Modern atmosphere with a polite, friendly and flexible service. You could also try additional things here and there. Open kitchen, wonderfully imaginative food. And enjoyed it from start to finish.

My expectations were exceeded. I had an enjoyable evening. The excellent menu and the accompanying wines combined with the competent service were an experience.

On Saturday November 30th, 2024 we spent a wonderfully beautiful and culinary exciting and super tasty evening at the Zeitwerk in Wernigerode. Every single course (there were thirteen of them) was a real treat for the palate and a feast for the eyes. The ladies and also the chefs at the Zeitwerk made it unforgettable with their outstanding service. Only when leaving the restaurant you weren't accompanied/helped to put on your jacket like you were at the beginning. But that would be complaining on a high level! Keep it up. Kind regards M. We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary ❣️ at the Zeitwerk as a couple. Done exactly right, because everything was great. From the welcome to the end of the super delicious praline.

Unfortunately it was a disappointing evening. The constant asking about the courses was annoying. We found the atmosphere shockingly simple and not worthy of the price. The food itself wasn't a highlight and nothing we didn't already know. At these usual prices we expect exceptional food. There was no feeling of well-being either. It's a SHAME that Mr. Pietsch is showing off his regional compatriots with this exorbitant price. We know fine dining and unfortunately have to describe this visit as our worst fine dining experience.

October 30, 2024 was supposed to be a very special culinary experience for us and we were looking forward to it for a long time. Somehow it was special, particularly little and particularly expensive. The menu wasn't particularly special for us, neither special types of fish or meat nor a presentation of the dishes that was appropriate for the price. For us, egg and mustard sauce were not the slightly different taste that speaks for a star cuisine, The pointed cabbage as part of the “dead grandma” dish was far too salty, the piece of beef was so tiny that the taste could hardly be perceived, and we could only guess that the soup was on the plate. The dessert simply lacked sophistication. A cream puff is not what we expected. We were very disappointed. The price in no way reflects what is presented. The portion size was unreasonable, if that means star cuisine, something is wrong. Too bad.

Always for our wedding anniversary, we'll do it again next year.

The stay at ZeitWerk was really a highlight! Above all, the attentive and incredibly entertaining service, alongside the food, ensured an unforgettable evening. Even if individual courses (e.g. the meat course or the mustard egg) were not completely convincing, the menu was still worth every euro. However, the new location seems a bit plain and cold, and the furniture is quite simple. In any case, it can hardly be described as a “living room” anymore.

Very tasty, original food, prepared and served with love. The price is completely justified, the menu was extremely lavish. Big compliments to the service, the girls were well trained but not at all stiff, so you felt really comfortable despite the upscale class.

Very good creative cuisine and something for the eye and palate. What doesn't top it all off are the exobitant trade mishaps on the alcoholic drinks (e.g. Teroldego Madonna delle Vittorie). I can order them online at a very reasonable price. I find that more than worrying. for a restaurant. I find it strange that there is only one toilet for both genders. Overall, thanks to the good service, it was a good evening and an experience that doesn't need to be repeated. The spatial environment and the interior design radiate a chilled ambience.

We have already been to “Pietzsch” and now to Zeitwerk: It was a great evening, the individual courses were fantastic, the “dead grandma” upgrade is definitely recommended. The service was also great, very attentive and friendly. A great evening, we are already looking forward to the new menu. Many thanks to the great team at Zeitwerk.

The taste, the aromas of the little “works of art” dishes were indescribable!!! The drinks too! The service was very engaging and (a little too) formal! Unfortunately, the service could not answer all questions about the food. Too bad! We would also have liked more regional selection of drinks (Harz region). Especially since the focus was on the menu with Harz specialties. Here, for example, only two juice spritzers were offered as non-alcoholic drinks from the Altmark. The atmosphere is modern and sober, we loved the glass kitchen. All in all, an incredible taste experience, at a hefty price, but definitely worth it!!!

Sehr gute kreative Küche und etwas für das Auge +Gaumen. Was die ganze nicht abrundet, sind die exobitanten Handelspannen, auf die alkoholischen Getränke ( z.B. Teroldego Madonna delle Vittorie VK 10,90 , im Ek unter 10 Euro). Das empfinde ich, mehr als Bedenklich. für ein Restaurant. Seltsam finde ich, das nur ein WC für beide Geschlechter vorhanden ist. Insgesamt war es dank des guten Services, ein guter Abend und eine Erfahrung wert, der es allerdings keiner Wiederholung bedarf. P.S. Das räumliche Umfeld und die Innenausstattung, strahlt ein unterkühltes Ambiente aus.

As expected, the food was really delicious. The menu was served at a comfortable interval and the explanations were very good. Questions could also be asked. Only the breed of beef was not known. The wine (a bit overpriced in the wine list) to accompany the wine was very well selected and went perfectly with the respective course. The individual courses were extremely attractively presented. The evening is already a highlight.

Ausgezeichnete Küche, die den Bezug zur Region sucht und in sehr leckeren Gerichten innovativ auf den Punkt bringt. So genial habe ich ein Senfei noch nie gegessen. Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre und perfekter und super netter Service. Wir sind bereits zum zweiten Mal zu Gast und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

We were able to be guests at the Zeitwerk last night. There was a lot of excitement in advance, as such visits are not an everyday occurrence for us. Our expectations were far exceeded. The staff welcomed us so warmly that we were able to quickly overcome our awkwardness. The individual courses were incredible explosions of flavor and a feast for the eyes. The accompanying wines were excellently matched in taste to the food and were expertly explained by the service. The evening was an unforgettable event and will remain in our memories for a long time. We would like to thank Robin Pietsch and his fantastic team!

That was really an absolutely extravagant visit to a restaurant. Very tasty and lovingly prepared dishes made from regional products, with a perfect accompaniment of wine and juices. The staff were appropriately relaxed and surprisingly fresh in their explanations. All food and drinks were well described and questions could be responded to with absolute expertise. I would like to give it six stars, but unfortunately Google only allows five. Conclusion: Not exactly cheap but definitely recommended for a successful evening in a gourmet atmosphere.

We had a breathtaking evening - many thanks again to the wonderful team, you made this evening a very special culinary journey for us! The ambience is modern, simple but still warm and cozy - absolutely in keeping with the rest of the atmosphere created by the great team. The kitchen conjured up something magnificent on the table - both visually and taste-wise. Different textures, the harmony of acidity, spices or sweetness, as well as the interpretations of classic dishes was great. For me personally, the two courses with fish were a big positive surprise, as I'm actually not a fan of fish at all. We really liked the interaction of the food with the wine accompaniment, as well as the recommendations. We really felt very much and saw ourselves in more of a family environment. Once again a big thank you to the entire team for this unforgettable evening!

Wir hatten schon eine längere Zeit vor, im dem bekannten Sterne Restaurant essen zu gehen. Entschieden haben wir uns vorerst der einheimischen Küche den Vorrang zu geben. Die Erwartungen an den Abend waren entsprechend hoch. Pünktlich 19:00Uhr geht es los; nur nach Reservierung. Der Raum ist relativ klein, sehr familiär, gleicht eher einer Wohnzimmeratmosphäre. Die Inneneinrichtung trägt ihren Teil dazu bei. Ein Blick in die Küche ist möglich. Wir empfanden das als angenehm. Obwohl es bei vollem Haus schon tendenziell lauter und quirlliger zugehen wird. Es werden viele kleine Gänge serviert. Die teils sehr unterschiedlichen Portionen sind allesamt sehr lecker gewesen und optisch ein Hingucker. Ich kann nur eingeschränkt die Meinungen mancher Besucher nachvollziehen, die schreiben, es ist sehr wenig für das Geld. Wenn ich in ein Sternerestaurant gehe, erwarte ich keine Mengen von Essen, sondern eine gehobene Küche mit besonderer Zubereitung. Man geht hier zu einem Künstler der Küche, der sein Handwerk versteht. Man isst quasi seine Kunst. Das so ein ungewöhnlicher, kulinarischer Abend Geld kostet steht ausser Frage. Wir sind teils gute Esser und wir sind hungrig zu dem Restaurant gegangen. Nach den 3 Stunden sind wir satt gewesen. Etwas einschränkend möchte ich erwähnen, dass die sehr spezielle Ausswahl der Getränke (Wein) sich schon preislich, nicht geschmacklich, mit 15€ für 01 l an der Grenze bewegen. In einigen wenigen Momenten des Abends empfand ich auch die Geräuschkulisse (Personal, Musik) etwas zu laut. Zusammenfassend kann man festhalten; ein besonderer Abend mit sehr leckerem Essen, gekocht von Künstlern, serviert von freundlichem Personal. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung!

Nach ca. 2 Jahren wieder einmal im Zeitwerk. Ich kann nur sagen Regional Phänomenal. Angefangen mit Weißwein im Brunnenhof der super schön gestaltet ist. Dann wurden wir herein gebeten und zum Platz geführt. Das Ambiente im Inneren ist wundervoll auf die Region abgestimmt. Wir saßen neben der Küche und konnten bei der Zubereitung der Speisen zusehen. Fazit Wir haben uns sehr umsorgt gefühlt, Die Weinauswahl war Fantastisch. Das Essen war super. Mein Liebling Die Tote Oma :) Danke an alle die uns so wunderbar durch den Abend geführt haben. The restaurant itself and the entire service are really great and there is nothing to complain about. What I would just like to bring up is the stairs on the way to the restaurant. For someone who is no longer able to walk so well, it is a real problem to overcome this. Because there is not a railing over the entire staircase to hold on to. Maybe an improvement can be made there.

A very nice evening. Ambiance perfect, service perfect and the food... a dream. Every single course was tasty, it was a real pleasure and we were really full at the end... If you don't like wine accompaniment, we recommend that you ALWAYS take the non-alcoholic accompaniment. These drinks are spectacular. Each course was explained and brought to the table with great unanimity by the waiter. The service staff was great. Very relaxed and we always had something to laugh about. Herr Pietsch ist ja nun omnipräsent im TV, so dass wir beim Erstbesuch des Zeitwerkes ein wenig befürchtet haben, dass dort eine Abfertigungsmaschinerie abläuft. Das war nicht der Fall, im Gegenteil der Service war ausgesprochen aufmerksam und hilfreich, lediglich der Sommelier ist so laut, dass er die Gespräche an den anderen Tischen stört. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Verwendung regionaler Produkte. Ein wirklich tolles Erlebnis, eine Küche auf hohem Niveau.

We had a very nice evening at the Zeitwerk last week. The restaurant is modernly furnished. The service staff is friendly, always present but not intrusive. The menu was very, very good. The individual courses tasted great, varied and were always very nicely presented. The service staff also provided information on how to prepare it. At the end, the kitchen crew appeared in the restaurant and thanked us for the visit. That was a very nice gesture, especially since we as guests were able to thank them for their cooking skills with a little applause. I can only recommend a visit to the Zeitwerk restaurant and will definitely visit the second restaurant “Pietsch” as well.

Brunnenhof Zeitwerk enjoyed our food and drinks in a great, appealing atmosphere. Everything was very tasty, great service, we would love to come back.

It's a cozy restaurant for a great evening with excellent food. When registering, you can specify whether you are a vegetarian or pesce vegetarian (vegan wasn't an option, but we didn't ask). A wide variety of flavors are presented in the different courses, which always offers surprises. To describe this in detail would go beyond the scope of this article. The staff is extremely attentive and at the same time reserved and can provide competent information. The open kitchen is also presented in this way; chefs always come along with the service and explain the next course. The wine list is not very large, but varied and there is something for every taste. Unfortunately, the wine accompaniment could not be enjoyed, next time we will book an overnight stay in Halberstadt... Overall, an extremely successful evening that was worth every cent.

Im August 2018 hatten wir das erste Mal vom 'Zeitwerk' gelesen - da mussten wir irgendwann mal hin. Am vergangenen Samstag, 06. Juli war es dann soweit - wir waren als Familie im 'Zeitwerk' zu Gast. Wir haben ein 'ausgezeichnet' vergeben, denn es war einfach WOW - ein Geschmackserlebnis mit Wohlfühlservice. Wegen unserer Essensgewohnheiten hatten wir als Familie sowohl das Menü auch als vegetarische Variante, die Wein- als auch die Saftbegleitung - jedes für sich zT völlig unerwartet und doch so stimmig. Das Team hat uns super begleitet und ganz viel erläutert. Auf meine Frage nach einer Weinschorle wurde etwas erschüttert - so tolle Weine mit Wasser zu verdünnen - ja, doch ihr habt ja recht .. ;-) - aber professionell reagiert. Wir hatte eine tolle Reise durch Oma Christas Garten, durch die Region und ein ordentliches Stück darüber hinaus - habt ganz vielen Dank dafür. Liebe Grüße

Wir haben einen rundum gelungenen Abend verbracht: sehr leckeres Essen, dem Konzept entsprechend vertraute Gerichte aus Omas Küche mit einer ganz besonderen Geschmacksvielfalt und meist gepaart mit einer Überraschung für den Gaumen, sehr netter Service, schönes Ambiente,… Und wer denkt, die Kombination Aal und Morchel könne nicht schmecken, darf sich im Zeitwerk gern eines Besseren belehren lassen. Einfach köstlich! Auch die Weinbegleitung hat uns gut gefallen.

Wie immer ein genialer kulinarischer Genuss sowohl für den Gaumen als auch für das Auge. War bereits das 7 mal dort! Das Intro mit der Zwiebel war genial. Schön, dassdie Brotmahlzeit beibehalten wurde.

Tops: angenehme Atmosphäre, sehr aufmerksamer unaufdringlicher Service, sehr kreative Küche mit herausragender Optik, Aromenspektakel.

Regional, seasonal cuisine without any frills. Nothing molecular, nothing fusion. You reminisce about what grandma used to cook. The wine accompaniment is very well coordinated and the coffee at the end is also served in a very visually appealing way.

Even if you are new or go to a restaurant like this for the first time, we didn't feel left alone at Zeitwerk, the service team was very nice, friendly, explanatory and leading. Culinary masterpiece that enchants the senses!! The menu and the accompanying non-alcoholic accompaniment are perfectly coordinated. Excellent service with humor.

The food was simply great. It impresses with a new interpretation of well-known classics, which surprise with every bite. The combination with the accompanying drink, in my case non-alcoholic, brings out additional nuances of taste. When you eat, you quickly understand how the individual components should interact with each other to achieve the desired result. What I was most surprised about was that ingredients that are not normally my cup of tea still manage to impress as well as satisfy the palate. The reference to the region in almost every course was also excellent. Maybe I don't know enough about the region to see the connection in the aisles where I didn't see it. The portions of the courses are not large, but overall more than enough to fill you up. Unfortunately, my companion couldn't even try the last one because she was already too full. I would say the perfect amount. The service was very attentive and impressed with humor and friendliness. He also answered questions, was not intrusive but was always there. You felt completely comfortable. Of course, everyone on the staff knew what they had to say about the individual courses and drinks, just as they wanted. Some may find it strange, but in my opinion it's just part of it. The service created a personal atmosphere without disturbing the sense of what is important. The ambience was convincing with a relaxed arrangement of tables and seats. The music was nice, not intrusive or distracting. The furnishings are simple but not too formal, creating a feel-good atmosphere like home. Because the curtains didn't reveal the changes in lighting conditions over the course of the evening, the almost 4 hours flew by. All in all, the evening was more than worth it, despite the hefty price, I would say it was worth every cent.

Unusual! We were thrilled and will be back!

Visiting the restaurant at Zeitwerk was a wonderful experience and a culinary highlight, everything was just right. I can definitely recommend it!

We were totally thrilled, the restaurant is really cozy, you immediately feel at home. The staff, the food and the wine advice are simply great!!! At first we were afraid we wouldn't get full, but we were taught better and we were completely full :) We would definitely like to come back. Thanks.

There is nothing wrong with the quality and sometimes great finesse of the individual courses of the menu, as well as the selected wine accompaniment. Great cinema, which threatened to end up as a narrow film due to the stubbornly timed, rather impersonal presentation. It's not about quantities: with a menu of more than 12 courses that are highly enjoyable, everyone should be full and satisfied. It's about the lack of generosity that would be enough even in small ways. E.g. a tiny, additional sip of the wine that we particularly enjoyed. Or an extra morsel of the amazing, dice-sized piece of pork belly. Service here was a bit like nit-picking, even though I realize the pressure, effort and costs that star-rated kitchens are faced with! The constant, tiring explanations of the time-consuming, gentle cooking times or the listing of the years and the “wood” in which the wine reached its maturity also led me to become inattentive over the course of the evening. You should also trust your guests, who are prepared to pay a high price for a sophisticated menu, to have a certain level of basic knowledge. While the sommelier busied himself with selected guests in a noticeably intense, sometimes shrill manner, at the other tables it was unfortunately only enough to make a dutiful presentation in passing. With the last course, with the last sip of wine, the staff clearly signaled the end of the evening. A farewell without an end with reverberations. A no-go: There is only one (!) toilet available for 25-30 guests, which inevitably became an object of desire later in the evening.

Unforgettable and unique. A must for all foodies.

The restaurant is small and cozy, has a very pleasant atmosphere. The reception is very friendly, the advice on drinks is very good. The food is of course amazing, everything is delicious and well prepared. Even the supposedly small portions (which some people complained about) left us more than full. A taste experience like no other. The service is very friendly and attentive. The location in downtown Wernigerode in a backyard is very good. All in all, we thought it was great and felt very comfortable. We'll definitely come back again.

Lange vorher gebucht, lange drauf gefreut - wir waren von dem Menü-Abend begeistert! Für uns ist, neben dem hervorragenden Essen, immer auch das Gesamtpaket wichtig: hier passte alles - Ambiente, sehr aufmerksames Personal und nicht zuletzt das sehr besondere, perfekt abgestimmte Menü mit dem Thema "Neues und Altes aus dem Harz".

Wir sind erwartungsvoll nach Wernigerode ins ZEITWERK zu einem Genuss-Abend gefahren und es war einfach toll! Super Service, kreative Menüfolge und sensationeller Geschmack! Das Restaurant-Team hat uns prima begleitet. Gern hätten wir unser Lob auch persönlich an Robin übermittelt…

A great evening in the Zeitwerk restaurant. The meal takes a good 3 hours in total. The 15 courses are varied and have a regional connection. The guest room...eating like in the living room... I can't quite share it, the only point of criticism for me is the acoustics in the guest room. Ohne große Erwartungen, aber mit einer ganzen Menge Neugier, hatten wir endlich die Gelegenheit, die Kochkünste des einzigen Sternekochs der Harzregion zu testen. Der Service, das gelungene Ambiente und natürlich das unvergleichlich schmackhafte Menü, übertraf alles! Der Preis des Menüs war absolut angemessen. Wir haben es in vollen Zügen genossen.

Es hat alles perfekt gepasst. Lokal, Service, waren fantastisch. Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Abend. Da unser Freund wegen Krankheit abgesagt hat werden wir irgendwann sehr gern wieder kommen.

We had a wonderful evening. Thanks to the team. Service: very friendly, very attentive, warm and approachable. All questions were answered competently. We felt very comfortable. The service is relaxed, friendly, cheerful and you can feel the joy in the work. We almost had the feeling of being guests of good friends. Ambiance: clear, modern, well structured. You can see that emphasis is also placed on small details, both in dishes and cutlery. Laguiole knife for special purposes. You see it and notice the appreciation. Food: with fourteen courses we were led from starters to intermediate courses, main courses and finally dessert variations. Compositions that we would not have expected, a variety of flavors, different textures, the interplay of sweetness, acidity and spices. And again and again tastes that were familiar, familiar and triggered memories from childhood. Without wanting to go into details, I thought the egg, cooked for a long time at 64 degrees in a mustardy sauce, was brilliant, as was the puree with flamed bone marrow hollandaise, fantastic. And that's just two components - and everything was delicious, gorgeous. And right at the beginning there was a chestnut soup that felt like velvet in the mouth and embraced all taste buds. And salsify, which tasted really good with a strong, spicy onion stock. The looks in the kitchen at the kitchen team showed that they were working calmly and concentratedly. Precise, skillful and in a busy, relaxed atmosphere. What didn't we like? For example, I would have liked more curdled milk on the apple strudel, but I couldn't tell what the morels had to do with the smoked eel; in some places there was too much espuma for me; please work more with a whisk or use clear stock. The flowers from Blankenburg are not my thing either, but it is something very personal. There is still a bit of room for improvement in the color design when serving. Conclusion: it was delicious, diverse, creative and yet kept in the roots of the region. It was incredibly fun. We would like to thank you very much for the evening. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Abend. Vielen Dank an das Team. Service: sehr freundlich, sehr aufmerksam, herzlich und zugewandt. Alle Fragen wurden kompetent beantwortet. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Der Service ist locker, freundlich, fröhlich und man spürt die Freude an der Arbeit. Fast hatten wir das Gefühl bei guten Freunden zu Gast zu sein. Ambiente: klar, modern, gut strukturiert. Man sieht, dass auch auf kleine Details Wert gelegt wird, bei Geschirr wie bei Besteck. Messer von laguiole für besondere Zwecke. Man sieht es und bemerkt die Wertschätzung. Essen: bei vierzehn Gängen wurden wir von Vorspeisen über Zwischengängen, Hauptgängen schließlich zu Dessert Variationen geführt. Kompositionen, die wir nicht erwartet hätten, Aromenvielfalt, unterschiedliche Texturen, das Zusammenspiel von Süße, Säure und Gewürzen. Und immer wieder Geschmack, der von Kindertagen her vertraut, bekannt war und Erinnerung auslöste. Ohne auf Details eingehen zu wollen fand ich das bei 64 Grad über lange Zeit gegarte Ei in einer senfigen Soße genial, ebenso wie das Püree mit geflämmter Knochenmark Hollandaise, traumhaft. Und das sind nur zwei Komponenten - und alles war köstlich, hinreißend. Und gleich zu Beginn eine Maronen Suppe, die im Mund wie Samt wirkte und alle Geschmacksknospen umfing. Und Schwarzwurzel, die wirklich gut schmeckten mit einem kräftigen würzigem Zwiebelsud. Die Blicke in die Küche auf die Küchenmannschaft hat ein ruhiges, konzentriertes Arbeiten gezeigt. Präzise, gekonnt und in einer emsig entspannten Atmosphäre. Was gefiel uns nicht? Ich z.B. hätte gern mehr Dickmilch auf dem Apfelstrudel gehabt, konnte nicht erkennen, was die Morcheln mit dem Räucheraal zu tun hatten, es war mir an einigen Stellen zu viel Espuma; bitte mehr mit einem Schneebesen arbeiten oder klaren Sud einsetzen. Auch die Blüten aus Blankenburg sind nicht mein Fall, ist aber was ganz persönliches. Auch beim Anrichten wäre bei der Farbgestaltung noch ein wenig Luft nach oben. Fazit: es war köstlich, vielfältig, kreativ und doch in den Wurzeln der Region gehalten. Es hat unglaublich Spaß gemacht. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich für den Abend. Umfangreiches „Tapas-Menu“ mit sehr vielen Geschmacksexplosionen und tollen Interpretationen. Dabei unterstützt von einer exquisiten Weinbegleitung mal abseits vom „Mainstream“. Ein sehr gelungener Abend - auch durch das sehr aufmerksame und sehr freundliche Personal.

Sehr gutes Essen bei sehr gutem Service. Abwechslungsreiche Menügänge mit passender Weinbegleitung. Regionale Gerichte neu interpretiert.

Hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Essen 5 Sterne, Service 5 Sterne Alles in Allem ein rund herum perfekter Abend. Wer mal einen besonderen Abend als Paar erleben und genießen möchte ist hier genau richtig.

Große Erwartungen - selbige übererfüllt! Alles seeehr lecker, auch wenn man nicht alles mag. Logistik perfekt - zwischen den Gängen etwas mehr "Luft" wäre gut. Präsentation von Speisen und Getränken TOP!! Spitzenweine und sehr kompetente Vorstellung selbiger. Das Team ist zu allen Fragen in Sachen Zubereitung, Inhalt, Herkunft usw. aussagefähig und "tut" dies mit Freude. Auch wenn es bei der Buchung des Menüs (regio- oder international) ein kleines Missverständnis gab, hatten wir einen tollen Abend mit viel Genuss und Spass!! Gerne wieder im Nebenhaus.

Nachdem wir im Oktober das "Pietsch" ausprobiert hatten und begeistert von der Kreativität des Gerichte und alkoholfreien Getränke Begleitung waren, wollten wir natürlich auch das Zeitwert testen. Auch hier hatten wir einen wunderschönen Abend mit vielen erlesenen und überraschenden Kombination sowohl bei den Speisen als auch wieder bei der alkoholfreien Begleitung. Der Service war ebenfalls perfekt - wir kommen auf jeden Fall gern wieder. Vielen Dank an das Team für einen unvergesslichen Abend.

We had the 14-course menu without wine accompaniment and were not disappointed. Everything was very tasty, prepared clearly and puristically, which we found very good. Each course was explained again at the table. The service is super friendly, on the ball, and overall there is a relaxed but professional atmosphere. Wir hatten das 14-Gänge-Menü ohne Weinbegleitung in Anspruch genommen, und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Alles höchst schmackhaft zubereitet, klar und puristisch angerichtet, was wir sehr gut fanden. Jeder Gang wurde nochmals am Tisch erklärt. Die Bedienung ist superfreundlich, auf Zack, insgesamt wird eine lockere aber professionelle Stimmung verbreitet. Wir waren von diesem Abend sehr angetan und werden wiederkommen.

The food and service were fantastic. The wine pairing went perfectly with the menu. However, for this price I would have liked to see Robin Pietsch in person. Unfortunately it can only be seen on television………….a shame

Wunderbares Essen sehr gut Bedienung

Ein toller Ort um einen Abend lang die Zeit zu vergessen. Der Service und die Köche betreuen einen von Herzen gut, das wissen über Weine und Speisen ist famos. Die leckeren Kleinigkeiten, die aufwändigst zubereiteten Speisen des Alltags sind eine Wonne. Der Schweinebauch ist klarer Sieger gleich dahinter das Senfei und die Tote Oma. Als Tipp, ruhig mal die alkoholfreie Getränkebegleitung ausprobieren, die ist sehr speziell, aber passend zu jedem Gang.

Hervorragende lokale Küche. Endlich ein deutsches Sternerestaurant welches sich auf lokale Küche konzentriert. Der Aal war hervorragend wie die meisten Gänge. Das Senfei ganz große Klasse. Ich komme wieder. Endlich ein Sternerestaurant mit ausreichend großen Portionen.

Ein ausgezeichnetes Erlebnis ist vorprogrammiert. Sowohl das Essen, die Weinbegleitung als auch der Service sind hervorragend. Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit!

Der erste Besuch im Zeitwerk und dieser war unvergesslich. Kreative , kleine Gerichte mit Zutaten aus der Region. Charmanter Service mit Humor, locker und leicht. Ambiente war trendig und strahlte eine Wärme aus. Bin sehr glücklich und begeistert aus dem Restaurant gegangen und denke immer...

Von außen sieht das Restaurant recht unscheinbar aus. Lediglich eine Tafel mit dem Namen und der Michelin-Auszeichung ist draußen angeschlagen. Schon beim Betreten des „Speisezimmers“ sind wir freundlich empfangen worden. Wir hatten uns für 10 Gänge und die entsprechende Weinbegleitung entschieden. Was für eine gute Idee. Wir haben jeden einzelnen Gang genossen. Das Essen war auf den Punkt zubereitet, in einer Perfektion, die seines Gleichen sucht. Dazu die Weine, die perfekt zu den einzelnen Gerichten passten… und dazu noch der exzellente Service. Wir haben uns 4 Stunden „verzaubern“ lassen. Ein Hochgenuss für den Gaumen und ein Hochgenuss für die Lebensfreude. Wahnsinn! Wir werden sicherlich auch noch einmal wiederkommen und das Restaurant Pietsch, gleich nebenan, ausprobieren. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt darauf.

Wir durften einen wunderschönen Abend hier verbringen. Das Essen war perfekt, genau wie das Personal. Man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und für uns kann ich sagen, dass es ein perfekter Abend war.

Wir waren einige Tage in Wernigerode und hatten das Glück, eine wunderbare kulinarische Reise im Zeitwerk machen zu können. Wir hatten das reguläre und vegetarische Menu. Nahezu jeder Gang ein Genuss.
