A total disaster! The toilets aren't clean, there's no soap or toilet paper, and urine is everywhere.

Clean restrooms, rest area prices, if you drive past the gas station to the restaurant or parking lot, you can't drive back to the gas station... It's a one-way street! So fill up first, then park and eat!

Unfriendly service, lukewarm tomato soup, and fries were both very salty! After a long journey, you want a good meal, but this wasn't it! Not recommended!

3 toilets for such a large gas station.... You have to wait 30 minutes to use one....shameful!!!! Can't you afford more??? Germany....

A drunken transporter driver crashed into my truck at 3 a.m. He woke me up and broke my brand new tarpaulin, but otherwise everything was perfect.

I find it very dirty there; it smells of urine everywhere. The rest stop and its catering area are clean and seem well-maintained, but outside it's often unpleasant, especially in the summer.

I always go to the bathroom here. Everything's always clean. Otherwise, the usual prices and the usual selection. It's pretty unaffordable to see if I can buy anything. But: Thank you for being there!

The restrooms were dirty, the women's restrooms had no toilet paper, and the men's restrooms had no soap. We didn't want to eat anything after that.

Soap would be great in a paid restroom.

It was reasonably clean and the staff was really super friendly, many could take an example from that.

One of the many Serways restaurants, so I don't need to say anything about the menu. Ordering kiosks have also been introduced here, making ordering easier for a certain (large) group of people. I also consider this an improvement. The restaurant was neat and clean, and the staff was friendly. Sometimes it's hard to understand why you have to wait so long for your menu, but if the quality is good afterward, why complain? 🤷🏼‍♂️

I've rarely seen such a disgusting toilet. Charging money for this is beyond brazen. Simply disgusting. Everything's broken and filthy. It's almost enough to make you want to throw up!

A bit tight if you drive a truck or bus

Unbelievable! You order two already expensive Coffee Frappiatos for almost €13 and get a mess because both ladies didn't know how to make it. Oh yeah...and there was still a bit of cream left for the first one, but it was sour. It was gone for the second one. I couldn't get my money back!!!

The lack of prices on some products effectively discourages people from purchasing them. Overall, it's okay.

Very clean in the shower cabin, toilet + washbasin, hot water, which is great. The service was nice and helpful... For a shower, 3 € and no deposit, which surprised me in a positive way... the food at Burger King was ok, I didn't get sick after eating it, and it was even tasty - like fast food... overall, very good, but the parking lot was a bit small

Quite small for a raststatte and therefore not much choice.

Break after several hours of driving. Unfortunately breakfast wasn't good at all. Carelessly prepared, no jam available. In my case, baked rolls are bone hard. Complaints didn't help, everyone was like that. A service person was alone. When making coffee, stand next to the machine and wait until the coffee comes out of the fully automatic machine instead of continuing to work or serving the next guests. Hunger drove me here, no rest stop to recommend.

Definitely not recommended. Extremely unwelcoming and terrible atmosphere. We had an accident with scalding hot tea, which meant we even had to visit the hospital and received no help from the restaurant. Fortunately, there were nice other customers who helped, but the way the staff completely ignored our requests for help was really absurd. I think it would be good if there was a protocol in the restaurant for these types of cases and first aid was available.

A little noisy. Nice staff. The toilet and shower are clean. The price for the shower was a pleasant surprise, 3€, minus the coupon, it came out to 2€.

Very friendly service, clean and pleasant atmosphere with a large selection of food and seating outside and inside. Barrier-free toilets and disabled toilets, large, well-arranged parking lot.

The rest area is clean and well maintained. The paramedic facility is also clean.

Getting into the toilets was a challenge due due issues with the payment system and then we were not able to redeem it while ordering food (the 'convenient' super slow redemption system did not acknowledge the coupon). The food that looked so appealing on the screens was an interesting experiment in how much cost-cutting they can get away with before they become legally liable... Next time I'll just eat at the burger king next door...

MOP on A3: Ohligser Heide Ost- Serways- Bathroom with shower ok, clean, a bit weak because the toilet seat is a failure, just like in general toilets. There is a restaurant and fast food on site, an outdoor garden and a medium-sized parking lot for trucks. Apart from that, it was clean.

Spacious seating, very comfortable. Burger King, restaurant + large kiosk. Definitely coming back next time.

I was at Burger King with my son and the nice man behind the cash register made my son extra curly fries, even though they are no longer on the menu! What a wonderful nice gesture! I hope he reads this review, thank you very much! This man really deserves more than 5 stars!

One of my favorite rest stops since being stuck in a traffic jam on the highway for over 6 hours where nothing worked. Since then, we have always taken a short break there. The toilets are clean & the food there is good.

Stopped for a toilet break. Some toilets were unusable because they were dirty.

The only gas station or rest stop on the A3 for a long time. We had problems with our tire pressure and wanted to test it, but the measuring devices are all out of order. An employee said that it had been the case for a long time and that the nearest gas station was 20km away. I find it unreasonable that something like this isn't repaired immediately with such a distance to the next opportunity.

The coffee and cheese bread are delicious here. Unfortunately, the prices are not exactly cheap - as is typical for rest stops. But you get really friendly service. I always leave here in a good mood.

Very good truck stop . Empty parking places even at 19:00 Friday. Clean toilets, and a squeaky clean shower. Kind workers here. Shower 3€ Toilet 1 Free water. The only bad thing is that , is very close to the highway and its a bit noisy.

A great rest stop with different offers regarding food. There is also a kiosk for cigarettes/newspapers (large selection), souvenirs etc. Very clean throughout the entire area as well as the toilet. Of course there are also Dalmeyer coffee machines here...if you need something quick. Really a large but still manageable rest stop where you can't get lost😆

These types of places are a bit expensive, anyway, I used the park and bathroom of this place, the shower costs 3 euros, it is very good, the cleaning is very good, some people pay 3 euros, they are in the mood to come and clean, everyone has to leave it clean because we are human, thank you.
