The ambiance was definitely better than the food. Limited selection and not as great as the price suggests. The ambiance and view were wonderful. The service had a hard time answering the phone. A shame. Otherwise, it was cozy and modern at the same time.

I received a cancellation call a week before a reservation for 20 people, apparently because there was an overlap with another group!? It's great that this was noticed so early! The "UpTown" expects 100% security from its customers/guests and requires written confirmation of a reservation form, including deadlines and cancellation fees. You will not receive a notification by email or text message! A service that no one needs!

Went there for lunch, after 90 minutes no food ( a Thai curry) had arrived. The waitress said it would take another 15 minutes. Paid for the drinks and received no change back. Spoke the desk manager, but he didn’t really seem interested

We had an excellent dinner. Along with the "Greetings from the Kitchen," we had beef fillet. It was excellent meat. The service was very attentive and even took the time to have a little chat. Afterwards, as Aachen residents, we enjoyed the magnificent view of Aachen. A successful evening. A big shout-out to the service team.

Beautiful view - unfortunately, no waiter who feels responsible. The rooftop terrace has virtually no service. Yesterday afternoon, with four tables occupied, the waiter took a really long time to take our orders and bring the drinks. This evening, the restaurant was packed, and the rooftop terrace was ignored by the waiter during our time there. All around us, there were uncleared tables and people trying to place orders. When we asked about it, the waiter just mumbled something incomprehensible. What a shame!

The Innside Aachen Hotel's fantastic rooftop terrace offers breathtaking views. It's perfect for enjoying cocktails 🍸 outside, and you can enjoy excellent food inside. Service is remarkably attentive, and the quality is top-notch!

Over Aachen, eat, drink, and relax. Great view from the terrace, but unfortunately, there are a lot of wasps. A bit more expensive: homemade lemonade costs €7, for example; you should give it a try.

Lovely spot on the 5th floor, overlooking the city. They're a bit frugal with the wine (€0.10 per glass), but they have delicious cocktails. Definitely worth a try.

The beautiful view from the terrace is spoiled by the staff who let their customers run away. Not only did I have to ask twice if it was a self-service bar, but we ended up running to the bar opposite the hotel. Like many other guests. 😟😭 A big shame.

Quality price somewhat expensive

The beef fillet was fantastic! The service was friendly, sometimes a bit distracted, but charming and had its own special charm. The DJ in the evening was also good. I'd love to come back, thank you.

What a fantastic hotel with a beautiful view from the roof terrace.

We were there with two couples, full of anticipation for a lovely evening. The ambiance was truly beautiful, with a view over Aachen. The food was good, but the portions were rather modest. The service was a disaster. The young people who served us were untrained. While casually setting down the dinner plates, the sauce from the second plate ran unnoticed onto the back of the chair, and when we leaned against it, the sauce on the back of our dress was covered in it. The table was washed after the meal, but everything was simply spread around. The espresso was served in a cappuccino cup because they were out of espresso cups. An upscale ambiance with a corresponding price also requires appropriate service. Too bad, we won't be coming back!!

The food was good quality, but the prices were too high. You can get at least the same quality for less at other good restaurants in and around Aachen. The drink prices are definitely overpriced! Water, Coke, beer... it's pretty steep. A small glass of Negroni (not even particularly decorated) for €14 is really steep. The service was initially very attentive, but unfortunately less "present" after the meal. Generally speaking, though, they were very friendly. Conclusion: It was nice, but nothing that would inspire us to come back in the future. There are plenty of alternatives in Aachen that offer better value for money.

The menu is manageable, which is a positive. However, one of the four dishes was unavailable on a Saturday. I opted for sea bass with risotto and "fresh" spinach. The fish, like the risotto, tasted of nothing. The supposedly fresh spinach was already wilted in places. Our server was, at least, very nice and understanding. We didn't have to pay for the meal and only paid for the appetizer and drinks. What a shame! It could have been a lovely evening. The food was definitely not prepared by a chef. Definitely not a recommendation 😔

We were there for a wedding reception. Delicious food and a very nice location.

We were very disappointed. It was our 30th wedding anniversary. We booked a table, but there was only enough space for 3 people. The menu was incomplete. The glasses were really dirty. There was no starter. We waited 45 minutes for drinks. NO, IT REALLY WAS NOT BUSY. They simply forgot about us. The vegetarian meal (gratinated cheese) was missing the salad. My wife's steak was good, but they didn't ask what she wanted. My son and I had the lobster. A huge mistake. My fork tip was bigger than the lobster. A real joke. They then wanted €160 from me. That was when I lost my temper. They apologized to us, but that didn't help. They then reduced the bill. But honestly, if I'm going to screw up, then I don't have to reduce the bill. I work in retail. I would have sunk into the ground and given the customer the evening as a gift. Including a voucher to make up for everything. It was supposed to be a romantic evening. They also wanted to play a song for us (the KI song I had brought with me). That didn't work either. Even after waiting a week, I never got back from the restaurant. A disgrace. One star is too many. Unfortunately, I have to give one.

Very nice ambiance, great view over Aachen, actually a lot of potential for a special restaurant. Unfortunately, the service leaves a lot to be desired; you wait forever, neighboring tables aren't cleared or cleaned for hours, and overall, the staff seems overwhelmed. The food is okay, but far too expensive for the price; pasta with lobster (?) is completely overpriced. A shame!

The food was very good. However, the waitress was clearly overwhelmed and not well-trained. It took half an hour for the menu to arrive, another half hour to order drinks, and another half hour for the appetizer to arrive. The wine pairing was forgotten. Everything was very slow and tedious, and we had to ask the staff several times if and how things would proceed. The main course took another 45 minutes to arrive at the table. The same thing happened at the next table. And when the ladies spoke up, they were very rudely dismissed and left standing. It's a shame about the great food and the beautiful view, but we won't be coming back. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio isn't right. A real shame about the delicious food!

The view is truly amazing; I don't think there's much better anywhere else in Aachen. The food was a bit bland (especially for the high price) but still of high quality. Service was good. So if you want to eat here, do it for the view rather than the food.

I hope we just had a bad day... The reservation for our group of 7 people worked out well. When we arrived, our table was ready and beautifully set. After ordering drinks, they were brought quickly. A greeting from the kitchen was offered. The appetizers were served. Then, it seemed like they forgot about us. The main course never arrived. As we grew hungrier and asked, we were assured it wouldn't be long. Guests who arrived after us received their food. We ordered 7 dishes, but only six arrived. Two lamb shoulders were good. The two Caesar salads were missing tomatoes and croutons, as stated on the menu (crooutons were served later, but weren't tasty). The shrimp in the salad were unfortunately cold. In the expensive pasta with lobster meat, we only found three small pieces of lobster? After speaking with the F&B manager, we learned that a group of 40 people! A seven-course meal was served that same evening, and the seventh dish arrived: Thai green curry. It was freshly prepared and piping hot. The (lobster) noodles were not charged because they weren't eaten, and tapas were brought as a replacement. These were delicious. As an apology, we were given a digestif on the house at the end. The restaurant is a good and pleasant place to eat when the kitchen isn't overloaded.

We had breakfast at the Skylounge yesterday and would like to share our experience. The ambiance is truly beautiful and inviting. The food was delicious and we enjoyed it. Unfortunately, however, we found that the service didn't meet our expectations. The staff seemed rude and unprofessional. The barista, in particular, couldn't operate the machine, which somewhat disrupted the flow. Additionally, there were still dishes left on the tables from the previous guest, giving the impression of a disorganized operation. Uncleaned cutlery and plates that weren't properly cleaned also contributed to this. This is unacceptable for a restaurant like this. After complaining, we were simply told that the staff was understaffed. We found this statement somewhat inappropriate, but we accepted it because we had no other choice. I think such a beautiful restaurant could be better managed to provide guests with an overall positive experience. This is our second time there, and unfortunately, the experience was similarly poor. Despite the great ambience, we hope that the service staff will improve in the future to achieve the high standards the restaurant deserves.

We were only able to order cocktails because we were told right from the start that they were understaffed. The view is very impressive and it's beautifully decorated. The service was extremely poor; after 45 minutes, we took the initiative and ordered our cocktails inside. After a rather long wait, the drinks arrived. The Pornstar Martini wasn't worth the €13 price tag; it was chilled, but lacked both prosecco and passion fruit. The wait was easily passed with the very nice view. Overall, I can't recommend it as a cocktail bar. As mentioned above, we didn't eat.

Wir kommen seid Jahren hier her, da wir öfters in diesem Hotel übernachten. Am ersten Abend essen wir meistens hier kurz etwas. Also erstmal muss man sagen, dass das Personal immer freundlich ist und war, aber auch oft masslos überfordert da es zu wenig Keller hat und das Personal nicht ausgebildet scheint. Das führt immer wieder zu kleineren Abweichungen. Da können die Mitarbeiter aber nichts für sondern das Restaurantmanagment. Das Essen ist sehr schwankend und qualitativ sowie geschmacklich nicht verlässlich. Dafür ist der Preis ganz schön heiss. Heute Abend war es durchweg okay und gut. Ausser dass mein Gericht 10 Minuten nach dem der beiden anderen erst serviert wurde. Und wir 1 Stunde überhaupt auf das Essen gewartet haben. Liebes Management eure Aussicht und Terrasse ist top. Macht dich bitte das Restaurant wieder daraus was es vor 2000 war und ihr werden stark nachgefragt werden.

If you'd like to have breakfast above the rooftops of Aachen, you should make a reservation there. The breakfast buffet and fantastic view are worth it.

Only recommended to a limited extent

Very nice location, with a great view over Aachen. Unfortunately, it's a bit inflexible: If you didn't make a reservation, you couldn't eat, even though there was space. So, just a cocktail, but in a nice atmosphere.

Sobering visit despite a great location, a lot of room for improvement The Up Town Sky Lounge in Aachen undoubtedly offers breathtaking views over the city, but unfortunately my visit was anything but satisfactory. Although the restaurant was barely a fifth full, the tables had not yet been cleared by the previous guest. The service staff seemed overwhelmed and not very organized. After about 30 minutes, a waitress finally came and spontaneously offered me a beer without any real recommendation. When I asked for the card it took another 20 minutes for it to be brought. Another example of the poor service: I went out to smoke for a moment, the staff saw me - but after more than 40 minutes there was still no ashtray. It wasn't until about an hour later that I was finally served my cocktail. It's a shame, because the location has enormous potential. My urgent appeal to those responsible: Please send someone undercover to realistically check the service. In this price category you definitely expect more attention, structure and hospitality. Very, very sad ☹️

We had reserved a table on the roof terrace for dinner by phone on the occasion of a birthday. We were expressly informed that this was also possible in exceptional circumstances on the occasion of the birthday. When we arrived, only a table was prepared inside. Although there were several tables available on the terrace when the weather was good, it was not possible to use them for eating. It's a shame, we won't be coming back because of this rude and inflexible treatment - despite telephone assurances (!).

Great brunch in a cool location. In the end, however, we were walled in at the table by dishes and glasses because no one even cleared away.

We only drank there. We were at the hotel for 2 nights and the first night there was a wedding. The second evening it was fully booked. Atmospheric and beautiful view over Aachen.

Mixed visit with light and shadow. The restaurant/bar presents itself as an upscale venue in terms of amenities and prices, and the promised view is undoubtedly a big plus. If you want to enjoy a sundowner here, you will certainly find an appealing ambience. Unfortunately, the service significantly spoiled the overall impression of our visit. The initial friendliness of the service could not make up for the clear inattention and unprofessionalism. A wait of 35 minutes for our food order to be taken is simply too long and shows a lack of organization or staffing. Another point of criticism concerns the handling of the menu for larger groups. The rule that a different card applies to groups of six or more people was only communicated to us when we were about to make our selection. The subsequent reaction of the waiter, who gave us the feeling that we had to find out this information ourselves, was not only unprofessional but also unnecessarily didactic. Especially since this note was missing from the regular map. There is an urgent need for improvement in communication with guests. The food we ordered also didn't fully meet our expectations. The burger for €24 was mixed value for money. While the patty was convincing in terms of taste, the ham and the mountain cheese used dominated the overall taste in a way that might not be to everyone's taste. To be fair, we all ordered the burger and that means I can't rate the other dishes. Conclusion: This visit left an ambivalent impression. The beautiful view and the appealing ambience speak for themselves and certainly make the restaurant/bar attractive for a drink, especially at sunset. However, the inattentive and unprofessional service as well as the unconvincing price-performance ratio of the food reveal clear weaknesses. There is still considerable potential here to meet the demands of an “upscale” establishment. If you primarily value a culinary experience, you may want to look elsewhere.

I planned something special for my best friend's birthday and was absolutely disappointed. The staff ignores us so that we can't order any more food in the end, most of the cocktails don't taste particularly great, the only good thing is the view and the location itself.

One of my favorite restaurants in Aachen! The service is great, the view is lovely and the foos is stellar! The burger is phenomenal and the wine pairings are yummy too! I’ll certainly be returning next time I’m in Aachen.

The location is ok to good, Breakfast is good but for €26 it's too expensive and not worth it

We celebrated my husband's birthday there on Sunday with Sunday brunch. There were 8 of us in total. The atmosphere was very nice and the roof terrace was freely accessible. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast part of the brunch was good, but we were rather disappointed with the lunch offering.

Rooftop bar and restaurant had a great aesthetic and nice view of the Aa c h e n cathedral. Nice menu options but service staff was undermanned. Otherwise, a great time.

They didn't let us in because they apparently didn't have enough employees

Very sad that the homepage advertises DJ Saturdays starting in February and explains upon arrival that it won't start until March. It was the same 2 years ago. To top it off today: at 9:30 p.m., even hotel guests were not allowed to have a drink in the bar with the argument that there was no staff. PEOPLE!-Is it still okay???! Then you have to think of something. E.g. reduced selection of drinks or self-service machines. Very bad, sorry… next time we will definitely go to Motel One.

Relaxed atmosphere, great view, very tasty food a la carte and great DJs, gladly again!

Wanted a lot, achieved nothing.

We were asked at reception for our name, but it wasn't on the list. We also had to justify ourselves and show the online reservation. We were assigned a table, but we changed it again upon request. The menus looked like a discarded vocabulary book and it was very dark. The staff seemed improvised, as did the entire restaurant. The burger was cold and the meat was of poor quality. I was totally sick! Completely overpriced and extremely poor quality. An absolute failure!

Great atmosphere, but that's about it. We celebrated our son's birthday there and would have liked to end the evening early. Unfriendly and rude behavior of the service/staff. First you wait 20 minutes to be allowed to place your first drink order. Then comes cold food that is completely overpriced for its quality. But the worst thing is the way the staff treats the guests. Unmotivated, cheeky and impudent. You don't have to put up with something like that. That was the first and last time, even though the view and the ambience are still so beautiful.

A detailed assessment would go beyond the scope here. From the greeting to the farewell, the service was absolutely subpar. Unfriendly staff, endless waiting times in a restaurant that is barely occupied, forgotten orders and no knowledge of waiter etiquette are just the tip of the iceberg. Even in a McDonalds you receive more courteous service. Food-wise, the performance wasn't any better, let alone satisfactory. The ox cheeks had a consistency similar to a plasterboard paired with a rubber sole. Absolutely inedible. To make matters worse, the food was cold. The crowning conclusion was the question of whether we could finally settle the bill and the comment we received about the bad meat was “they ate it”... I think that goes beyond the standards that a decent, normal restaurant should have. If we were to rate the evening from 1-10, we would unfortunately end up in the negative zone

On December 28th, 2024 I went there for dinner with my partner for our anniversary. The staff knew nothing about my reservation via the in-house service “OpenTable”. Unfortunately, our placement took a while. Starter was good - main course unfortunately a disaster. Not just because it wasn't edible, but simply because the entire package failed at that moment. I hope that the chef is happily in love, the salt in the food speaks for it. The salmon was returned because it was really inedible due to the salt. My meal “Ochsencheek” was “OK”. Unfortunately the staff also reacted unfriendly. Very disappointing and unfortunately the evening was also affected. In 2022 there were 5 out of 5 stars: As of 3 years ago (2022) I've often heard about the beautiful roof terrace, but today it convinced me for the first time! The menu is manageable but sufficient, there is something for everyone. The drinks menu offers a huge selection from various wines to delicious cocktails and spirits as well as simple soft drinks and juices. The food was very tasty! The prices speak for the quality but you also know what you are getting from it. The view over the beautiful imperial city included! The service was all around friendly and wonderful! Gladly again! See you next time!

Little atmosphere. Dirty glasses, expensive wine and not really nice staff. When we said something about it, we felt we were looked away. 0 view by the way. We didn't eat there.

Price/performance is not right at all in this store. Went there for dinner with 4 people. The bill was just under 230 euros. The location wasn't particularly busy at the time and the food was cold, like it came from a delivery service that had been on the road for 4 days. Unfortunately not recommended at all

On Boxing Day there was a reduced menu, but we still wanted to enjoy the restaurant and the view over Aachen. We were warmly welcomed and taken to the table we had reserved. The first disappointment: we couldn't see much of the outside, the lights from the interior were reflected too much in the window panes. The interior is modern with open building technology on the ceiling. There were three of us and we ordered drinks and food. A bowl with baguette and butter + oil was included for free. There was a lot of milk in the coffee crema that was served, I hardly tasted any of the coffee, I actually don't like it when milk is poured in without asking. Then the waitress came up to us with our food and surprisingly turned away for us and went back to the kitchen and we could only look at the food we ordered 😳. A few minutes later she came back and served the burgers and tarte flambée. Everything was cold except for the fries, which were actually good and hot. After the food was left at the table, no one came to us for the next 30 minutes. No one asked if anything was missing or if we had anything else we wanted. After a waitress came and asked if everything was OK, I told her that the burgers were cold and there was too much milk in the coffee. She said I should have said that earlier. Maybe I'll do that next time. Although, will there be a next time? Maybe if the restaurant receives 10 positive reviews in a row. However, some things have to change in the service.

The ambience and view of the rooftop bar are unique. Unfortunately, the rest is more appearance than reality. Way too overpriced for the quality of the food. Unfortunately our main courses were cold. Our complaint was taken seriously and we were given dessert. Still overall not what you expect...Clearly room for improvement in terms of service and cuisine.

Wir hatten einen Tisch für ein Silvesterdinner gemeinsam mit guten Freunden reserviert und waren gestern Abend dort, um sicherzustellen, dass das Restaurant auch den stolzen Preis von 229€/P rechtfertigt. Ich muss sagen, Gott sei Dank. Denn was wir erlebt haben, hat uns zur sofortigen Stornierung der Silvesterreservierung veranlasst. Im Aufzug wurde mit einer kurzen Notiz darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass wegen Krankheit nur eine reduzierte Speisekarte angeboten wird. Beim Betreten des Restaurants mussten wir erstmal Minuten warten, bis jemand erschien um den Tisch anzuweisen. Die angebotene reduzierte Speisekarte war eine abgegriffene Bistrot Karte, die nicht einmal die Anforderungen eines guten Bistrots erfüllt. Auswahl der Speisen: minimal. Einzig der angebotene Hamburger könnte als Hauptgericht eingestuft werden. Wobei wir darauf aufmerksam gemacht wurden, dass die Original Hamburgerbrötchen nicht mehr verfügbar sind. Unsere Gerichte: Tapas für 17€ mit einer gewürfelten Chorizo Wurst, zwei gebratenen Garnelen auf einer Fertigmayonnaise und gebratenen Pimientos. Artischocken auf einer Fertig-Tomatensauce, Cesar Salat mit in Paprikapulver gewälzten Putenstücken, Frühstücksspeck und einem matschigen Dressing und ein Flammkuchen, reichlich belegt mit Zwiebelringen und Rucola auf einem völlig durchweichten Teig in der Mitte. Als Getränke zwei Martini Cocktails, eine Flasche Wasser und ein Kölsch, versehen mit einer maximal 1cm hohen Schaumkrone. Alles zusammen für stolze 108€. Das Personal: Total unprofessionell und ohne jeglichen Elan.

Dirty glasses, incorrect receipt, wrong order and way too much ice.

There were 3 main course options, the manager was useless standing around and when we finally get him over to our table to order some wine, he gave another waitress the order and resumed looking at his computer doing nothing. The wine took 15 minutes to arrive because we had to go and ask at the bar ourselves. When we asked why it took 15 minutes to arrive the manager looked up and said "It was only 5" What a childish and useless manager.

This is the fourth time we have come and this time we were very disappointed. The menu was reduced due to a lack of staff, so we only had 3 choices on the menu and the signature hamburger was really bad. The bread was old and inedible. My husband ordered a tapas starter, he received two scampi, pieces of ham and 6 mini peppers for 19 euros... For my part I took the artichoke and it was ok. Then we received a double Espresso, completely cold and rather more than mini, I did not receive a spoon, my husband had to ask for the bill three times... in short, frankly not great and I will not go back. It's a shame because it was good before.

Das Restaurant ist eine echte Katastrophe. Fleisch kalt, Essen bestellt, nach 15min wird gesagt Ihr Essen ist leider nicht vorhanden 🙈 Der Salat war irgendwas aber kein Salat. Der Hamburger war einfach schlecht, Pommes kalt und dafür noch 24,-€ verlangen. Auch hier nicht gerechtfertigt… Dieses Restaurant NIE WIEDER.

Great atmosphere but unfortunately the dishes don't correspond to their price. Medium quality, quite overpriced... Nothing for vegans and only partially geared towards vegetarians.

The view from up there is amazing... Unfortunately, the brunch didn't live up to my expectations. There were very few hot dishes, it was more like breakfast. The Latte Machiato didn't taste good, there was no bread and generally not that much choice. Unfortunately for 39€ per person that was nothing…. This was a unique thing for us. Very unfortunate.

We wanted to eat in the restaurant with a group of 23 people (pre-registered), including numerous married couples as well as regional and national entrepreneurs. Unfortunately we had to end the evening early due to the behavior of the staff. As soon as we took our order, one of the service staff spoke to us in a rude and inappropriate manner, which was extremely unpleasant for all of us. Unfortunately, attempting to clarify the situation by involving the restaurant manager only reinforced the impression of a lack of professionalism on the part of the team. As a result of these circumstances, we left the restaurant immediately. Quotes: After a request for a change to the menu that wasn't even requested in the kitchen, "Yes, then don't eat anything." and then later from the manager, “We don’t really need you here.” Given recent experiences, we will stop, stay and accommodate guests elsewhere in the future. It is unfortunate that the potential of this well-positioned location is being diminished by unprofessional staff. We expected the managers to be more competent and to deal better with guests. Since we didn't eat, we can't rate the food. We were spontaneously warmly welcomed and professionally looked after at another nearby hotel with 23 people and left several thousand euros there.

Amazing place! We came for dinner and shared some appetizers which were pretty decent. The beef was really delicious and well done. The curry and dessert was average. Would come back for the view.

Mixed feelings about this place. We had a window seat reservation but upon arrival we were given a table in the center of the restaurant. When we told the waitress we wanted the free table by the window, we were refused because it was reserved for someone else. The warm tapas were okay but not great. The main course was tasty but lukewarm, which made the whole experience disappointing. The staff is friendly and tries to manage things but clearly lacks good management and training. The restaurant manager spends his time talking and laughing behind the bar instead of being front of house. Long waiting times. So in short, not bad but not great either. Will we return? Probably not…

Neat, nice room and good, rich breakfast

Unsere Reservierung wurde nicht gefunden, jedoch kein Problem. Hatten einen schönen Tisch, toller Blick über die Stadt. Kleine ausgezeichnete Karte, das Essen war sehr gut. Punktabzug für den Service- eine Dame war sehr gut in ihrer Arbeit, konnte jedoch nicht gegen alle Fehler der Kollegen ankommen. Service war aber freundlich.

The location of the rooftop bar is unbeatable, and the ambience is really nice to very good. The atmosphere with the subtle background music definitely invites you to relax. Unfortunately the service leaves a lot to be desired. The greeting was unfriendly and we had to wait almost half an hour for a double espresso. In addition, the waitress didn't seem to be sure what was ordered and had to ask several times. With better service it would be a great place for a relaxing evening!

Very good service. Great elk steak! Spanish starter plate was good. Very good wine. Online reservation did not work and was not taken into account. Price-performance appropriate.

Mix of different Fonds, no clear Concept. Extensive , small portions. Burger meet was almost raw, not asked if you want raw, medium or well done.... when given back to kitchen because to raw, same burger with a bite off was returned (seemed have been in the microwave)

Kleine Auswahl, Wurst und Käse, Convenience Food, kein Lachs oder Fisch, schlecht aufgebackene Brötchen, Convenience Food (Hühnchen mit Spinat gefüllt), Nudeln und Kartoffeln, dürftig, Preis/ Leistung, nein, geht garnicht. Die Fruchtfliegen am Paprika und die schmutzigen Tischsets, Tischlampen mit Kaffee bespritzt. Schade für 4 Personen 156€, sehr, sehr enttäuschend. Bilder aus der Werbung mit Realität nicht vergleichbar.

It's certainly worth visiting this location in daylight: great views over Aachen. It's worth a visit for that alone. The downer: you can also pay well for it (Lillet White Berry or Aperol Spritz with a lot (!) of ice €9, as well as the 0.15 l wine). Drinks but otherwise ok. Unfortunately you just have to wait longer for your drink. We had the pleasure of having a DJ play. I liked the music (Afro-House). However, it wasn't for everyone, especially as it became increasingly loud, so that conversation became tiring. One almost had the impression that people over the age of 50 or 60 were no longer welcome. But the service staff was consistently friendly.

Company party, buffet very appealing, very friendly team, great atmosphere in the restaurant with terrace when the weather is nice.

Review applies only to breakfast. There were many different dishes, from savory to sweet, with great taste. The view over Aachen was brilliant.

Basically very, very good. The food is great, the people are incredibly friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, an eye for detail is missing here and there. For example, the parasols are not in their stands or 7 rolls are brought for 4 people. It's really just little things. Generally a clear recommendation. The view over Aachen is heavenly.

Everything great! :) We had to wait a little longer for the main course, but I personally won't deduct a star because we were able to enjoy a perfect view and the food was cooked to perfection! The service was nice, friendly and attentive, the toilets were clean and the tables were decorated for special occasions (birthdays).
