It was okay. The service wasn't that attentive and we sometimes had to refill the water ourselves and we had to wait forever for drinks.
The ambience is nice but not outstanding. Unfortunately, one of the spotlights was very inconveniently placed and shone heavily into my face. The volume in the restaurant is also a lot louder than in other high-quality restaurants.
The food was good and nicely prepared.
At lunchtime only the three-course menu is offered, which can be expanded with two extras - both highly recommended. The service is sometimes a bit inattentive when refilling drinks.
A new restaurant has arrived. The Tafelspitz from Grabenstrasse has found its new home here.
Very tasty Hessian/Rhine-Hessian dishes await and pamper the palate.
The ambience is simple and modern.
The food was very tasty.
Welcome to the new location and good luck in the new premises.
I had the pleasure of dining at this Michelin star restaurant and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the first moment it was clear that nothing was left to chance here - from the reception to the last course. The service was impeccable: unobtrusive but always attentive and with an impressive knowledge of each dish and the wine.
The menu offered a creative yet harmonious combination of regional and international flavors. What was particularly impressive was the precision of the preparation, with each course being perfectly presented, both in terms of taste and presentation. It was a real joy to discover the variety of textures and flavors the dishes had to offer.
The wine pairing was equally excellent and was chosen with great care. Here we not only relied on well-known names, but also on smaller, exciting wineries that harmonized perfectly with the food.
I was particularly impressed by a sweet dish that immediately reminded me of Sundays with my mother - a wonderful feeling!
The ambience of the restaurant was elegant and relaxed at the same time. Despite the fine cuisine, you never felt uncomfortable or overwhelmed. It was a place where you could feel completely at home both in terms of cuisine and atmosphere.
Conclusion: An unforgettable experience that more than met the expectations of a Michelin star restaurant. Every aspect – from service to cuisine – was of the highest standard. Definitely an address to remember for special occasions.
Vielen Dank.
Absolutely.⭐️ It's worth it every time
The menu is harmonious, very tasty, service is top and the location is very inviting. We go on a dinner date every time we are in Pirmasens💙 keep it up👏👏👏
