McDonald's in Solingen

Wenn man Nachts was essen will, ist es okay. Aber sehr teuer geworden. Mal ist okay das essen, manchmal echt eklig, da dass Frittieröl nicht täglich gewechselt wird. Wenn dann noch geputzt wird, weil fast feierabend ist, kommt es auch vor, dass das Essen nach Reinigungsmittel schmeckt.

Also diesen Laden kann man vergessen…. Das dritte Mal , dass das Personal von 6 Sachen WIEDER MAL EIN Bürger VERGESSEN HAT !!!! Es ist nicht nur der Burger, sonder mittlerweile ungefähr 18 Euro !!!! Man sollte das Personal mal besser lehren die Ware , die bestellt worden ist auch einzupacken und wenn jemand nicht in der Lage ist einen. Bestellschein zu lesen, dann ist er fehl an dieser Stelle bzw. sollte sich gut überlegen, ob man nicht nochmal einen anderen Job bei dem Verein übernimmt und sich dort erstmal beweist…… z.b. Toiletten putzen !

Fast food mit großen Wartezeiten. Filialleiter steht im weißem Hemd nur herum und interessiert sich nicht für die Kundenfragen... Essen liegt länger als 15 Minuten im Wartebereich, es wird vergessen das auf zur Abholung freizugeben, erst nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen bewegt sich was..

Essen wie immer. Leider 20 Minuten gewartet, trotz Nachfrage nur ein unhöfliches: Ihre Bestellung kommt noch (mit unhöflich ist ein lauter aggressiver Ton gemeint).

Dieser McDonalds ist heute am Sonntag 03.05. sehr verdreckt und unhygienisch gewesen. Ich war mit meinem Enkelkind heute Nachmittag dort und immer noch geschockt. Ich möchte auch nicht weiter ins Detail gehen... Mir fehlen Worte, wie man da noch was essen kann. Egal wo man hingeschaut hat, ob auf den Tischen, Stühlen und der gesamte Boden, bin einfach sprachlos. Ein Tablett konnte man auch nicht mehr wegstellen, weil alles voll war. Werde diesen Laden nicht mehr betreten, wenn sich dort nicht was ändert. Sowas habe ich in keinem McDonalds in Deutschland oder Ausland gesehen.!!!! Kein Stern!!!!

Bereits zum 2ten mal vegane Nuggets bestellt und einfach Fleisch bekommen. Das geht garnicht.

Toiletten völlig verdreckt. Mitarbeiter sind mit sich selbst beschäftigt, Kunden sind scheinbar nur störend.

Sauberkeit ist gegeben aber könnte hygienischer sein

Ganz gut wenn man vor der Zugfahrt noch was essen möchte.

Das Essen ist wie in anderen McDonald's-Filialen, aber der Service ist echt mies. Ich war schon über zehn Mal da und jedes Mal, wenn ich nach einem Strohhalm gefragt habe, habe ich keinen bekommen. Vielleicht gibt es in dieser Filiale gar keine! Und beim letzten Mal gab es auf der Damentoilette kein Toilettenpapier und keine Handseife. Ja, das war mein letzter Besuch dort.

Leider muss man hier bei jeglicher Bestellgröße im Drive warten. Die Wartezone besticht mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht auf mal mehr und mal weniger überfüllte Mülltonnen. Zum aktuellen Ereignis gestern. 2 Burger und 2x Pommes bestellt, diesmal konnte ich aufgrund des Fehlens anderer Kunden direkt am Drive Fenster warten. Als mein Essen in der Tüte verpackt war, wurde es nochmal gewogen, es erfolgte wohl aber keine Freigabe. Die Dame hat noch 1,2 mal nachgewogen, doch das System hat wohl ein zu geringes Gewicht für die Bestellung erkannt. Kurzer Hand wurden einfach ein paar Saucen mit aif die Waage gelegt, damit es passt. Den Grund für das fehlende Gewicht habe ich danach dann gefunden. Halbleere Pommes. Das man dazu zusätzlich trotz Wartezeit nur lauwarmes essem bekommt, toppt das ganze noch.

Über 2 Stunden auf die Bestellung gewartet. Musste dann hungrig stornieren.

Dieser McDonald’s ist eine einzige Enttäuschung. Trotz geringer Auslastung extrem lange Wartezeit. Das Personal wirkte genervt und desinteressiert. Bestellung war falsch, das Essen kalt und schlecht zusammengestellt. Tische dreckig, insgesamt chaotischer Eindruck. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen

Sehr guter Bahnhofs McDonald's im Vergleich zu anderen Städten. Saubere und kostenlose Toiletten. Relativ klein, daher kann es schnell voll werden.

Wir haben über drei Stunden auf unser Essen gewartet, echt unmöglich!

Wir warten seit über 2 Stunden auf unsere Bestellung über Lieferando. Hier werde ich das letzte Mal bestellen. Außerdem telefonisch kommt direkt die Mailbox und keiner ist erreichbar. So kann sich der McDonalds Konzern nur abschaffen.

Ich habe um 14:00 bestellt und nie meine Essen erhalten mittlerweile sind schon 3 Stunden vergangen. Ich rief an im Restaurant und man sagte mir man könne meine Bestellung nicht sehen und ich solle einfach stornieren. Dabei kann man auf Lieferando Nix stornieren. Ich würde gerne mein Geld dann auch wieder bekommen. Ist einfach eine Frechheit das jz in der App steht das es geliefert wurde obwohl es nie ankam.

Ich habe um 20:30 Uhr bestellt. Nach vier Stunden Wartezeit und nachdem meine Bestellung von Burger King (die in 20 Minuten da war) geliefert wurde, weckte mich meine Bestellung um Mitternacht – und wer war da?! McDonald’s … nach vier Stunden. Das ist widerlich … schämt euch! Ich kann keine null Sterne geben, deshalb gebe ich einen.

Was will man am ambiente erwarten, 5 Mitarbeiter, 3 tische belegt, nichts am drive in, dafür sämtliche Tische dreckig.

Absolute Unverschämtheit ich kam gerade von der Arbeit um 3:56 Uhr in den Drive gefahren. Am Lautsprecher wurde gesagt wir haben schon Feierabend. Am Fenster habe ich nochmal kurz angehalten und drinnen wurden noch Kunden bedient und die Dame winkte mir abweisend mit den Armen bin dann hungrig weiter... schade.

Mein größter Traum ist ein McFlurry welches nicht nur halb voll oder weniger voll ist.

Wenn einige Angestellte von Kunden, die um 0:54 den Laden betreten und etwas bestellen wollen genervt sind... wieso ist dann überhaupt noch auf? Die Tür ist doch abschließbar. Die Burger sind allerdings besser zubereitet als in anderen Filialen.

Ich frage mich, wenn ich die Beurteilungen lese, was in manchen Menschen vor geht. Der Laden liegt super und man kann auch schnell mal reinhopsen und sie waren immer freundlich, obwohl sie manche Zeiten unter Akkorddruck arbeiten. Viele vergessen es ist kein 5 Sterne Restaurant, sondern Fastfood und bei dem meisten docjh so beliebt, weil dss Geld für ein 5 Sterne Restaurant meisten fehlt. Also bitte denkt mal wieder , wie normale Menschen und wem es zu langsam geht. Mäces sucht immer Personal, bewerbt euch!!!!

Bestellung per Lieferung werden fast immer storniert (ca. 15% aller Bestellungen wurden geliefert, Gesamtmenge an Bestellungen beträgt ca.12Stück). Das auch meist erst nach ca 1Std, extrem frustrierend. Der Lieferservice ist daher in meinen Augen schlicht nicht nutzbar.

Gestern gab es trotz einem riesigen 11.11. Ansturm einen Top Service, krosse Pommes, einen heißen Big Rösti und das Team hatte eine mega gute Stimmung! Top!

Ich war wirklich schockiert über die Zustände in diesem McDonald’s (Bahnstraße 5, Solingen). Der Laden wirkt sehr unhygienisch: Servietten und Soßen, die auf den Boden gefallen sind, werden wieder zurückgelegt, und Lebensmittel, die herunterfallen, werden einfach unter die Theke oder unter die Fritteuse getreten. Einige Mitarbeiter gehen sehr unprofessionell miteinander um, fassen sich an und nehmen die Hygiene überhaupt nicht ernst. Ich finde, dieser Standort sollte dringend kontrolliert werden - so kann man Gästen wirklich kein Essen servieren.

Ich hatte mir 2 Fisch mäc bestellt und die Verkäuferin gab mir daraufhin 2 Cheeseburger???? Ich musste daraufhin mit meinen Tablett nach vorne an ,die Kasse gehen und es dann klären. Mir schien es so ,dass die Kassiererin mir die Schuld in die Schuhe schieben wollte ,dass ich was anderes bestellt habe. Wenn Sie nicht richtig hingehört hat. Ist das nicht mein Fehler gewesen. Ich hab klar und deutlich gesagt, dass ich Fischmäc haben will. Wurde Sie auch noch frech zu mir. Hab es mir auch nicht gefallen lassen. Hätte Sie sich wenigstens entschuldigt, dass Sie es falsch verstanden hat. Dann wäre das ja auch gar kein Problem für mich gewesen. Erstens wäre wird man anstandslos noch als Kunde behandelt und zweitens gehe ich auch nicht mehr dorthin. Zu guter letzt. Im übrigen ,der Kunde weiß nämlich immer was Er / Sie bestellt. Einfach mal richtig zu hören. Wäre ein von Vorteil gewesen. Eigentlich in dem Fall gar kein Stern verdient

Wenn ich die Rezensionen hier so lese frage ich mich was die Leute erwarten? Das ist Mäckes und kein 4 Sterne Restaurant. Hier bekommt man auf alle Fälle was drauf steht. Nicht mehr nicht weniger. Absoluter Pluspunkt = Hat am längsten auf in Solingen, spricht nicht für‘s Solinger Nachtleben.

Services ne Katastrophe habe einen Kakao mit einer Portion schlagsahne bestellt was kriege ich nur den Kakao ohne schlagsahne. Bin zurückgelaufen mit Kassenbon die einzigste Antwort die ich bekomme ja war nicht möglich weil deswegen und deswegen. Hätte man auch früher sagen können 😤

17.9.25 um 9:45 Uhr. Der Mitarbeiter an der Kasse weiß nicht wie man mit Kunden, insbesondere Frauen spricht und war sehr unhöflich. Bitte nochmal vom Manager unterweisen lassen. Geht gar nicht!!!

Haben online bestellt und warten jetzt schon 2,5 Stunden auf unser Essen. Will die Bestellung stornieren, aber keiner geht ans Telefon. Was ein Saftladen.

The food was absolutely terrible. The MC Rib was covered in sauce...inedible. My sweater was dirty, and so was the carpet because the meat was swimming in the sauce.

Very well air-conditioned. Free parking at the train station, coffee available by the cup upon request, outdoor seating area including a playground for the little ones, "normal" prices, plenty of USB outlets and plugs, located directly on Solingen's pedestrian zone.

The prices have been increased by 10% again; for the food, this is a complete rip-off!

I've ordered online for delivery several times now (Lieferando). The order is confirmed, and then nothing happens. After well over an hour, I get a message saying the order has been canceled. Are you still okay? Often, it was so late that ordering from the competition was no longer possible. Why do you confirm the order then? I suspect utter incompetence and probably indifference on the part of the staff. I will, of course, complain directly to McDonald's, but I don't think they care either. Onward to ruin!

Not enough cucumbers, unfortunately it was not possible to get more cucumber slices on burgers even when asked.

Very disappointed by the commercial attitude having on the bill 3 drinks on the bill 1 coke and 2 teas. I immediately returned the 2 teas they refused to regreditrrb the account for apparently a typo on the order bad sales people. Not to be recommended!!!

Unfortunately, the quality is getting worse and worse. I got a burger that was barely edible because the toppings were so awful that you couldn't even get it out of the package without half of it falling off. At least this time everything was properly packaged for takeaway.

10 minutes for a chicken burger, disastrous management and coordination. Ladies and gentlemen should be aware that they work at a main train station. Endless waiting times coupled with staff that seemed very overwhelmed. Of course you make customers wait 10 minutes for 1 chicken burger. No star for food and service because I gave my order receipt and the receipt back and asked them to give it away because I didn't get my food on time and had to get to the train. Never again McDonald's I understand why things are getting worse in Solingen! Maybe instead of relying on cheap staff, you should try to find employees who are not at the bottom of society in terms of organization and overview. Sounds harsh, but if you pay and leave without food, then you know where you are!

I ordered online via the McDonalds app and wanted to pick it up locally. Unfortunately, the app didn't recognize that I was on site and I was supposed to show a code to an employee. No sooner said than done. But all the employee says is “It hasn’t been paid yet”. Yes. Logical. Enter the code into your system so the app recognizes that I'm there. "It's not paid" Yes. I understood it the first time. But if the app doesn't recognize that I'm there, something must be happening on McDonald's part for the app to notice. "It's not paid" I finally canceled it and went out for pizza. So either the app sucks or the employee simply had no idea.

A male employee half filled a large potato. When I asked the other employee if this was a large potato, he asked who filled it. The same male employee said it was not me and gave me half a potato again. Nonsense.

Hey, I had to check again last night when I was leaving the store at the train station to see if it was even still McDonald's!!! Yes, I thought from the staff when I entered that it had been replaced by the one from the Strangler King.... Then an unusually extremely long waiting time for actually only fries, chicken classic, cola and a 20 nuggets for my buddy, even though only 1 customer was also waiting at the time and a second one was waiting at the drive counter... Meanwhile we experienced that a girl who came to the counter again couldn't get a damn cardboard drinking straw for whatever reason. There was even an unusually large number of staff scurrying around behind the counter and behind it to make it happen in such a paralyzed manner.... The best thing was that one of the Spackos strolled from the left to the right side and not around the back but in the front, holding a box of fries and eating out of it.... Where does something like that exist? First of all, I asked it in such a general way and then it immediately occurred to me that it's a franchise and that they have to adhere to a whole range of guidelines and how that works MC Donalds introduces or pretends.... I just wanted to order a burger and nine coffee before I had to get on the train. After 22 minutes I had to leave the store so I didn't miss my train. How can it take 22 minutes for a coffee and a cheeseburger? And where can I get my money back?

McDonald's in Solingen with a playground for children. I didn't find anything negative. Everything is great.

Of about 8 employees, only 1 has a capi on and 1 has a hair net and everyone is running around in the preparation area. But at least. 3 employees have longer hair.

I understand when there is stress, I understand when there is a break. What I don't understand is: 1 lonely worker is trying to get everything done and 3 colleagues are standing around, ignoring each colleague's requests for help and ignoring the orders. And it wasn't even rush hour. The three stars are for the individual colleague. If I hadn't already paid, I would have left again. Other branches are more effective.

Typical Mc'Donalds train station... probably relies more on through traffic and the quality is accordingly. I've been there a few times and it's always been extremely disappointing. Fries are even limper than usual at McDonald's, burgers are carelessly slapped into the packaging, etc.! Stinginess also seems to be a top priority here, anyone who likes to eat a McRib will definitely be very disappointed by the bone-dry cardboard rag they get there...but this burger is particularly popular because it's basically swimming in BBQ sauce... (often... There is also a cleaning cloth included without asking)! By the way, if you're hoping for ice cubes in your drink in hot temperatures, sorry... they don't have anything like that there... I certainly won't be getting anything there again!

Worse “store”! Quite apart from the fact that the burgers are getting smaller and more expensive, this was the second time I had a Filet-o-Fish (in Solingen-Ohligs, railway line.) that was hard as a rock. The first time I thought, okay, it could happen. But now I was really disgusted, especially since the burger looked like it had been lying somewhere for three days. Of course I threw it away at home AND that was my last visit!

It's strange the delivery service, but they don't deliver to all streets in Solingen. Yes, there's a main street but not a side street. It's strange.
