Service is a disaster! Ordered online again, food can never be picked up on time: always at least 20 minutes waiting time on site. Besides, there is always something wrong. Staff mostly very unfriendly and incompetent! Unfortunately this is the last time here...

The employee was friendly, the sub was delicious and topped the way I wanted! UNFORTUNATELY, the boss has no idea about customer service... When I wanted to upgrade my sub with Pepsi and Waffle Fries (which was displayed and offered as an advertisement above the counter!) as a menu for 3 euros more, he said: "No, that's not possible! Only chips are acceptable for the sub of the day!" and pointed to the mini chip bags behind me! I then put the Pepsi back and said stick with the sub! Bad luck, dear boss - but please don't screw your customers! Never there again!

The people who work here truly know their craft. Every move is perfect, and the team works together brilliantly, sharing tasks among themselves. I've never experienced a Subway where everything worked so flawlessly. All in all, a very pleasant experience!

Pre-ordered at 8:05 p.m. and after 9:00 p.m. the food is still not there, you can't offer a delivery service if you can't keep it. Unfortunately you can't order anything from you anymore. Sad

Not super friendly but ok, the same is true with the cleanliness

Spontaneously popped in a good load of teriyaki. Complete sub enjoyed with lovely velvety soft cookie. Was lured by a good menu price. However, I was surprised when paying. Who knows what went wrong. Overall it was tasty and service was good and friendly. Ambience also good so far.

A great subway. The team knows exactly what the customer wants. Friendliness, speed, eye contact and absolutely clean. Keep it up👍 Update: Were there again today. It was really crowded. The team that worked today, December 30th, 2024 at around 12:00 p.m. deserves extra praise. Always had a smile for every customer and prepared the food very professionally despite the crowds. Very bad service, dirty, no toilet, unfriendly service

I had the worst experience at this Subway!!!! I ordered a plant based chicken teriyaki sub and they gave me a chicken teriyaki sub. I am a vegetarian and I clearly mentioned “plant based”. When I told the employee about this, they said that I only mentioned “Chicken Teriyaki” and that I placed the wrong order. If I am a vegetarian, why would I even order a “Chicken Teriyaki” They didn’t even replace or refund me for my order instead I had to pay for another other. No doubt, they gave me a 3 euro discount on a 9 euro sub but this is so not acceptable. I was really hungry and frustrated to go to another place so I ended up paying for another sub and throwing away the wrong one. I didn’t expect this from Subway!!

Standard Subway food the same as you get anywhere in the world. The service was basic but not terrible and the pricing was also what you would expect.
