wir haben vor Ort gegessen, es gibt nicht viele Sitzmöglichkeiten und der Laden ist klein, aber gut. Die Stühle sind bequem. Bestellung wurde freundlich entgegen genommen und frisch zubereitet.

Schmeckt gut, saftig und leckere Hamburger, knuspriges Pommes, und Preis war in Ordnung.

Bescheidene Burger Imbiss Sehr gute Burger mit frisch geschnitter Salat und leckere Soßen

Wir bestellen normalerweise ungern Essen, weil es selten warm und appetitlich ankommt, aber das war das beste Essen was wir bisher rechtsrheinisch geliefert bekommen haben. Burger mega lecker, Pommes sogar noch kross und heiß und die Lieferung war viel schneller da als angekündigt.

Gutes Essen , frische Zubereitung, netter Service.

Bitte die Burger nicht senkrecht einpacken. Ansonsten, super Geschmack, schnelle Bedienung, nicht zu voll, dadurch kurze Wartezeit. Empfehlenswert.

Heute mal ausprobiert. Ein kleiner Laden, der junge Leute anspricht. Sieht aus wie ein Club. Die Anrichtung war sehr gut. Die Pommes lecker und sehr knusprig. Der Chili Cheese Burger war zwar saftig aber geschmacklich fand ich den nicht so top, eher Durchschnitt. Hat mich etwas an orientalischen Köfte Geschmack erinnert. Könnte auch etwas mehr durch sein. Es war innen noch ein wenig roh. Wartezeit betrug ca. 10-15 min. Bedienung war freundlich. Der Fokus liegt hier jedoch bei Lieferbestellungen, daher wurde den Kunden vor Ort etwas weniger Achtung geschenkt aber trotzdem freundliche Arbeiter. Preislich fand ich es für einen individuellen Laden ein Tick zu hoch (Pommes, Burger, Getränk 17,20€). Kann man mal ausprobieren.

Sehr leckere Burger 👍 Vielleicht lieber vor Ort essen gehen die Lieferung hat etwas länger als 60 Minuten gedauert. Aber wir sind zu 4 sehr zufrieden gewesen mit unserem Burger. Sehr zu empfehlen gerne wieder.

Der Burger war super... Werde noch einige ausprobieren !!! Die Bestellung an der Theke, das Bezahlen an der Theke ist für mich einfach konzetionslos, und ist bei nur einer Arbeitskraft für alles rein zeitlich ein Desaster für den Kunden. Da muß man den richtigen Zeitpunkt sich aussuchen. Zum Glück wohne ich in der Nähe. Generell bleibt aber das Auf- und Anstehen. Auch bei entstehenden weiteren Wünschen. Getränke ect. Auf die Schnelle ein gemütliches Verweilen und Essen ist da niemals gegeben. Das längere Verweilen dürfte auch schwer fallen, denn es gibt nicht viele Sitzplätze. Denn sollten Gäste noch einen Kaffee trinken und sich generell Zeit nehmen geht wohl gar nichts mehr.

Ich habe heute das erste mal da für mich und eine Freundin 2 Burger bestellt. Die Burger waren unheimlich lecker. Auch die Fritten waren sehr gut. Ich musste zwar was warten, aber es hat sich gelohnt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhätnis passt auch. Empfehlenswert? Ja, definitiv ja.

Burger und Pommes schmecken super. Auch top, dass es die Beyond Meat Variante gibt. Beim Zusammenrechnen am Ende muss man allerdings gucken, dass sich das Personal nicht vertut.

Sehr leckere Pommes und Burger! Leider haben sie nicht immer direkt um 12 Uhr geöffnet und man muss immer mal wieder schauen, wann es öffnet (Erfahrung nach ca ab 13Uhr). Mein absoluter Favorit ist die Käsesauce. Wäre sie jetzt noch minimal günstiger, hättet ihr mich jeden Tag bei euch!
