My wife and I had the pleasure of dining here last summer and to this day, we still recall the delicious food and unique experience we had that day. Whether it is the excellent conception, the creative presentation of the dishes, the diversity of ingredients, the endless cooking methods and superb techniques, it is all amazing, giving us surprises one after another. The location and atmosphere is great as well. If I have to nitpick, it would be the difficulty of getting a reservation because it is extemely popular!

We have been happy to be guests of Ronny, Alex & Marcel since 2020. The number of our visits there has long been uncountable, but that speaks for the Troyka team, and has been for years. Food, great! There is always variety, the taste is a dream, and if “extra requests” arise, we always try to implement them! We can't complain about the team either. Service and kitchen are always extremely friendly and accommodating, a little chat is always possible. We also really appreciate the openness of this star restaurant towards small children! We look forward to more great visits here in the future!

Exceptionally good (Euro-Asian) cuisine at upscale but reasonable prices. Very nice hosts in the middle of Schwerin. This will still apply in 2025. Warm, almost familiar atmosphere, great flavor combinations. Balanced wine list.

We had a very nice evening in which all expectations regarding food and service were met. I would particularly like to mention that my daughter's celiac disease was also taken into account as a matter of course and she was also enthusiastic. We'd love to come back.

We had dinner at Esskunst on Thursday April 24th!! The incredibly friendly welcome from the boss and the exquisite 4-course menu in a very pleasant atmosphere can only be recommended with 5 stars!! We wish Esskunst and its young and very attentive team always a fully booked restaurant!!! THANK YOU and we will definitely see each other again!!

Something very special - the concept, the food, the drinks, the team, the seats right where the food is served was all in all the best culinary experience I have ever had. Great atmosphere, at eye level with the guests, no ski-ski and etépetete, we love fermented food and the team manages to celebrate this with the seasonal concept and bring it to the plate. The non-alcoholic accompaniment is a must, it's almost a menu in itself. A taste explosion with the menu, perfectly coordinated. I think the portion sizes are perfect, just right so that I can enjoy it several times or let my partner try it. In terms of taste, every dish has a twist without the central elements being lost, really great! We found it particularly nice that my wife's pregnancy was taken into consideration (as far as these procedures allowed). It was just a little warm in the restaurant, so it was better to dress lightly. We say THANK YOU to the entire team for this great experience that we will remember for a long time.

I went there with my daughter for the New Year's Eve 8-course menu. It was our third time at this restaurant, and we were delighted every time. The best sushi I've ever eaten, with so much attention to detail. I can hardly wait for the next time. Thanks for these culinary journeys 😊
