1804 Restaurant in München

The 1804 is a new star in the culinary firmament. The recently awarded star was not entirely unexpected, as Michelin had already awarded the green star for sustainability the year before. Chef Lukas Adebahr is not only an extremely charming and charismatic communicator, but also conjures up a menu that impresses with both variety and lightness. Adebahr cannot deny his culinary background, which he has followed under Hans Haas at Tantris and Tohru Nakamura at Werneckhof. He has by no means copied the two masters, but has developed his own unique style and executed it with great class. He has become a master himself. Each course is a unique, small work of art – both in terms of taste and appearance. The restaurant itself is characterized by pleasant, airy seating and a pleasant and friendly service team; nothing is stiff. The wine list is select, convincing in every price range, and also fairly priced. There are several à la carte dishes, a large and a small menu, and if you prefer something in between, that's no problem either. The guest's wishes come first. Very pleasant. At 1804, a feel-good evening with the highest quality is guaranteed. A second star in the near future would be no surprise.

Hello dear 1804 team. I was with you yesterday, Thursday, May 29th. It was an exceptionally lovely evening. The reception itself was very friendly and stylish. Relaxed and professional. Beautiful ambiance, good lighting (appreciation of the food). Explanations of the courses and the corresponding drinks left no questions unanswered. The service was in no way inferior to the outstanding craftsmanship of the kitchen. The non-alcoholic menu accompaniment inspires me to explore new paths. You can tell that someone (Lukas Spendler) has put a lot of thought into what goes with what. The wine pairing was also very good 👍. I particularly liked that there was something dry for dessert, rather than sweet wine. All in all, a very pleasant, successful evening. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give it a 12. Every course is a special experience. Here, cooking is an art, a feast for the eyes and the taste buds. Thank you for the wonderful evening.

Too expensive for what they offer. Few creative dishes. Ingredients are often repetitive. No particular flavor, sometimes boring. Bread and butter is served as the first course. Two courses impressed us: the rhubarb with caramel and the onion soup. Service always tries hard, but doesn't live up to the standard. The kitchen serves the courses simultaneously, regardless of whether you arrive early or late.

Fine Dining with Heart, Craftsmanship, and Attitude For our most recent fine dining experience, we chose the 1804 Hirschau Restaurant in the English Garden. Thanks to our voucher package, we received an 8-course menu for the price of a 5-course menu – a generous upgrade that made the evening special. Even before the first course, we were greeted with two artistic amuse-bouches, each bearing the signature of Chef Lukas Adebahr. His philosophy: "Sustainable – Seasonal – Regional." The restaurant follows the "farm-to-table" principle, using products from regional producers or from its own cultivation, and often creatively incorporating Bavarian accents – such as "Rockel, Green Asparagus & Morels" or "Baba, Rhubarb & Sour Cream." Each course was a small masterpiece – subtly composed in terms of flavor, technically precise execution, and always with a creative twist. The flavors harmonized impressively without ever seeming overpowering. After the last course, another culinary greeting from the kitchen followed – a second final greeting that rounded off the menu in style. The service was consistently warm, attentive, and professional. No wish remained unfulfilled, no question unanswered. The stylish, elegant ambiance with an Alpine touch – a harmonious mix of wood, glass, and clear design – also made the evening perfect. A special thank you goes out to us for covering the parking fees – a small surprise with a big impact. And on a personal note: There are those few dishes in life that remain permanently etched in your memory – because they not only taste good, but also touch you. Some dishes from the 1804 Hirschau are definitely among them. Our conclusion: The 1804 Hirschau Restaurant is a true highlight for connoisseurs. If you want to be pampered at a high level, this is the place for you. We will definitely be back.

Why doesn't this restaurant have a star yet? - Food, service and ambience were first class. We'll be back! (Just a note: the sudden loud birthday music for a neighboring table didn't fit with the dignified atmosphere.)

I can't comment on the food, but the Tesla Supercharger is a complete rip-off. Better to have a coffee somewhere else and avoid the Charger. If there is no intention behind it, why is there no simple sign about parking regulations directly at the supercharger after more than a year? So it just seems like a planned rip-off.

The gourmet food was of the highest standard - every dish perfectly balanced, with sophisticated flavors and great attention to detail. The staff was very friendly, attentive and professional, so we felt completely at home. Added to this is the stylish ambience, which rounded off the evening perfectly. Thanks also for the birthday surprise! A real highlight for connoisseurs – we will definitely be back!

The two of us ate here in the summer and it was really incredibly good! Service from Halim was very attentive and super warm. Food was a pleasure from start to finish. Simply top class, sometimes far better than “normal” 1-2 star restaurants. Price performance absolutely reasonable! Thank you very much 👍

1804 Restaurant - Good food, but room for improvement The 1804 Restaurant in Munich undoubtedly offers delicious dishes that are well prepared and impress with fresh ingredients. There is absolutely nothing to complain about in terms of taste. Unfortunately, we didn't really get to experience the farm-to-table concept that the restaurant follows according to its website. Apart from a few posters in the toilets, there was no information about where the products came from or what the restaurant's philosophy was. The explanations of the individual courses were also very brief, which is a bit disappointing for a restaurant in this price range. The service was efficient, but unfortunately very short. We also found it a shame that the chef was present in the dining room, but only greeted 2 of 7 tables. We're used to it differently at this level and it spoils the overall impression. Another negative point was the unpleasant smell of sewage that hung in the restaurant throughout the evening. Unfortunately, this really affected the ambience. Conclusion: If you are looking for a restaurant in Munich with a farm-to-table concept and a green Michelin star, I recommend the mural Farmhouse. The overall package is right for us.

We celebrated our wedding here at the end of October with 50 people and were really thrilled with the organization, the great food and the friendly and courteous service. The rooms we used (winter garden, restaurant 1804 and ballroom) were also stylish and beautifully decorated. The atmosphere was festive and the food (including the appetizers :)) was a poem. All of our wishes were implemented. We would especially like to thank Celia for the perfect planning of our celebration, the restaurant management Adina for the implementation and great organization of our big day and of course the entire service and kitchen team. We had a wonderful wedding day!

We found by fortune a Flyer about their culinaric festival with bavarian and austrian kitchen. A nicely presented evening event with austrian cooks. We had a wonderful menu with wine accompaniment. With two wines we would have chosen a different but it is personal taste. The interieur was nice and modern just that it got over the evening too loud. We have given service a 3 star due to the behaviour of one of the staff when we paid the bill.

We had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful restaurant some time ago. It was an unforgettable experience. The ambience is simply fantastic – a perfect mix of elegance and cosiness. The furnishings are stylish and inviting, so you immediately feel at home. The cuisine is simply excellent. Every dish we tried was a culinary masterpiece. The ingredients were fresh and high quality, and the presentation was a feast for the eyes. Particularly noteworthy is the diversity and creativity of the two menus, which have something to offer for every taste. What we particularly liked was the relaxed and informal atmosphere. Here you can relax and enjoy the food to the fullest without it becoming too stiff or formal. The service was extremely friendly and attentive without being intrusive. All in all, our visit to Restaurant 1804 was a complete success. It is the ideal place to spend a special evening or simply enjoy good food in pleasant company. I can only warmly recommend it!

Very successful concept, incredibly inspired host, food with lots of local (!) ingredients, great wines. Very relaxed and casual atmosphere, reasonable (€€€) prices. If you can't come by bike, add a taxi for the way back... When we have saved something again, we will definitely come back 😜

Had an outstanding evening at @1804muc! A really great experience: right at the beginning, Lukas Adebahr takes the time to tour the garden table by table, where numerous herbs, Asian pepper plants and much more grow, all of which are used for the menu. For the first time, Farm to Table really makes sense because you can experience it firsthand. And what a brilliant place! Right in the English Garden, surrounded by even more greenery. Another gardener will soon be starting to cultivate an even larger area with her own vegetables. The menu was very strong and since you were in the garden beforehand, you noticed every leaf that was so lovingly incorporated into the works of art. Congratulations on the Green Star! Be sure to try it out in summer when the garden is green! 🌱🍾

The idea of ​​creating creative and delicious dishes with herbs and seasonal vegetables, including those from our own garden, immediately convinced us. Even more so because the young chef was kind enough to proudly and enthusiastically show us around the garden with, among other things, his own wasabi. A great mix of perfection and down-to-earthness that you could find in every single course. The rest of the extremely friendly staff rounded off the evening so that we could feel completely comfortable. We are looking forward to seeing what is conjured up here with the regional products over the course of the seasons and will definitely come back. Thank you for the wonderful evening.

A really great family run restaurant where you can taste the dedication in every dish. We felt so comfortable! Definitely a recommendation

Every time I visit this place I am overwhelmed. The food has a modern twist but still comes with a traditional flavour. The staff is very attentive, great selection of wines, the atmosphere is cosy and I cannot wait to spend time on their terrace in summer enjoying the new creations of their kitchen team! I would recommend this restaurant not only for a romantic dinner, but also for team events and family celebrations.

Very nice ambience and class 👍 food

Too expensive for the service provided. The FOOD is absolutely great, there's nothing to complain about, but it's still questionable whether it's worth €130. Especially because the service and location are at least 2-3 classes worse than the food. Regarding the SERVICE, I'll just say what I experienced there. You get new cutlery for each course, which is given to you by a waiter wearing gloves, so far so normal. However, this same waiter had to clear something away from our table and without gloves. To take them off, he took the gloves between his teeth and took them off with his mouth. Of course he continued to use it afterwards, so it seemed to be normal for him. The LOCATION is a normal, somewhat converted "farmhouse" with a large hall. The part where most of the serving is served is separated and relatively small (around 15 2-person tables), but without partitions or anything else to absorb the noise, which made it difficult for us to have a normal conversation when it was about half full. But the toilets were even more inappropriate. Although they were super clean, some of them were broken and had probably been broken for a long time. All in all, I would give the food 5 stars, the location 2 stars and the service as we experienced it 1 star. But everything should be seen in relation to the price, in a restaurant with dishes for around €30-40 everything would get 5 stars.

birthday party The ambience of the chalet is beautiful and everyone really liked it. The snow turned it into a real winter fairy tale. The tables were beautifully set, except for the flowers. That has nothing to do with an arrangement and was definitely not worth €30! Sorry, but I have to say that clearly because I paid €175 for it. The two waiters tried hard and were very friendly. The food was good, more "home-style" but not fine-dining, so the plates had to be beautifully presented. Unfortunately, the Kaiserschmarrn wasn't fluffy either. Since the food was very important to me, I regret to say that I was not impressed by your cuisine. There is still room for improvement for fine dining!

We were at 1804 today. We were really surprised that there is another great restaurant in Munich. Excellent 8-course menu with perfectly matched wine accompaniment. The service is wonderfully calm but always there when you need it. Lukas as host and sommieler is simply top notch. Lukas and his kitchen team were also terrific. Wir haben Mitte Oktober unsere Hochzeit im Festsaal des Restaurants 1804 in der Hirschau gefeiert. Wir sind vollkommen begeistert von der Atmosphäre, der Kulinarik und dem Service, den wir vor Ort erleben durften. Wir haben aufgrund des tollen Wetters (26 Grad und Sonnenschein Mitte Oktober) den Sekt-Empfang sowie ein Flying Kuchenbuffet draußen vor dem Eingang des Festsaals genießen und verbinden können. Die Häppchen waren fantastisch! Unsere Gäste schwärmen immer noch vom Essen und dem perfekt koordinierten und unglaublich sympathischen Service. Wir konnten ein tolles Menu für jeden Geschmack zusammenstellen, von Fleisch, Fisch über Vegetarisch und Vegan. Für unsere schwangeren Gäste gab es ebenfalls extra Gerichte, alle waren mehr als begeistert. Vor allem die Ente als Hauptgericht war ein wahrer Traum! Ein ganz großes Lob und Dank möchten wir an die Restaurant-Leitung, Adina, aussprechen für einen wundervoll koordinierten Nachmittag und Abend! Wir würden die Location für eine Hochzeitsfeier absolut weiterempfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank an das gesamte Team!

Wir haben Anfang Juli im Festsaal des Restaurants 1804 der Hirschau unsere Hochzeit mit ca. 80 Gästen gefeiert und sind in vielerlei Hinsicht beeindruckt von der Professionalität, dem hervorragenden Service und der Qualität, die wir erleben durften. Begonnen haben wir mit einer freien Trauung vor einem offenen Pavillon neben dem Gebäude mit anschließendem Sektempfang im einzigartigen Kräutergarten. Anschließend durften wir zu Kaffee und Kuchen eine Freifläche vor dem Festsaal nutzen, bevor wir dann in den Festsaal zum Abendessen und einer großartigen Party weiterzogen. Alle Locations waren perfekt geeignet und schön hergerichtet. Einige Gäste lobten insbesondere den Kräutergarten! Der Wechsel der Locations brachte eine tolle Dynamik in unsere Feier. Den Biergartenbetrieb haben wir nicht wahrgenommen. Das Abendessen (zwei Vorspeisen zur Auswahl, drei Hauptgänge zur Auswahl und ein Dessert) war ausgezeichnet (!) und wurde professionell und zeitgleich pro Tisch serviert - keine Hektik, kein Chaos. Absolut top! Nicht nur die Qualität und Zubereitung sondern auch wie schön das Essen angerichtet wurde ist hierbei positiv zu erwähnen. Die Gläser waren immer gefüllt ohne aufdringliche Nachfrage. Alle Wünsche, die wir hatten, wurden umgesetzt und auch kleine Details wurden beachtet. Ein besonderes Lob möchten wir an dieser Stelle der Restaurantleiterin, Adina, aussprechen. Danke für dein Engagement vor, während in nach der Hochzeit. Aber auch der Eventmanagerin Celia für die gute Vorbereitung und die gute Beratung vorab. Für zukünftige Brautpaare können wir eine klare Empfehlung aussprechen. Danke!

Vorweg: das Essen ist sehr gut und hochpreisig. Für meinen Gaumen blieb jedoch die Geschmacksexplosion aus. Die verschiedenen Konsistenzen des Essen fand ich sehr gut. Die Soßen waren auch großartig. Insgesamt war mir aber zu viel Unruhe im Restaurant, viel Gewusel und am Timing muss noch gearbeitet werden. 2 Zwischengänge kamen fast gleichzeitig und hatten kaum Platz auf dem kleinen Tisch. Auf das Hauptgericht mussten wir dann warten. Nachtisch kam, ohne Nachfrage ob wir Kaffee dazu möchten. Frau Wirtin begrüßt die Gäste auch weiterhin. Und echte Blumen auf dem Tisch wären schöner, sonst kann man es gleich lassen. Es war ein für uns interessanter Abend, aber irgendwie doch nicht der Knaller.

Wirklich eine wunderbare Überraschung ! Ein spannendes sehr gutes rundes Menu, sehr aufmerksamer proaktiver Service. Auch die hohe Anforderung, 3 von 4 Personen baten um Änderung beim Menu, waren schon berücksichtigt worden, da wir es bei der Reservierung angegeben hatten. Zusätzliche Sonderwünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Weinkarte stark deutsch österreichische mit einigen Überraschungen. Wir haben und für den wunderbaren Hauschampagner Henriet Bazin (eine super Entdeckung,haben wir gleich nachgekauft, der Rose ist auch ein Traum in Sommer oder zum Dessert) entschieden und den Pichler Riesling von 19.

Ich reservierte einen Tisch (innen) zu unserem Hochzeitstag für 2 Personen + Kind. Bei Ankunft wurden wir (aufgrund einer gechlosssenen Gesellschaft) in den Kräutergarten gebracht. Der Weg führte gleich mal durch ein Flatterband. Der Außensitz/ Garten befand sich hinter dem Hirschauer Biergarten an der Laderampe in einem mit Hecken eingefassten Bereich. Sitzplätze waren eine Mischung aus Granitsteinen ohne Lehne (für meine Frau und Kind) und Biergartenstühlen im Kies. Mein Blick war gerichtet auf einen Tennisplatz, den Gastronomiewägen und den Mitarbeitern von der Küche des Biergartens, welche Abfälle zu den danebenliegenden Tonnen brachten. Zur Toilette musste man die Laderampe hochkraxeln (Abkürzung lt. Service). Zum Essen: Die Gerichte waren alle liebevoll und aufwendig zubereitet, geschmacklich gut- sehr gut und sehr ausgefallen. Einzig das Kürbiskern-Chutney war zu oft serviert, es wurde versucht einen Faden durch die Gänge mit einer grünen Soße zu ziehen. Für Kinder gibt es Nudeln mit langweiliger Tomatensoße als Alternative. Fazit hier: muss man mal probiert haben, einmal genügt. Service: Mittelmäßg. Am Anfang wurden wir gleich von 3 Kellnern gefragt, ob wir bestellen möchten. Eine Bedienung hätte gereicht. 2 unserer Zwischengänge wurden uns nicht erläutert, anderen Gästen aber schon. Meiner Bitte um etwas Brot wurde einfach nicht nachgegangen, obwohl vom Koch als selbstverständlich zugesagt. Scheinbar gab es keines. Zum Schluss blieb eine Rechnung von €291 für 2 Personen (Kindergericht 10,90). Ich bezahlte mit 3 grünen Scheinen. Auf das Rückgeld warte ich immer noch, scheinbar wird es seitens dem Restaurant als selbstverständlich angesehen das Restgeld von Haus aus einzukassieren. Gerne hätte ich mehr Trinkgeld gegeben, aber die Möglichkeit hatte ich nicht. Gesamteindruck: Essen top, Service und Ambiente flop. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Ein echtes Erlebnis - geschmacklich, visuell, atmosphärisch. Das Essen meisterhaft und detailverliebt angerichtet. Der Service - tadellos. Die Atmosphäre - gemütlich, fast familiär. Natürlich nicht billig, aber im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes preis-wert!

Von Anfang bis Ende ein gelungener, fantastischer Abend - die 1804 Hirschau ist eine kleine Perle unter den Gourmet-Restaurants in München, denn hier wird nicht nur auf die vorzügliche Küche und raffinierte kulinarische Kreationen Wert gelegt, sondern auch auf ein Ambiente und ein Service, wo sich der Gast willkommen und wohl fühlen kann. Letzteres wird in den etwas hochnäsigen Gourmetadressen Münchens leider viel zu oft vernachlässigt, und was hilft das beste Essen, wenn man sich nicht wohl fühlt? Die 1804 Hirschau hingegen ist zum einen sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, zum anderen ist das Servicepersonal aufmerksam, kompetent, und überaus freundlich. Vielen Dank für den tollen Abend, wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder! Etwas ganz besonderes: der Küchenchef selbst nimmt sich auch gerne extra die Zeit, seine Gäste auf eine kleine Tour in den eigenen Garten zu führen - ein wunderbare kleine Reise in die pflanzliche Zutatenwelt der vorzüglichen, wunderschön angerichteten Gänge.

Wir hatten einen super Abend mit tollem esse , großartigen weinen und sehr netten wie aufmerksamen Gastgebern. Spannende und gut nuancierte Gerichte - absolut zu empfehlen.

Was für ein sensationelles Erlebnis! Schon bei der anfänglichen Führung durch den eigenen Kräutergarten merkt man die Begeisterung fürs Kochen und Bewirten. Der Service ist nicht minder exzellent, mit Charme und vielen warmen Worten der Gastgeber. Und das Essen! Ein einziger Genuss, voller gelungener Überraschungen - immer auch aus ebendiesem Kräutergarten - und immer auch optisch wundervoll angerichtet. Dabei geht es so herrlich unverkrampft und entspannt zu, dass man nur sehr ungern wieder geht. Danke für diesen tollen Abend bei euch!

Hier kann man ganz vorzüglich speisen und sich zugleich wohlfühlen. Der Service am Tisch ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist ein Gedicht und liebevollst angerichtet, großes Lob am die Küche. Wir habem uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen werden sehr gerne woeder kommen. Das Restaurant ist definitiv einen Besuch wert.

Gestern zu Gast gewesen. Das Essen war wunderbar angerichtet und die Zutaten grandios. So frisch und viel Liebe zum Detail habe ich dort einen unvergesslichen Abend erlebt. Die Servicekräfte waren schnell, hilfsbereit und hatten stets ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Als Vegetarier kam ich voll auf meine Kosten :-)

Excellent food👌 I go there everyday to eat tortelli

Feinste Kulinarik, basierend auf einem zeitgemäßen Konzept (regional, saisonal, wenn tierische Produkte, dann nicht nur das Filetstück, viel vegetarisch). Die Lage im Nordteil des englischen Gartens und das Ambiente auf der Terrasse sind ebenso top. Der Service war für klassische Fine Dining Liebhaber nicht perfekt, dafür aber herzlich und persönlich. Uns hat das sehr gut gefallen und es passt zur Gesamtphilosophie. Vor allem bei Küchenchef Lukas spürt man wie viel Herz, Passion und Detail in den Kreationen stecken.

Wer ein gemütliches Ambiente mit sehr gutem und anspruchsvollem Essen sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Ich war bereits einige Male dort und wurde immer wieder von einem tollen und professionellem Service, freundlicher Atmosphäre und sehr hochwertigen Menüs verwöhnt. Würde es jedem Liebhaber von gutem Essen und guten Weinen weiterempfehlen!
