Subway in Herborn

We were served by 2 men, one younger and one older. The younger one spoke almost no German at all, you wanted to place your order and were hardly or not noticed at all. Very slow work. To the older gentleman at the checkout he asked us several times "in the menu" we answered several times and it wasn't taken into account but he said okay. The shop order and cleanliness is terrible, the children's chair is also disgusting. Overwhelming in operation No desire to work

Subway Herborn was a disaster today, 9 people in line and one employee, the second one made her presence felt on the phone and in private conversations. It's getting worse and people are getting out again. Absolutely overwhelming and unfriendly on site

We were the only customers at the counter. Had to wait a relatively long time for the employee to come to us to take the order. The sandwiches were good as usual.

In general, I really enjoy eating at Subway, especially the chicken teriyaki is my favorite. Unfortunately, the quality varies greatly because there are always new waitresses. Sometimes it's excellent, but unfortunately it's currently rather disappointing. There is a lack of consistency - sometimes it's great, sometimes unfortunately it's terribly bad. I would still like to come back, but every time I am uncertain whether it will be good or not. The potential is there, but implementation is currently lacking. Hope this improves soon!

I was there last night and one of them didn't speak German well, but the young gentleman was very nice and helpful and brought me my food quickly and without mistakes.

The service was quite good, the girls at the bar are very nice and kind.

Just ordered there, asked for 'sub of the day', there wouldn't be any more was the answer. Then ordered a 15 sub, cream cheese was added. Then I said that he should make a footlong (30) out of it. It's no longer possible was the shift manager's curt answer. After a little dialogue, they did it without pointing out any additional costs for “effort” etc. The ingredients are more than sparse, two small tomato slices, 1 leaf of rocket, just a few corn kernels... true to the motto, less is more... carelessly topped. Then the surprise at the checkout: 14.38 euros. When asked why it is now even more expensive even though the Footlong (30 series) costs 12.48 euros, his answer, grinning: I would have stopped him and caused a lot of extra effort. FYI: There was no one behind us, so they both had time. 5 minutes later, when we were outside eating, the shift manager sits down in the sun with iced tea and smokes a cigarette in peace. So much for stress and no time. I will not visit this store again. This is just a rip off, plus the arrogant manner of the staff. That's not how you treat customers. I will no longer visit Subway. Really bad...

Such incompetent employees are crazy. Unfriendly as hell, every single one of them. And not the first time, the staff should be replaced. Standing behind the counter with 5 people, no one feels like working, the service is catastrophic, nothing is done, people leave. The young guy behind the counter has no interest in serving customers and just stands around. Pre-ordered with a 15 minute waiting time and had to wait another 20 minutes on site despite having 5 people on staff. Terrible, it was the last time...

Paid €7.19 for half a chicken teriyaki. And then you only get 2 half slices of cheese on it. Usury..

Food delicious and staff very nice

We were served by two young men. Communication was limited to the bare essentials. No information about the products. Both seemed extremely unmotivated and slow. One had the impression that the employees were not properly trained. The sandwich tasted good, but was badly cut and fell apart.

Sandwich was tasty but the rest is pretty wrong. The service didn't understand their own menus and the location had something of a car buyer feel about it. Unfortunately never again!

Nice little subway...somehow it's gotten very expensive but what can you do.

Probably the first day from the preparer. And unfortunately almost no German was understood/spoken. Didn't get what I wanted, even though I said it clearly and slowly, even several times. Then I didn't feel like it anymore and was hungry too, and then I accepted what was happening. Everything is delicious. But that was pretty far from professional. The other colleague, who had apparently been there a few days longer and spoke the other's language, didn't make any effort to mediate, even though he noticed the struggle. Very unfortunate. Next time hopefully not a rookie at the counter.

Easy to reach from the motorway. The ingredients are always fresh. We were served friendly.

I was in Sup today and wanted to redeem 2 offers via the app and was told that this restaurant doesn't do that. It's a shame ☹️ if you believe the advertising about the shed it works!!! The employees were still very friendly. It's probably due to the operator of the stall in Herborn. It's a shame ☹️

Staff very unfriendly. No hello or what you want, they just look at you. In addition, almost everything wasn't there. Waited in line for half an hour for nothing, left without food. A note pointing this out would be good, then you can save yourself the time.

If it's open until 11 p.m., there should be subs until 11 p.m. - so don't go here in the last half hour before closing

Uncomplicated stopover. With a nice view and a central location on the motorway. Alternative to the fast food restaurants within walking distance. Sanitary facilities are mostly okay and always empty. Another advantage for a quick pick-up and drop-off on the intermediate route.

I always like Subways - but these stores have recently become really expensive! The large selection is now comparable, but for 4 sandwiches with 2 drinks and 2 cookies, almost €50 is already very horrendous (imho). Unfortunately, the cleanliness within the chain often leaves a lot to be desired!! Employees who are spoken to often respond incomprehensibly or “are not responsible” - LOL - I shouldn’t be a “superior” in that case. 😉 The app sometimes doesn't find locations at all, so you could take the competition as an example. You should also have time, as depending on the number of visitors (and the queue), the preparation can take some time before you can finally eat. All in all, a 4 to 3+ 😉

Unfortunately, points were not redeemed here. The boss won't go along with that. This is what the friendly staff said.

Always very fresh and tasty, I was also lucky with the service. She was very friendly and prepared my baguette with love.

I like coming to this branch. However, the staff is super unmotivated and everything seems to be happening in slow motion. Also, the ambience is not that great. Subway wants to be modern, but there isn't even music playing in the store. That, along with the sleepy employees, creates a sad mood somehow. And for people with allergies or certain diets, there are not so many alternative options A gluten-free bread would be great and also a protein bread This would take Subway to a new level.

Extras, like other types of bread rolls, wouldn't work... The store opens at 11 a.m., you're the first one in the store, and then you're sitting in the dirt! The whole floor is full!!! That must not be!

You probably haven't found any slower staff. Saturday evening, the place was full and the staff were as slow as a snail

Apart from the fact that a large sandwich now costs around €14, at least they were tasty. The staff was completely demotivated and therefore unfriendly, which is probably something wrong with the management.

We were passing through hehe. Here you could eat in a relaxed manner, the employees were very humorous and patient with my father's very long order. Thank you very much for the delicious food. I will report any bad reviews about this store to Google Support.

Mega nice experience 🚫🧢. People EXCELLENTLY correct was really Mega Crazy. The bread I ordered also tasted great and I thought I was in seventh heaven. Thank you dear Subway team, you made my day.

Von der Subway-Krise merkt man hier nicht viel. Frische leckere Zutaten und frischgebackenes Brot. So wie es sein soll. Lediglich besondere Addons, wie Spinat oder reiner Senf waren nicht verfügbar und die Potato Bites waren nicht so lecker. Dennoch klare Empfehlung.

Leckeres Essen. Man sollte jedoch viel Zeit mitbringen. Stand in meinen letzten Besuchen mit mehreren Personen an und nur eine Mitarbeiterin halt die subs zubereitet und abkassiert. Sie hatte die ruhe weg. Man benötigt also sehr viel Zeit. Die 2. Mitarbeiterin war trotz großem Ansturm (den sie gesehen hat) und genug Ressourcen in der Küche geblieben.

Personal eher gelangweilt.Tische, sowie Boden nicht sauber. Preis-Leistung naja. Dafür das vieles extra berechnet wird,ohne die Info zu bekommen finde ich schade. Kassenbon wäre auch schön gewesen. Im großen und ganzen kann man mal hingehen zur Not.

LECKER aber etwas teuer. Nur weil der Subway an der A45 gelegen ist haben wir für das Menü etwas über 3 Euro mehr bezahlt je Person. Das muss nicht sein finde ich. Es kommen genug Leute. Da muss man nicht noch draufschlagen. Trotzdem war es Lecker 😋

Ich kam mir bei dem Personal vor als würde ich mit KI kommunizieren, aber nicht wie mit Menschen. Jeder Satz wie auswendig gelernt und so auch aufgesagt. Dazu ist hier der Sub des Tages immer erheblich teurer als bei anderen Subways in der Region. 2 Sterne gibt es von mir nur für die gute Qualität des Essen. Ich werde diesen Subway in Zukunft meiden und Restaurants in der nahen Umgebung aufsuchen.

Klassisches Subway Restaurant. Besonders zu erwähnen sind die Servicekräfte. Sehr höflich und gut gelaunt (selbst am Ende der Schicht). Wir kommen immer gerne hierher.

Der Typ hinter der Theke war ein no go. Wollte alles selber machen und stand sich und seiner kündigen Kollegin so was von im Weg und pampte sie ständig an. So was geht gar nicht. Die Leute standen Schlange (18)

Wie jeder andere auch also nichts besonderes

Seit längerem mal wieder Hunger auf ein Sandwich gehabt. Verglichen mit McD und BK, die in unmittelbarer Nähe sind, war der Subway leer. Vermutlich ist das auch auf die knackig angehobenen Preise zurückzuführen. Fast 15€ für ein Sandwich mit einem Getränk ist schon eine Ansage. Dass sämtliche Tische im Innenbereich nicht abgewischt und mit Krümeln bedeckt waren, lädt auch nicht gerade zum nochmaligen Besuch ein.

Immer sehr nette Bedienungen, das Essen wird frisch und schnell zubereitet und seitdem Subway auch Wraps im Angebot hat bekommt man hier wirklich etwas gutes zum günstigen Preis.

Essen ist sehr lecker. Viel Auswahl.

La atención fue explendida pero poca variedad de comida para elegir.

Geschmacklich gut, aber teuer. Bedienung war sehr freundlich aber hat leider ewig gebraucht obwohl keine andern Kunden im Laden waren . Kann man mal machen ….

Essen war gut aber wir mussten lange warten weil die eine Bedienung einfach ewig gebraucht hat um die Subs/Wraps zu belegen und in den Toaster zu schieben

Schöner Subway Standort, Service wie immer nett. Zutaten sehen frisch aus und Lokal ist bis auf die Toiletten sehr sauber. Manchmal leider längere Wartezeiten.

Super freundliches Personal, Vorallem die Bedienung mit den lila Haaren. wenig Wartezeit und das Essen schmeckt immer super :)

Hallo ich war jetzt mit meinem Sohn zum 2 x dort und war wie schon zuvor sehr zufrieden Essen prima Laden sauber und die Mitarbeiter waren höflich freundlich und haben mich sehr gut beraten nur die Kaffeemaschine war wie beim letzten Mal immer noch ausser Betrieb na ja wurde dann eben Pepsi getrunken deshalb leider nur 4 Sterne

Trotz hoher Frequentierung am Mittag war die wartezeit gering. Die Zubereitung verlief schnell und ordentlich. Und auch für eine Essensberatung nahmen die Mitarbeiterinnen sich Zeit, sie waren ausserdem sehr freundlich. Das Restaurant war sauber und ordentlich.

Sauberste und aufgeräumteste Subway gefühlt in ganz Deutschland! Freundliche Mitarbeiterin, alles top!

Ist von der Qualität der Belegung mit Abstand der beste im Umkreis und sehr freundlich.

Beim betreten des Lokals hat man gemerkt das sich was verändert hat. Neue Sitzgelegenheiten und voll hell. Dann wird man mit Du angesprochen was ich persönlich nicht mag. Die Dame nie gesehen und die Lust stand ihr auch ins Gesicht geschrieben. Geschmacklich war es nicht mehr so toll wie früher und teurer sind sie auch geworden. Es gibt kein Besteck mehr wo man sein Heruntergefallenes Fleisch mit isst. Musste mit den Fingern Essen. Die Servietten sind wie Raufasser und so dünn das man durch schauen konnte. Denn Mund kann man sich damit nicht ab putzen, schon gar nicht die Finger. Getränke konnte man früher auch so viel trinken wie man wollte. Ich habe 24€ für 2 Subways bezahlt. Da geh ich lieber das nächste mal Currywurst mit Pommes Essen.

Alles gut. Tische könnten was sauberer sein, aber ansonsten kann man net meckern. Personal ist gut drauf und freundlich.

Essen war ok... Wurde aber ziemlich unprofessionell und lustlos zubereitet. Sah dann dementsprechend so aus. Bei meiner Frau lag gefühlt der halbe Inhalt neben dem Brot und nicht im Brot. Nicht so cool... Würde nicht wieder kommen.
