Great ambience, small dining room but also a very intimate atmosphere. I liked it a lot. The food was outstanding, the wine accompaniment was great and the Michelin star is more than deserved. Overall, the evening was a bit long, but the friendly and personal service shortened the waiting time with nice conversations. The highlight was also the spectacular selection of cheeses at the end.
Absolutely excellent menu. It's easy to understand why it has two stars. Wine accompaniment harmonized perfectly with the dishes. The finest ingredients perfectly prepared. Of course it's not a bargain in terms of price. Very good wine list, but in my opinion there could also be a few cheaper bottles on it.
This is a very very good restaurant. The service was particularly friendly and enthusiastic for a Michelin star restaurant. It can often be quite snooty. The wine accompaniment was expensive but excellent. The menu seemed quite extensive and varied and at first I worried it would be "too much" but it was perfect the chocolate fishy rice pudding being a particular highlight.
We dined here for our wedding anniversary. The restaurant has changed over the last 3 years. The service seemed completely unprofessional - the lady didn't get the drink first. The waiter wobbled uncertainly to the guest table (just practice at home) and the friendliness of the cellar just reached a minimum.
The food did not correspond to the standard of a star kitchen (starter 3 spreads with bread did not taste homemade, meat preparation had a strange taste, fries in a wire basket like in a simple bistro)
I was very disappointed.

A very good hotel with a good spa area and both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Good views of the sea and located in a very quiet place. Good gastronomy and friendly service. Without a doubt a good hotel to spend a few days relaxing.
During our visit we reserved a table for 6:30 p.m. The restaurant made a nice and interesting impression right from the start. Unfortunately we weren't shown to our table but were simply given a hint about the table, which is why we went to the wrong one.
We were then handed the menu and after a while we ordered. From there everything took a very long time. Unfortunately, the service didn't pay us much attention. There was also a lot of time between courses, so the four-course menu took us over four hours in total. In principle this is not a problem, but it is a bit unpleasant that the breaks were so long that an unpleasant feeling of hunger sets in.
However, the food as such was tasty and well put together.
Of course, this review only reflects our impression of this one evening, although I would wish for better consistency in service quality from a restaurant that has had a star for some time.
It is an exceptional restaurant in a special location.
The chef and his team know how to take familiar ingredients and create something completely new. This is absolute art in the kitchen.
What stands out is the staff, who turn an evening into an experience with their charm.
