Small place that is more of a pub, less of a restaurant, but is still very cozy there.
There is a family atmosphere there. There are probably a lot of regular guests too. The staff is very friendly and I also liked the gyros. The menu is extensive, there is something for everyone. The prices are also fair. There was also an ouzo on the house, which I also think is very nice. The popular music on the radio wasn't necessarily my thing, but to each his own, but it suits the store quite well. Definitely worth a visit.
After tonight I thought I would leave a kind word. I was there tonight with nine Scots to watch Celtic. It can be a bit tiring considering the boys' alcohol level, but the staff here were really super friendly, big compliments! Next time I'm in Dortmund, we'll see each other again. :)
I recently went to the Behr with a few friends to end the evening after a visit to the Old MacDonald (the restaurant is directly opposite). I also read about Behr in the taz some time ago.
The pub is quaint and inviting with a great jukebox, mixed crowd. Tina, our waitress was very friendly and open, you immediately feel at home.
The prices are reasonable, the beer and especially the homemade short beer are very tasty.
I'll definitely come back, maybe to bingo, I think that's good!
A pub of the genre that is threatened with extinction! Like a pub from back in the day. It also looks like this: great! A nice counter, two (!) types of pilsner on tap! Homemade Frickos: extremely delicious! No modern bells and whistles that bother you. Great service, very nice people behind the counter: I'm happy to leave my money there. There was a fantastic morning concert there today: the local duo HaWei played there today. Great voices, great acoustic guitars and excellent selection of pieces. Very good music, precise, lively, joyful, soulful, touching.
