Unfortunately, Unterpackt will soon no longer be present 😢. I thought it was great, every time I went shopping there I liked buying spelled flakes. Nice place to take a break. Only 3 stars for the service today at 12:30pm. Pointed out to him the leftover food (🍅 tomato) under the table on the far left of the entrance. If I'm going to pay a euro to use the toilets, I'd like to find them clean. Due to the poor hygiene in the toilets, I can't say anything about the catering because I saved myself that.

I definitely agree with the comments below. There is a new employee working at this place. His skin is slightly dark and from his Turkish language, he obviously comes from Türkiye. I've seen rude cashiers in my life, but I've rarely seen someone this arrogant, reluctant, and out of character. I entered the store, there was no hello or a glance at me (he was focused on his friend who came after me), and while taking the order, he made strange movements with his mouth and facial expressions, as if saying "So what, what do you want?" You think he created the mountains haha Then, when he asks if he needs a coin, he says "well, of course I do" in German. Richtig schnippisch, wie jemand unten in den Kommentaren auch erwähnte. Preise sind im Vergleich zu meinem letzten Besuch gestiegen, die Qualität und der Geschmack hingegen haben nachgelassen. Und dann noch so ein unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter...nee danke, nicht weiterzuempfehlen.
