MaSaTi in Gronau (Westf.)

Great food!!! Very friendly staff!!highly recommended!!!

So I've eaten everywhere in Gronau but Masati is really top notch. Ambiance. Staff. Everything is correct. Always my pleasure.

From the service to the food, it was a disaster! It started when we ordered in advance and wanted to pick up the food after 20 minutes and they said oh, we just saw your order. After waiting another 15 minutes to ask how long it would take, the boss from Masati yelled at you. That doesn't work at all!!! After a long discussion and waiting for almost an hour, we received the food. The chicken wasn't eaten. The fries were disgusting. So I don't know what you can do wrong with a french fry, but if you can't make fries, I don't want to know what the rest of it will taste like. The food then went into the trash. So very unfriendly and unprofessional behavior. One star is actually too many! Never again !!! If you can't control your anger and aggression you shouldn't work with customers!!!!! Super unprofessional own, super unfriendly & unprofessional staff. After asking twice, you were immediately shouted at and beaten up for a mistake you made yourself.

Delicious döner, very friendly staff and acceptable prices. Pizza was a little less this time, but I'm already looking forward to a next visit...

From plain kebab to pizza to schnitzel and gourmet steak, all dishes are prepared fresh and delicious here. The staff always tries to fulfill all of the guests' wishes, and the ambience invites guests to linger and relax.

1.5 hour waiting time for 2 kebab plates that are inedible. Bread like rubber, meat not seasoned and like rubber, salad totally disgusting..

I can only recommend the Masati plate with chicken and beef fillet. The meat is tender and the garlic sauce is super tasty. The service is friendly and attentive, the atmosphere is pleasant.

I was offered pizza that I didn't order and was so unfriendly that it was more pleasant to accept this pizza than to continue to deal with the staff. Unfortunately, despite complaints, nothing came of it. It was a shame for me to be regular customers for a long time. The price is clearly too high for the small quantity.

Gisteren zijn wij op aanraden van vrienden voor het eerst wezen eten hier. En wat was dit eten goed zeg, de kofte en doner zijn niet te vergelijken met geen enkel eethuis in Enschede. Ze hebben er nieuwe vaste klanten bij!

Wow. Seit langem wieder in einem Restaurant gegessen in dem einem alles geboten wird was man sich wünscht. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und es wurde auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Das Essen: Einfach nur Top!!! Qualitativ vom Feinsten.

Die Inhaber und Mitarbeiter sind sehr toll. Es gibt sogar Decken !!

Ein Besuch in Gronau heißt auch einmal Aziz, Istanbul Grill oder jetzt MaSaTi. Das Essen ist immer noch super gut, so ziemlich das besten Döner, Lamm, Sucuk Pizza und natürlich Knofisauce in NRW. Keine "Imbissbude" mehr, sondern ein schickes kleines Restaurant. Freundlich, sauber, gemütlich und nett. Bis zum nächsten Mal. :)

Ons vaste plekje. Heerlijke kebab met echt vers gemaakt brood. De knoflooksaus is top. En eigenaren en personeel heel warm en gastvrij.

Schmeckt sehr gut. Haben nur 0,2 liter Flaschen zum trinken. Sind viel zu teuer. Sollten lieber 0,33 liter Flaschen im Sortiment haben ist besser.

leider sehr nachgelassen . teuer Für kleine Portionen . dönerteller sehr trocken, einfach bisschen Krautsalat mit Tomaten als Verzierung ohne Soße alles und bisschen Fleisch . Zudem lange Lieferzeit 1,5std

Ein Sehr guter Serviss, die Bestellung was gross genug, das jeder Sat lecker gegessen habe. Und für den Preis wahr es Oke.

I usually never eat doner kebab anymore, except for here. The meat and bread are something else and really addictive. It is not comparable to any doner place I have ever been to.

Gezellig en stijlvol ingericht. Er is een leuk terras waar je met mooi en minder mooi weer kunt zitten. Het eten is er altijd lekker en goed gekruid. De prijzen zijn heel erg goed.

Der beste Döner der Welt!!! Ich komme aus Gronau und bin schon als Kind Stammkundin gewesen, als es noch Grill Istanbul hieß. Mittlerweile wohne ich bei Mönchengladbach, habe in Köln und Aachen gelebt und in fast jeder Großstadt Döner gegessen und kein einziger kam jemals an dem Döner und die Soße aus dem masati heran!!! Tipp: unbedingt die Dürum-Variante (eingerollt) nehmen.

Mega leckeres Essen 😋 der Hähnchendöner ist sehr zu empfehlen. 😊 der Service könnte etwas flotter sein. Das Personal ist aber super nett 😊👍.

Früher war es deutlich besser, wir wurden jetzt leider zwei mal hintereinander enttäuscht. Das Dönerfleisch war gar nicht mehr am Stück, sondern hat eher gehaktes geähnelt und war ganz bröckelig. Lecker ist anders leider.
