New York Pizza in Ratingen

I always enjoyed ordering from New York Pizza in Ratingen, but unfortunately not anymore. I ordered the pasta pesto shrimp, which includes a pesto cream sauce. Unfortunately, it tasted very sour, as if the cream was over it or bad. I then called them to get possible compensation. Unfortunately, I was only offered the same pasta delivered again. After such a sour cream sauce I lost my appetite, no thanks! Absolutely no understanding from the gentleman on the phone - the pesto cream sauce probably has a new recipe. After I asked whether the new pesto cream sauce should taste sour and whether that was normal, I only received a cheeky confirmation. He would have claimed that it would always taste like that and that it might not be my taste. It's just stupid that I had already ordered this exact pasta with this pesto cream sauce and it didn't have a bit of a sour taste when I ordered it. Taking your customers for a fool is something that is absolutely not possible in a business like this. Disgrace, never again.

The food is great, the pizzas are fabulous but unfortunately there is one thing I have to address: the chicken pieces are no longer what they were, they just don't taste good anymore.

The pizzas were carelessly boxed in and the overall price drastically reduced the final score of this entire adventure. The prices here are particularly handmade. My recommendation should be two of you: You buy your favorite pizza and then you could cut it in half and swap one half with each other. This gives you 2 Double Tasty and saves you a euro. I would like to know how this surcharge comes about, since you are generally charged additionally for everything. Tl:dr there are 2 Italian restaurants nearby where you can get 2 pizzas for the price of one (NY pizza).

Incredibly unfriendly service. Attention is NOT paid to allergy sufferers here. Didn't receive a new pizza or a refund.

Extremely good shop. Between the various classic pizzas, there are also many New York creations! I love this pizza! In addition to pizza, there are also nachos and pasta as well as noodles. And pizza rolls. And if you want, you can have a pizza of your choice topped with whatever you want! The employees are all nice, always in a good mood and have a good sense of humor! Recommendation: BBQ Chicken Hollandaise, Altanta Chicken Farm or farmers chicken (or something like that) And BBQ chicken bacon. Tip: Buy a Double Tasty! This way you get 2 half pizzas of different types! DoubleTasty tips: Chicken Hollandaise + BBQ Chicken Bacon Hollandaise + Atlanta Maybe farmers chicken and BBQ chicken bacon also taste good.

Freshly prepared, very tasty, really great pizza and wrap plus correct employees. Price-performance ratio more than adequate

After New York Pizza took over the store, the quality suffered greatly. But the pizzas still offer a variety of design options that are not possible elsewhere. The rest of the selection is also large and mostly tasty. The delivery service runs reliably and smoothly.

We wanted to order, but when we saw these prices we lost our appetite. We then went to the Italian restaurant and got first-class pizza (and bigger). There were also FREE pizza rolls with a delicious dip in advance. Garlic sauce was also available in two versions. Including drinks, we only paid a little more than for 2 New York pizzas with nothing else.

I used to love ordering because I was happy with the food and the service. The dessert and/or drinks are no longer counted towards the minimum order value, so it is no longer an option for me to order. Addendum to the answer: It makes no sense for a single person to order 2 pizzas or an additional salad...everything was nicer with dessert. Let me know when the economic situation allows it again...:-))

It's been a long time since I've had such a good pizza 🍕. It's a bit like good old Pizza Hut pizza

Absolutely unprofessional! We ordered a pizza without cheese, what did we get? A pizza with cheese. When we called to clarify this in a humane way, we were told there was no pizza without cheese and hung up on us. It was a tearful evening for my 7 year old lactose intolerant daughter. Never again!

We happened to see that there was New York Pizza here because we just happened to be in this city. We only know the chain from the Netherlands, which is our favorite pizza there. We had a pepperoni pizza. The taste was good, but we only know it as shown on the menu, that the salami goes on top of the cheese and not under the cheese, which would make the salami nice and crispy.

Delivery time was okay, food arrived relatively quickly and the delivery person was friendly. The pizza was ok, the curry tasted very much like a warmed-up meal. (It's probably available in every supermarket, for the microwave, cheaper). Unfortunately we don't have to order here a second time.

After an hour and a half the pizza was delivered. Small and completely different than the one on the menu.

On time, tasty, friendly! Pizza was top. 9/10

Pünktlich war der Lieferant. Freundlich auch. Das war auch leider alles positive was ich berichten kann. Die Pizzen waren unterer Durchschnitt und dafür unfassbar klein und teuer. Ich wünschte ich hätte die Rezensionen hier vorher gelesen und dann nicht bestellt. Trotz der Kostenerhöhung durch Energie und Zutaten schaffen es andere Lierdienste akzeptabel Preise bei ordentlicher Qualität. Ich bin gespannt, welcher Copy and Paste Kommentar vom Dienstleister kommt.

Sehr unfreundlich, frech, unprofessionell und nicht hilfsbereit der Geschäftsführer. Keine Hilfestellung bei online Bestellung, die nicht richtig funktioniert hat. Geld ist weg, Kunde nun auch!!! Frechheit der Laden!

Sehr lecker war es! Wir haben über Lieferando bestellt: Pasta Schinken-Sahne für die Schwiegermama, einen Caesar-Chicken-Wrap und die Nachos XL Beef für den Tim und die Pizza "Hamburger" (New York Style, 30 cm) für mich. Den Wrap haben wir für morgen in den Kühlschrank getan - wir waren pappesatt. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es, weil das mit der Ankündigung der Lieferzeit über Lieferando nicht geklappt hat (es gab keine Bestätigung, obwohl selbst jetzt noch eine versprochen wird) - und so war ich bis zum Klingeln an der Tür nicht sicher, ob das mit der Bestellung überhaupt klappt. Da hat wahrscheinlich jemand vergessen, den entsprechenden Haken zu setzen. Insgesamt haben wir ca. 50 Minuten auf das Essen gewartet - das ist sicher in Ordnung. Die reine Fahrzeit beträgt ca. 10 Minuten. Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden.

Geniale Pizzen, absolut zu empfehlen

Eigentlich bin ich immer vorsichtig mit neuen Pizzerien, allerdings bin ich hier mehr als begeistert!!!! Es war verdammt lecker. 2 neue Fans! Wir bestellen definitiv bald wieder! Macht weiter so!!!!

Die Pizza schmeckt wieder so lecker wie in den alten Stückwerk Zeiten! Zudem hat man immer nettes Personal am Telefon was sich bei der Bestellung auch Zeit für einen nimmt:-) Wir bestellen immer wieder gerne hier:-)

Nachdem Wechsel von Stückwerk zu NEW YORK pizza war ich anfangs skeptisch - wurde aber mehr als positiv überrascht. Essen kam warm und alles schmeckte super. Aufgrund der Wartezeit am Wochenende gab es sogar was dazu. Danke an das Team

Pizzen fast kalt, statt vegan mit 4 Sorten Käse geliefert, lange Wartezeit ( wobei das natürlich passieren kann), allerdings reichlich belegt

Die Pizzen schmecken uns dort sehr gut, allerdings ist es nun schon zum zweiten Mal vorgekommen, dass zusätzlicher Belag oder Extras wie zB ein Käserand vergessen wurden. Mittlerweile fragen wir uns, ob das vielleicht eine Masche ist, denn bezahlen dürfen wir die zusätzlichen Wünsche immer, nur kriegen wir sie nicht zum Essen.

Ich bestelle hier schon länger und habe auch schon zu Stückwerk-Zeiten bestellt. Mein Fazit: Super Laden - Super Essen. Lieferung kommt immer zügig, bisher keine Verspätungen gehabt - immer alles im Rahmen. Die Zutaten empfinde ich als immer frisch und ich liebe die Chicken Supreme Bowl. Jedes mal die gleich gute hohe Qualität und jedes Mal ein Genuss. Ich werde hier auch weiterhin gerne bestellen. Bitte so weitermachen! Und falls möglich bitte ein paar Potatoe Wedges mehr rein :)

Also seit New York Pizza sind teilweise die Inhalte In den Bowls oder wrap noch gefroren. Ey also das geht echt nicht fit Leute. Sonst ist es lecker…

Leider kann NewYork Pizza nicht an die Qualität und den Geschmack von Stückwerk anknüpfen. Ich war enttäuscht. Somit leider einen ehemaligen Stammkunden verloren... Schade:-(

Stückwerk war definitiv mein Favorit. Der Service und Freundlichkeit ist nicht sehr gut bei New York Pizza. Die Wartezeit haben sich gegenüber Stückwerk vervierfacht!

„Zum ersten Mal“ wieder bestellt (diesmal unter New York Pizza). EINFACH PURE PERVERSION. Im positivem Sinne. Genau so eine Pizza hat hier im Umkreis gefehlt. Der Teig ist der hammer. Die Pizzen kamen super schnell und heiß bei uns an. Dickes Lob und wärmste Weiterempfehlung!

Stückwerk war mal sehr klasse, frisches Essen, immer so wie bestellt geliefert. Meistens sehr schnell, wir wohnen in der Nähe. Seit einiger Zeit lässt das aber immer mehr nach. Die letzten Bestellungen waren fast immer fehlerhaft. Die letzte wurde an einem Mittwoch nach 90 Minuten Wartezeit ausgeliefert und war wieder nicht vollständig. Woran es liegt, keine Ahnung aber schade ist es.

Ich hab mir heute dort eine Pizza geholt. Diese war sehr lecker. Und das Personal dort ist sehr nett und freundlich . Dafür auch die 5 Sterne.

Pizza Margarita ist nicht empfehlenswert dort, zu viel Käse (ja das geht) und pappiger Boden. Pizza BBQ war I.O. PIZZA Vegarita wurde versehentlich bestellt. Mag eine super echt vegane Pizza sein aber suchten eigentlich etwas mit Gemüse... Gruselige Erfahrung. Die spicy Chicken Nuggets waren leider kein Stück cross. Alles in allem solide aber zu teuer.

Very good food and decent delivery times. The margherita with added veggie toppings was really good and the penne arrabiatta was fantastic. Everything was neatly packed and delivered. Would definitely try out the other things on the menu.

Super Lieferdienst. Immer frische Speisen. Die Nudelgerichte sind absolut frisch, die Pizzen einfach nur lecker.

Die Qualität hat uns auch beim zweiten Mal überzeugt. Die Lieferzeit weniger - am Telefon angekündigt waren 30-45 Minuten, in der Realität wurden es 75 Minuten. Das passt nicht. So nicht wieder für uns.

Schneller lieferservice. Keine 35 Minuten nach Tiefenbroich. Und eine Abwechslung zur Steinofen Pizza 🍕 LECKER 😋
