Overall, the food was very good. I liked the textures best. Almost every course had crunch, runny, and creamy textures combined in one bite. The lobster was excellent. The restaurant has a very Asian feel. For sensitive foodies, there was too much chili. The dishes are very complex, sometimes too complex. I often had trouble distinguishing the ingredients. The view of the kitchen is nice and close. The ambiance is very rustic, with lots of concrete.

Deservedly awarded two Michelin stars! A super friendly team, a great concept with the bar and a view into the kitchen – you're right up close to the action. The menu with Asian influences was a delight throughout, each course a highlight in its own right. It's hard to say which was best – if I had to choose, maybe the red prawn and the curry. Simply fantastic :-)

Perfect Michelin-starred cuisine at the highest level. The individual dishes are true works of art. The wine pairing is also excellent. The service is friendly, charming, and attentive, yet relaxed. In any "normal" restaurant, I would criticize the austere concrete ambiance. Here, it doesn't matter at all. You watch the proceedings with excitement, enjoying the small culinary works of art with their explosions of flavor. We also find the value for money very good. We'll be back.

Restaurant Pietsch – once in love, forever in love. Visited for the second time – and again completely blown away. What happens in the kitchen isn't cooking, it's art with explosions of flavor. Every course is an experience, the wine pairing like a best-of for the palate. But what makes the place truly unforgettable is the team: charming, warm, witty – and so attentive that you'll want to move in right away. We'll see you again in October – not because we have to, but because it's love. From a culinary perspective, it's a great relationship, not just a flirtation. Anyone who leaves without a big grin either wasn't there – or did something wrong. 🥂

The restaurant has a very pleasant ambiance. We were delighted with the menu. Each course was a surprise and a real "wow." There were no repetitive flavors, as is unfortunately sometimes the case with other menus in fine dining restaurants. The culinary creativity and personal touch of the young chef were palpable. The wine pairing ensured a perfect combination of food and wine. The non-alcoholic juice accompaniment was an absolute experience; here, too, the pairing was absolutely perfect. The introduction to each course was provided by the young kitchen team. All members of the staff were open to conversation, and we were very impressed that we were able to leave our feedback. We were extremely impressed and would give it 10 stars.

My visit to the Pietach restaurant was about two months ago, and this is my summary. As soon as I entered the restaurant, I was greeted in a friendly and relaxed manner. The concept is an open kitchen with a long counter serving as a table, seating approximately 20 people. The menu consisted of many small courses, with a clear leaning toward Asian cuisine. The dishes were very experimental and aromatic. There was a lot of work with acidity and spiciness, but the kitchen still managed to achieve a good balance between these dishes and coordinate everything well. The kitchen team also did an excellent job of combining heat and cold. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed this evening there. It was a wonderful experience to be able to let these intense flavors melt on my palate. The service was also excellent, very attentive and relaxed. I opted for the non-alcoholic beverage, which was in no way inferior to the alcoholic one. Homemade juices, which have been carefully crafted, are rich in flavor and perfectly matched to the dishes – a true highlight. At the Pietsch Restaurant, you'll experience truly unique cuisine that's a lot of fun and enjoyable. Don't expect classic, perfectly harmonious cuisine. No, you'll find exciting, creative cuisine with very daring flavors.

It was a very nice evening. The food was delicious and we got chatting to the other guests. The highlight was that the food was prepared right in front of us. A concrete-look room was completely booked with 18 guests. The stylish ambiance and pleasant temperature immediately created a cozy atmosphere. Each course is presented to the group after it's served, and everyone begins the culinary experience at the same time. Of the 15 dishes, 13 were worth three ⭐️ for my wife and me, and two dishes were worth two ⭐️. Why? Spice, heat, exotic flavors, umami, and kick, all perfectly balanced. This is a team that's going all out and wants a second star. Rightly so. Thanks for the wonderful evening and the excellent wine recommendation. I ordered the Gewürztraminer "Sonnenglanz" online that same night.

We were at Zeitwerk a year ago and were absolutely thrilled. Now we wanted to treat ourselves to a meal at Pietsch, which worked out perfectly. From the moment we entered the restaurant, we immediately felt at home. We were completely satisfied from the first moment to the last. Each course is a true explosion of flavors, the harmony of aromas giving each bite a special excitement. We also really liked the loving explanations of each course. The team is very friendly, and you always feel welcome. We definitely recommend it and would gladly return.

A very nice evening. There are only two tables; everyone else sits at the bar. Throughout the evening, you can see the team preparing each course. This makes the evening very entertaining, but also hectic at times. Overall, it's a bit too loud. The quality is really great. The price is reasonable.

Guests are expected to arrive at 7 pm. There is just 1menu, there is also an vegetarien option. You will be served together with the other guests several courses with accompaning wines and even sake. The food is amazing, really smart cooking with lots of asian influences and beautiful textures prepared by young enthousiastic cooks. For sure an evening to remember.

The menu was unique and the price of 170.00 euros per person was justified in our opinion. However, one felt “ripped off” with the drinks. The water was included in the price of the menu. Wine and aperitif were charged per 100ml. Ultimately, this left a bad taste in our mouths and dampened the experience of the evening.

Mal wieder in Wernigerode gelandet für ein Sensationellen Abend im Pietsch. Wir wurden vom Hof herein begleitet zu unserem Platz am langen Tresen. Dann ein begrüßungs Getränk bekommen. Einstimmung auf eine Phantastische Geschmacks Reise. Diverse Leckereien wie Kimchi , Garnele, Muschel, Topinambur, Amazone bestritten eine unsagbar Köstliche Reise mit Geschmacks Explosionen Garantie. Super abgestimmte Saucen , Säure , Süße, Umami Respekt an die Küche. Abschluss mit Frisch gebrühtem Kaffee oder Tee auf dem Tresen. Danach noch ein mega Brandy und der Abend nahm leider sein Ende. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich an das Team vom Pietsch. Julia, Florian und nicht zu vergessen an den Jüngsten Sternekoch Deutschlands. Diese Jahr das Pietsch wieder ausgezeichnet mit einem Stern. Ein besonderer Abend... Es war einfach fantastisch vom Empfang des freundlichen Personals bis hin vom Menü und Dessert. Auch die Weine wurden super erklärt und empfohlen. Die einzelnen Komponenten des Menüs waren jedesmal einfach sehr lecker und eine Gaumenfreude. Vor jedem Gang ausführlich erklärt, wie diese zubereitet wurden, einfach nur toll. Es ist ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis im Pietsch zu essen, man sitzt am Tresen und sieht dem Team zu, wie sie gekonnt und routiniert die einzelnen Gänge des Menüs komponieren. Dazu kommt eine Kochkunst, welche am laufenden Band Geschmacksexplosionen schafft. Ganz große Klasse. Aus der Erfahrung regelmäßiger Besuche von Restaurants der Spitzengastronomie würde ich sagen, müsste eigentlich bald der zweite Stern am Horizont erscheinen. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war die angebotene Weinbegleitung, die überwiegend aus experimentellen Weinen mit Spontangärung bestand. Für Liebhaber traditioneller Weine, was ja die große Mehrheit sind, hatte die Weinkarte ebenfalls kaum ansprechende Weine. Der junge Sommelier war in Punkto neue Weine recht missionarisch unterwegs. Zum Problem wurde es zum Glück aber nicht, da der Maitre des Restaurants einige Schätze in der Weinkarte wusste und uns von einer „Fehlbestellung“ abgehalten hatte. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Abend, den wir bestimmt wiederholen werden.

The Pietsch restaurant is simply great - a real experience! The menu was a culinary dream and created one taste feast after another on the palate. The end of the event was also wonderful in the form of a praline covered in cotton candy on a wooden stick, which really made it crackle. You don't forget that! We can also highly recommend the non-alcoholic menu accompaniment, which consists of our own juice creations with a well-balanced taste - from sweet to salty. Particularly worthy of mention is the team around chef Luis Hendricks, who gave us an unforgettable evening with their calm, expert knowledge and constant friendliness. Many thanks to Mr. Pietsch, Mr. Hendricks, Julia, Mr. Oho, Mr. Raake, Mr. Modosch and the teammates who remained invisible to us.

If you want to experience something very special, you've come to the right place. Every course is a taste explosion. Even the smallest morsels are amazing. So much creativity and taste...you can't describe it. So try it out! And you really get full. Every single course is announced and described. A big movie theater. The service is super friendly and very attentive. We'll definitely be back.

It was the best thing we've eaten in a long time. And: it was inexpensive! That means it was worth the price. With every course (there were 9 of them) you experience a taste explosion. Great. Excellent service accompanies you throughout the evening and all questions are answered professionally. If we come back to this area, “Pietsch” is a must for us. We had a wonderful night here and enjoyed a supreme dinner. The dishes come with an Asian style taste - spice is everywhere. I like the concept to serve all guest same time with the same dishes. This brings the focus to each dish with the ability to be perfect. Wine list is good. We didn't go with the wine pairing for the good reasons. But it's everys guest choice. The team is inspiring and willing to share their stories - so talk to them!
