Pasta here does not disappoint. However, prices have gone up to about 15 euros now. It used to be 11.90 only 2 years ago. However, food quality is still very good.

There's a lot of goodness on your plate. The pasta combined with the truffle sauce is simply divine. The carpacio is delicious, a true taste experience. The price, at €15, is absolutely manageable and, considering the food, almost cheap. Casa Cortilla knows its stuff. Tip: Arrive during the week, around 11:30 a.m., to enjoy a leisurely meal.

As an Italian, I unfortunately have to say that you can cook everything much better at home.

The two of us were there for lunch and arrived just in time before the big rush. The team works very well together – the processes are well-coordinated and efficient. We ordered two pasta dishes and one carpaccio with pasta and truffles. Everything tasted excellent: the pasta was perfectly cooked al dente, and the value for money was truly top-notch. The prawns were also impressive in terms of quality, and the spicy sauce was perfectly seasoned – nicely spicy, but not too hot. Overall, a very professional appearance. I'm deducting one star, however, because when paying by card, I was explicitly asked whether I wanted to tip. I find this question inappropriate for a self-service concept – especially in a country like Germany, where tipping is customary but by no means mandatory. If I want to tip, I prefer to do so in cash and of my own free will anyway. Nevertheless, a visit is definitely worth it – the food is truly outstanding!

Fazit vorweg: unbedingt besuchen! Tolle Pasta-Gerichte serviert vom sehr freundlichen Team. Trüffel-Tagliatelle auf Carpaccio für aktuell 15€ extrem lecker und preislich noch immer unschlagbar. Zur Rushhour muss man etwas anstehen um bestellen zu können, geht aber in der Regel doch sehr schnell mit nur kurzen Wartezeiten. Auch ein Platz zum Essen findet sich kn der Regel immer spontan. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

It's a kind of food truck located in a market—Carlplatz—that has become famous for its truffled pasta with carpaccio, which hasn't disappointed. But to eat there, you have to wait in line for 45 minutes during rush hour and then find a way to get a seat somewhere to enjoy it. At best, you'll eat standing up at high tables that are packed. It's expensive for the experience; for 15 bucks, you can eat well anywhere, sitting down, but the Italian food I tried was delicious. The man who serves is a bit down on manners, or maybe I just wasn't having the best day. I don't recommend it highly enough.

I think it is a traditional market square. It wouldn't be a lie if I said I would come back for the pasta made with beef carpaccio. The lady who helped us was also Turkish. It was also nice that she was smiling and friendly. There are also cold appetizers. We also tried an appetizer made with seafood. I definitely recommend these.

In itself, it's incredibly tasty, but I was very frustrated by the fact that if you don't include meat, you actually end up with less pasta on your plate. I would have expected that you would at least have more pasta on your plate since it's the same price!

Geschmacklich ein Genuss und preislich top. Die Trüffelpasta auf Carpaccio schmeckt köstlich. Wir hatten kurz bedenken, in diesem Marktumfeld einen Platz zum Essen zu finden, dass ergab sich aber wie von selbst.

Unfortunately I can't understand the positive reviews. Almost all pasta dishes are prepared with a lot of cream. Also the carpaccio truffle pasta, which isn't even on the menu. The pasta with tomato sauce and chanterelles had 3 small chanterelles on it. Totally disappointing and way too expensive.

The truffle taglierini are to die for – the pasta is perfectly al dente and the truffle flavor is intense and delicious. The atmosphere on Carlsplatz is lively and inviting, which makes eating there a special experience. The service is always friendly and attentive, and the quality of the food is consistently at a very high level. For anyone who appreciates good food and special culinary experiences, this place is an absolute must. I can't wait to come back!

May 2024: Here I ate fusilli with sheep's cheese and rocket in tomato sauce during my lunch break. The food was ready after about 15 minutes and tasted very good. The portion is big enough and not too expensive at €10.90. I will come back. Update: July 2024 I was here again and now tried the carpaccio with truffle tagliarini. It was fresh, ready quickly and extremely tasty. That definitely wasn't the last time I ate this dish.

Ohhh their signature pasta is soooo incredible!! The first day we had gnocchi and pasta with creamy sauce and it was already very delicious. We had to go back to try their very popular dish and we were very happy that we tried it!! The beef was basically melting in your mouth and the pasta was the perfect combination! They also have very delicious looking salads that we wished we live there just so we can try them all.

Your portions will be smaller, the prices will be more expensive and the quality will decrease. The carpaccio was borderline bad in terms of smell and taste. You can eat well and cheaply or expensively and well, but here neither is true anymore.

We go to Casa Cortilla very often and love the carpaccio truffle pasta as well as the other dishes. There is a large selection of antipasti starters. Since Carlsplatz is generally very busy, you should wait a while, but overall things still move quickly. Top top!

The pricing is also very good for the food quality you get. I would 100% recommend this place and I will definitely come back. It gets a bit crowded and you might have to wait for a place to sit, but it’s understandable given how great the food is.
