What an amazing experience at Brothers for my wife's 50th birthday! The food exceeded expectations, even for a Michelin starred establishment. The service was just as good, including the owners who spent a great deal of time with the diners. If you have a chance to dine at Brothers, you won't be disappointed.

Very nice atmosphere, great hosts and exceptional food. I'm already looking forward to the next time.

We spontaneously decided to have lunch at Brother’s and loved it! The menu impresses with creative, perfectly coordinated dishes and a presentation that pampers the eye and the palate in equal measure. The service was attentive and professional, and the wine pairing was excellently selected. We enjoyed every moment in the relaxed atmosphere. Absolute recommendation – we would love to come back!

Came across the BROTHERS Restaurant by chance and spent a wonderful evening with a delicious menu and attentive hosts. Great aromas, successful compositions and excellently selected wines. You can taste the enthusiasm of the entire team to create an impressive experience for their guests with every bite and every sip.

Visiting from Chicago, we are always excited to try the best restaurants in new cities. Brothers was high on our list for Munich, and it certainly did not disappoint! We opted for the tasting menu. Each course was delicious, well paced, and generous portions. The excellent dishes were also matched with exceptional service. The owners spent time with us throughout the night discussing the dishes, their restaurant, and recommendations for our trip. I would highly recommend Brothers for an incredible meal and experience!

I'm still overwhelmed by this great evening. In every discipline, Brothers exceeds every standard - be it the super attentive / unobtrusive service, the great food and of course the exceptionally good wines at the perfect temperature. The restaurant is inconspicuous from the outside - appearances are deceiving. I'll be back as soon as possible!

Absolutely wonderful. A friend and I chose to go à la carte but got their wine pairings. Every plate and accompanying bite were explosions of flavor. A very memorable meal.

We were "Two weeks ago we had the pleasure of eating at Brothers. At the time of our visit they were offering the brasserie menu, which made us curious as Brothers had been on my list for a long time. The ambience is modern, minimalist and at the same time incredibly inviting and cozy. We received a warm welcome and the service was great throughout the evening! The brasserie menu was a complete success. The small but fine selection of dishes was excellent, the ingredients were of the best quality, and everything tasted great! We were also impressed by the wine list and thanks to the great advice we found the perfect wine. Conclusion: An all-round perfect evening – we will definitely be back!

Exceptional food and service, lively atmosphere (not common for Michelin stars). Tables are a bit too close to each other, that's the only challenge. Again, must emphasize the food was terrific - liked all the dishes, and the service and food delivery was fast, smooth and just in time. Fabulous place!

Everything was very consistent from A to Z. Pleasant reception and unobtrusive but competent support throughout the evening, excellently prepared and presented food, great atmosphere. It was a great evening with you! We felt very comfortable. Keep it up!

Beautiful all around! The cuisine and wine pairing g were fabulous. The ambiance was very quaint and intimate while also romantic. The service and people were a delight, very engaging, and informative yet also let you have your space! It was a wonderful evening all around. I would definitely recommend it.

La comida era obviamente fantástico, pero aún mejor fue las cálidas interacciones con Markus, Toby y nuestro servidor (que avergonzosamente he olvidado su nombre). Nos sentimos como amigos y estuvimos cuatro horas. Ya han hecho amigos reservar Hermanos para su viaje a Múnich. 100% recomiendo!

A fantastic eating experience. Really great food and drink and the brothers have a great story and explain all of the dishes very well. The atmosphere is not snobby but still very elegant. If I get the chance to eat here again, I definitely will.

At Brothers we cook at the highest level with a lot of passion, lightness and self-confidence. Every visit is a harmonious and relaxed taste experience. The service is excellent and relaxed and at the same time very personal.

Brothers is so pleasantly different than most other "starred" restaurants in Munich. Rather classic, but always excellent cuisine, which stands out with the occasional small "side dishes". For us, the secret star of the restaurant has always been the wine accompaniment. It is brilliantly selected and usually much more than just accompanying. The ambience also helps you feel comfortable - not at all stuffy, modernly furnished and with relaxed service. We were particularly impressed by the Sunday lunchtime opening: enjoying the full menu during the day on the weekend instead of slimmed down, reduced versions is something you won't find anywhere else in Munich.

We were there again both in the evening and on Sunday lunchtime - just great. The new menu is exceptional (fresh, exciting combinations, product quality), the service is so nice and you just feel comfortable in the relaxed environment. 🤩

Unfortunately, an absolute failure. Loud like in the train station hall. Service completely overwhelmed. Chaotic And the price performance doesn't fit at all. Wine pairing is a rip off. We googled all the bottles. Wines are served there and the bottle costs 14 euros, and then the glass costs over 20. Sorry, but we feel ripped off.

This is an absolutely fantastic restaurant in all aspects and is worth of more than one Michelin Star.

Das Essen ist einfach ein Erlebnis, man hat ja bei einem Menü eigentlich immer einen Lieblingsgang, der einem in Erinnerung bleibt. Hier sind mir alle 6 Gänge des Menüs bestens präsent, es gab keinen Favoriten. Alles unglaublich gut abgeschmeckt und gewürzt und jede einzelne Zutat ein Geschmackserlebnis. Und das alles in lockerer, ungezwungener Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal.

Die beiden Zwillingsbrüder Tobias und Markus Klaas liefern mit dem Küchenchef Daniel und dem gesamten Team ein perfektes Essenserlebnis ab. Wir waren zum dritten Mal im Brothers und sind immer wieder begeistert. Die Kombination aus Geschmack, Ambiente und Service ist top. Ein Stern ist definitiv zu wenig. Das Essen auf dem Teller ist bestimmt zwei Sterne wert. Die Weinbegleitung ist perfekt zum Essen gewählt. Unser Sohn bevorzugte die alkoholfreie Begleitung, die sehr gut zum Menü harmonierte. Einen Snack vor dem Menü sollte man nicht missen. Besonders ist, dass manche Hauptprodukte auf unterschiedliche Weise in einen Gang präsentiert werden. Unbedingt jetzt genießen, bevor der zweite Stern gereicht wird und die Preis steigen :-) "Leider" musste ich von Dessert eine zweite Portion bestellen, da diese so LECKER war.

Ein ganz unaufgeregtes Restaurant in einem unaufdringlichen Ambiente, in dem man sich durch die selbst beratenden und bedienenden Inhaber und das weitere Personal wie bei Freunden fühlt. Es gibt nur wenige Gerichte, die man einzeln oder als Tasting Menu bestellen kann und jedes einzelne ist raffiniert und unglaublich wohlschmeckend. Hervorragende Weine und erstklassige Cocktails runden das Gesamtbild ab. Das alles hat seinen Preis, aber ist fair für diese Qualität. Wir waren nicht zum letztenmal da!

Das junge Team setzt eine neue Messlatte. Was die offene Küche so überragend zaubert, wird vom durchweg überaus aufmerksamen, kompetenten und freundlichen Service serviert. Unsere Erwartungen wurden deutlich übertroffen. So manches ** Restaurant in München hält mit den Zwillingsbrüdern und dem Meisterkoch nicht mit. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die geschmacksintensive abwechslungsreiche Menüs in frischer junger Atmosphäre zu schätzen wissen. Menu-Wechsel alle 6 Wochen. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Das Essen war wunderbar! Die Portionen vielleicht etwas klein, aber sehr lekker. Das Restaurant war voll und dadurch der Service und,womöglich auch die Küche, am Rand ihrer Kapazität. Aber tadelos! Unser Tisch war leider ,dadurch,dass wir in einer Ecke sassen, etwas eng für 4 Personen. Schöne Weinauswahl,aber recht hochpreisig.

My wife and I came to Brothers during our honeymoon, and this was by far the best place we've been to! Our honeymoon was a Michelin Star vacation, and this was the 4th Michelin restaurant we went to. The staff were among the best, the food was world-class, and the atmosphere was relaxed and laid back. The owners chatted with us about their travels while we chatted with them about ours. The wait staff were so delightful that we will never forget this experience. They even wrote us a card thanking us for coming to their restaurant for our honeymoon. Rest assured, we will be back once we take another trip to Germany! My wife said it was the best lamb she ever had by the way so be sure to get that! As for myself, the scallops are incredible. To the owners of Brothers - if you find yourself in Los Angeles or the Phoenix area of Arizona, let us know! We would love to show you some excellent cuisine in our hometowns! I dont know where to start. It was the perfect evening as I was taken on a birthdaytrip where I dont know where I’m going with mye brothers. And then when we walked into «Brothers», the night from there, only got better with the service and all the nice people. The food was excellent, every dish was paired with very good wines and the music playlist was just our taste.

A great evening of superlatives! In a very nice atmosphere, excellent cuisine with really good basic products that were brought to the table with joy. Every single course was a highlight, the wine list and wine accompaniment were also outstanding, service was very friendly and courteous, top sommelier, very good value for money, I would be happy to come again! We went to Brothers for my birthday. Modern star gastronomy with a super nice team. The food was very tasty, balanced and the wine list leaves nothing to be desired. We had the poached oyster as a snack and then the menu. Great menu order, everything very tasteful and high quality. Rounded off at the end with a personal greeting from the team. The only thing to complain about is the small distance to the neighboring tables, which is why my friend was bumped into a few times while serving the corner table next to us

Ich kann den Hype nicht nachvollziehen - Das Essen ist zwar gut, aber einen Stern hätten wir dafür nicht vergeben. Die Einrichtung des Restaurants (Sitzbänke an Wänden) wirkt im ersten Moment zwar gemütlich, macht es dem Team aber schwer, einen professionellen Service bei einer größeren Gruppe durchzuführen. Der Ausschank bei der Weinbegleitung ist eher schmal ausgefallen. Dafür ist ein Gesamtpreis von weit über 300€ p.P. nicht angemessen.

My wife and I sat at the bar and did the tasting menu and paired wines. Every bite was artfully crafted and it was amazing to have the brothers introduce each course and wine to us. Sitting at the bar to be able to watch the kitchen and the talented chefs made the experience even more special. A truly delightful and one of a kind evening.

My wife and I can't say enough good things about this wonderful restaurant. We have been to a wide range of Michelin establishments from 1-3 stars -- this place is extremely special and a visit. My wife, brother and I had the pleasure of dining here during our visit to Oktoberfest. From the second we walked in the door we knew we were in for a treat. We were greeted by the restaurant's namesake (Tobias and Markus) and their friendly front of house. Brothers accomplishes the impossible task of creating an elegant yet fun and approachable environment for its patrons. The tasting menu is world class with Markus and Tobias themselves proudly presenting each dish to us -- something almost unheard of at any other Michelin star establishment I've ever visited. The menu and wine pairings were eclectic yet had a logical flow -- another lovely quirk was the addition of complimentary house-made bread to mop up every last bit of jus, sauce and reduction (again something absolutely unheard of at any other Michelin starred establishment I've visited). For anyone that is thinking about visiting Brothers -- go asap! You won't regret it. There is a reason why this place got its first star within ~4 months of opening its doors. Final pro tip: Sit at the bar instead of a table. It provides a clear view of the kitchen and guarantees the best possible experience while you dine. Was die Gebrüder Klaas zusammen mit ihrem Team hier geschaffen haben ist einfach genial. Daniel und sein Küchenteam machen einen phantastischen Job auf höchstem Niveau! Der Service um Markus wie auch die Weinbegleitung durch Tobias sind genial, die Weinauswahl ist unglaublich. Wir waren heute zum dritten mal bei euch und werden noch viele Male gerne wieder kommen.

Excellent from the minute we walked in the door to the moment we left. The food and wines were all superb and the service friendly and professional. It is really hard to find fault. Portions could have been bigger but that is a small point. We were there for my wife’s birthday and they made it a very special evening. We will be going back again and recommending whole heartedly!

Absolut verdienter 1. Stern! Tolle Menüreihenfolge, alles sehr geschmackvoll und von hoher Produktqualität. Angenehmer, unaufdringlicher Service. Das einzige was etwas zu bemängeln ist, ist der geringe Abstand zu den Nachbartischen…. Das ist aber auch der Restaurantgrösse geschuldet. Trotzdem allein schon wegen der Küche zu 100% zu empfehlen!!
