Göttliches Essen, super Service, einfach perfekt! Die Spaghetti mit Parmesan, Carpaccio und Trüffel sind einfach nur der Himmel auf Erden. Das beste Nudelgericht, was wir bisher gegessen haben. Auch die Vorspeisen waren klasse. Und natürlich ebenso die Nudeln in Tomaten Sauce für unsere Tochter. Der Service war super freundlich und geduldig. Echt richtig klasse!

Dieses beliebte italienische Restaurant befindet sich auf dem Düsseldorfer Karlsplatz. Die Auslage ist gefüllt mit farbenfrohen Vorspeisen, die schon beim Anblick begeistern. Diesmal probierte ich die Spezialität des Hauses, die Trüffelpasta, die unglaublich duftete und köstlich war. Die lebhafte Marktatmosphäre ist ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt und macht das Restaurant zu einem idealen Ort für ein Mittagessen während einer Sightseeing-Tour!

Die Trüffelpasta ist geil. Damit hört es aber dort schon auf. Große vorspeisenplatte ist ein kleiner Teller mit Essen und der Thekenmitarbeiter mit Glatze hat 2 Scheiben Brot auf die (!) große (!) vorspeisenplatte gelegt und wenn man nach mehr als 2 baguettscheiben Brot fragt bekommt man eine freche Antwort. Eventuell hatte er einen schlechten Tag, bei den Preisen sollen die jedoch jedem einzelnen Kunden Danke sagen. Für das Geld besser zum normalen Italiener, dann muss man nicht 20 Minuten anstehen und wird für überteuertes Essen auch nicht angeschnauzt

Mir hat es echt gut geschmeckt. Die Nudeln hatten eine gute Konsistenz und gerade so eine Trüffelpasta schmeckt mir, da oft bei vermeintlich "hochwertigeren" wo Trüffel direkt draufgerieben ist, oft dann am Ende kein Geschmack da ist. Dann lieber direkt in der Soße.

Die Rigatoni waren köstlich, aber die Portion war riesig! Es dauerte etwas, bis wir bestellen konnten, aber der Kellner bedankte sich am Ende (lol).

Ich bin süchtig nach den Trüffelnudeln, toller Preis für eine angemessene Portion. Deswegen auch die lange Warteschlange.

The truffle pasta is extremely creamy, and they certainly don't skimp on the truffles. It's incredibly good value for the price, and the portion is very generous—I could barely finish it. We strolled through the Carlsplatz market twice, and I ordered the carpaccio with truffle tagliarini at Casa Cortilla. It's probably the flagship of this shop for a reason. It was incredibly delicious. The service—if you expect table service here, you'll have to go to a restaurant—was super friendly. A truly delicious lunch for an unbeatable €15. Highly recommended.

Trüffelpasta Mit Carpaccio is great overall. The beef is very tender and it would be a great choice if you can accept eating raw beef. The truffle flavor in the pasta is very strong, but the seasoning is a little bit salty.

I've only been there once. With a few people, we ordered a carpaccio. The meat was really very good. What irritated me was that they served carpaccio with a kind of pasta and cream sauce. It was very interesting and also very tasty. But it's very rich! Service is practically nonexistent. You have to order the dishes and drinks up front, wait, and bring them to your table yourself. The friendliness that day really left a lot to be desired. I think if I pay €15 for a carpaccio, I can expect it to be brought to my table, that they're friendly, and if they have several carpaccios, that they give the customer better advice. One point deducted for unfriendliness and one point deducted for no service! But as I said, I've only been there once, and I'll give them another chance. Then I'll change my rating again. Hopefully not downwards!

The two of us were there for lunch and arrived just in time before the big rush. The team works very well together – the processes are well-coordinated and efficient. We ordered two pasta dishes and one carpaccio with pasta and truffles. Everything tasted excellent: the pasta was perfectly cooked al dente, and the value for money was truly top-notch. The prawns were also impressive in terms of quality, and the spicy sauce was perfectly seasoned – nicely spicy, but not too hot. Overall, a very professional appearance. I'm deducting one star, however, because when paying by card, I was explicitly asked whether I wanted to tip. I find this question inappropriate for a self-service concept – especially in a country like Germany, where tipping is customary but by no means mandatory. If I want to tip, I prefer to do so in cash and of my own free will anyway. Nevertheless, a visit is definitely worth it – the food is truly outstanding!

Zur Rushhour muss man etwas anstehen um bestellen zu können, geht aber in der Regel doch sehr schnell mit nur kurzen Wartezeiten. Auch ein Platz zum Essen findet sich kn der Regel immer spontan. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

It's a kind of food truck located in a market—Carlplatz—that has become famous for its truffled pasta with carpaccio, which hasn't disappointed. But to eat there, you have to wait in line for 45 minutes during rush hour and then find a way to get a seat somewhere to enjoy it. At best, you'll eat standing up at high tables that are packed. It's expensive for the experience; for 15 bucks, you can eat well anywhere, sitting down, but the Italian food I tried was delicious. The man who serves is a bit down on manners, or maybe I just wasn't having the best day. I don't recommend it highly enough.

I think it is a traditional market square. It wouldn't be a lie if I said I would come back for the pasta made with beef carpaccio. The lady who helped us was also Turkish. Unfortunately I can't understand the positive reviews. Almost all pasta dishes are prepared with a lot of cream. Also the carpaccio truffle pasta, which isn't even on the menu. The pasta with tomato sauce and chanterelles had 3 small chanterelles on it. Totally disappointing and way too expensive.

The carpaccio is tender, perfectly seasoned and served with high quality ingredients. The truffle taglierini are to die for – the pasta is perfectly al dente and the truffle flavor is intense and delicious. The atmosphere on Carlsplatz is lively and inviting, which makes eating there a special experience. The service is always friendly and attentive, and the quality of the food is consistently at a very high level. For anyone who appreciates good food and special culinary experiences, this place is an absolute must. I can't wait to come back!

May 2024: Here I ate fusilli with sheep's cheese and rocket in tomato sauce during my lunch break. The food was ready after about 15 minutes and tasted very good. The portion is big enough and not too expensive at €10.90. I will come back. Update: July 2024 I was here again and now tried the carpaccio with truffle tagliarini. It was fresh, ready quickly and extremely tasty. That definitely wasn't the last time I ate this dish.
