The two girls were great today.

I wouldn't recommend them, very unfriendly. They practically throw money at you – that's unacceptable!

I visited this branch on October 15th around 2:30 p.m. and was pleasantly surprised! The food was delicious and freshly made. The staff on site were courteous and polite, and I felt like I was in good hands as a customer. I've been to Subway a few times, and the service was always okay—not bad, but not particularly good either. Keep up the good work!

Worst experience ever at Subway! On Friday, October 3, 2025, at approximately 6:30 p.m., the employee assigned to that shift was incredibly rude and completely disrespectful. Zero customer service, an extremely bad attitude, and it felt like she didn't want to work or serve customers. The colleague next to me was nice and helpful, but her behavior made the entire experience a complete disaster. This is absolutely unacceptable and a disgrace for Subway!

I visited Subway today at 6:30 PM, Friday, October 3, 2025, and unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. There was only one employee on shift, and her demeanor was unprofessional. She didn't seem to have sufficient knowledge of the products. I asked for a vegan option and asked to change gloves to avoid cross-contamination, but she only changed them after I asked. Furthermore, it appeared as if the same gloves were being used for different products, which raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety—especially with vegan meals. Overall, this was the worst experience I've ever had at Subway. There is an urgent need for staff to receive better training in customer service, product knowledge, and hygiene standards.

I don't recommend this location. This isn't the first time I've experienced what some of you have already written. I walk into the store and there isn't a single employee at the counter, but I can hear them. The line is getting longer. I have to go to work and call out loudly for me three times. One employee comes over, a bit annoyed, but of course I told her what I thought. It's perfectly normal to take a break and have fun, but customers have to be served. At some point, two others followed. First, they put their phones in their pockets, didn't wash their hands, put a glove over them, and finally, they started serving the customers behind me. This behavior also reflects the rest of the store; the store is simply unloving and not at all cozy, which is why it doesn't get a star for the ambiance.

Women take a break and prefer to talk about guys they want to date instead of serving customers ☕ I waited 10 minutes until she moved forward...the entire store was empty and unguarded.

Yesterday i ordered 1 sandwich and 1 salat from UberEATS, but they sent me 2 sandwich😁. I called them and their respond was that they can't do anything about it, Please send people what they ordered, thanks😁

Vouchers are not accepted, even though the restaurant is listed as a participating restaurant in the app. Employees pretend to be ignorant, claiming they don't know why the reward vouchers can't be redeemed, claiming it's an app issue. So far, I know of one branch in Chemnitz that accepts the vouchers without any problems; all the others try to avoid it. It's a shame. Otherwise, everything is great: fast, friendly service, everything fresh and delicious.

One of the employees is really nice and friendly. She takes excellent care of the guests and fulfills their wishes 100%. I think her name is Maya Emme.

Everyone there is friendly and the food tastes good. Orders are a disaster and a disgrace. Twice in a row, the orders arrived completely wrong: the wrong bread (gluten intolerance), missing vegetables, and the wrong cheese. You can overlook it the first time; things like that happen. But to have the wrong food delivered twice in such short order is truly annoying.

The employees got my order wrong, didn't give me change, didn't give me a check and didn't scan my app or ask for anything (had to announce everything myself)

Plenty of food to choose from. You can eat inside in peace. The food is super delicious :)

Disappointed!!! Ordered 2 subs with 2 cookies, 2 drinks, and the 12-pack of cookies. One of the subs arrived, but the rest was wrong. Thank you very much! We won't order anything from here again, as this has happened several times.

From 7:50 p.m. onwards you can no longer get coffee even though they don't close until 9:30 p.m. ... It's a shame ... I didn't know that cleaning the coffee machine takes about 1 hour and 40 minutes ... Respect

Probably the best Subway experience I've had in a long time. The employees were actually reasonably motivated and knew what they were doing. The ingredients looked good. All the breads were available. Rarely experienced.

Without you, vocational school is unbearable

I go there often, and the colleagues are always nice. At lunchtime, you might have to be a bit patient. The subs usually look good and haven't been squashed as violently as in some other branches. The melts are more hit-or-miss; in my opinion, you get more out of a regular sub. The one-star deduction is because the door is still broken. I had the worst experience at this Subway!!!! I ordered a plant based chicken teriyaki sub and they gave me a chicken teriyaki sub. I am a vegetarian and I clearly mentioned “plant based”. When I told the employee about this, they said that I only mentioned “Chicken Teriyaki” and that I placed the wrong order. If I am a vegetarian, why would I even order a “Chicken Teriyaki” They didn’t even replace or refund me for my order instead I had to pay for another other. No doubt, they gave me a 3 euro discount on a 9 euro sub but this is so not acceptable. I was really hungry and frustrated to go to another place so I ended up paying for another sub and throwing away the wrong one. I didn’t expect this from Subway!!

Unfriendly service, bad food, hardly any toppings and no chicken and no garlic at a "chick'n garlic"!

It's air conditioned, the staff is cheerful and the ordering time is pleasant. If you want to sit outside there is space with parasols.

I think it's a shame that the daily deals are advertised everywhere in and around the restaurant and the restaurant itself doesn't take part in them. Otherwise everything is okay

Friendly service, very clean and you feel like eating something.

I sent my children there to redeem three vouchers and they came back with what is shown in the photo. Apparently the vouchers were not valid, see photo which proves the opposite. The vouchers were taken from the children and these three indefinable somethings were talked into. Both of them were completely insecure and took it with them and paid a fortune for this unsightly loaf of bread. That was the first and last time we bought anything at Subway. The staff should be ashamed of themselves.

Please only take away ;( It's too dirty here for me and it's been that way several times... Tables weren't wiped down, there was rubbish everywhere... Of course you work behind the counter and serve customers but it has to be possible for someone to be there --- By the way, I only order from certain employees because it has happened repeatedly that, for example, with chicken teriyaki meat, which I always take twice, sometimes 2 scoops and sometimes 4 scoops come out.... When asked, this Asian woman in particular usually gets very cheeky... a shame... the same with the tomatoes, I want to eat tomatoes and not green strung... well... CLEANLINESS, you have to work on that!

How you actually expect a good subway. The staff is very friendly. I go there often and regularly meet an employee who is very charismatic and always in a good mood. Props to him for sure.

The Asian-looking lady who is there most Fridays and Saturdays puts very little topping on it and spreads it very messily. 👎🏻

It's a shame, I wanted to order party platters for over EUR 130.00, but "stupidly" I came to ask during my lunch break. Was more or less complimented because it was lunchtime after all. Thanks to the gentleman, who obviously doesn't need it. The consulting colleague was nice.

The new variants and daily deals seem a bit stressful. What constituted the Italian Veggy was no longer there - but the process would go through without checking. My inquiry was brushed off, friendly but without any accommodation. A little more tomatoes, a cookie, something... Anything can happen, but please at least try to accommodate something. The hectic pace and stress were clearly noticeable, even without there being any other customers after me. Whoever runs the business, ask why the stress is so high, quality suffers unnecessarily if there is no time to respond to the customer.

Supppperrrr delicious food, top staff and the ambience (except for the toilets) is also perfect! Keep it up!💪🏼

There is no chocolate drink but otherwise it is very sweet

A typical subway. The subs were tasty and the ingredients looked fresh. The restaurant seemed clean. The two ladies at the counter were friendly, nice and gave us good advice. Despite their Saxon dialect, they were easy to understand. 😉😉😉😉 For us a clear recommendation to stop by. PS: For us, Subway is clearly number 1 when it comes to fast food.

Really a joke. You stand at the counter and are ignored. 1MA works. The other 2 prefer to chat and go to the toilet with their friends. No wonder the store is always empty. I left again.

Chairs and armchairs need to be replaced.

Das Essen war wie üblich super. Die Bedienung war freundlich, aber irgendwie hat man gemerkt dass die nicht so richtig Lust haben. Der Serviettenspender war leer und es wurde schon mit Reinigung begonnen, als wir abends gegen 19 Uhr im Lokal saßen. Die Filiale Zentrum in Chemnitz hat ein sehr eigenes Flair, sehr bahnhofsmäßig. Auf jeden Fall nicht sehr gemütlich oder gar zum wohlfühlen. Hier ist definitiv noch Luft nach oben. Ich weiß auch nicht, ab wann die Getränkespender abgeschafft wurden, aber es ist doof, wenn es nur noch halbe Liter in Flaschen gibt.

Man fühlt sich wie in hochklassigen 5 Sterne Restaurants, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und machen immer mehr auf den sub drauf. Zudem scheinen sie ab und zu Mal eine eine Ganja Rolle im Pausenraum zu genießen!

Ich mag die highe Mitarbeiterin, die ist mein favorite Character aus der Show! 🤓👍🏼

Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker, doch in meinen SUB waren lange Haare wo mir der Appetit vergangen ist.

3 junge arbeitswillige Mädels die wissen was sie hinter der Theke machen. Schnell, Zuverlässig, freundlich und sie können mit Druck umgehen. Großes Lob für die 3 und vielen Dank für das leckere Sandwich... Gern wieder 😁

einfach mega ,es gibt auch viele vegane Alternativen!

Wir bestellen öfter bei Subway auf Arbeit und leider ist jedes Mal etwas falsch. Das falsche Getränk kommt, die falsche Beilage kommt, das falsche Brot, einige Zutaten die mit bestellt wurden fehlen (Salat, Mais, Zwiebeln, etc) . Wäre schön wenn die Mitarbeiter die Bestellungen gründlicher lesen würden.

Alles in allem OK. Alles frisch und das Personal war freundlich. Das Ambiente fand ich nicht so ansprechend, aber ok.

Essen wie immer top und gehe immer gerne dorthin

Stets nette Bedienung und durchweg leckeres Essen (die Zutaten sehen immer frisch aus). Die Lokalität macht einen sauberen, hellen Eindruck.

Essen war soweit gut, Personal wirkt gelangweilt. Laden war so gut wie leer. Vor mir wahren 2 Kunden, leider dauert das zubereiten (ca 15 min pro Sandwich)viel zu lange.

Prima, ein Subway wo es nicht allzulange dauert.

Also mein halbes sub wurde 40 Sekunden in den speedofen gelegt das ist eine Unverschämtheit das Brot war hart und verkohlt Käse wurde gefühlt gar nicht drauf gemacht und als ich meine Punkte scannen wollte meinte die Dame das ist mir zu kompliziert obwohl ich mit diesen Punkten bezahlen wollte . Der Salat war oke die Lage ist auch oke aber Personal plus Zubereitung minus 5 Sterne ich werd da nicht nochmal essen

Ein Subway wie man ihn kennt und der nichts vermissen lässt. Nettes Personal und alle Produkte, die man vom Unternehmen kennt. Zentrumsnah und mit dem ÖPNV sehr gut erreichbar.

Hey. Heute hatte ich eines der größten Subs bekommen, was ich je hatte. Doppelt Käse, Bacon, Omelett, usw. Es hat fast nicht alles draufgepasst. Aber die Mitarbeiterin hat es geschafft. Es hat spitzenmäßig geschmeckt und ich habe auch alles geschafft. Vielen Dank der Sandwichmakerin :)
