Edit from 2025: After my last edit, my review was blocked due to a complaint alleging "defamation". Now another reason for me not to eat there anymore! Edit from 2022: Unfortunately, in my opinion, the quality has decreased significantly over the years, while the prices have risen and discount campaigns have disappeared. I don't like the sauces anymore and I found the meat hardly edible on my last visit because it was already hard/dry. Bread and salads are good - but they don't turn things around for me. I don't go here anymore, it's a shame. Original 5* rating from 2018: The absolute best kebab in all of Giessen! I've probably ordered the same kebab there over 20 times and it always tastes fantastic. The ingredients are fresh every day and the sauces taste great. The sheep's cheese here is also pretty big, which I'm personally quite a fan of! The opening hours are almost unbeatable, prices are fair and the offer from 10 p.m. and the stamp card for a free kebab are very accommodating. An all-round top kebab shop for students! I will eat there many more times :)

Went there with 17 people. Very friendly staff despite the sometimes loud atmosphere. Fast service despite the large order.

I was passing through and picked up my dinner there. Good, varied map, Very large portion!! and very tasty!!! ...very friendly staff. Thank you! Absolutely recommended!!! When I'm in the area again...my first stop if I'm hungry!!

Absolutely unprofessional. I ordered there via the site and money was lost. After an hour of waiting without an order confirmation, I called them. I was assured that my food would come in 20-30 minutes. Instead, just 15 minutes later, my order was canceled and after that no one was available on the phone. It's a great shop and I enjoy eating there, but that's not the way it should be!!! Very very disappointing

Delicious crepes, not stingy with the Nutella, fair prices, friendly and quick service, and card payments are no problem. Waffle served as an environmentally friendly platter. A fun snack for in between meals!

Had a shepherd's roast today. A pleasure in terms of taste. Meat buttery soft. Kohlrabi vegetables are great. The food is always very good. Prices totally ok.

Although everything had already been cleaned and put away at closing time, one of the most delicious salads was personally prepared for me by the boss and even modified with special requests! I have already eaten a kebab there and will try the other dishes after this culinary delight. Absolutely recommended: taste is incomparable, as well as cleanliness, hospitality/service and flexibility. It's a shame that you can only give 5 stars :)

The food is very tasty and served quickly. The portions are large. The employees are very friendly. Unfortunately we have to deduct two stars because we already had a hair in our food twice.

We spontaneously went to the Palast Grill Haus for dinner and were able to enjoy our meal on site after a short wait. The grilled chicken skewer with fries and salad and the lahmacun filled with falafel and salad were delicious as always. The service was also friendly and accommodating. We will definitely eat there more often.
