Hard Rock Cafe in Köln

8️⃣ / 🔟 Hello, we had dinner here a few weeks ago. Very cool shop. I've already visited a few Hard Rock Cafes, it's not the best, but it's not the worst either. Staff was a bit inattentive and came across as slightly overwhelmed. Food was very, very tasty. A little expensive but don't regret it. Feel free to check out the store. See you next time. ✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻

Total rip-off, stay away!!! First of all, there's not much choice, and on top of that, it's very expensive… We ordered two burgers, but we wanted to change the side, and the woman just said "yes, yes" without telling us it would be an extra €10 😑 Total rip-off, plus it's okay, but I've had better lol. Go to McDonald's, it's way more worth it.

We always enjoyed coming here to eat, but unfortunately the menu has been drastically reduced and many delicious dishes have been removed. It's a real shame. We won't be coming back.

Fabulous place, wonderful food, and first-class service! The entire staff is super friendly and attentive. Everything I ordered arrived super quickly, and the food was delicious and the cocktail was super delicious!

We were here for the first time today and were absolutely thrilled. The people there were incredibly friendly and the service was incredibly courteous. The atmosphere was truly great, and we felt incredibly comfortable. The food was also incredibly delicious. We ordered the Classic Smashed Burger and a Coke, so I only took one picture of the food. The meat was incredibly tender, juicy, and very good. The ingredients were all very fresh and delicious. The incredibly delicious cheese on the burger was particularly tasty. This will definitely become my favorite restaurant in Cologne! Definitely a recommendation!

In my opinion, the Hard Rock Café in Cologne has improved dramatically, especially in terms of service! On my last visit, I felt like I was being "rushed" and the staff was quite arrogant and slow. Now everyone (shop staff, doorman, and service) was really nice and on the ball. The wait for the food was okay; drinks came very quickly. The food itself (we had burgers) was very tasty; we were completely satisfied and had a great evening! My only criticism: the music didn't have much to do with "hard rock"; it was mostly pop. Nevertheless: a definite recommendation.

After a few days of traveling, I was really craving food from back home, and this place absolutely delivered. Everything was wonderful—from the warm service to the delicious dessert. A special thank you to David and the entire team for making it such an amazing experience.

The service and atmosphere are excellent. But for a hard rock cafe, the music is very disappointing: lots of pop and almost no rock, let alone hard rock. I was told this was a provided playlist, so it wouldn't be that way. It's a shame for an otherwise excellent concept.

A true rock 'n' roll soul always knows where to land—call it luck, or just great taste! I've been to many places, but 'The Hard Rock Cafe' in Cologne is the one I want to come back to again and again

The music is not worthy of a hard rock cafe

What an absolute disaster. After we waited about an hour and a half (!) to get our burger, the disaster really began. How can someone take so long and then deliver something as simple as a burger that's not only completely dry, practically without sauce, but also completely burnt? Didn't they even look at it in the kitchen? The vegan cheese was also by far the worst I've ever had to endure in my life. A tube of glue on the charred patty would have done the trick. When we told the waitress, she accepted it for one burger and refunded us, but started to get argumentative about the other. Our neighbor also had a very bad experience with a completely disastrous mac n cheese, which made her want to vomit. My neighbor also felt sick after his steak, which was charred on the outside and bloody on the inside. That place is simply awful. Never again!

The food and service were excellent for a large group. The decor was appropriate for the theme. Live music topped everything off. A very enjoyable evening 😄

My friends and I came to Hardrock Köln and were extremely well received by the waiter Éverton, who is also Brazilian. He made the whole experience better with his friendliness. The place was beautiful and wonderful, and the beer was super cold! I recommend it.

What a lovely place to visit. The food was amazing we had pre-booked food via get your guide and are from the gold menu. Staff was very friendly would recommend. I absolutely loved the memorabilia on the walls, my 3 favourite artists.

We were traveling for a course and the manager, Kevin, welcomed us; I don't remember exactly now. He was an Albanian guy at the entrance. Really nice and welcoming. Thank you so much.

The cheeseburger was terrible. The burger was dry, and the lettuce and tomato didn't seem fresh. How can you get Ja! ketchup for that price? The service is okay, and so is the ambiance. As far as food goes, you'll find better in Cologne. Stop by, buy a T-shirt if you like, but otherwise, avoid it.

I was there as a chaperone with a school class, and we had a menu that included a burger, fries, and ice cream. The burger consisted of a soggy bun with an inedible patty (the vegan version), no sauce, nothing at all. There was vegan cheese on the side, but that almost made it worse. On the plate was a leaf of lettuce and a slice of tomato. You could put that on the burger. There's music playing (clearly, and welcome at the Hard Rock Cafe), but having screens everywhere isn't so nice.

We had a truly fantastic experience at the Hard Rock Café Cologne. Mr. Tufan particularly impressed us with his attentiveness and friendliness. He introduced us to the new dishes on the menu and helped us make the right choices. He represented the brand excellently. His quality of service and dedication made us feel very welcome. We are already looking forward to repeating this experience with Mr. Tufan on our next visit.

Great cafe! The restaurant is full of tables and quite close together. Not a problem for us. The food was delicious. For dessert, we had a warm brownie with ice cream and whipped cream. It was huge, and we couldn't finish it after eating a burger and fries.

Yes, this HRC is also recommended. I still think it's too expensive in many respects... but it's an addiction... of course, the food is too expensive, the drinks are too expensive, and the T-shirts are too expensive, but of course it was delicious, the drinks were great, and the new T-shirts are great too. Hard Rock Cafe Cologne it's fantastic, the breakfast was delicious, you have to try the breakfast, specially the pancakes! Can't wait to comeback again and order the rest of the menu! Service was perfect also, everyone was so friendly and helpful, an amazing place to visit and enjoy of a vibrant atmosphere!

We visited the HRC shop two weeks ago. Unfortunately, the place was fully booked, so we only went inside. I have to say, it's small but perfectly formed. The shop is smaller than the shops we've visited so far. But the shirts we wanted to buy were available 😊 The service was great. Shortly after entering the shop, we were informed about current promotions (discounts). Great atmosphere. We'll definitely be back...next time we'll make a reservation at HRC 😉

We only shopped in the store, so no stars for the food. I received excellent advice and felt comfortable. The salesperson was super nice, and we had a fun conversation. The store is small but beautifully decorated. Very good product presentation.

We were in Cologne on Saturday and unfortunately, the experience wasn't that great. We had a super friendly server, Karen, so we gave it full marks for service. We chose the Hard Rock Cafe because of the gluten-free version of the menu. The ambiance is somewhat unkempt; the music videos on the screens aren't even remotely synchronized with the music. It's really exhausting. Are the exhibits unkempt? The menu is boring; there's only one vegetarian burger. The prices don't match the overall image. There wasn't even any burger sauce on the dry bun. You have to order extra sauce for the fries, which wasn't even close to enough for the meager portion of fries. The Hard Rock Cafe brand, unfortunately, failed me. The picture shows the bland, dry vegetarian burger. The surf and turf at the next table didn't smell particularly pleasant either. Luckily, I'd already eaten there.

A great summer sale is currently underway. As for the cashier in the shop, I have to give a big compliment to Pierre. He's super friendly, personable, and extremely customer-friendly. He always helped us with any questions we had. You can tell he enjoys his job.

Very sad looking Hard Rock. The menu is extremely limited. There are more smash burger options than normal burgers. The staff is awesome and very friendly. They do their best with what they have. Only if you are a Hard Rock fan and want to check the Cologne box from your list.

The ambiance is quite nice. The place isn't air-conditioned. It was very warm. The waitress was nice, but completely out of sorts. We waited 20 minutes despite having a reservation. The food was passable, but not enjoyable.

Delicious as usual. However, it was packed, and you could tell the staff were under pressure.

If you know one Hard Rock Cafe, you know them all. But there's always something new. That's why you should keep coming back.

We've been here several times, and it's always nice. The servers are very friendly! We had a reservation in advance and wanted to sit upstairs (we had indicated this). Unfortunately, the upstairs area was closed, which was understandable because it was hardly busy. The food and drinks came quickly. Unfortunately, there are only two non-alcoholic cocktails on the menu. The Twisted McVitie's and Cheese menu has unfortunately declined! The portion used to be larger, and there were always two pieces of herb baguette... too bad. The wings were boneless last year, but unfortunately, not this time. Otherwise, everything was good.

We've been sitting at our table for five minutes now and haven't even been asked for drinks. We'll see how things go. Also, they're cramming all the customers onto the ground floor, even though there's an upper floor. But that's still closed. Oh well.

My husband and I were in Cologne for a weekend. We saw this cafe. And what can I say? I'm from the USA, and I felt completely at home there. Unfortunately, we didn't have a reservation. But the nice guy offered us a table for the evening. It was such a wonderful experience. If you love old rock and heavy metal legends, this is the place for you. Really good music. Highly recommended. The food was great. The prices were also borderline exorbitant.
