Very good host and very good cook

Matchball is a little hidden near the Ewald colliery. This is the clubhouse of the local tennis club. The match ball is not only open to club members but to all guests. Moderate drink prices and draft beer await you. The menu is small and fine, the burger menu in particular is highly recommended. Attached is the “Roger Federer Burger”

We had a great business lunch there for two. The food was very tasty and plentiful. The ambience is great. The service was very polite.

I recently discovered a small, typical German restaurant and what a nice surprise! The dishes were delicious, perfectly cooked with authentic flavors. The service was impeccable, attentive without being intrusive, which made the experience even more pleasant. The warm and friendly atmosphere, with decoration that reflected German culture, added a special touch to this moment. An address that I highly recommend for a successful culinary and cultural immersion!

We went to Emil's tavern.🍺 And had something to drink on Sunday. There was a flea market at the church that we visited.🍺🍻 We came from the wide Versmold by bike. 🍺🍻

An absolutely recommended restaurant with great cuisine and very good and warm service. The food is 100% freshly prepared / not a convenience product!!! You can tell the many years of experience and the high quality of the ingredients. An absolute taste explosion. We will definitely be happy to come back from Cologne because it is worth it. If you like schnitzel or steaks, this is the place for you! The cream sauce is a hit, fried potatoes like mother's. The service is quick and very attentive. I give 10 stars for the homemade salad dressing. Always my pleasure! Thank you very much!
