The Neapolitan pizza speaks for itself. I'm a big fan of the generous amount of tomato sauce used and I like that the pizza isn't just made of cheese, leaving room for the other ingredients to taste intensely. The best thing, however, is the airy dough, which you can only achieve at home with a lot of effort. Excellent pizza, the best in Osnabrück and also the best I've ever had.

The cardboard was completely soaked, the edge was almost impossible to cut because it was completely sticky and tough. There was no question of it being newly prepared.
