The music is often too loud, and sometimes not typical for different age groups. It's quite dark inside. There's trash lying around outside, or the tables/chairs are in the way of the entrance/exit. And the worst part is the restrooms! Toilet paper and towels are missing, soap is missing, the sink is dirty, everything is quite dusty, the floor is dirty, and there's black mold/dirt visible on the inside of the toilet bowl! This is completely unacceptable! It needs to be monitored and stopped! Employees sit around when nothing's happening. Instead of getting things done. I don't know about the food. You don't want to use anything and linger in there...

We ordered two subs today, and the lady working there seemed to have no interest at all. Instead of the usual six slices of cucumber, there were only four. The lettuce was the meager leftovers from the container, which didn't look that good, and there wasn't really enough of it. The service was also rather annoyed and lackluster, with no trace of friendliness. Of all the branches in Oldenburg, this is unfortunately the worst.

The food is delicious, but the service is awful. The lady with the headscarf is, unfortunately, very rude and unprofessional. I've had several negative experiences with her, and I know people around me who agree. There's no hello or goodbye, the food is carelessly decorated, and they're also very unsympathetic when it comes to questions.

This Subway thinks having an employee on a Sunday is a good idea. The little idiot works so slowly that the work processes are practically running in reverse, and the bread unbakes and goes back to a frozen state. The main criticism doesn't apply, though; she certainly can't do much about it. But having just one employee on a day when supermarkets are closed is incredibly stupid. The whole place is packed, and the Uber drivers are annoyed, too. I absolutely do not recommend this place, unless you want to kill time at a fast food restaurant.

A really rude and strange employee. She was incredibly unfriendly (the one with the headscarf). If it were my business, I would quit immediately. I felt very uncomfortable and wanted to leave as quickly as possible. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. If you don't feel like working, you should just stay home and not ruin the experience for tourists.

The food is delicious as always but only because my younger sister and I were there our subs were not made like the others. Ours had significantly less meat, about 1/3 as much as the older sisters' subs. Simply outrageous.

Unfortunately, this branch is not very inviting. We were there yesterday around 2 p.m. The employee who served us was very listless and friendliness seemed to be a foreign concept. There was neither a greeting nor a farewell…….or any other kind word! To top it all off, the lady stood in the middle of the store, busy with her cell phone. I think if I hadn't said "Goodbye and have a nice day" out loud, she wouldn't have even noticed that my daughter and I were leaving. I personally deal with customers at work and am speechless about such behavior. What a shame!

Great employee had lunch there on April 5th, I seem to remember that his name was Tim. Great guy great short hair and friendliness The perfect thing you need Luckily he informed me about the types of meat and which ones should be on offer. In addition, when there was nothing going on, he started mopping/cleaning (I've never seen anything like that before except in Varel). Hats off to Tim It's a shame that the tip is shared

The food was delicious. But the staff seemed very listless and when we were served, the waitress who served us had a private conversation with two other colleagues. It's a shame that the attention isn't on the customer. The tables were all dirty and the toilet didn't look exactly clean either, there were also no paper towels.

There is mold on the ceiling. The two employees didn't feel like it at all. There was neither a hello nor a bon appetit. There was also a lot of savings on meat. Pigeons run around in the store... The sub still tasted okay. Too bad!

My friend and I went to this subway branch for the first time a while ago. After entering, we were ignored for about 15 minutes without being greeted as the employees (two women) were getting a delivery order ready and ignoring everything else. We were met with zero enthusiasm and pure unfriendliness when we ordered. Today we were here again, apart from the mold on the ceiling, a dirty shop and two unmotivated employees, unfortunately nothing positive stood out in the branch. The cucumber on the neighboring table seemed to have been stuck to the brown, dilapidated surface of the 80s table for some time. Our undercooked “Waffle Potatoes”, which consisted of three to four mushy lattice potatoes, were not particularly tasty for €3.60. Well, in the end we left almost €27 for the loveless and dirty atmosphere. It's a shame about the money, you won't find us here again.

This subway is simply run down. The employee didn't even recommend a menu and left €30 for two subs and two drinks Seating set dilapidated, broken, badly worn. The staff didn't even need it. to clean the tables when there are no customers in the store. Tables, heavily soiled as can be seen in the pictures, were only asked if they could please clean a table for us. Did you do that but the other free seats were not cleaned, as you can see it is a shame for the store without capable staff

I just ate there and found the treatment terrible. One star for the service is even too much. The food tastes very tasty but with such employees you lose your appetite. Pity loved going there. Never again will I only have to wait for reasonable employees to serve me in the future. We also said we would eat there and it was slapped on and packed very carelessly. Then we weren't even asked for the slightest thing except SALT AND PEPPER. The highlight at the end was that I was ripped off for the food I slapped on. No hello and goodbye received.

Meine Auswahl war durch Ahnungslosigkeit gelenkt. Trotzallem sehr lecker, Sonderwünsche werden hier erfragt, alles was da ist wird angeboten. Die Damen sind sehr nett und so flink, erstaunlich. Das Lokal war gut besucht, sauber ist es hier auch. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Essen geschmacklich wie immer der Hammer. Wird allerdings leider super unappetitlich zusammengeschmissen. Beim Betreten des Ladens wird man nicht freundlich begrüßt, sondern die Augen werden verdreht. Personal dementsprechend sehr unfreundlich. Laden bereits zwei Stunden vor Schluss sauber gemacht und Stühle hochgestellt. Schade, da man eigentlich deutlich besseren Service gewohnt ist!

Wir waren heute beim Subway in Oldenburg. Der Verkäufer wirkte sehr aufgedreht und leicht verpeilt. Essen soweit vollkommen in Ordnung. Folgende Punkte ließen sich bemängeln: 1. Der Verkäufer hat sich vor anderen Kunden über ein junges Mädchen lustig gemacht, welches mit der Bestellung überfordert war. 2. Der Verkäufer hat eine Gruppe von Mädchen beschuldigt, den ganzen Laden zu stören, obwohl die Geräusche von einem Welpen vor der Tür kamen. 3. Seine Kollegin betrat den Laden, hat ein halbes Sub bestellt und sich dann mit den Worten "Ich kann mir das auch besser selbst belegen" in ihrer Straßenkleidung hinter den Tresen gestellt und ihr Sub belegt. Dieses unhygienische Verhalten empfinde ich als unprofessionell und kundenunfreundlich.

Sehr merkwürdig, wenn ich hier diese zahlreichen (aber wohl schon älteren) Berichte über Unfreundlichkeit lese. Das kann ich so nicht bestätigen, aber die Dame war auch nicht gerade zuvorkommend. Worum ging es? Im Schaufenster hängt (hing) ein Plakat, dass es zu jedem 15 cm-Sub einen Salat für 1 € gebe. Ich will das bestellen, aber diese Kombination ist in der Kasse nicht erfasst. Freundlich wäre es gewesen, wenn man mir den Salat trotzdem gegeben hätte. Das schmeckt mir nicht nach Wiederholung.

Kleines Ladengeschäft in der City. Eingerichtet wie der Kette üblich. Zu bemängeln gibt es ein paar Dinge. Die Servicekraft fummeln ständig an ihren Haaren unter dem Cap herum und an der Kasse steht ein Typ in Straßenkleidung mit Handy, welches ihm wichtiger als die Gäste zu sein scheint. Zwischendurch geht er vor die Tür um da Sprachnachrichten zu hören und senden. Anschließend wird sich wieder so an die Kasse gestellt.....
