The employee was sick at work and coughed loudly behind the counter and loudly emphasized to her colleague how bad she was feeling. But the big thing was that I got a lot of diarrhea from the sub the next day. There was probably something else behind the counter that wasn't quite right.

I bought a sub yesterday and politely asked about the student discount. Unfortunately, I was asked in a derogatory manner whether I had my student ID with me because I supposedly looked “a little older”. Apparently the lady, who was around 70 years old, was not aware that you can study at any age. Such comments are completely disconnected from reality and extremely discriminatory. It was an unpleasant experience and I would have liked more respect and professionalism. Of course, this shop will be avoided in the future.. you're willing to pay €11.00 for a sub and then be treated like that..or maybe I should think about why you're still studying at 34 ;(

Unfortunately, I can only agree with the other negative reviews and had to smile a bit when I read the other reviews, because we seem to be talking about the same young lady. I ordered two subs on August 17th at around 4:30 p.m. I have never been treated so condescendingly in my life. I was neither returned my initial greeting nor spoken to in complete sentences, instead receiving eye rolls as I tried to place my order. After I asked the lady about her behavior, she just said that she was warm. The preparation of the subs was subpar, the ingredients were thrown unstructured onto the bread that had already been baked for far too long, so that everything fell out. Cutting the bread was a joke, the knife was just pressed on the bread as an excuse, which didn't even begin to cut through it. All in all, my worst dining experience ever.

We were at the one on Nadorster Straße shortly before 9 p.m. on July 2nd and wanted to get something to eat. However, we had to leave again because they had no more baguettes and the employee also said that it wasn't worth baking them an hour before the end of the day because it took an hour. I just can't think of anything else to say. On August 15th we paid almost €27 for two large subs in the menu, 2 cookies and 1 drink. They are menus but everything is still charged extra. I understand the menu as it is known at MC Donalds, but here everything is calculated individually (because it brings in more money) In addition, the ingredients are endlessly skimpy. Very little of everything and spread everything out on the sub so that it looks like a lot.

After my visit to Subway today, I just can't help but report the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. The young, black-haired lady who served me as the only customer in the store was by far the unfriendly person I have ever encountered - and not just at Subway, but within the entire service/catering industry. She didn't greet me back and only spoke in short, choppy sentences like "bread", "cheese", "toast", "sauce", "take away or here". The whole thing was done in an extremely condescending and extremely stroppy tone. The 12 inch sub was toasted for a full minute (30 seconds too long) and the vegetables were thrown onto the sandwich carelessly and without any structure and she "forgot" half of the vegetables. I worked at Subway for years and know all the processes. That doesn't work at all! In the end the sandwich wasn't cut in half neatly. Instead, she just temporarily pressed the knife onto the top of the sandwich, so it didn't split properly at all. The highlight, however, was that she packaged the sandwich so unprofessionally and threw it on the counter (!) that when I accepted it, it immediately slipped out of the paper packaging and fell to the floor. Apparently this was her mistake as she hadn't packaged the sandwich properly. There was no apology, even though it was clearly her fault. You can have a bad day, but it's absolutely incomprehensible how you can treat a customer like that, especially when the store is empty. This lady should either be properly trained or fired as she is causing lasting damage to the store's reputation (other reviews apparently mention the same lady). Despite this poor service, I remained friendly throughout, so it couldn't have been my manners. After this visit I will definitely avoid this branch, even though I live right around the corner. Update: I just spoke to management on the phone and described the incident. The extremely friendly store manager thanked me for the information and informed me that steps had already been taken to resolve the issue prior to my call. Once the matter is resolved, it will only be fair that I change my review to 5 stars as the unfriendly employee is an anomaly and does not reflect the store or image at all.

The food was OK, but otherwise better. I wanted to apologize profusely for being there and ordering something.

Sub was okay, but the "lady" was so unfriendly, unbelievable. MAYBE she had a bad day today, but she doesn't look at you when she speaks. Since things always have to be quick at Subway, you know. But I was the only customer at the time and she said: yes and continue, yes and continue. She seemed like a poorly programmed robot. A pity.... She put the bread in the oven and ran to the back and rummaged through the storage and said nothing.

Went there on July 20, 2024 at around 1:00 p.m. The young lady who served there was the unfriendly staff I have ever had as a waitress in my life. She literally barks at customers and is hard to beat when it comes to listlessness. She looked as if she had already been fired or was being kept as a slave behind the counter. It's shocking what is being unleashed on customers. Never again Subway Nadorst.

We've been coming here for years. Today on Italy Monday we were enchanted by Martina & Klara's culinary delights. It's fun to see how many ingredients create an individual dish. The Italy SUB is a dream. Baguette, cheese & meat go into the oven. Afterwards there is a mountain of fresh vegetables & 2 sauces on top. Onion and Garlic. In the summer we sat outside and enjoyed the delicious SUBS & hot coffee ☕. It doesn't get any better 😃. This tastes like in Bella ITALIA. 🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹

I've actually always been quite happy with the subway on Nadorster Straße. However, when I approached a particular employee for the third time today, I was treated very unkindly. The first time, I was understanding because I had placed a large order for 14 of my work colleagues and myself and there was a long line of customers in the store. The second time I was there alone and was again greeted very unfriendly. When I said that I wanted all the vegetables on my sub, I only got lettuce, tomatoes, onions and corn. I just left it at that. During the payment process I was scolded because the reader didn't recognize my barcode from the Subway app (it doesn't matter if I made a mistake here!). Now I'm sitting here for the third time and had to realize again that this employee just doesn't seem to like her job and that she then takes her frustration out on the customers. This time I wasn't greeted and was immediately greeted with a rude: "What can you have?" I placed my order and wanted all the vegetables on my sub again. She put lettuce, cucumbers, corn and jalapenos on my sandwich. I pointed out to her that I also ordered the other types of vegetables. She then added them without saying anything. During the payment process I was scolded again because I held my barcode up to the reader too early. I have never experienced such extreme unfriendliness and I come from an industry where I deal with customers every day.

There were only two stars for the service because the young waitress really tried to offer better service than the older woman. Wiping tables and mopping floors is more popular. There seems to be a lack of awareness here.

Unfortunately the service was not competent. 5 times (which menu) I had to tell the lady what I wanted to take with me... Despite pointing this out several times, something wrong was proven. When I place an order, I don't want to point out what shouldn't be on the food several times while I'm waiting. I'm of the opinion that I should point out what should be on the food twice if you, as a service person, have memorized the customer's order and prepare the order accordingly. In addition, the service was really easy. It was friendly but not competent Too bad very disappointing.

Ich verstehe Teil der Bewertungen nicht welche hier nur ein Stern geben ich war sehr zufrieden durchaus mit den Subs aus meiner Heimat dem Süden zu vergleichen wo die Leute meistens etwas mehr Bock auf ihren Job haben. Aber man sollte einfach gehen wenn man merkt das Personal hat irgendwie keinen Bock.

Heute mal wieder eine absolut unfreundliche und unmotivierte Mitarbeiterin. Das Brot wurde gerissen statt geschnitten, dadurch sehr zerfleddert, die eigentliche Schnittstelle um das Baguette in zwei Hälften zu teilen nur angeschnitten. Belag wird respektlos draufgeschmissen und dafür immer weniger. Die Prozesse sind immer wieder Fragwürdig, für Fastfood könnte es deutlich schneller gehen. Viel Geld für immer weniger (Dienst-)Leistung

Service ausnahmslos top! Die nette Mitarbeiterin Luna macht das wirklich sehr sehr gut. Vorbildlich, schnell, sehr aufmerksam und anagiert. Sie hat auch die Speisen zubereitet und die waren sehr lecker, auch die Empfehlungen von ihr mit den Nacho Chicken Bites und der Soße waren on point. Da kommt man gerne wieder. Nach einiger Wartezeit kam die Mitarbeiterin aus dem Hinterzimmer. Sie sprach sehr leise und war nicht wirklich freundlich. Mein Kollege war das erste mal dort und wusste nicht direkt. Für ihn war die Erfahrung sehr schlecht. Er konnte kaum etwas verstehen. Die Mitarbeiterin wirkte so, als hätte sie keine Lust auf ihren Job. Ich selbst hatte einen sub des tages bestellt und musste am ende trotzdem den vollen preis zahlen. Einfach unverschämt. Immerhin das essen war warm und der Salat frisch. Deswegen zumindest 2 sterne.

Inzwischen 10€ für ein belegtes Baguette ist einfach zu viel. Das Brot war zudem nicht richtig aufgebacken und damit zu weich. Die Mitarbeitenden schienen sich auch nicht gut zu verstehen, sodass die Zubereitung recht lange dauerte.

Ich war letzte Woche das erste Mal seit Ewigkeiten dort und zwar sogar relativ spät (gegen 21.30 Uhr!). Die Bedienung war mega freundlich und herzlich. Das hat mich sehr gefreut, und da es hier auch so negative Rezensionen gibt, ist es mir wichtig, auch das mal kund zu tun. Das Essen selbst ist natürlich Geschmackssache, aber ich mag es ab und zu mal sehr, sehr gern. Ich war absolut zufrieden!

Wirklich immer frisch und lecker. Wünsche werden immer wirklich gut umgesetzt. Am besten finde ich ohnehin die Auswahl an Gemüsezutaten und Salate. Also für einen schnellen Mittagspausensnack wirklich gut. Das einzige was dort an der Lage stört ist die Parkplatz Situation. Ich fahr meist schon mit dem Rad hin.
