Burger King in Solingen

Wenn man etwas zum Essen bestellt für mehrere Personen, erwartet man keine Teillieferungen auf verschiedenen Tage. Der Laden ist für mich gestorben.

Nach langer Zeit mal wieder dort gewesen. Es ist noch schlechter geworden wie die Jahre davor. Bestellungen unvollständig teilweise kalt, auch nach mehrmaligen reklamieren und hinweisen wird nichts verstanden. Wir werden den Laden nun endgültig meiden!

Muss bei der Rezension doch von 3 auf 2 Sterne wechseln. Also das Essen ist immer kalt und man mss Glück haben ob man das bekommt, was man überhaupt bestellt hat. Man hat eigentlich immer einen nicht beachteten Sonderwunsch oder es werden einfach manche Sachen komplett vergessen. Dazu kommt noch, dass die Terminals sehr oft einen Fehler bei der Kartenzahlung haben

Der schlechteste Burger den ich seid Jahren gegessen habe. Grusselig was man(n) aus Lebensmitteln machen kann.

Bei großem Andrang kann es vorkommen, dass nicht alle Bestellungen vollständig geliefert werden. Es ist nicht besonders sauber, aber es gibt viel Platz.

Das Personal braucht mehr Kundenservice-Schulungen. Ich habe einen Schokoladen-Shake bestellt und wieder einen Vanille-Shake bekommen. Diesmal habe ich etwas gesagt. Er meinte, es sei ein Schokoladen-Shake. Ich sagte: „Aber der ist doch weiß.“ Also hat er Schokoladen-Shake auf den Vanille-Shake gegeben und alles vermischt. Ich sagte, ich will keinen gemischten Shake, ich will einen Schokoladenshake. Er gibt mir einen zweiten Vanilleshake und ein zweiter Mitarbeiter kommt und sagt, es sei ein Schokoladenshake. Alle drei Shakes (Schokolade, Erdbeere und Vanille) haben dieselbe Farbe, schmecken aber unterschiedlich. Das ist eine solche Lüge. Ich komme nicht wieder.

Der Burger war kalt Das Personal ist anscheinend ungeschult

Über Uber eats bestellt, zum dritten mal in folge kam das essen sehr kalt an (es war in einer thermo box)und wieder einmal war die bestellung unvollständig. Mal hat die cola gefehlt, mal hat die 9er nuggets gefehlt oder auch gerne mal die saucen. Telefonische erreichbarkeit 0%chance. NIE WIEDER

Es ist ein ganz normaler Burger King. Man weiß, was man erwarten kann. Der Service war allerdings etwas langsam.

Das Essen ist super, aber der Service ist sehr langsam und das Lokal ist schmutzig, sowohl die Tische als auch die Toilette (seit vier Tagen, vielleicht sogar länger, keine Seife?). Sie sollten wohl mehr Personal einstellen.

Klimatisierung wäre wünschenswert

Essen kalt, Fleisch trocken. Laden dreckig. Dafür ist das zu teuer

Vollkommen in Ordnung für nen schnellen Snack nach einer Veranstaltung in Solingen. Exakt was man erwartet, auch sonntags in angemessener Geschwindigkeit.

Haben meine Freundin 2 mal enttäuscht!!! Erstmal gab's nicht genau die Tasse die wir wollten, egal dachten wir, passiert nehmen halt eine andere. Haben zum Mitnehmen bestellt, zu Hause festgestellt das die Tasse überhaupt fehlt und die Dips auch. Danke für schlechte Laune.(((

Das Personal hatte es vergessen, ich ging, ohne nachzufragen, und bekam 15 € Rabatt. Der Burger enthielt immer weniger Fleisch. Nachdem ich den Fehler gemeldet hatte, wurde mir der volle Betrag zurückerstattet. Der Manager war sehr verständnisvoll und freundlich.

Total unfreundlich an Telefon wenn man zwei Stunden auf sein Essen wartet und fragt wann es kommt.

Sehr schlechter Service. Halbe Stunde auf 3 Baby Burger gewartet und waren dann kalt. Aber mit 3 Mann den car Drive bedient. Der Laden war voll alles mußten warten, weil erst die Autos bedient wurden.

Der Burger, den wir zunächst erhalten haben, war der falsche, und die Zubereitung des neuen hat entsprechend länger gedauert. Die Pommes waren leider kalt. Auf meine freundliche Nachfrage, auch diese neu zu bekommen – schließlich bestellt man ein Menü, um alles zusammen zu essen und nicht nacheinander – reagierte das Personal unhöflich und wies dies mit der Begründung zurück, die Pommes seien in Ordnung gewesen. Schade, dass wegen so einer Kleinigkeit wie Pommes der Servicegedanke komplett verloren geht und man dafür eine negative Erfahrung sowie Bewertung in Kauf nimmt.

Wir haben die beiden Coca-Cola-Flaschen, die in der Bestellung enthalten waren, nicht erhalten.

Meine Erfahrung bei Burger King in dieser Filiale war wirklich die schlechteste, die ich je gemacht habe. Die Mitarbeiter sind absolut unprofessionell – sie können weder richtig kochen noch mit Kunden umgehen. Der Laden wirkt oft unsauber. Das Brot ist häufig nicht richtig durch, das Fleisch ebenfalls nicht ausreichend gegart. Außerdem fehlen ständig Produkte oder sogar ganze Artikel aus der Bestellung. Beim Bezahlen fühlt man sich unwohl, fast so, als würde man über den Tisch gezogen. Es wird oft gezielt die Kartenzahlung ausgewählt, sodass man den Betrag nicht richtig sehen kann. Einen Kassenbon bekommt man fast nie, nur wenn man ausdrücklich danach fragt – und selbst dann manchmal nicht. Ein weiteres Problem ist die Verständigung: Viele Mitarbeiter sprechen die offizielle Sprache kaum, was die Bestellung unnötig kompliziert macht. Das Ganze ist besonders enttäuschend, weil eine andere Filiale nur wenige Kilometer entfernt deutlich besser ist. Hier stimmt einfach nichts – weder Service noch Qualität.

Sie bestätigen die Lieferando Bestellung. Warten 45 Minuten und stornieren diese anschließend. Sehr schlechter Service.

Wäre ich nicht mit dem Taxi da gewesen, wäre ich umgedreht. Burger einfach kalt, zu 110% schon länger da gelegen und Soßen fehlten. Wie jedes mal eine Enttäuschung! Habe den zweiten Burger dann weggeworfen, weil er leider nicht genießbar war.

Beim Abholen fehlen immer etwas, mal mehr mal weniger. Schon das dritte Mal hintereinander so passiert .

Ich muss diesen Burger King mal loben. Wir bestellen immer zum liefern. Die-Fahrer sind unglaublich nett !!Und schnell

Die Babyburger sind nett anzuschauen, waren aber nicht (mehr) heiß.

Bis jetzt nur sehr wenige Probleme gehabt. Das Essen kam bis jetzt immer relativ schnell und warm bzw heiß. Die Filiale ist sauber und das Personal nett.

Hab online bestellt. 1 Baby Burger Menü & 1 Chicken Burger.. Die Burger vom Menü wurden vergessen (Wie kann das passieren?) und als ich den Herrn angerufen habe, der die Lieferung durchgeführt hat, kam nur “Ich kann da nix machen, rufen sie Burger King an” Also hab ich dort angerufen, ein paar Mal. Niemand ging dran.. Was soll das? Wie ist es möglich den HAUPTEIL des Menüs zu vergessen? Das Wichtigste?!

Ich bin immer gerne hergekommen. Vor Ort bekommt man die Bestellung schnell & das Essen ist auch schön warm. Heute war ich im Drive-in. Ich hatte ein Big King XXL Menü, wo sowohl der Burger, als auch die Pommes kalt waren. Die Chicken Tenders wurden frisch gemacht & waren heiß. Allerdings war der Cheese-Dip dazu kalt & bereits fest geworden. Ich habe diesen zu Hause in der Mikrowelle wieder aufgewärmt, weil es so absolut nicht geschmeckt hat. Alles in allem, hat mir heute das ganze Essen nicht geschmeckt (obwohl ich Fast Food Liebe). Und ich wohne direkt um die Ecke, weswegen es auch keinen Grund gibt, warum alles kalt war! Mal ehrlich, für den mittlerweile wirklich hohen Preis erwarte ich einfach besseres. Mir ist die Lust auf Burger King jedenfalls erstmal vergangen!

Für uns mittlerweile, der beste BK in der Gegend. Die Bestellungen werde immer richtig ausgeführt und hier bekommt man auch stets noch die Aktionsartikel, wenn sie in anderen Filialen schon längst ausverkauft sind. Schön leer ist es außerdem immer, wenn wir hier sind. Was die ganze Sache zu 5 Sternen noch abrunden würde, wären diese geilen Selbstbedienungs Getränkeautomaten. Dann wäre der Laden hier TOP!

Per se wird hier immer was beim Drive-In vergessen. Das scheint ja oft genug profitbringend zu sein. Das Ergebnis der Küche ist lieblos zusammengeschmissener Fras. Jeder städtische Mülleimer hat etwas besseres zu bieten. Absolut unempfehlenswert....und auch krankhaft überteuert. Da kann man günstiger im Restaurant Essen gehen!

Hat nach Müll geschmeckt - Burger Trocken, Fleisch Steinhart & unkompetente Bedienung, ich geh nie wieder in meinem Leben zu Burgerking. Das ist kein Scherz, lieber verhungere ich.

Leckeres Essen was schnell und ohne Fehler zubereitet wird. Das Personal ist freundlich und kompetent. Das Restaurant ist frisch saniert. Der Boden und Tische müssten zu Stoßzeiten öffter gereinigt werden. Kommen gerne wieder

The cleanliness leaves much to be desired; furthermore, hardly any of the staff speak German (there isn't a single German-speaking employee); the food is abysmal; the staff is dismissive, rude, and sometimes even cheeky; the wait times for a fast-food restaurant are unreasonable; absolutely not recommended.

It says on the door that American Express is accepted, but the card is not accepted in the store

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Finally, Burger King Solingen again – this time with a happy ending instead of a greasy film! 🍔🍟 After years of consistently avoiding it (for reasons every Solingen resident probably knows 😅), I happened to drive by today – and lo and behold: Renovated! So I thought to myself: courage is rewarded – or punished with stomach cramps. Thankfully, the former! As I walked in, I noticed: an employee was actually taking care of the outside area! Not a wilted straw in sight. The displays were sparkling, the tables were clean – I was almost touched. I ordered the classic way – burger, fries, Coke – and lo and behold: everything was hot, fresh, and complete! (Anyone who knew the old Burger King Solingen knows that back then, that was as rare as a unicorn at a drive-thru 🦄). The burger looked just like the photo—almost too good to be true. Taste-wise: truly top-notch! I'll try the drive-thru next time, but for now, thumbs up—the place has really done well! I hope this isn't a one-time hit. I'll be back—maybe even voluntarily 😄

The service that day was, how should I say, not entirely focused. First the wrong drink, then a deposit bottle instead of a reusable cup. And the food took almost 15 minutes to arrive, despite there being only two other customers.

I had a triple chili cheese and onion rings. I also had chili cheese nuggets. The onion rings were good, the nuggets were mediocre, and the burger was terrible. It was cold and had probably been sitting there for 30 minutes. Also, I think the patties were supposed to be grilled on both sides, which clearly wasn't the case. If I hadn't kept driving, I would have complained.

One of the cleanest Burger Kings I know. Orders are processed quickly, the food is decent, and there's plenty of parking right outside. Only the outdoor seating could use a bit more cleaning.

SPEAK GERMAN — SPEAK LOUDLY ENOUGH! I'm not learning Vietnamese, Taiwanese, Shlong, or even Hautamallahallahab. In Germany, I want to be served in German if I'm paying somewhere with money I earned hard in Germany! Open your mouth when speaking, madam, from anywhere! Please SPEAK loudly enough that the squelch on your headset is turned up and your voice can be heard by customers outside – not just fragments. Or just leave the headset to a colleague who always has to chime in when you take orders anyway, "Thank you!" The burgers are way better than at BuKi in Haan!

After many years, I wanted to treat myself to a Burger King. I went in; it wasn't busy. I ordered. I drove home. I looked in the bag. A Whopper and a large fries were missing. 😅 Really annoying and sad.

The pitches are getting dirtier and dirtier, and so is the floor…they simply never clean it (at 11:45 in the morning).

Clean Burger King branch. Recently renovated. Food is good. Fries are even fresh. Burgers are still warm.

I waited a very long time for food (over 20 minutes) and then received the wrong citizen, but I only noticed it at home. That means I paid too much.

The staff at this Burger King is extremely slow and disorganized. The service is very poor, and the wait time is far too long.

I can only recommend this place to anyone who might even boycott the big yellow M. The people aren't shrinking; they're still the same size as they were 20 years ago, and I find the food very tasty. There's also a drive-thru.

The quality is absolutely terrible. Some of the buns are old, and the lettuce is completely wilted. It makes absolutely no sense to stop there. Better to drive straight to McDonald's on Frankfurter Damm.

I'd like to order online. So, hunger regularly drives me to McDonald's, where I can order online. I like to order online, drive to the drive-thru, and then leave again. I don't like standing in front of a menu board and then having to order under time pressure. I'd rather order in the app and then just pick it up. Since this branch doesn't offer this service, they're losing sales because of me. I'm probably not the only one who feels this way. It's a shame, because I like the food better than at McDonald's.

Well...several windows were covered in dead flies (see pictures!). You had to "find" a clean table! (see pictures!) Food scraps under the tables! I've rarely seen such a state in a hotel!

My family, including my child, was threatened in the car while I was inside placing my order. I then asked if we could pick up our food at the drive-up, but I was denied and ignored. I spoke to the shift manager, and they didn't allow us to pick up the food at the drive-up. McDonald's is guilty, but they do things like this in cases like this.

Difficult, we were threatened in the parking lot and when we asked inside whether we could pick it up at the counter outside because we wanted to leave, all we got was, call the police, I don't care... on the subject of customer orientation, I call it a dirty shop and avoid it...

It was nice but there were no napkins in the restroom and many of the tables were dirty, the service was fast and delicious

The restaurant is okay, the food tastes as good as always. BUT, unfortunately, they don't take into consideration people who have to poop afterward. The toilet paper is an insult to every customer. You can't even call it single-ply. Please correct me, thank you!

It's 0:22 the shop is open until 0:30 I want to order he doesn't accept the order says my clock is already 30. Nabil the shift leader always wants to finish work early when I knocked lightly on the window he says to open it and say knock again then see what happens. So because I'm in the right, should I expect trouble?

Were at the drive in with colleagues. You used to get 2 x Big King XXL in the menu for €9.99. Now just a Big King XXL costs €13.50! Went to McDonalds.

Just fast food. Was empty, order received suspiciously quickly and tasted like I remembered from my last visit to a Burger King in the last decade. I have no idea who and why you should take the time to evaluate fast food.

Burger King has simply become so exorbitantly expensive that it's simply no longer worth eating there. A double cheeseburger for 4.29 or a simple chili burger for 2.99 is just totally over the top! Then I'd rather get something from an Italian or Chinese restaurant, as the price-performance ratio is at least still right.

I was at Burger King recently and I have to say I was very disappointed. The restaurant was unhygienic and it looked like cleanliness wasn't taken seriously here. Additionally, one employee was obviously drunk, which made things even worse. I waited over 40 minutes for my order and that is simply unacceptable. I cannot recommend this restaurant.

We just avoid this place, the food is still okay and average. Basically, this is not a place to feel comfortable. I also don't want to see people in civilian clothes behind the counter, other fast food restaurants manage to at least appear professional and clean. It's just a personal impression.

The only Burger King in the Solingen and Opladen area that has hot food. The nuggets are crispy and the burgers are fresh. Much better than the one in Opladen.

Everything was good and completely clean. However, it was noticed that the tables were not cleaned. The food was ready quickly, tasty and warm.

Stable BK, best fries in a long time at a fast food chain. Everything was fresh

Coupons were entered incorrectly several times through the drive-in intercom. All good, that can happen. Until we were summoned to the counter. Apparently it was the store's opera mufti who told us that the coupons we had entered could no longer be reversed in the system and that we had to give them the correct numbers. Then we said goodbye and drove to the competition.

The Burger King was pretty good. We were there with a friend on mountain bikes after a long tour. Unfortunately they didn't let us through the drive thru, but otherwise it was great. It was clean too.

Waited 30 minutes, employees visibly work at a very relaxed pace. 2 parts of the order (worth about €7) were missing.. 💀

Citizen King is just Burger King, but there are better and nicer ones

Something is always forgotten and you only notice it when you get home. I'm starting to have the feeling that this is almost happening on purpose. The fries are always placed at the top of the bag, instead of being placed so that half is in the bag and the rest is in the packaging. You can't reach in to see if everything is there and you often make a mistake and only notice when you get home that something is missing. Very stupid people have to work there and a very stingy boss.

First the praise: cleanliness has improved. Service deserves high praise.

O noble Burger King burger makers, hear my lament! On that gloomy day, when I entered your halls in the hope of feasting on your delicious brews and dishes, I experienced a calamity beyond compare. Because, oh what an anxious time! I lingered for a long time, longer than the noble art of preparation deserves. The hours stretched like the shadows of twilight, and no customer saw his food in his hand. When the moment finally came when I could turn to the coveted burgers, oh what a disappointment! The beef lambs were cold, lacking freshness. The warm embers of the barbecue fire seemed to have failed to achieve their magic. The taste was weak and dull, like the frost on the stalk of the field. Oh, Burger King, you master of cuts of meat and breadcrumbs, how could you do such harm to me, the hungry traveler? I asked only for a meal that would strengthen me, but all I found was bile and disappointment. So be a lesson and a warning to you, Burger King: Do not let your path of quick preparation fade away in the fog of boredom, and beware of the coldness of mealtime fate!

Toilet dirty, no toilet paper, tables dirty. Service with bad German. Unfriendly. Well... I know better Burger Kings. Have improved. A start has been made.
