Sorry Gentlemen but food is not up to the standards, the dish is crafted well but the taste is under average, However we were expecting a delicious meal for 120eruo after waiting for a long time for our mains. But honestly service and employees are great and professional.

Ein Abend im Esszimmer ist rundherum ein Erlebnis. Von der technischen Atmosphäre der BMW-Welt taucht man in eine warme Atmosphäre des Esszimmers ein. Bereits der Empfang am Aufzug lässt einem spüren, dass man herzlich willkommen ist. Und das geht den ganzen Abend so weiter. Das Menü bietet mit jedem Gang ein geschmackliches Erlebnis wunderschön angerichtet. AusgezeichnetWeine ergänzen den Abend. Einzig bei den Temperaturen der Weine gibt's Luft nach oben. Der Weißwein eher zu warm, der Rotwein zu kühl. Dennoch der Abend ist ein außerordentliches Erlebnis.

Vor wenigen Tagen in einem Sterne-Lokal: Wir wollten gern unseren Hochzeitstag mit einem leckeren Menü ausklingen lassen. Wir haben einen Tisch in einem unserer Lieblingslokale reserviert, in dem wir in der Vergangenheit immer sehr freundlich und herzlich willkommen geheißen wurden. Der Tisch war, Freude, Freude, sehr nett dekoriert. Und dann? Eine gutaussehende blonde Lady betritt den Saal und begrüßt und herzt Gäste an den Nachbartischen. Bei uns kommt die Lady auch vorbei, haucht ein „guten Abend“ und weg ist sie. Erst auf Rückfrage bei dem sehr netten Ober erfahren wir, dass dies die Chefin war. Gerade die gehobene Gastronomie beklagt schwindende Kunden. Mir stellt sich die Frage: wie darf ich die Ungleichbehandlung von Gästen bewerten. Wohlgemerkt – auf das „herzen“ kann ich gern verzichten. Aber eine Vorstellung und eine wertschätzende Begrüßung – wäre dies zu viel verlangt gewesen? Unser Fazit: Das Essen, der Service waren super – aber warum sollten wir wieder kommen, wenn wir von den „Chefs“ wie Gäste 2. Klasse behandelt werden?

It's fascinating how Björn Freitag tastes like "nuts" and appeals to all the senses. You can see the craftsmanship! Down-to-earth, yet sophisticated, the service is top-notch, and the dishes are artfully presented on the plate. In short: an experience. And it's comfortable too. Get there!

A new restaurant has arrived. The Tafelspitz from Grabenstrasse has found its new home here. Very tasty Hessian/Rhine-Hessian dishes await and pamper the palate. The ambience is simple and modern. The food was very tasty. Welcome to the new location and good luck in the new premises.

I have been to Johanns several times and have always been spoiled by the exceptional cuisine. Always a surprising creation with fine ingredients and finely balanced spices. Courteous, friendly and attentive service staff.

It was a very nice evening with a menu that was really worthy of Michelin stars (we would have given 3 Michelins) which we were able to enjoy over four hours. Perfect and very friendly service with expertise. Great wines and a perfectly harmonious menu. It was served neither too quickly nor too slowly and no wish went unfulfilled. Gladly again and all the best for this great team - keep it up.

My recent solo dining experience at La Fleur in Frankfurt was nothing short of exceptional. The restaurant's warm ambiance, coupled with the impeccable service led by Boris, the restaurant manager, created a truly memorable evening. The Ethical Vegan Tasting menu was a culinary masterpiece. The head chef's ability to craft such an extraordinary menu using only vegan ingredients is a testament to their exceptional skill and creativity. Each dish was a delight, showcasing the diversity and richness of vegan cuisine. The wine selection was equally impressive. Boris expertly paired two wines that perfectly complemented the flavors of the tasting menu, enhancing the overall dining experience. The venue itself, located in the Palmengarten, added a touch of elegance and charm to the evening. As a frequent patron of Michelin-starred restaurants, I can confidently say that La Fleur stands out for its exceptional quality of food and service.

Great restaurant without any airs and graces! From the greeting to the farewell at a high level. You are brought to the table and asked for your first drink/aperitif. Wine list not a must, the advice from the head waiters (Mr. Hohmann and Vukosavljev) was very appropriate. We had the November monthly menu (duck). This is served in two courses, the after-service works perfectly! Consistently top class in taste! The service team is always on top of the action. This is how you wish for an all-round successful evening!
