Da Gallo Restaurant in Heroldsberg

Durch Zufall sind wir vor etwa zwei Wochen im Da Gallo in Heroldsberg gelandet. Eigentlich wollten wir nur eine Kleinigkeit essen – daraus wurde ein kulinarisches Erlebnis, das uns so begeistert hat, dass wir direkt für den gestrigen Abend wieder reserviert haben. Was soll man sagen? Super freundlicher Service, eine entspannte Atmosphäre und eine Herzlichkeit, die man heute nur noch selten erlebt. Hier wird Gastfreundschaft wirklich gelebt. Das Essen ist einfach sensationell – so gut, dass man es sprichwörtlich auf Knien genießen müsste. Jeder Bissen schmeckt nach frischen Zutaten, Leidenschaft und echter italienischer Küche. Ein Abend im Da Gallo fühlt sich an wie ein kleiner Kurzurlaub in Italien – mit ganz viel Dolce Vita, Genuss und Lebensfreude. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team! Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder. Service sehr professionell trotzdem sehr warmherzig, Essen wohltemperiert, stimmig und gut abgestimmt. Optisch hervorragend angerichtet. Wir waren auf der Durchreise und bekamen spontan einen Tisch. Auf den 5. Stern hätte es ungefragt eingestelltes Brot und die Entfernung der Spinnweben benötigt.

Wir sind begeistert, waren gestern das erste Mal dort essen, hatten einen wunderschönen Abend mit tollen Vorspeisen, Hauptgängen und einen geteilten Dessert. Das Ambiente ist sehr gemütlich! Wir kommen definitiv wieder!!

Wir sind heute wieder im Da Gallo sehr herzlich empfangen worden. Das Essen und die Getränke waren ein Traum. Die Gastgeber sind sehr um ihre Gäste bemüht und ich fühlte mich aufgehoben und liebevoll bewirtet..Das Ambiente ist wunderschön. Alles stimmig. Ich empfehle das Da Gallo in Heroldsberg auf alle Fälle weiter. Und wir kommen wieder.

Die Herzlichkeit der Besitzer und die echte italienische Gastfreundschaft sorgen jedes Mal dafür, dass man sich willkommen fühlt. Der Service ist aufmerksam und herzlich, das Essen hervorragend und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Besonders schön finden wir die abwechslungsreiche Wochenkarte mit immer wieder neuen, kreativen Gerichten. Man merkt einfach, dass hier Leidenschaft für gutes Essen und zufriedene Gäste gelebt wird. 🇮🇹🫶

Wir sind zufällig auf DaGallo gekommen im Internet schönes Ambiente gutes Essen mit Liebe zubereitet ein Besuch wert

Wir waren gestern mit 13 Personen dort, um unsere Verlobung bekannt zu geben. Bereits vor Wochen hatte ich telefonisch reserviert und am selben Tag nochmals angerufen, um zu fragen, ob wir aufgrund des schönen Wetters draußen auf der Terrasse sitzen können. Dies wurde uns ausdrücklich bestätigt. Als wir ankamen, wusste allerdings niemand etwas von unserer Reservierung oder dem Wunsch nach einem Tisch auf der Terrasse. Die Tische mussten erst zusammengestellt werden, was bereits etwa 20 Minuten gedauert hat. Besonders freundlich oder bemüht fühlten wir uns leider ebenfalls nicht empfangen. Nach rund zwei Stunden Wartezeit kam das Essen endlich an. Das Fleisch war fast roh und auch der Thunfisch kaum genießbar. Geschmacklich hat uns das Essen insgesamt leider überhaupt nicht überzeugt, vor allem nicht für den Preis. Für 13 Personen mit lediglich 3 Flaschen Wein und 8 Flaschen Wasser haben wir am Ende knapp 700 € bezahlt. Für uns definitiv das erste und letzte Mal.

Rundum sehr gut. Wir hatten die gemischte Vorspeise und Thunfisch mit Olivenkruste. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Der Thunfisch war auf dem Punkt zubereitet. Sehr freundlicher Service und schönes Ambiente. Auch die Weine, Sauvignon Blanc und Malbec waren nach unserem Geschmack.

Das Essen war sensationell! Wirklich schon lange nicht mehr so gut gegessen! Atmosphäre ist sehr schön und der Service auch sehr freundlich, hätte nur etwas häufiger vorbeischauen können:-)

Es ist jedes Mal wieder unglaublich lecker, unglaublich nett und ein toller Abend bei Da Gallo. Noch nie war etwas nicht lecker oder es blieb ein Wunsch offen. Für ab und zu einen besonderen Abend ist es jeden Euro wert!

Im Da Gallo haben wir im März 2026 unsere standesamtliche Hochzeit mit insgesamt 24 Personen gefeiert. Bereits das Vorgespräch war überzeugend. Luca hat kreative und saisonale Ideen für seine Gäste und eine schöne Auswahl an Weinen. Das 4-Gänge Menü war wirklich fantastisch! Uns und all unsere Gäste waren sehr beeindruckt und auch später war das hervorragende Menü Gesprächsthema. Auch die Vegetarier der Gesellschaft kamen auf ihre Kosten und mussten nicht verzichten. Außerdem war der Service durch Luca und seine Frau exzellent.

Das gehört zu den besten Restaurants überhaupt und verdient definitiv 10 Sterne. Die Pizza hat mir besonders gut gefallen – sie ist einfach unglaublich lecker, vor allem die mit Hähnchen. Der Geschmack ist hervorragend und wirklich etwas Besonderes. Die Qualität der Speisen, der Service und die angenehme Atmosphäre machen den Besuch zu einem echten Erlebnis. Ich hoffe sehr, dass es auch allen anderen genauso gut gefällt wie mir – absolut empfehlenswert! 🍕🌟

Ein superguter Italiener, der in sehr gemütlichen Ambiente auch Speisen abseits des Standards anbietet. Sehr leckere Pinsa und Pastagerichte. Die Inhaber sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir fühlen uns immer sehr wohl 👍

Wir haben hier unsere Hochzeit gefeiert und würden es dafür jederzeit wieder buchen. Haben mit 20 Personen alle an eine lange radel gepasst und der Raum ist super schön. Essen war top, und auch die Weine gut. Luca und sein Team sind super freundlich. Wir waren vorher auch einmal so zum Abendessen da und auch das war super! Der beste Italiener den wir in Nürnberg und Umgebung kennen.

Wir haben uns aufgrund der positiven Bewertungen für das Ristorante da Gallo entschieden und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Essen war hervorragend und der Service tadellos. Luca und seine Frau waren überaus herzlich und professionell. Sollten wir wieder nach Heroldsburg reisen, werden wir definitiv wieder im Da Gallo essen gehen.

Wir sind über den Schlemmerblock auf das Da Gallo gestoßen und waren total positiv überrascht. Es lohnte sich für uns aus Erlangen ein Stück rauszufahren für sehr leckeres, edel angerichtetes Essen, guten Service und eine entspannte Armosphäre. Wir kommen wieder!

Was soll ich sagen? Ich bin mehr als begeistert. Superguter Italiener mit Speisen abseits vom Mainstream, aber erste Klasse. Die Fischsuppe ist der Wahnsinn und die selbst gemachten Nudeln sprichwörtlich ein Traum. Mehr geht nicht, vielen Dank dafür und wir kommen sicher wieder. Hundertprozentige Weiterempfehlung!

Gastronomie mit Anspruch und Niveau

wir kommen als Gruppe schon seit Jahren anlässlich einer Messe nach Nürnberg, nächtigen in Heroldsberg, und haben vor 4 Jahren das Restaurant Da Gallo entdeckt. Für mich das beste italienische Restaurant außerhalb Italiens, hervorragende Küche, nettes und familiäres Ambiente, sehr nette und kompetente Bedienung durch die Besitzer. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder - sind zwar nur einmal im Jahr ein paar Nächte in Heroldsberg, aber dann zumindest 1 - 2 mal Abendessen bei Da Gallo !!!

Sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre inmitten alter Gemäuer, liebe- und geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Das Essen ist nicht 0815 und schmeckt hervorragend. Im Sommer wunderschöne Terrasse mit Blick auf Schloss und Kirche von Heroldsberg. Der Service ist immer freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das Essen ist sehr gut, vor allem die Tagliatelle mit Entenragu, Risotto und auch die Gnocchi mit scharfer Wurst. Auch die Ambiente ist sehr gemütlich und urig, ein altes Gebäude mit Charme. Service sehr herzlich, die Besitzer bemühen sich sehr.

We came here for our wedding anniversary. It was definitely worth it. From the outside, it's an ordinary Franconian farmhouse, but inside it's an almost antique vaulted cellar. Everything was top-notch – the ambiance, the food, the drinks – the wine glasses alone were worth the visit. Thank you for a truly wonderful evening, and we will definitely be back.

The couple is truly lovely, kind and very, very attentive. We speak very little German and were able to communicate perfectly in English. The owner knows a little Spanish and was extremely attentive. He explained the entire menu to us so we could choose the dish we wanted. A very nice extra was that they let us dine inside the restaurant with our dog. If you pass through Nuremberg, you should definitely come to this restaurant!

It's a great place. Even though we spoke very little German, because we're from Spain, they treated us incredibly well and made us feel like one of their own. The owner and the lady are super friendly and very attentive. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. I recommend anyone go out of the road just to eat here. 5/5.

We visited Da Gallo in Heroldsberg and were unfortunately extremely disappointed. After ordering our drinks, we waited an unusually long time for our food – over an hour – without anyone even bothering to inquire, even though several employees (including the manager) walked past our apparently empty table several times. When we finally asked, no one knew what we had ordered or who had taken our order. The waitress who had taken our order became loud and irritated instead of apologizing – which was not only unprofessional but also unpleasant. Even when the manager intervened, there was no offer to rectify the mistake – not a word of apology, not a small compensation, not even a free espresso. Instead, she simply said, "The food's here now." For me, as a paying guest, this is simply outrageous. Mistakes can always happen – but how you handle them makes all the difference. Here, you feel like a nuisance as a guest. It was the first time I didn't tip—and definitely the last time I ate here as a guest. What a pity.

The selection is very limited, the food tastes mediocre, and the prices are very high. This is due to only two stars.

Da Gallo is an absolute insider tip in every respect. We celebrated our wedding there and so we often dine here. Whether you like classic Italian cuisine or prefer something a little more unusual, there's something for every taste. The service and ambiance are authentic and leave nothing to be desired. Every effort is made to make the visit as pleasant and accessible as possible for wheelchair users.

I went to this place on recommendation and I must say that expectations were greatly exceeded. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with courtesy and professionalism by the staff, who proved to be kind and helpful throughout the evening. The environment is taken care of down to the smallest detail: clean, tidy, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you immediately feel at ease. But the real protagonist was the food. The menu offers an interesting and well-balanced selection, with dishes that enhance the product without weighing it down. We ordered several fish-based courses and one was better than the other: very fresh raw fish, tasty first courses with perfectly balanced flavours. You can clearly feel that the fish is of the highest quality and treated with great care. In short, a more than positive experience: a place that absolutely deserves to be tried by those who love to eat well and appreciate good fish. I will definitely return and recommend it without hesitation!
