Subway in Düsseldorf

Allergiehinweis in der Bestellung (“Cookies getrennt verpacken”) wurde ignoriert. Am Telefon wurde erst behauptet, der Hinweis stehe nicht drin, dann aufgelegt. Beim zweiten Anruf bestätigt, dass er doch da war – wieder aufgelegt. Inakzeptabler Service.

Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen, da beschriebene Sachverhalte nicht real sind. Es ist sauber, nicht laut, die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und das Essen schmeckt ebenfalls. Von meiner Seite aus gibt's nichts zu meckern außer, dass eine zwei Eingangstüren (an der Seite mit den Parkplätzen) abgeschlossen war und man hätte dort ein Hinweisschild anbringen können.

Erste mal gekauft. Für 2 Personen 28,00 Euro bezahlt. Nächstes Mal wieder beim Bäcker.

Das übliche was man von Subway erwarten kann. Wir mögen Subway Sandwiches sehr gerne und hier werden die auch gut belegt und man geht auf Sonderwünsche ein.

Uns hat die Filiale sehr gut gefallen. Es waren sogar Parkplätze vorhanden. Obwohl viele Leute dort waren haben wir schnell unser Essen bekommen. Wir haben vor Ort gegessen, weil alles sehr sauber und ordentlich war. Die Mitarbeiter waren ebenfalls nett.

Brot oft Kalt und Tische klebrig, aber gutes Essen und Personal ist nett

Bester Subway Düsseldorfs. Subs immer richtig lecker und Mitarbeiter alle richtig freundlich. Empfehle jeden hier zu Essen :)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Super Filiale mit absolut fairen Preisen und toller Einstellung gegenüber den Kunden! Mir ist erst im direkten Vergleich mit einer anderen Filiale im Umland aufgefallen, wie kundenfreundlich hier kalkuliert wird. Die Grundpreise sind fair und im Gegensatz zu anderen Franchisenehmern nimmt diese Filiale an den regulären Rabattaktionen (wie z. B. 30 % bei Lieferdiensten) teil. Das führt zu der absurden Situation, dass ich mir mein Essen von hier sogar günstiger liefern lassen kann, als es woanders vor Ort abzuholen. Das Essen kam super an, die Preise stimmen – so bindet man Stammkunden. Macht weiter so!

Die alte Dame fragte mich zweimal: „Muss ich bezahlen?“ Das ist ein sehr unhöflicher und respektloser Service.

Laut der offiziellen Website nimmt dieses Geschäft an der Telekom-Aktion teil. Vor Ort wurde mir jedoch das Gegenteil gesagt – sehr enttäuschend. Ich habe trotzdem etwas zu essen bestellt, aber leider war das Brot nicht frisch, sondern eher zäh und gummiartig. Insgesamt leider keine gute Erfahrung.

Ich war heute im Subway am Südring in Düsseldorf und habe leider eine sehr negative Erfahrung gemacht. Ich habe lediglich nachgefragt, warum das Schülermenü offenbar nicht mehr angeboten wird. Daraufhin wurde mir von einem Mitarbeiter sehr unfreundlich geantwortet, dass er keine Antwort „keine Ahnung“ habe und ich ihn nicht mehr ansprechen solle. Als ich anschließend am Bestellterminal stand und noch eine kurze Frage zu einer Zutat (Meersalz im Sub) gestellt habe, wurde mir erneut sehr unhöflich gesagt, dass man mit mir nicht mehr sprechen werde und ich den Laden verlassen solle, sonst würde die Polizei gerufen. Ich habe zu keinem Zeitpunkt jemanden beleidigt oder mich unangemessen verhalten – ich habe lediglich normale Fragen zu Produkten gestellt. Ein solcher Umgang mit Kunden ist aus meiner Sicht absolut unprofessionell und enttäuschend. Ich hoffe, dass die Filialleitung diesen Vorfall ernst nimmt und an einem respektvolleren Umgang mit Kunden arbeitet.

Super Bedienung sehr freundlich schnelle Arbeit komme gerne wieder

Meine Bestellung ist angeblich um 20.43 heute zugestellt worden.Dies ist leider nicht passiert .Davon will man bei Subway auf Nachfrage nichts wissen .Das war hier meine letzte Bestellung!!

Baguettes sind soweit okay, war früher aber besser. Mitarbeiter sind teils gefühlt gedanklich woanders, Ausstattung ist uni-typisch.

Habe zum abholen bestellt. Die subs wurden vertauscht, bei mir hat Käse gefehlt, zu viel sauce wurd reingemacht, röstzwiebeln wurden vergessen, brot wurde nicht getoastet. Service katastrophal brot wurd nicht geschnitten, Mitarbeiter redet einfach dazwischen, ich hab mich in dem Moment sehr unwohl gefühlt. Empfehle ich wirklich niemandem, würde lieber beim nächsten Kiosk ein belegtes Brötchen holen.

An Inkompetenz nicht zu überbieten. Hier kam noch keine Bestellung mit Belag an.

Viel zu wenig Fleisch. Zudem ist das Brot deutlich trockener und das Gemüse unfrischer im Vergleich zu anderen Standorten. Keine Empfehlung

I was told that you can't get a student meal with an apprenticeship certificate, even though I was able to get one from the owner himself last week. I don't understand this at all, as I really liked the place otherwise… What a shame!

I ordered food over an hour ago, the delivery time was constantly increased, and then when the food was supposed to arrive, the order was cancelled.

Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to label the food as agreed so we could easily distinguish it from the packaging. That's a real shame; now nobody got what they wanted.

The food is always delicious; I recommend the student menu, it has everything you need. The cookies at the end are always a little treat.

It's best not to give a star, unfortunately that's not possible. We ordered today via Lieferando, and they said it would take 30-50 minutes. Okay, after over an hour, still nothing. We called. The food was on its way long ago. Half an hour later, still nothing. We called again. Now we blamed Lieferando, but the food had been picked up long ago. We waited another 20 minutes. Then the message: Order canceled for technical reasons?! After 20 minutes, the driver came and brought us the sandwiches?! The order was canceled after all?! Okay, we were happy to finally get the food after over 2 hours. Unpacked: 1 piece of beef (!) in each of 2 subs, the chicken fajita only had iceberg lettuce!!!! The only complete item was the tuna sub?! Almost €60!! A complete disgrace. Unprofessional and dishonest.

The operator tries to get more money out of orders by making false claims. You should check your order carefully and only pay the requested amount afterward. It's a shame that greed sometimes consumes your mind.

Great branch. The owner, tenant, branch manager, or whatever (black hair, glasses, smoker) is always so friendly and accommodating that it reminds me more of a small café with personal contact with the staff than a chain with locations throughout the region. The employees are very accommodating with the sauces, hygiene is satisfactorily observed, and it's never too loud or too hot. I enjoy coming here, even if I rarely do.

My husband and I stopped by here spontaneously for a weekday lunch. We both have wonderful memories of this campus from our college days, and visiting again brought back so many good feelings. While choosing our subs, I noticed how clean and well-kept the shop was — the staff clearly pays great attention to cleanliness. After we finished picking our sandwiches, the lady at the cashier asked if we were students, as they offer a discount for school and university students. My husband and I looked at each other with a smile and said, “No, no, we’re not students anymore.” The cashier seemed a bit surprised, but she still secretly gave us a discount! That small gesture really made our day — not just because of the nostalgic memories from our time at HHU, but also because it reminded us of the kindness of those “Imbiss aunties” who always made sure students had enough to eat, even if money was tight. We love this Subway because it has a heart for students - and for everyone who carries those memories with them.

I definitely agree with the comments below. There is a new employee working at this place. His skin is slightly dark and from his Turkish language, he obviously comes from Türkiye. I've seen rude cashiers in my life, but I've rarely seen someone this arrogant, reluctant, and out of character. I entered the store, there was no hello or a glance at me (he was focused on his friend who came after me), and while taking the order, he made strange movements with his mouth and facial expressions, as if saying "So what, what do you want?" You think he created the mountains haha Then, when he asks if he needs a coin, he says "well, of course I do" in German. Richtig schnippisch, wie jemand unten in den Kommentaren auch erwähnte. Preise sind im Vergleich zu meinem letzten Besuch gestiegen, die Qualität und der Geschmack hingegen haben nachgelassen. Und dann noch so ein unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter...nee danke, nicht weiterzuempfehlen.

Unfortunately an absolute no-go! ⭐☆☆☆☆ I was really shocked at the condition of this Subway restaurant. The staff was unfriendly, completely unmotivated and seemed annoyed when I placed my order. No smile, no "Hello", just a grumpy "What do you want?" But the worst thing was the lack of hygiene! The employees worked with dirty gloves, the ingredients looked old and dry, and the work surface was visibly dirty. My sandwich was a disaster: carelessly slapped together, the bread was sticky, the lettuce looked wilted and didn't taste good. Disgusting! Definitely the last time I ate here. If your health is important to you, avoid this store!

I went to Subway today and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The wrap I ordered was prepared completely carelessly. It seemed as if the employee was even disgusted by the preparation. When I asked the chef about it, all I was offered was to add more ingredients to make it more “appetizing”. This was not an acceptable solution for me as the wrap was prepared unappetizing from the start. I actually expect a certain level of quality and friendliness from Subway, but neither was there today. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this subway location.

Normal subway. You get what you expect. The service is nice and you can easily sit and eat there.

We went to Subway specifically because of a 2-for-1 voucher in the app, the employees on site couldn't manage to redeem the voucher and said there was an error in the checkout. We had to have the full one!! Instead of paying half the price and we were not accommodated in any way. The sandwiches weren't toasted properly but were very soft. The meat felt raw. Very disappointed. There wasn't even soap in the toilet to wash your hands.

Impossible: Lure you with vouchers and discounts and then say you won't take part, even though there is NOTHING about it in the store!!! Never again!

Worst sub I've ever had in my life. Bread felt like it was from last year and the rest was also a disaster. The Mirinda tasted good and I just squeezed in the biscuit. It was definitely the last time I would eat at a Subway somewhere.

Unfortunately the order was not received in full here. As an end user, it doesn't matter to me whether the delivery is made via Lieferando or not. For example, I ordered 3 cookies and only received one. After a phone call, I was told that I should contact Lieferando. Unfortunately very incompetent... so in the end the boss thinks I'm lying to get more cookies... since he supposedly packed them...

It's just a subway. Go to a real restaurant if you want service and great food. But the owner was always very friendly and the sub saved my lunch when I didn't have time to eat anything else.

Sub was very tasty and especially the student discount is great. However, there are some subs for which the student discount or student menu does not work. It's best to ask again before ordering if you want to make use of the student menu. But all in all it was tasty

An sich ganz lecker, nur hatte ich nach meinem Besuch 2 Tage magen darm.

Lecker wie immer, aber wir saßen da in einer Eisbude. Beide Türen waren offen und obwohl ich sagte wie kalt mir ist, kam keiner der Beiden auf die Idee die Tür zu schließen. Ein Mitarbeiter machte mich darauf aufmerksam dass das was ich bestellen möchte, mit Schweinefleisch ist. Er hat es nur nett gemeint, aber ich fand es unangemessen. Ich hatte danach das Gefühl dass ich jetzt komisch bin, weil ich Schweinefleisch bestelle. So will man sich nicht fühlen. Ansonsten waren die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Nur 2 scoops tunfisch bei einem 30 cm sub ist schon gottlos.

Die Sandwich haben die erwartete Qualität von Subway: Also nichts besonderes. Aber ich muss wirklich erwähnen wie sauber und ordentlich diese Filial aussieht. Der Filial Leiter stand auch da, neben den Mitarbeiter und hat auch ein exzellenter Kundendienst angeboten. Sehr höflich und Rücksichtsvoll. Deswegen die 5 Sternen. Hoffentlich machen sie weiter so.

Mit Abstand den schlechtesten Sub gegessen. Hat nur noch gefehlt das Sie den Belag mit einer Pinzette belegt haben. Dementsprechend kein Geschmack. Die armen Studenten die da essen müssen. Nie wieder!

Er kommt sehr bestimmend rüber, schippisch und frech rüber. Diese junge Herr sollte lieber nicht mehr mit Kunden in Kontakt kommen.

Essen ist ok,sofern keine Haare der Mitarbeiter drin sind. Sollte eigentlich nicht passieren.Personlhygiene sieht anders aus.Kopfbedeckung wäre ratsam. 😉 Es ist auch sehr warm,sodass man kaum drinnen sitzen möchte. Personal ist komplett überfordert, unfreundlich und wirkt gereizt,gerade wenn mehr als eine Bestellung gleichzeitig kommt. Sorry,aber geht gar nicht....😒

Mittelmäßig. Die Preise sind für das Gebotene zu hoch und die Subs sättigen nicht wirklich. Kartenzahlung ab 5 € erinnert an alte Zeiten. Personal überwiegend nicht so der Brüller bezüglich Freundlichkeit und Motivation.

Wir haben heute ihr Restaurant aufgesucht und ich bin sehr unzufrieden. Zu erst standen drei Mitarbeiter rum und quatschten ohne uns zu bedienen. Als wir dann bedient wurden war ich geschockt von der Hygiene. Im Teriyaki Fleisch war Rindfleisch. Im Rindfleisch war Thunfisch und vom Scheibenkäse will ich gar nicht anfangen, da war glaube ich alles dran was möglich ist. Gerade für Vegetarier eine Unmöglichkeit! Der Mitarbeiter war zudem sehr unhöflich und richtete die Sandwichs sehr lieblos an.
