Die besten Restaurants in Deutschland mit Gourmetrestaurant Essen

Wie fasst man einen in jeder Hinsicht perfekten Abend zusammen? Meine Frau und ich essen häufig in "Sternerestaurants". Auch im Ösch Noir waren wir bereits zuvor zu Gast. Was wir dieses Mal erlebt haben, sprengte jedoch unsere Erwartung. Über das stimmige Ambiente und den perfekten Service wurde bereits viel geschrieben; dies können wir nur unterstreichen. Und dann das Essen! Vom ersten Gruß aus der Küche über das mehrgängige Menü bis hin zur süßen Überraschung zum Espresso - schlichtweg ein Traum! Beste Zutaten, handwerklich perfekt auf den Punkt verarbeitet und unfassbar detailverliebt präsentiert - das ist eigentlich nicht mehr zu toppen. Eine besondere Erwähnung verdient hier der Gang "Europäischer Hummer". In seiner atemberaubenden Komposition ohne Übertreibung das vielleicht Beste, das ich jemals gegessen habe! Aus dem Off grüßt hier bereits der dritte Stern, da bin ich mir sicher. Und noch ein anderer Punkt: Auch wenn es für Gäste dieser Art Gourmetrestaurant im Normalfall keine Rolle spielt, ist es m.E. eine Erwähnung wert: Die Preise im Ösch Noir sind angesichts der Gesamtleistung keineswegs übertrieben; wir haben für mehr Geld schon weniger spektakulär gegessen. Bitte weiter so!

Wonderful experience. I enjoyed the wine pairing, and the dishes were excellent. We had a small issue on our first course, but the entire experience was well worth it.

Truly amazing place and highly recommended! This is a true fine dining experience, 5+ stars! The ambiance is exceptional, the service is top, and the food is simply exquisite. A must-visit for anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience.

Fine dining experience in Dresden. The food was excellent, and the service was excellent. All the courses were super nicely prepared. We had the 6-course menu, which was 10 in the end because of a few greatings from the kitchen. The Michelin star is well deserved. The food is fancy but still tasty. Seasonal and local food used.

I am very sorry that Google removed my 5-star review (rating) after 8 months! I was there! Unfortunately, my (evidence) images suddenly suddenly violate Google guidelines! I was there for a trial period of work, but I and my wife were still allowed to use the full extent of the hotel like a normal guest. A hotel of superlatives. I would have loved to work there. Unfortunately it didn't work out and we then decided on another applicant.

Friendly but at the same time relaxed gourmet restaurant. Not over-the-top or exaggerated like the Residenz Heinz Winkler or similar shops. Nice and attentive (and sometimes quite talkative) service from the reception to the end. Starters were the best, all creative and tasty. Main courses were also okay, although not a single course “knocked us off our feet”. We didn't think the desserts were that great, even though they were actually the simplest. Visually appealing but nothing great in terms of taste. Wine accompaniment was generous and varied. Very good knowledge of allergens. All in one a good experience

I can't understand how the restaurant got one star. The quality of the food was certainly good, but what was made of it corresponds at best to that of a better restaurant. I was there with my family during asparagus season and had a Wienerschnitzel as my main course, as well as a few others. We all really thought that it was a ready-made schnitzel, the breading was a complete disaster and all the schnitzels looked the same, just like pressed schnitzels from the factory. We were there around 12.45 and were urged by the boss to order even though we still had to wait for some. After we were finished around 2:20 p.m., the senior manager quickly dispatched us and pointed out that the restaurant was now closing. You really had the impression that you were being treated here for a lot of money and food at a restaurant level. Neither the food nor the service has anything to do with star quality and that at over 850.00 euros for 10 people where 8 only had a main course.

Been there 3 times - awarded 3 times!

This was our third time eating at Zeik with Maurizio and his great team - this time on the occasion of a birthday. We are a “mixed group” - omni, vegetarian and vegan (the latter is no problem if you let us know in advance) and everyone is served with the same love in the menu. The food: It gets better and more sophisticated every time. I felt like the acid game was a lot more confident this time around, which I really liked. A great journey through an autumnal menu with a very elaborate vegetable base - absolutely top class. Everyone was thrilled! Plus perfect champagne. In addition, a great attentive, approachable service with humor and personality 😊 Thank you for the perfect evening!

A michelin star restaurant. Every dish is a piece of art. Delicious, creative and seasonal and a bonus- we met the chef and talked to him, a perfect experience.

Impressive. The staff is always friendly and available without being hectic. The food is of course amazing. Every course was an absolute experience on the tongue. Incredible flavors created together. Thank you for this culinary journey.

Este es un buen restaurante. Acogedor, situado un poco lejos del centro de la ciudad en una zona residencial tranquila. El credo del restaurante parece centrarse en el sabor puro de los ingredientes, por lo que se centran en el uso de ingredientes base buenos y de temporada. La comida es buena. Nada que realmente fallar, excepto que carece de brillo en el sentido de que la comida se encuentra un poco clara, especialmente si desea más sabores, condimentos y especias. El maridaje de vinos era muy bueno y generoso para el precio también. El servicio es bueno y la gente habla inglés allí. Vale la pena ir para una noche de citas o una noche más íntima y relajante en la ciudad.

Short and sweet: food, service and ambience are excellent! It was an evening full of enjoyment, with fantastic flavors and surprising textures. The menu was excellently put together - from the little things to the main courses. I didn't take any photos this time, I was busy just enjoying the food :-).

Not only an incredibly delicious and diverse menu but also perfect service that is relaxed and approachable at the same time. The ambience is 100% harmonious. The open kitchen means you can be entertained just by watching the staff...an unparalleled recommendation.
