Sehr kleines Restaurant Sonst lecker

Als unsere SilberHochzeit war unser Essen dort angemeldet und man sagte uns am Telefon bei der Personzahl (10Erw. und 2 kleine Kids 3+7 J) + buchen wir am besten SCHNITZEL BUFFET, pro Person 20,90€ (Kleine Kinder nicht berechnet) + Getränke... Wir voller Anspannung dorthin, erster Ärger Parkplatz Suchen, gar nicht einfach, da die Anwohner derart beschissen parken, daß kein weiteres Auto dazwischen passt, nächste Enttäuschung : es war nix, gar nichts irgendwie ein bisschen nett gemacht wegen dem speziellen Tag... 😔, einfach normal altmodische Holzstube mit 1 Plastik Tulpe... traurig... ok wir haben gegessen, es wurde immer gefragt ob wir noch was brauchen.. danach noch Nachtisch Eisbecher genommen und dann ging mein Mann bezahlen... der Schock 🫢 338,50€..... als Rechnung bekam er nur einen Zettel worauf stand : 219,90€ Essen 38,20€ Nachtisch 80,40€ Getränke man weiß nicht, was man bezahlt hat für die Getränke.... 😕 am Ende hat mein Mann 219€ fürs Essen bezahlen müssen - anstatt wie telefonisch abgesprochen 20,90€p/P.. . Für den Betrag von 338€ hätten wir besser und in netterer Umgebung Essen können.... Das kommt davon wenn man einfach mal was anderes ausprobieren will... hier also nicht mehr 😕 ich glaube wir wären besser bedient gewesen als wir "A la Carte" gegessen hätten...

Essen war super, und es war urgemütlich.

Wir haben mit unseren Freunden im Braustüberl gegessen und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Qualität des Essens war sehr gut, der Service freundlich aber nicht aufdringlich und die Chefin hat sich sogar nach unserer Zufriedenheit erkundigt. Gäbe es 10 Sterne zu verteilen, das Braustüberl hat sie verdient. Besonders liebevoll wurde der Kaffe nach dem Essen auf einem kleinen Holztablett serviert. Vielen Dank für den tollen Abend. Einfach nur fantastisch. In jeder Hinsicht. Für meinen Geschmack, die besten Schnitzel weit und breit. Sehr sympathisch, gemütlich und der Service lässt keine Wünsche offen. Gerne jeder Zeit wieder. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Wir waren an einem Freitag Abend im Lokal. Wichtig ist dass des besser ist zu reservieren sonst kann es passieren dass keine Plätze frei sind. Die Lokalität ist gut erreichbar. Parkplätze sind auf den öffentlichen Parkflächen entlang der Straße ausreichend verfügbar. Im Innenraum ist es wie der Name Braustüble vermuten lässt gut bürgerliche. Es war gut besucht und trotzdem konnte man sich gut unterhalten. Die Getränkeauswahl ist ausreichend aber nicht übertrieben. Bier vom Faß, Aperol Spritz etc. Wir haben uns für die Schnitzel entschieden und vier verschiedene Schnitzelvarianten probiert.Größentechnisch gibt es 150g,200g,400g,800g. Ich hatte das 200g Schnitzel mit geschmorten Zwiebeln und Speckwürfeln. Bin satt geworden und es war sehr lecker. Die Preise sind marktübliche. Die auf der Homepage angezeigten Preise beziehen sich auf die 200 g Varianten. Jede höhere Gewischtsvsriante kostet 7 Euro mehr. Zusätzliche wird ein gemischter Salat gereicht der auch gut geschmeckt hat.Die Bedienungen sind nett und sehr aufmerksam. Fragen auch zwischendurch nach dem Wohlbefinden und der Zufriedenheit. Rundum ein Daumen hoch.

Wir hatten ein fantastisches Schnitzel. Es wurde mit einer köstlichen Soße und frischen Pommes serviert. Der Service war sehr freundlich. Als Niederländer erhielten wir gute Empfehlungen und Erklärungen zur Speisekarte. Zum Abschluss genossen wir eine leckere Tasse Kaffee.

The food was excellent, the service very good, and parking was available. We made a reservation and pre-ordered large schnitzels. During our meal, there was some background noise from a phone call that couldn't be answered immediately, and they only accept cash payments. These are minor points, but they don't warrant deducting a star, as everything else was so good. Highly recommended!

2023: Since the coronavirus pandemic, I've been getting a takeaway schnitzel every now and then. It works very well and is truly delicious and filling. Edit 2025: Still the best schnitzels with the tastiest sauce I've found in the area. Takeaway orders are still working well.

Despite a bit of a wait, I'd give it full marks, as everything was communicated in advance. The food is excellent, and the atmosphere is reminiscent of a time when the world was perfect. I'd gladly return.

Delicious schnitzels, prepared just right. Thinly, deliciously breaded, and pan-fried. They also have a great selection of sauces and variations on the menu. They also come in various sizes, but the standard size (200g) was enough for us. The service is friendly and professional. The price-quality ratio is definitely excellent. Highly recommended!

Best schnitzel in Aachen! They offer four different sizes and 25 different types of schnitzel. So there's something for everyone. It's freshly prepared, and you can hear the schnitzel "knocking" from the kitchen 😉 The service is very good; the staff are very friendly and attentive. The ambiance is rustic, simple, but pleasant. We had delicious schnitzels...we didn't mind making a reservation, but it's definitely a plus if you want a guaranteed spot. It can get really busy, so we were lucky with the friendly owner.

Best Schnitzel we've ever tasted! And super friendly service. We were with our 5-year-old son and the schnitzel was smaller and served on a Mickey Mouse plate. He, who is usually picky, enjoyed it.

We were there for the first time today. I reserved by email and it worked perfectly. The ambience is as you would imagine it to be in a Brau Stüberl! Super! The operation and service were very friendly, quick and accommodating! Top! Thanks for that! And they rightly have the best schnitzels in the Euregio. To the point with crispy breading. The sauces are also very tasty and don't taste like canned sauces! Very very tasty! I myself had a 400 gram XL schnitzel and really had to struggle. ;) 800 grams is actually impossible to achieve. :) We were impressed by the value for money and we definitely weren't there for the last time! Top! Keep it up Compliments to the whole team!

Too bad I screwed up the test itself. The bill is only given on a beer bill, so nothing official. As a tip, this is no longer permitted by law. As a guest, be sure to do the math because we were cheated yesterday and were simply charged 6 euros more. (this is fraud and also forbidden!). Food itself was good average: service was nice but totally disorganized. Unfortunately, the menu is just a few dirty, worn-out self-printouts in a picking folder with a sticker on it, there is a lot of room for improvement here, and again, cheating is not possible. Ambience very old and loveless

We can only say positive things about the overall package, from the friendly staff to the good cuisine. We were more than satisfied. Thank you very much for that, we will definitely come back again.

If you want to eat schnitzel in a real German restaurant, you've come to the right place. We ate Stüberl and Camembert. Salad Tonno with Egg was also tasty. Appendices: croquettes and bratkartoffeln.

We have been there a few times ourselves or we have ordered and picked up by phone. Super tasty schnitzels and for us the mussels are really great (only if ordered in advance). Now we had Christmas dinner with a group. Schnitzel buffet. Really tasty, lots of it, a variety of different sauces. Was always refilled. So something for everyone. The side salad also tasted very good. Maybe at the next big buffet meal an additional salad bowl would be great. The service was very attentive, quick and also very nice. Price/performance/service everything was right. The only drawback for me is the parking situation. Otherwise always happy and recommended. The pictures are from a family dinner.

Discovered this gem tonight. The owner is super friendly and the food is perfect. You first choose what weight your schnitzel should have. (We had opted for 'normal' 200 grams) one size smaller is also possible, but also two larger sizes. There are 2 pages full of choices of variants. My partner had the 'braustüberl' with onion, mushroom, bacon and fried egg. I had it with fried onions and a cup of pepper cream sauce. Beforehand we received a deliciously fresh salad and a large bowl of fries with the schnitzel. Next time we are near Aachen again, we won't have to search anymore. Then we will definitely come back here!

We made a reservation here with 5 adults and 2 kids. We received 2 Kids plates with a Haribo bag of sweets. The food was really of top quality, good service. For a vegetarian board, just ask and they will make something for you. Top service. It felt like we were eating with my grandma and grandpa. Highly recommended. Parking in the adjacent streets if necessary.

I recently discovered a small, typical German restaurant and what a nice surprise! The dishes were delicious, perfectly cooked with authentic flavors. The service was impeccable, attentive without being intrusive, which made the experience even more pleasant. The warm and friendly atmosphere, with decoration that reflected German culture, added a special touch to this moment. Nice, rustic restaurant with very nice staff. What is particularly noteworthy here is the large selection of schnitzel variations. Rich portions with delicious salad (dressing). If you're hungry, I recommend the XL schnitzel. Price performance is OK. Only cash payment is possible here. No card payment.

I find the food so incredibly delicious. The schnitzels are so crispy, 😋 and the sauces taste fantastic, you can really tell the family tradition with which this restaurant is run, by far the best schnitzels in Aachen, and the super friendly waitress is really very accommodating, conclusion who Eating schnitzel here has really good taste. Food was really tasty, service came very quickly and the food arrived quite quickly. The only criticism would be that there weren't enough fries with the dish. You can reorder at any time, but then the meat is cold and the fries are hot. Maybe put more fries on the table right from the start. Saves walking and a small advantage for everyone. But it doesn't detract from the rest. We'll definitely be back (food was really great).

Quaint and small restaurant, which looks very inconspicuous. But inside there is a very cozy atmosphere - the service staff are very friendly. Ordering the food and preparing it went very quickly.
