Today we are lying flat. Yesterday after eating Subway, our child and we had a stomach ache and vomiting. That was definitely the meat (Philly Boss). It had a strange consistency, very tough, as if the meat was still raw. We didn't even finish eating it. As is often the case, the employees were listless. You can't get a word out of them. Many are whispering there. You have to ask dozens of times. I'm sorry, but that's not good service.

Everything prepared quickly and very tasty

Zu wenig Soße und an gewissen Zutaten wurde sehr stark gespart. Wir kamen rein und mussten Wraps holen, da es kein Brot mehr gab. Sowas zu hören in einem Subway ist echt bodenlos.

Wanted a cookie crumbled on my sub. It's always worked so far, only the two ladies have strictly refused to crumble the damn cookie on it. It's a small thing but probably too difficult to implement. There was obviously little friendliness in itself now. Maybe in the future there will be staff available who can do this

The employees don't seem to be able to correctly process the list of ingredients for a signature sub.

My favorite fast food because at least is healthy because is Fresh food. I like that one because they are nice, kind and fast Still my favourite one.

The waitresses were very rude and the answer to a legitimate question was not nice!

No wonder that the shops never stay under one owner in the long term. Everyone makes the same mistakes, poorly trained staff, the portions of the main toppings are getting smaller and smaller, as are the portion spoons, and the quality is noticeably declining. And the staff is extensively trained to have excuses ready for questions and complaints. No, dear owners, that can't work!!!! Especially in this day and age, you should think customer-oriented again, then sales will also work! I wish others bon appetit, it was my last attempt with Subway!

I recently had a really crazy experience at Subway in Schwerin train station, and in an absolutely positive way! I don't normally write reviews, but what I experienced there was simply amazing. I'm really impressed by the quality of the subs, the incredible speed and, above all, the friendliness of the team. I was particularly impressed by one employee whose name (hopefully spelled correctly) was Bartzi. I'm really not one to remember employees' names, but Bartzi's expertise impressed me so much that I just had to mention it. He made me the best sub of my life! Every move was perfect, the ingredients were fresh and you could tell straight away that someone with passion was working here. Honestly, I'll only get my food there from now on when I'm in the area. If anyone is looking for a recommendation for Subway: Go to the train station in Schwerin and let Bartzi serve you. It's really worth it!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ PS: I just found the fact that he changed his gloves on his own because of my origins (because of the smile) to be so unusually courteous. Kudos to him! 🫶 Moovy is happy!!!

Very friendly staff and very tasty

We had a wonderful visit to Subway! The atmosphere was very family friendly and the entire team was extremely friendly and attentive. The sandwiches were simply great – freshly prepared, super tasty and topped with high-quality ingredients. Our whole family felt comfortable and was well looked after. Totally recommended for anyone looking for a quick, tasty meal in a pleasant environment!

Unfortunately very disappointing. We ordered from this Subway (via Uber Eats) and were unfortunately completely disappointed. Our sub platter was cold and didn't contain any of the 4 sauces we ordered. You had to look for the Waffle Fries (Large) with a magnifying glass…. 150g looks different to me.
