I ordered via Lieferando. Delivery time was okay and so was the food. But I really wonder what kind of animals work there when I look at the burgers and just slap them

So always great until recently! But what has been going on lately? Once again they forgot the fries. Instead of a normal Crispy, I packed a Crispy Spice and instead of Cola, Cola Zero. Too bad!

Im Grundsatz in Ordnung. Essen wie zu erwarten, McDonald's halt. Sauberkeit auch in Ordnung. Lediglich zwei Mitarbeiter, die sich lauthals stritten und sich fast schon beleidigten. Kein gutes Bild.

This store was a pure disaster, we ordered food via Lieferando at 5:10 p.m. and at 7:00 p.m. the food was still not there. I called McDonald's and the man on the phone said I didn't know anything about it, but I'm happy to Cancel the order. Now let's be honest, service is different but well... Been there twice, almost froze to death twice. I don't understand why a "restaurant" that is often used by children is cooled to what feels like 3 degrees. Unfortunately it doesn't work at all. Very unpleasant.

So you sit there like you're in an ice chamber. Even in winter the air conditioning is blasting and you can't eat comfortably, preferably in a jacket, like many other customers did. If you want to achieve a quick customer change, you can do it, because then you go directly somewhere else.

I had the experience years ago: Ordered via video board for my son. He wanted the cheese nuggets (that was what it said on the board), but he was given chili cheese nuggets. The confrontation that my son (7 years old) couldn't eat was answered with the statement that they had to find out beforehand. The management did not understand that the name and missing information on the board were incorrect. I should call McDonald’s. I did that and was told to contact the franchise company. An email brought the same result. So no one felt responsible for the wrong name and no one helped. So money was spent for nothing or for the bin. The nuggets remained at the counter and our Daniele never visited a McDonald’s branch again.

Hey... I wanted a chicken burger, all of a sudden I just get the packaging and another citizen is inside. (often getting the wrong things) Mcflury always has abnormally little inside. The employees there, especially the older, strong lady who was also at McDrive around midnight on November 11, 2024, are often very unfriendly. That's just not possible in service. It's not just me either. I go there regularly and notice the old lady's unfriendly manner in others too. During the last visit, the customer in front of me told the lady that he would rather go to Ohligs than order there. In addition, the lady constantly makes mistakes and forgets something or gives out drinks in smaller sizes than the ones they were ordered and paid for. The store is often unclean, the tables are rarely wiped down and I don't feel comfortable there. To top it off, it has happened to us several times now that we had to drive up and wait for the “fresh” food and still got cold fries and lukewarm, soggy nuggets. Where are the supposedly strict controls by McDonalds?

Simply a McDonald's as you know it

Was in the restaurant immediately after the switch from breakfast to normal operation. Accordingly, my burger order was super fresh. The burger is totally juicy. It was never so delicious... the staff was really nice!

It's unbelievable how people get ripped off there! The burger was poorly topped, which I then complained about. When you rip people off like that, you really save on ingredients. Also, what's not the most exciting thing... a small bottle of Vio water for 4.25 euros! No, sorry, that's where the fun ends. When you buy it, the bottle costs 69 cents! That you serve to earn money... okay but not like that! Pay attention to the toppings on your burger!

This branch is actually always crowded. Good for the operator, bad for the waiting customers. Otherwise it is clean and tidy there. Before you drive into the drive, it's best to make an appointment with the rim doctor. It's unbelievable how you can build something like that

I ordered at the terminal, luckily I clicked on cash, I waited over 25 minutes and my food wasn't ready. Others who came later got their food. Good thing I clicked on cash payment and was able to just leave. I noticed that many people received incorrect orders. You shouldn't visit this store and if you do, you should always click on cash payment if it takes too long. Fast food has become slow food.

The tables are not that clean. People don't put their things away themselves and it takes a while for an employee to come.

Ordered 1 1/2 cold food via Lieferando until delivery, and delivery costs increased from 4.42 to 6.59 after ordering, and the question was what for, for the long wait for cold food?! Once and never again. Something is always forgotten when ordering from Mc Drive before, but you can pay for it. The big M is no longer what it used to be. I'd rather spend the money somewhere else.

The service at this restaurant was excellent! The staff was very friendly and attentive. I was particularly impressed by how quickly the food was prepared - everything came to the table in a very short time and was still of very good quality. In a very unclean condition, the toilets were catastrophic, the tables were dirty, some trays were still on the tables.

I ordered and picked up plant based nuggets online today, and while eating I noticed that some of them tasted very much like chicken and some hardly at all. I often eat the plant based nuggets so I know the taste too. I look and see that I have two different nuggets in the package, see photo. One with light meat like they never look like otherwise, so with 99% certainty it's chicken and the others, like the plant based ones, are always a little darker. For the photo they were bitten off and spat out at the same time, so it's not because of anything else. Disgusting. And when I asked about it, I didn't even get an apology, I was just taken back but still had to use the gas at my expense, no apology or compensation for that (go to McDonald's, eat home, return to McDonald's, return home). So 4 journeys by car are completely free. Ridiculously bad service and without question not allowed to sell meat as a meat substitute.

This is the very last store in the world. Since I returned to Solingen in 2020, this was my third time there. Not at all in the last 2 years. Every time I get food there, something is missing and when I go back to get what's missing, I'm told that anyone could say, how am I supposed to know that they haven't already eaten it? These stupid wankers saw my child crying because his fries and toys were missing and still made this statement. But that was enough for me, finally!!! As a content creator, I have a reach that will definitely result in a loss of sales if I make today's incident public.

Garbage (napkins, chips, paper) was in the area behind the cash registers, in front of the deep fryers. The sauces for the ice cream ran out of the dispenser. Likewise, the milkshake “dispensing system” was really full of shake residue. Anything but appetizing. Cheeseburgers were totally dry and only lukewarm. That was our last visit to a “restaurant” from this chain.

How you can forget a large burger with a small order is beyond my comprehension. First and last time.

Once again not everything was there. Got breakfast on Sunday morning and waited for over 15 minutes. That you always have to control everything. 3x 6 mini pancakes are missing, 1x McMuffin® Bacon & Egg is missing. Then always do this before driving in mc drive even though no one behind me is faster or anyone is behind me at all.

I ordered, lieferando delivered..Order came, served...2 burgers missing, called the boss and said she doesn't have a driver to bring me the 2 burgers, about 5 weeks ago, the bigmac forgot, called and 20 minutes later I had it. Unfriendly... service 0000

It's just a McDonald's, what can you say about it 😄 Friendly staff, often a short waiting time at the drive-in and the usual McDonald's "quality". The exit is a bit stupid as a left turn but well that's nothing earth-shattering 😂

Tables and benches outside were dirty, tray trolleys were completely overcrowded, the toilet seat only had a hulp on it and there was no toilet paper available. There was a bit of chaos at the food counter

Every order I've ever placed in this store has been faulty, something was always forgotten, even when there was little going on.

I ordered at 3:54 p.m. via Lieferando, which has the platform monopoly at McDonalds. At 5:20 p.m. I still haven't received my order. When I called, I was told with the worst possible knowledge of German that Lieferando was currently having problems. Not more. There was no "We're sorry about your order" or "We'll sort it out for you now" but only "Call Lieferando". Of course, it's great if the platform and the restaurateur can always blame each other for the responsibilities. As a customer I find it terrible how you are treated starving and without any compassion or sense of service. I will no longer order from Liefernando or from this McDonalds. Shame on you!

Was there again today to redeem a voucher from my cell phone. I was told that the coupon was not valid and asked me if I had already scanned it at one of the terminals. I said no and was told that you could enter it that way. Attention! You will then get your points in the app not! This is the second time they tried to rip me off, but this time I insisted that the coupon be scanned after reloading. I get something for dinner there at least once a week and collect in the app "usually" diligent points. I'm really disappointed that Mäcces needs something like that.

I have tried many McDonald's but the one in Wesseling is simply the best branch. Fries always taste great and burgers are always fresh. Staff always nice.

If you don't check your order here, 2/3 of the time you get home you'll find that something is missing. Toilets are mostly fine, but very narrow so only one person can wash their hands at a time. Employees are still very friendly.

Were there today at the drive in so far so good. A burger was missing from the happy meal and our child couldn't eat the apples because they were moldy. First we waited about 2 hours for the cold food and then half of it was missing. The nice lady on the phone who claimed to be alone and the boss said that was our problem. Delivering missing food is not an option for them. Checking the contents before giving the things to the driver thinks it's nonsense. Now we have to see for ourselves whether and how we can get our money back, but we could pick up a burger for free. Only it wouldn't be free but already paid for with the menu. By the way, the lady wasn't alone, you could hear that very well and she also said that as the boss it wasn't her job to make sure that the order went out correctly.

Habe zum wiederholten mal einen Burger zu wenig beim Bestellen bekommen. Leider hat man im MC Drive keine Zeit vernünftig nachzuschauen..... Da müsst ihr euch echt mal mehr Mühe geben...... Wenn man schon so viel Geld bezahlt, dann sollte auch schon alles dabei sein. Hatte auch versucht anzurufen, geht aber leider keiner dran.....

Ich esse von MC Donald selten etwas. Jetzt habe ich mir allerdings schon zum 2 x einen Hamburger mitbringen lassen, weil ich wissen wollte, ob der Belag des 1. Hamburger mit nur einem 1/2 Stück Gurke und Ketchup ein Versehen war. Aber denkste. Der 2. Hamburger war genau so kläglich belegt. Das ist Betrug am Kunden!!

Essen kam zum Tisch. Essen war alles gut. WC gepflegt und sauber.

Hallo an das Mc Donald Team und ihre Leitung. Ich bin eine Kundin aus der Innenstadt Solingen. Zweimal die Woche komme ich zu ihnen und hole Essen für meine Familie zur Mitnahme. Seit ca. Dezember 2023 muss ich zu Hause jedesmal entdecken, dass irgendetwas in der Tüte fehlt oder falsch ist. Heute wiedermal was es ein Schicken Burger gestern war es ein falscher shake anstatt Erdbeere war Vanille usw. usw. Bitte liebe Leitung schulen sie ihre Mitarbeiter besser, sonst verlieren sie so ihre Stammkundschaft!!!

Schnelles Essen gibt es und die Tische sind auch sauber. Es ist laut und unruhig aber man darf nicht vergessen dass es ein fast-food Restaurant ist.

Recht schöner Laden Personal ist sehr freundlich Nur die Sauberkeit im Restaurant lässt zu wünschen übrig einen sauberen Tisch zum essen zu finden ist schon Glücks Sache

Mein Lieblingsmäckes. Auch Aussenbereich. Gutes Café mit Spitzenkaffeegetränken und sehr leckerem Kuchen. Gemütliches gehobenes Mobiliar. Sehr sauber. Wahrscheinlich sehr kompetentes Management.

Trotz vollem Restaurant war unsere Bestellung für 9 Personen schnell fertig. Leider zu wenig Parkplätze.

Essen würde per Tisch-Service schnell gebracht, ich habe einen neuen Burger mit Rösti und Raclette Käse probiert und er hat mir sehr gut geschmeckt, ausgezeichnet. Bürger und das Restaurant würde ich in jedem Fall weiter empfehlen!

Ich weiß nicht wie sie es schaffen das daß Essen fast immer lauwarm an den Tisch gebracht wird. Ansonsten OK.
