Staff totally unfriendly! Has documented poorly (lackluster) after a hint, he should provide better documentation! Did he get cheeky...I've been a customer for years since it opened, was there for the last time today! Thanks, but no thanks! It's becoming more and more expensive, worse and more economical!!! Male staff very, very unfriendly and listless… the subs are only half as good as others

I've never seen anything so bad. Neither the service nor the food are even remotely acceptable. The sub is cold, the waffle fries, which by the way don't even fill half of the box, taste as if they had been picked up from the floor. It's a shame that I can't give 0 stars, because that would apply even better to this performance. Never again…

So it's very unhygienic and dirty, the staff is too stupid to pack things up or give them all. The ingredients are simply put into the sandwich as you please. IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED

First of all, the food was delicious as always. But when you eat something delicious, you want to be able to enjoy it. I was there this afternoon, around 5 p.m. A young, southern man works for them. Totally aggressive from the start, throws everything loudly on the shelf, slams doors, throws things down and is totally unfriendly. Suddenly he comes out of the door for employees very quickly and I would describe it as aggressive, I was totally frightened! I was sitting at the table and he was cleaning a table where guests were already sitting and walked past mine, where you could see without looking that everything was dirty and full of crumbs. I asked him to please clean my table too, he just said "What?!" replied. I repeated myself and he cleans the table, but all the crumbs flew onto my clothes. During the meal it was a catastrophic atmosphere, he continued to throw things on the counters, the metallic sound was also very loud. And to top it off, he starts whistling non-stop! What kind of atmosphere is this?? You should perhaps train your employees on how customer friendliness and appropriate behavior work in the catering industry. I will never set foot in this store again and will pass this on to friends and family.

It used to be a good alternative to all the other fast food. Friendly staff. Drinks refills. Reasonably priced. Now it's a cold place; it's not really fun to sit in. And for those prices, you can get better food elsewhere. "Regularly get a sub after a workout" has become "Nope, I'd rather have a sandwich at home."

The service is really unfriendly. They don't even pay attention to who's turn it is or anything like that. They almost never have cookies.

I placed an order through Uber Eats yesterday. The driver was very nice, but unfortunately the food was even worse. The sub was COMPLETELY burnt and so salty that the food unfortunately ended up in the trash. You should (given the high prices) be careful when preparing what you give to the customer! 1 star only because of the fast delivery time and the nice driver.

Unfortunately no beer in the fridge, as a professional alcoholic I unfortunately have to deduct a star.
