Ristorante Tre Caravelle in Nürnberg

Quadratische Pasta gefüllt mit Pilzen und frischen Trüffeln, dazu ein fantastisches Bier! Ich habe die Einladung des Kellners zur Bewertung sehr gerne angenommen, und sein Service war hervorragend! Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Nettes kleines Stück Italien, spontan einen Tisch für 2 bekommen und haben das schöne romantische Ambiente sehr genossen. Wirklich höflicher und zuvorkommender Service. Pizza, Nudeln und Dessert haben alle gut geschmeckt und es gab wirklich nichts zu meckern.

Super Essen von einem ausgezeichneten Koch. Gasthaus ist nicht so groß, dadurch meist angenehm ruhig. Mario, der Besitzer und seine Frau sind super nett und zuvorkommend.

Mega gutes Essen! Die Gerichte sind unglaublich raffiniert gewürzt und kreativ zusammengestellt. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Leidenschaft und Können gekocht wird. Jeder Teller ist geschmacklich perfekt abgestimmt und bietet immer wieder kleine, überraschende Kombinationen. Wirklich ein Hammer-Essen, das definitiv in Erinnerung bleibt. Besonders positiv fällt auch der Chef auf: total sympathisch und präsent. Er kommt persönlich an die Tische, erkundigt sich, ob alles passt, und nimmt sich Zeit für seine Gäste. Dabei gibt er auch gerne Empfehlungen – und die treffen absolut ins Schwarze. Auch das Service-Team verdient ein großes Lob. Sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und professionell, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Man fühlt sich rundum gut betreut und willkommen.

Wurden von Freunden zum ersten Mal dahin mitgenommen und waren begeistert. Wechselnde Gerichte werden auf einer Tafel angeboten, neben der Speisekarte, die auch schon keine Wünsche offen lässt. Haben uns für Nudeln entschieden, die selbstgemacht waren. Zarte Mezzelune mit Lachsfüllung und die Orechiette mit Salsiccia waren perfekt und die Soße extrem lecker. Wir kommen sicher wieder, denn wir müssen unbedingt noch die schwarzen Tagliatelle mit Meeresfrüchten probieren.

Sehr guter, authentischer Italiener. Gute Qualität der Speisen, schön angerichtet, mit flottem und zuvorkommendem Service. Preis-Leistung absolut in Ordnung. Bild zeigt die Spaghetti Carbonara Traditionell Wie waren sehr zufrieden.

Das Tre Caravelle ist schlicht und ergreifend eines der besten italienischen Restaurants in Nürnberg weit und breit. Und das in der Nürnberger Südstadt! Ich kenne keinen besseren Italiener in Nürnberg. Ehrliche und bodenständige apulische Küche ohne "Schischi". Wenn man wirklich authentische italienische Küche genießen möchte, ist man bei Mario und seinem sympathischen Team🫶❤️ bestens aufgehoben. "Evviva la cucina pugliese"!

2. Update: Zum dritten Mal da: sehr leckeres Essen. Ob es Tages- oder Wochengericht ist, einfach auswählen und bestellen, schmeckt immer sehr gut! Auch die Tiramisu (hausgemacht) mega lecker! Die Preise sind auch voll in Ordnung! + Absacker zum Schluss ;) Von früher: Zum zweiten Mal hier gewesen und weiterhin sehr empfehlenswert. Der Chefkoch serviert selbst und erkundigt sich nachhinein, ob es geschmeckt hat. Wo gibt es denn heutzutage so etwas: bravo! Die Tagesgerichte muss man einfach probieren: sehr lecker und preiswert! Von früher: Sehr angenehmes Restaurant! Die Pasta mit dem Fenchel-Wurst war sehr lecker, etwas teuerer als die Pizza's aber lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ambiente ist auch super angenehm und mit vielen kleinen Details geschmückt. Preisleistungsverhältnis ist gut. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Kleine konstruktive Kritik: auf jeden Fall müßte man die Sache mit der Kartenzahlung verbessern. Auch der Zugang zum WLAN könnte erleichtert werden, da der Handyempfang etwas hackt.

Hier wird authentisch mit Liebe und Leidenschaft gekocht. Klasse!

Am letzten Tag meiner dreieinhalbwöchigen Rundreise, die mich von der Normandie in Frankreich über Nordspanien und Südfrankreich bis nach Norditalien geführt hatte, brauchte ich dringend etwas zu essen, bevor es am nächsten Tag zurück nach Dänemark ging. Da stieß ich auf das Tre Caravelle. Und zu meiner Überraschung erlebte ich dort das mit Abstand beste Essen meiner 6.500 km langen Reise. Fantastisch!

Absolut empfehlenswert! Mega leckeres Essen, sehr sehr netter Inhaber der sich um seine Gäste kümmert und sein Handwerk in der Küche echt versteht 👍🏼 auf Grund von Personalmangel hat alles ein bisschen länger gedauert, aber die hervorragende Qualität des Essens, der super Service und die äußerst angenehme und zuvorkommende Art des Inhabers macht das Restaurant einzigartig. Jeder der die italienische Küche mag, MUSS dort mal gegessen haben! Wir waren heute das erste Mal hier essen und sind mehr als begeistert! Angenehmes Ambiente, sehr aufmerksamer und herzlicher Service und sehr sehr gutes Essen. Meine Partner hatte die Orecchiete und ich eine Pizza, zudem haben wir uns Bruschetta und Tiramisu geteilt und alles war ein Traum. Kommen sehr gerne wieder!!

Unfortunately a total failure. Service and food not good. The mixed starter for 7 people was a joke and completely overpriced. A few slices of salami, a bit of cheese and olives and fried zucchini for over €30. Was perhaps intended for 3 people. The pizza wasn't good either. The noodles that were served were good, but nothing more. The service was completely overwhelmed even though there was nothing going on in the restaurant. The boss comes to the table, but it's no use if he doesn't realize that his waitress can't keep up.

Food took over an hour. The lasagna had no bechamel sauce and was far too dry. The waiter doesn't ask about dessert, coffee or whether it was tasty. The card was stuck together and smelled unpleasant. It was definitely the last time - a shame.

Update February 16, 2025: Went to the Ristorante Tre Caravelle for the second time, shortly before going to the theater (Hubertussaal). To emphasize the most important thing: The boss is very personable and interested in the well-being of his guests. Friendly service and delicious food (we had pizza and a pasta dish). We were very satisfied and will take the next opportunity to come back. THANK YOU again! We were at Tre Caravelle for the first time on February 25th, 2023. Became aware of this through research on the internet. We were pleasantly surprised by the very nice ambience of this restaurant, which is rather "hidden" in a residential area. Nice lady in service who quickly establishes good personal contact. The drinks arrived quickly, notably the Campari Amalfi. The Primitivo was quite ok. About the food: Antipasto Misto and Bruschetta (both for four) were good. The pizzas Speciale and Quattro Formagio were good, the farmer's stew (Spezziatino Manzo) and Pacceri straccetti (tubular pasta with beef strips) were the highlights. We had a lovely time and felt comfortable. Real Italian flair. The service and also the boss were at the table and asked whether everything was okay. The good meal was rounded off with a little chat with the boss at the counter on the way out. We will definitely come back, even if the journey from the Fürth district is a little longer. It's worth it! Thanks to the restaurant team!

A real hit, this restaurant. The restaurant is invitingly furnished, not over-decorated. Thank you for not using “music”. I'm already looking forward to summer and the terrace. Accessibility: A bit hidden, but very easy to reach by bus line 65. The Markgrafenstrasse stop is practically on the doorstep (approx. 50 meters). The line 5 tram stops around the corner. Of course there are parking spaces within walking distance. Of course, the convincing selection of dishes also includes the right drinks. From the aperitif to the excellent Negro Amaro to limoncello or caffe corretto. By the way, because some people are in such a hurry: You should bring time. The boss also takes the time to prepare the dishes with fresh ingredients. Admittedly, we have reserved (can be done stress-free via email, see homepage). We had something to celebrate and felt comfortable at Tre Caravelle from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. We made the most of our time, had an excellent meal and were served very courteously. My girlfriend and I only had this one evening together in Nuremberg. It was too late to look for anything and we settled on this Italian local. Fortunately! Very tasty pasta, fantastic tiramisu and aperitif. Absolutely recommended!

Mario and his team have a lot of very good reviews here. And I can join in here. I can't remember the last time I had such delicious Italian food! My special request for a different type of pasta than on the menu was promptly fulfilled. The Negroni Sbagliato was tangy, the Negro Amaro a bit rich, but not too much, all in all a very enjoyable dinner! Because I came alone, I was able to watch throughout the evening how a well-coordinated team gave the guests fantastic hospitality. The boss cooks freshly, you should know that and take some time with you. But it's worth it. Gladly again!

Ich kann die super Bewertungen leider nicht bestätigen. Die Bedienung war eine Katastrophe. Hat nur geflüstert, unsere Bestellung falsch aufgenommen und man hatte nicht das Gefühl, dass sie weiß was sie tun soll. Meine Wurst (Rohwurst) war nicht durchgebraten und nicht eßbar. Die Soße auf den Nudeln gut, aber mehr auch nicht. Wir haben im leeren Lokal eine Std. aufs Essen gewartet. Die Gerichte waren OK, aber wir werden dort nicht mehr essen!

Unfortunately I can't write anything about the food because we didn't get that far. We have never felt so unwelcome as we did in this restaurant!!!! Just because we didn't make a reservation, we were treated as if we were 2nd or 3rd class people. Sorry, we are not from Nuremberg, we are visiting here and just wanted to eat something. First a waiter or cook or whatever he was said to us that we should please sit at the table for two people because everything was reserved. And why were we already sitting and not waiting? And sorry again, where we come from (Berlin) it is written at the entrance if you have to wait until you are seated. And there are reservation signs on the tables when they are reserved. But none of this was the case in this restaurant. It felt like 2 seconds later that the boss probably came and said emphatically that we should finally sit down at the table for two. And that food will take longer because reservations go ahead. This made us feel like we were unwanted and we left. To be honest, I don't think there were any reservations there, and even if there were, they could have told us differently or more kindly!!!

There is a daily and weekly menu, and there is always pizza and salads. But a lot of things are homemade here, there's no comparison to the standard Italian you're used to. Price-performance unbeatable for what is on offer here. Here the focus is on fresh cuisine, not standard Italian. The passion of the chef is reflected in every dish and you can tell as a guest! As a small group we went to Tre Caravelle, which was still unknown to us. Here we were greeted with a smile by the restaurateur and taken to the square. We were immediately shown the weekly menu and the dishes from the small but well-thought-out menu. Here we found authentic Italian pasta dishes. It was also mentioned that certain dishes are served with homemade pasta. As a starter there was an antipasti plate and bruscetta. The grilled vegetables and the ham stuffed with Mozzarella di Bufala particularly stood out on the antipasti plate. The bruscetta was very successful as a simple starter, you could taste the good olive oil. Now to the actual highlight: the pasta! Every ingredient seemed to be perfectly coordinated with each other, creating a harmonious and intense taste experience. The texture of the pasta was optimal and you could taste the freshness. An all-round successful meal that can be recommended to every pasta lover! The panna cotta had a good balance of sweetness and vanilla flavors, as well as perfect consistency. We will be back definitely! Thank you very much for that.

We discovered the “Tre Caravelle” via “My Local, Your Local”. The expectations were correspondingly high, which were 100% fulfilled and implemented. The food, from the starter to the dessert, is a complete delight. You can get really authentic Italian food here. The owner is also active in the kitchen himself and comes to your table and asks if everything is OK. We will definitely come back.

Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant ist entspannt und warm, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Essen kann lt. Karte oder von einer Tafel ausgewählt werden. Uns wurde das Essen entsprechend den Wünschen zubereitet. Ich kann es allen empfehlen, die Wert auf Qualität und besondere italienische Küche wert legen. Vielen Dank an den Chef und das Team. Wir kommen wieder.
