The employee is honest. I've eaten there several times.

The food was delicious, quick to prepare, and hygienically cooked. The employee (the one with glasses) really worked his magic! 😁

You almost have to shout because the music is so loud in the evening that you don't even want to order anything there anymore!

That's it for me and Subway. It regularly happens that employees (not all of them) don't change their gloves after a cash transaction and immediately continue preparing food. It's the same at the Subway on Main Street.

Super friendly and happy staff, combined with super delicious sandwiches, make it a great place to eat!

Unfortunately, I need to vent. I've been coming here regularly for a long time (about once a week) and always pick up takeaway food. I'm usually quite satisfied, which is also due to the mostly very nice employees. For about half a year, however, there's been an employee here (dark hair, glasses, late 20s) who has robbed me of any desire to come here at all. This employee is so unfriendly and unpleasant that it takes away my appetite every time. Every exchange seems like it's a huge burden for him. If the store is a bit full (or not), he immediately seems stressed. The sandwiches are filled without enthusiasm, and every movement is met with exasperated groans. This kind of employee simply doesn't belong in service or in any customer contact. I don't know why they have to behave like this. Apparently, other customers have had this experience too. As someone who runs a business myself, I can only advise you to get rid of this employee as soon as possible. This kind of employee behavior damages the company far more than any revenue could ever justify. I hope I don't have to encounter this employee again and will not come to work if this person works there in the future. P.S. Welker, tough lettuce isn't very tasty. It should be replaced sooner rather than later.

I was there today. The service was definitely not that great. The whole order took 10 minutes, which is unusual for Subway. There was a woman in front of me who was almost finished. The young man working there seemed quite distracted and left me feeling unwanted. The man really sparingly topped the sub. When I politely asked for a little more tuna on the bread, he said it would cost extra. That may be fine, but I paid extra for it. €2.40, and he really added barely anything. I also have to say that I ordered a whole sub, and he only really "added" something to one side—if you can even call it that. I didn't ask for the vegetables either, because he most likely would have added just as small a portion. When I asked him if I could have a bag with it, he answered yes with an annoyed voice and an inappropriate expression. This is already the second incident involving this worker (Friday, August 15, 2025). I didn't comment the first time, but now I have to. You actually have to judge which employee works there just by driving by. Rude, disinterested. Does this happen to all customers? Customers are happy to leave money behind if the service and everything around it is up to scratch. Never again if this employee works there!

Unfortunately, my Uber Eats order at this Subway was a huge disappointment. Two items were missing. However, they were listed correctly on the receipt. 😩. Comments on the order were completely ignored. They were unavailable by phone. Won't be back. 👎

The employee today (June 6, 2025) around 8 p.m. was incredibly friendly. I've rarely experienced such polite service. Great people, too. The tuna sub was delicious, too. Best regards 🫶

We were there in the afternoon of May 29th. The service was truly outstanding. Very competent and friendly, we felt very comfortable and well looked after.

The young gentleman with a bowling head and glasses behaves like the branch manager himself. I was there 3 times with my friends. No hello, no time to think about it, instead just cheeky statements like “it will be put aside!” “A little faster” etc. I've never seen a guy at Subway so unfriendly. Respect for customers should be the be-all and end-all. I have no idea where you picked it up...

Incredibly nice staff and delicious food

The best subway in Germany!! Everyone should visit him once in their life. There are even rumors that the first Michelin star is already on the way.

A Subway like no other, in no other do I experience more warmth and joy when I come in with my colleagues. Always good and fresh subs and never had any problems of any kind. Definitely recommended :)

you had one job... ordered via Uber Eats, everything was a complete mess... instead of 9 cookies you only got 3, instead of a wrap a baguette, instead of cucumbers jalapeños etc. What did I pay for? Called several times, no one answered... Thanks for nothing

Yesterday I ordered two Teryaki Chicken and one plant based Teryaki Chicken for pickup via Lieferando. Of course, all three had meat, which I only noticed after I took a bite. The ingredients were also a bit mixed up. So we went there a second time. The employee on site who handed the order over to us was definitely not responsible for it. But he prepared a new one for me in plant based. I will definitely never order Subway from Lieferando anywhere again. I don't understand what's so difficult about preparing something that was ordered as vegetarian as vegetarian. Well, at least Subway isn't the only store that messes this up, various restaurants, including upscale ones, do it again and again. Yes, mistakes can happen, but don't be upset if you just have to watch everyone's fingers because reading is obviously too high a skill.

My sub had peppers in it but I hate peppers and am allergic to them and now I'm really shitty

The food tastes good. The service and friendliness of the employees is disastrous. Why can't you respond properly to new customers? How are you supposed to know what to ask, when, how and then what to answer. Questions undesirable. Even if there are only 2 people in line, it is uncomfortable to order because it gives the impression of being a nuisance as a customer.

The shop was dingy but the sanitary facilities were great! I have rarely seen such dirty toilets and cabins. We left the restaurant immediately afterwards.

I waited forever for my food and then the wrong one was delivered to me. Wow, given how long I've waited, even delivering the wrong one takes talent.

Lobby is full and one poor worker is doing all the work while some colleague mopes around in the back.

The baguette was delicious, you can sit there well. People like to go here.

On the whole, like all subways... Nothing in particular to complain about or praise...

Since 2017 I have eaten something in this restaurant at least once a month and have always felt very comfortable until today. After I sat at the table today, I heard Alexa gossiping about me to a colleague. She spoke of the “really weird guy” and mentioned my name based on that. I want to feel comfortable in my regular restaurant and not be insulted. When I confronted her about it, instead of apologizing, the first thing she said was, "But I didn't offend you." It is up to each reader whether they see this as an insult or not, but after more than seven years of loyalty, I will no longer dare step foot in this restaurant.

Were there an hour before closing time with very unmotivated employees. Food was ok, ambience left a lot to be desired. There was a wipe next to us and we were not asked if we would like to eat on site. Give it another chance at another time.

Plenty of choice. After ages I was in a subway again. Apart from the price, not much has changed in the last few years. You can still eat delicious sandwiches there. But the hottest thing is still the cookies. The service was quick and the staff on site were friendly.

I'm still not sure if the chicken here is real! But the food tastes really good every time. We are asked to rate the atmosphere, honestly it's Subway... if you don't know what it's like to eat here, you need to go out more!

Haben ein menu bestellt. Sandwich ist kalt und hart angekommen, genauso wie die Kartoffelecken. Es war nicht essbar. Geschmacklich war es ebenfalls eine totale Katastrophe.

Essen dort ist immer lecker, gehe ich gerne essen bzw auch gut zum mitnehmen. Freundliches Personal, machen ihre Arbeit gut. Nur zu empfehlen :)

Subway is just not what it used to be. The prices have increased to a level that makes you doubt if it's worth it. Extra cheese options cost you 1.20€ each, which is ridiculously overpriced for a little bit of cheese. This particular store didn't even have unlimited refills for your drink, which is why we opted for takeout. If you're a hardcore subway goer and need to scratch that itch, I won't stop you, but if you're just looking to eat some good food, I'd recommend going elsewhere for a better overall experience.

Nettes Personal. Auch wenn dies Gefühlt ständig wechselt. Man sollte vielleicht als Kunde mehr Rücksicht nehmen wenn grade jemand eingearbeitet wird. Mich hat das nicht gestört.

Das Essen war lecker. Leider war die neue Mitarbeiterin mit dem Andrang überfordert und ihr Kollege hatte auch keine Zeit ihr was zu erklären. Einige Kunden vor uns sind dadurch auch schon wieder gegangen. Negativ war das eigentlich alles im Laden geklebt hat. Der Fußboden, die Tische und auch die Türklinken.

Wir sind bisher immer sehr zufrieden gewesen. Die Baguette‘s sind sehr lecker und der Laden war auch sauber und ordentlich. Die Mitarbeiter waren auch freundlich und wir hatten keine lange Wartezeiten. Die Parksituation an dieser Straße ist allerdings immer ein bisschen schwierig, da Subway direkt an einer Kreuzung und einer sehr viel befahrenen Straße liegt.

Ein Subway wo man auch draußen sitzen kann. Personal war sehr nett und der Sub hat gut geschmeckt.

Restaurant ist sehr einladend, und sauber. Schöne Atmosphäre man fühlt sich direkt herzlichst willkommen essen schmeckt bombe komme safe wieder.😋

Bin heute gegen 19 Uhr da gewesen. Die drei Mitarbeiter haben einfach genialen Service gemacht. Alles professionell abgelaufen. Innenräume waren sauber und die Beratung perfekt. Bin oft überfordert wenn ich bei anderen Subway's bin aber mit dem heutigen Tag hab ich mein Lieblingssub gefunden. Großen Dank an die nette blonde Mitarbeiterin.❣️😃

Alles top . Man sucht sich die Brotsorte und die weiteren Zutaten für sein sub (ältere Generationen wurden auch sagen. Baguette)aus und dann 5 min später . Guten Appetit. Es gibt bestimmte Menüs unter anderem für Schüler. Trinken ist free refill.

Normalerweise echt lecker, aber hatte heute einfach den Stein einer Olive in meinem Sub drinne; ich glaube es war der Stein einer Olive (siehe Foto). Habs glücklicherweise schnelle genug gemerkt, sonst hätte ich mir ganz schön die Zähne kaputt gemacht.

Ich war schon bei vielen Subway Restaurants aber hier komme ich gerne wieder hin , Personal ist total nett und alles sauber und gepflegt . Parkplätze sind auch kein Problem . Vielen Dank

Leider ist das Baguette immer halb kalt ...

Zwei Sterne wegen dem Essem, daran ist nichts auszusetzen. Mega unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin( rosa Haare,jung), sehr schlecht gelaunt, da der Laden am Abend voll war, worüber sie auch auch beschwert hat. Hat zwischendrin mit ihrer Kollegin unangemessen gesprochen, auf Nachfrage ob wir Subs in separaten Tüten bekommen können, sagte sie sie habe auch nichts besseres zu tun und hah dann auch keine separaten Tüten benutzt. Wer so unmotiviert ist sollte sich lieber einen anderen Job suchen und seine schlechte Laune nicht an Kunden auslassen.

War das erste mal bei Subway. War aber nicht das letzte mal. Sehr lecker ,freundliche Bedienung !

Ich war hier zum ersten Mal bei Subway und ich finde das ich hier das beste was ich je gegessen habe bekommen habe. Ich empfehle es hier sehr weiter die Preise hier sind auch ziemlich gerecht. super dupa ! Mega!

Sandwiches sind wie bei allen anderen, nur die coockie sind nicht immer ganz durch und Personal wirkt manchmal etwas unmotiviert.
