The rooms were clean and quite large. Check-in is automatic without a reception desk. The equipment does not include a WiFi password.

I can highly recommend the hotel and am already looking forward to my next visit. Many thanks to the entire team for the great service!

It's good that I didn't let a computer glitch while registering for the seminar put me off. I was thrilled by the seminar and the hotel ambience was almost too luxurious for my taste. I felt very comfortable.

Centrally located hotel, with a great breakfast, which is freshly prepared for everyone. Shops within walking distance, a few free parking spaces available. 👍🏽

We were in the house with 3 severely disabled people over Christmas 2024 and received excellent support and were treated very kindly. The whole team was extremely helpful. We were extremely satisfied and felt exceptionally comfortable.

I was in Neuss for professional training. Accommodation in this hotel was booked through our company. The room and especially the bathroom were in dire need of renovation. Breakfast would only have been possible from 8 a.m., which was impossible in my time frame, so without going to training. The access to the hotel via the beer garden is so poorly lit that there was a risk of accidentally stumbling. All in all: Never again in this "hotel", absolutely not recommended. You should have read the reviews beforehand. Even one star is too much here at €139.50 per night.

We went for brunch on Sunday with the family, 22 people. It was really outstanding. A large selection of hot and cold dishes. It was always refilled. All very tasty. A super friendly service. Gladly again.

Wir gehen sehr oft und sehr gerne in das Restaurant Essen. Sehr leckeres Essen,sehr nette Atmosphäre und sehr, sehr nette Bedienung, von ganzem Personal, vor allem von der Lena, die immer eine gute Laune hat und damit auch die Gäste zur guten Laune bringen kann.
