We had dinner at the White House today and were thrilled! The cuisine was excellent and the service was extremely attentive. A successful evening in a great atmosphere – we would love to come back!

The restaurant is part of the Hotel Strandotel and is located on the forest lake with a view of the zoo and dinosaur park. Timeless, bourgeois ambience. Very good, plentiful food at a (still) reasonable price. Nice, unobtrusive service.

A cool location by the water, with indoor and outdoor areas - very friendly, attentive staff - suitable for any celebration and just to enjoy!!! ♡

Top shop. I really enjoy going there. Only the toilets take a lot of getting used to.

We celebrated our wedding in the Zentgraf castle restaurant. Excellent food, lovely ambience and great service. Absolutely recommended.

Das Tatar vom Rinderfilet war eines der Besten, die ich jemals gegessen habe, der Rehrücken ebenso und auch die Käseauswahl zum Abschluss war sehr gelungen. Das Wiener Schnitzel meiner Begleitung hatte mit einer etwas ungewohnt schmeckenden Panade Luft nach oben - Geschmackssache einfach. Angenehm überrascht war ich ebenfalls von der Weinbegleitung, abseits von 08-15 Standardweinen. Darüber hinaus sehr nettes Ambiente und ein sympathischer, aufmerksamer Service.

Beste ontbijt wat ik heb gegeten in een lange tijd! Service top, eten geweldig. Gelukkig nog een tafel vrij, want alles was gereserveerd (en terecht). Extravagant ontbijt is een aanrader. Wij waren één dag in Düsseldorf maar zouden hiervoor terugkomen.

We actually wanted to eat at Katzengold, but there was no more room. For me, most of the restaurants/cafés on Luisenstrasse always have the character of a student pub restaurant and I think that's good and expect it. Unfortunately, on my last visit I was very irritated because even though the food in Congo was good, it was simply far too expensive for the location and the overall feeling. The salad costs 20 euros, bread 2 euros extra and a spaghetti for 17 euros. Everything tasted good, no question, but the prices don't match the rest of the ambience. It's not a fancy restaurant and I don't expect it to be, but the prices and portions seem like it. Then prefer simpler food, a little cheaper, then it's fine. We were pressed for time, otherwise we would have just had a drink and eaten somewhere else. It's a shame, I remembered it differently from before.

I regularly eat lunch there. Every working day you can choose between two dishes (one of which is vegetarian), plus one of three soups offered as a starter. Very good value for money (currently 12.50 euros) and very nice and service-oriented staff. You can tell that the employees feel comfortable there. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant. Yesterday I was there with a friend. We were greeted and served very warmly and professionally by the employee with Vietnamese roots. Unfortunately, such good service is rare in Berlin. As always, the food tasted very good. 👏 PS: In summer you can also dine in the cozy courtyard.

Update October 23, 2024: Thank you for your response to my review. I'm looking forward to good music next time 🎶🎷🎸🎹 Thanks for the very nice service. Thanks for the good pizza. BUT, sorry, it's more comfortable at the main station. Different music was constantly playing at the same time from different loudspeakers with a tinny sound. That's really a shame.
