Einfach genial! Sehr kompetent und freundlich. Angenehme Atmosphäre. Große Auswahl an erlesenen Weinen. Ich habe ein 4-Gänge Degustationsmenü genossen, einfach himmlisch. Vom Service bis zur Beratung perfekt. Meine drei Freunde waren ebenfalls begeistert. Gerne empfehle ich dieses Restaurant allen Gourmet-Freunden weiter.

Grossartiges Essen, zuvorkommender und freundlicher Service in gemütlicher Atmosphäre. Sechs Gänge allesamt perfekt abgeschmeckt, zubereitet mit ausgewählten Zutaten. Dazu eine wunderbare Weinbegleitung erhalten. Das alles zu einem absolut fairen Preis und bei tollen Gastgebern. Übrigens ist auch das dazugehörige Hotel wärmsten zu empfehlen.

Great food friendly waiters. Interesting concept of using a store during the day as a restaurant at night. Favorite dish was the corn 🌽.

I would like to repeat what I said when I said goodbye at reception. There are the magic places that have something special. The first encounter in Purs remains unforgettable and it was the anticipation of this place when we returned this time. Seeing each other again and getting to know the people who work there is also part of the whole impression. Because it is always the people who make the place what it is and, in the case of Purs, something special.

Very nice, modern atmosphere with great views. Very friendly service. The 4 course menu was Asian inspired.

A great restaurant with first-class service (only a touch of criticism would be appropriate) The view was outstanding. Request for space when booking was 100% fulfilled. The food lived up to the star, and the wine accompaniment also harmonized as expected. Almost all courses were outstanding, if not, then still very good. I didn't really like the gap between some courses, especially when the wine had already been introduced and was slowly increasing in temperature... so the wait for the food was too long here and there. BUT I was still very satisfied with everything and can only recommend the restaurant to everyone.

Wir lieben das Konzept vom Etz: Brutal lokal und immer die besten Produkte von vor Ort. Super genial auch die Experimentierküche! Ein grandioses Spätsommer-menue; Aromen, Farben und Vielfalt zum Dahinsinken und auf die Knie gehen. Auch das vegetarische Menu war excellent. Unbedingt die alkoholfreie Getränkebegleitung probieren. Sehr kreativ. Perfekter Service und unfassbar spannend die offene Küche und der Paß mitten im Raum. Ein perfekter Hochzeitsabend auch mit der Erfüllung der Sonderwünsche.

We are repeat offenders - once again a wonderful evening in the Kulmeck!! We were very happy to come back to our favorite gourmet hotspot on Usedom in the summer. It is always a pleasure to enjoy Tom Wickboldt's creations in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. It's not just the taste buds that get their money's worth. You also feel warmly and extremely cared for by the service provided by Manja and the team. They carefully and proactively ensure that the guest feels very comfortable and welcome. Meanwhile, Tom is making delicious creations in the kitchen. This time we got our money's worth with, among other things, deer calf bridge, Wagyu shortrib and steamed halibut. Tom always surprises with innovative products such as pine tip ice cream, May tree pesto or wild strawberry wildflower stock. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and hospitality again and have already booked our next visit to Kulmeck.

Der Service ist inakzeptabel. Sowas Unaufmerksames wie dort, habe ich in der gehobenen Gastronomie noch nie erlebt. Das Brot kam irgendwann, nachdem ich darauf hingewiesen hatte, dass ich vergessen wurde. Nach dem versalzenen Fisch habe ich abgebrochen. Die Mitarbeiter schleichen um den Tisch herum, aber haben es nicht nötig Wasser nachzuschenken. Schade für die Zeit.

Came across the BROTHERS Restaurant by chance and spent a wonderful evening with a delicious menu and attentive hosts. Great aromas, successful compositions and excellently selected wines. You can taste the enthusiasm of the entire team to create an impressive experience for their guests with every bite and every sip.
