Quiet clean rooms, breakfast good but pricey, good restaurant, friendly service, parking pay parking fee during office hours

At the gala menu on New Year's Eve we were not only spoiled with the food, the drinks and, above all, the ambience in the Heide with its employees left nothing to be desired. Thank you for the lovely evening, I enjoyed every minute.

The Kardinal Schulte Haus in Bergisch Gladbach is a real highlight for me and definitely belongs in my personal top 5 hotels. As someone who travels a lot for work, I know what's important - and this hotel impresses in every respect. The rooms are modernly furnished, absolutely clean and offer well-thought-out comfort. With a bit of luck, you can even enjoy an impressive view of the Cologne skyline, which makes your stay even more unforgettable. The service is friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The hotel's own restaurant also deserves a special mention: the food is excellent and the ambience rounds off the culinary experience perfectly. Another plus point is the good accessibility and the sufficient number of parking spaces, which is particularly ideal for business travelers and drivers. The hotel is also designed to be barrier-free, which enables people with limited mobility to have an uncomplicated stay - an important and commendable aspect. For me, the Kardinal Schulte House is a clear recommendation, be it for business trips, private breaks or events. Everything is just right here – from the amenities to the location to the service. I'll definitely be back!

Very tasty food, friendly service and nice ambience

The drunk old guy...the friendly young Asian woman...TLC...to the altar in 90 days. In addition, duvets smelled .However. Wolfsschlucht...delicious and perfect

We were in the house with 3 severely disabled people over Christmas 2024 and received excellent support and were treated very kindly. The whole team was extremely helpful. We were extremely satisfied and felt exceptionally comfortable.

I was in Neuss for professional training. Accommodation in this hotel was booked through our company. The room and especially the bathroom were in dire need of renovation. Breakfast would only have been possible from 8 a.m., which was impossible in my time frame, so without going to training. The access to the hotel via the beer garden is so poorly lit that there was a risk of accidentally stumbling. All in all: Never again in this "hotel", absolutely not recommended. You should have read the reviews beforehand. Even one star is too much here at €139.50 per night.

After a while we went to Haus Fück for brunch again on Sundays with the family. Unfortunately, the quality of the food is no longer as good as we used to know it, which is a shame.

Wir gehen sehr oft und sehr gerne in das Restaurant Essen. Sehr leckeres Essen,sehr nette Atmosphäre und sehr, sehr nette Bedienung, von ganzem Personal, vor allem von der Lena, die immer eine gute Laune hat und damit auch die Gäste zur guten Laune bringen kann.
