Great restaurant with a very tasty menu! I haven't eaten so well in a long time 👍🏼

The menu was varied, very tasty, and there were long waiting times between courses so there was enough time for entertainment. We were still hungry after dinner, so we ate cheese at home. Service and ambience top. Good wines.

A wonderful hotel in a quiet, beautiful location. We received a very warm welcome. The staff was very attentive, friendly, and accommodating. The room was beautifully furnished and clean. Breakfast and dinner at the ai pero restaurant were delicious. Andernach is definitely worth a visit, and we'd love to come back.

Wir waren früher häufiger in der Ostseelounge. Damals tolles Ambiente, Aperitif auf Terrasse mit Ostsee und Sonnenuntergang, freundlicher kompetenter Service und Sternenküche. Nun erneuter Besuch und leider ziemliche Enttäuschung: unaufmerksamer Service, bescheidene Weinauswahl, uninspirierte Speisen, teilweise fast ungenießbarer Nachtisch (Essig?).

After visiting this establishment, we were left with pleasant impressions of both the service and the food. All the dishes we tasted were really tasty and beautifully presented.

This gem with star-worthy cuisine and service is so special that this alone justifies a trip to Erfurt. Wonderfully prepared dishes, pampering with unexpected ingredients and taste explosions and thanks to the extensive explanations of the service, we and our Australian guests will remember the evening for a long time. We had a wonderful evening here. The menu was fantastic. Rarely eaten so well. The additional “greetings from the kitchen” are nice and provide another taste experience. As a guest you simply feel comfortable and welcome.

We spent an incredibly lovely evening at edl.eins today. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, and we celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary with great food and a beautiful view over the rooftops of Deggendorf. We'd love to come back and are already looking forward to it.

Tolles Essen, tolles Personal und es wurde sich auch um unseren Hund gekümmert. Perfekt...wir kommen wieder. Vielleicht noch mehr vegane Speisen anbieten :-)

Simply one of the best fine dining experiences I've ever had. Not pretentious or stuffy, but rather relaxed and refined. Full tasting menu with the wine pairing and a few additional options are available to enhance the menu. Absolutely zero mistakes made throughout the service from start to finish. The whole team was in sync and it showed. I sat at the bar and could see directly into the kitchen the entire time, it was a perfectly executed service. Markus and Tobias (the brothers) curate everything in the space to make you feel comfortable and welcomed, an absolute masterclass in being an excellent host. Chef Daniel and his team are fluid and thoughtful with the flavors, presentations, and techniques used. Food highlights on this particular menu were the langoustine wrapped in knafeh and orange, the new brill dish wrapped in a squash blossom and served with a intense bisque like sauce, and the lamb served with perfect pomme frittes and a couple incredible lamb meatballs with yogurt on the side. The wine pairing was dynamic and wonderfully curated by Tobias. Desserts were wonderful and the petite four was a highlight rather than an afterthought as can so often be the case. Of all the Michelin and fine dining experiences I've been lucky to have over the years, this has catapulted to the top of the list for myself. An absolute pleasure and MUST if you are in the market for these types of dinners. I will make it a point to come back anytime I am lucky enough to be in Munich again. Cheers
