We have always eaten well here, the daily recommendations are great, especially the fish. The menu is well sorted, everyone can find something, and the prices are reasonable. The wines are also good. The service staff is committed and friendly. We'd love to come back.

A true piece of Italy in Sankt Augustin! I've been to many Italian restaurants, including some very good ones, but Ristorante Pizzeria Da Giovanni truly stands out. Everything here is just right: The food tastes authentically Italian, with a quality and freshness you rarely find. From the pizza to the pasta – every dish is prepared with love and tastes as if it came straight from Italy. The ambiance is also fantastic. Inside, you can sit in a stylish and comfortable setting, and outside, when the weather is nice, you can relax wonderfully. The service was extremely friendly, attentive, and respectful – exactly what you'd expect. I'd particularly like to highlight the value for money: You pay really fair prices for this quality. For me, this is clearly one of the best Italian restaurants in the region. I'll definitely be back!

We can say that Salento is the best Italian restaurant in Duisburg. The food is incredibly delicious and authentic, so when we come home we still have the taste in our mouths. The service is very nice and there is always cool Italian music in the background. Salento is definitely recommended!

The food was excellent, the boss cooks great dishes here, the staff is very nice and accommodating, the dessert was soooo delicious. We're looking forward to another visit, we spontaneously got a table even without booking in advance.
