Subway in Walsrode

We ordered three different soups via delivery service. All of them had completely wrong toppings and substandard toppings. They were missing cheese and sauce. No salad. One of them was just kebab meat with nothing on it. Never again. It's okay to make mistakes, but this was worthy of a slap in the face. 0.0 stars.

A Subway like any other... However, the employees are in a great mood and do their best to satisfy customers. If anything is missing, they take care of it immediately. So, sometimes they even give you a cookie as compensation. My daughter and I are happy and will continue to visit the branch every few months.

The store is supposed to close at 11:00. We were there at 10:00. There was a handwritten note saying the store was now closed. Pretty outrageous.

Three employees there, two customers. I was asked to order at the terminal. I explained that I wanted to put together my own. A rude response, saying that I could do that there too. I quickly looked, but found nothing. After that response, and without any help or explanation, I felt too stupid. Especially since there were three employees there.

There's one customer in the store, and you're supposed to pre-order a baguette at the terminal 😂 What's that? But I'd like to be served by a human! "It'll take a little while longer," they said. No, sorry, no explanation. Then eat your baguette yourself!

Everything was great and very friendly

Very dissatisfied! The bread was gone! The sliced ​​cheese was forgotten, and there was hardly any meat. No arugula. Four of us arrived at 6 p.m., and the only thing was that the staff didn't expect such a rush. This Subway was open for another four hours. It's a complete disgrace for the money you pay. You have to listen to repeated messages about all the items not being there, and the order being misread!!

So, we went to get food for the first time in a long time and were extremely disappointed. The bread was really weird, especially the whole wheat bread, which had a stale taste. We also got the nacho cheese bites – yes, delicious is something else entirely! And what exactly is "cheesy" about them? We looked in vain for the cheese. The only good thing was the fresh vegetables; they still seem to be the same as before. But that can't be right! They have to change something, otherwise the store will remain empty. That's where they last saw me.

The salespeople don't know how to handle the coupons, so they make a problem out of it, and they think the buyers can't, and then they say they have to pay the regular price. I didn't really want to name names, but after a situation like that and then being yelled at, that's unnecessary, Charley.

First of all: we arrived shortly after 9 p.m., so there wasn't that much traffic. The server, a woman with short hair, was really, really nice. I was a bit confused, since it was a long day and I was just passing through, so I needed a moment longer to make some decisions. But with her, I didn't feel like I was under pressure - she was patient. :)) You know, you always need someone like that in your life when you're dealing with people. Thanks in advance! :)) Otherwise, it was clean and tidy. I don't know why the ordering terminals are there, because I don't see any direct added value...that has nothing to do with the employees, of course. Perhaps the ambiance, especially where you sit, could be made a bit cozier/more comfortable...that would be the only thing you could "criticize." Still, all in all, a nice visit :)

Actually a good shop but really dirty that always closes 15 minutes or more early. I worked here myself, I know how stupid it is sometimes, but I never closed the shop so early. A maximum of 5 minutes earlier is acceptable and no more. Really sad, even though it tastes good here!

We actually like to grab something to eat here, but lately that has become absolutely impossible. I would like to emphasize straight away that the employees are not to blame for this at all. With orders online, over the phone and now also via the vending machines, it's all just too much to handle at once and for no one to manage. The whole thing then results in extremely long waiting times that really don't have to be there. The ordering machines should be abolished again!

Every time I enter the Subway branch, I'm happy to see her - the employee with the beautiful curls. She radiates a natural friendliness that makes you forget the stressful everyday life for a moment. No matter how busy it is, she remains patient and always has a smile on her face. Her curls bounce with every movement, as if they reflect her energy. It's this mix of professionalism and warmth that makes them special - and that keeps me coming back again and again.

The Subway sandwich was cold and not baked properly so the whole thing tasted very dry. I actually know it differently in other cities that the Subway sandwich tends to be crispy and warm.

I think I'm spinning my wheel. 🛞 so I can't recommend the store

All in all, great as always, but now it happens that if gloves are worn, then it is of no use to me as a customer if the same gloves are used to handle the customers' money and prepare my food the next. Here you should intensively retrain or improve yourself. Because that is an absolute NO GO for me. Tell me about hygiene but eating and touching money equally? Doesn't make any sense somehow. Otherwise, as always, nice service and accommodating and super delicious food. The new control terminals are also great. We'll come back any time.

Food was ok, but there were no cookies. Employees were quick and friendly. But I wish that there were also cookies shortly before the end as these make a good Subway.

Luckily, Subway is only 100 meters from my apartment and if I need something quick to eat, I call Subway and can pick up my order after 10 minutes💥. Today on December 21st, 2024 I was able to convince myself that the hygiene requirements were met perfectly. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I'm thrilled👍

5* to the staff. 0* for the employer for letting the poor staff work so understaffed and full of stress. Food was of course great, really sweet employees, but what the boss is doing here on a Saturday evening (St. Nicholas weekend) is simply not possible. I appeal to the staff: work somewhere else, don't recommend Subway to anyone and apply somewhere else.

Very nice service, BUT there is now a new system with 2 terminals where you can order your food, a good thing if it's practical! The poor young man who had to prepare the food was all alone and had to process so many orders, which is not possible! We waited a whopping 50 minutes for 3 subs and that's really not possible!!!!

Very friendly staff. My baguette was very warmly prepared and tasted great (see photo). So food and service a full 5 stars. Unfortunately I only have to compromise on the ambience. The tables were not clean.

I'VE NEVER EATED SO GOOD. I found my meaning in life there again. The chicken teriyaki is exquisite. The service is outstanding and better than any other establishment I have ever been to.

I ate there today and it was just unbelievably delicious. The one of the employees, I think her name was Sienna, welcomed me wonderfully. She was in a good mood and really put a smile on my face even though I wasn't really in a good mood. All in all, it was great I'd love to come back often 😇

Waited 30 minutes for the food, the salad on the display no longer looks fresh. According to the employee, the best before date hasn't expired yet, so it's staying in. Really not recommended

I've wanted to eat something at Subway for a long time. I found it extremely expensive €27 for two people. We had to wait a very long time for service. Staff was very new and therefore unsafe. The tables were not clean. Subway itself only has a rubbish app. The points program is no good and SUB of the day no longer exists either

Back after three years! Once again I had a very good experience with handling “gluten-free”! The shop was very clean. We love coming here! A special praise and thank you goes to “Bambi”, who further enhances the store with her motivation and friendliness!

I can't even put it into words. Lettuce and cheese looked wilted and dried out. The cheese was already curling up at the corners. That's why I only used meat and peppers. The crowning glory, however, was the employees. No guest before or after me, completely alone and yet I had to wait forever as an order was being prepared. Two subs! Of course that's a priority, but the speed at which the bread was topped was subpar. If there had been more customers there, the employee would have completely collapsed. My experience in words: First the pickup was filled, then grilled, then my bread was sliced ​​and put aside. Then the other customer's order continued at a snail's pace. Then mine was further topped, then the completely mushy order was somehow packed up, then again my topping was added. Meanwhile, another customer was in the store and the order was picked up. Result, a colleague had to come along and I was allowed to have my sub, which was only half cut. If someone is new, that's all well and good, but you don't leave someone like that alone in a fast food restaurant. I wasn't surprised that the counter wasn't fresh anymore. If I hadn't taken the detour, I would have left like that again. It hasn't taken me that long, even in a full subway. It's better to drive a little further, at least until the hygiene, the training of the employees and the freshness have been improved.

Subway is subway, anyone who knows it knows what I mean. Subway are known for good stops. The employees were really extremely slow. I just know it differently, but I had to hold back a bit of laughter at the speed. One person was not a trainee. But both employees were nice, even if they were slow. There's still a bit of experience and speed missing, but I think that's still on the table

Very nice staff and beautifully renovated store. Unfortunately I found the bread a bit dry, I haven't been to Subway in 3 years and I'm not sure if I just got old bread or if the quality has been lowered. A footlong no longer filled me up like it did back then.

Ordered 5 subs 30 cm and pretty much everything was wrong + drinks and chips were forgotten. Called situations described and the answer was seriously yes, next time we could give 1 cookie for free. Customer service is different. The shit keeps coming in. How the store is holding up now is a mystery to me

Never seen a subway so unhygienic! The lettuce was wilted, the corn was brownish, there were white spots on the chedder, and the bacon and turkey breast didn't look appetizing. All in all, the counter no longer looked fresh (around 5 p.m.)!

I ordered two subs, one with olives, but two arrived with olives. I'm allergic to olives! I had to throw one away because of this! There was also hot sauce, which I didn't order! I also ordered another roll

Ordered at 5:45 p.m. 5:45 p.m. from Subway that the car has broken down and will be there in 20 minutes. So far okay. At 6.30 p.m. only when asked was information that the driver would be there at any moment. 20 minutes later that was the case. Food correspondingly soggy and cold. No “goody” or discount. Tip from long professional experience: say straight away how long it actually takes. If you don't know, mention that too or, if in doubt, add time. Then the customer is satisfied if it comes earlier. Honesty wins.

Dayo hat uns sympathisch empfangen und bedient. Zudem hat er unsere Wünsche herausragend beachtet. So einen wie Dayo würde ich mir auch anschaffen.

Das Ambiente ist nicht gerade das Modernste, aber das hat mich nicht wirklich gestört, da ich sowieso nur zum Abholen dort war. Was ich aber echt cool finde ist, dass dieser Subway auch liefert. Das gibt es sonst nur selten.

Die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich und haben mit Spar-Tipps geholfen.

Das Essen war wie bei fast jedem Subway in dem ich war gut und der Laden an sich war sauber. Das Klo... Auch nicht schlimm, aber ein Lappen wäre nicht schlecht.

Wenig Sitzplätze, am Sonntag Mittag nur eine Angestellte anwesend, obwohl in der Stadthalle eine große Veranstaltung war.

Mega Store. Mitarbeiter Top, Preise deutlich günstiger als bei uns (Nähe Osnabrück), Qualität der einzelnen Produkte super und Essen war sehr sehr lecker. Von Annahme bis zur Ausgabe vergingen vielleicht 3-5 min. Da war eine Frau, ich weiß nicht mehr wie sie heißt, aber sie war unnormal sympathisch. Kann den Laden auf alle Fälle empfehlen!
