Absolutely the worst place! You recently have to pay an extra 20 cents for packaging, which you only find out about when you pick up the food! Ridiculous and disgusting customer service! We ordered two meals and paid a total of just over €30. We placed and paid via the ordering terminal. The food was selected as "takeout." When our number flashed up, the employee wanted to hand us the entire meal unwrapped on a tray. When I explained that we had ordered the food to go, she rudely told me that the packaging and paper bag would now cost an extra 20 cents. She refused to explain why this wasn't indicated during the ordering process or calculated automatically. In her opinion, I should have obviously guessed. Instead of helping me, she ignored me and simply walked over to the Uber delivery driver. Her colleague then sold me the bag and wrapped the food. Actually, you were lucky that I kindly paid the 20 cents in cash; otherwise, you would have had to pay a much higher fee on the 20 cents. Maybe I should have just taken the tray home, because I wouldn't have had to pay 20 cents for it. Or maybe you'll implement that soon, too. Next time I feel like fast food, I'll definitely go to another place that doesn't treat its customers so rudely and stingily. I won't order from your shitty place again. Hell freezes over first! And since you're asking for feedback on this 20-cent bill, I'll gladly leave one for free. ;)

I ordered a sub with spread, slices, and grated cheese. When the order was ready, I looked and couldn't find all three cheeses. I went back to the employee. She rummaged through my sub with gloves and said, "There are all the cheeses..." My response was, "Where are they?" I can only see two, and only a tiny amount. Her response was, "That's just the way it is." Too bad. Everything used to be better. After all, you pay extra for that. It's a disgrace.

It's just no use to me if I end up having to wait three or four times as long. The staff were friendly and worked quickly. The food was standard Subway. There's plenty of seating. I bought a sandwich here on August 12th and discovered a suspicious dark spot on the bread that looked like mold to me. When I complained, the store manager said it was burnt cheese with paper residue and offered to simply scrape it off. There was no new bread or refund. I found this disappointing both from a hygiene perspective and in terms of customer service. I expect that when there are doubts about food safety, a new product is offered as a precaution.

A really cheeky shop with rude staff. There's currently a 2 for 1 offer going on, but it's not announced beforehand. It's also not mentioned at the counter when you order. You only get the coupon printouts to use on your tablet when you collect your food at the checkout counter. When I asked why you only get them at the end and not when you order, the cashier took the slip away and said we don't have to give them to you. You can choose between your sub and the coupons, or just your sub. Somewhat annoyed, I asked about goodwill and was told he didn't know what that meant. When I tried to explain, he rudely interrupted me several times and said I could just order two new ones. Not only were the coupons not displayed at the ordering terminals, you also had to put up with them.

The machines haven't improved anything here. It takes forever. Then I received the wrong sub. At home noticed ubd back. When I asked why I could be accommodated for the trouble and of course the driving didn't come up. I could eat the wrong sub or receive the one I ordered. Despite seven women and men working at the same time, we had to wait 25 minutes for our food. Apparently the new ordering terminal was introduced not to improve employees' workflow, but to give them more time for conversations and breaks. Instead of processing the manageable four orders at this point, the original seven people became two, who then continued to chat loudly, even though they could see the waiting customers right in front of them. Maybe it's also the employees' attitude to work that made me and the other customers visibly annoyed. My understanding of a fast food restaurant is different and I found the old personal ordering system much more pleasant. You have to know.

I ordered via Lieferando. Part of the order didn't arrive at all and one sandwich was wrong. But the support on the phone and the efforts of the employee were really remarkable. She took care of it until we had our missing/wrong things. The first attempt at a subsequent delivery went wrong (the Lieferando driver brought the delivery to us from someone else) but in the end we had everything. You don't often experience such good, customer-oriented work from an employee and hence the 3 stars, otherwise it would only be 1.

Self-service ordering tablets have now also been available here. Unfortunately, they don't work the way the customer would like, so you starve while you're ordering. Ordentlicher Subway im Foodcourt vom Eastgate in der ersten Etage. Die Bestellung und Zubereitung ging schnell. Die Mitarbeiter*innen waren freundlich und schnell. Erstens, das bei mir aktuell gezeigte Bild ist nicht von Subway. Meine Erfahrung mit Subway. Eigentlich holen wir uns ganz gerne Mal ein Sandwich bei Subway. Aktuell sind wir mit dem Service jedoch etwas unzufrieden. Die Mitarbeiter machen einen guten Job und müssen täglich wirklich viele Leute bedienen und das man da etwas wortgarg und "ruhiger" wird ist normal. Aber eben leider schade. Schlimmer ist aber wenn das Personal sich nicht versteht und es auch noch so raushängen lässt, das Service ausgelassen wird. Aber insgesamt ist noch alles "gut"

Nachdem wir sie angesprochen haben war sie unfreundlich und hat uns das rückgeld und die Ware einfach hingeschmissen. Jeder hat mal einen schlechten Tag aber das war nicht cool und unprofessionell.

In marzahner promenade sehr schreckliche unfreundiche mitarbeiter! baguett war sehr kalt und sehr weich salat war nicht innen sonder drauf und schwarze haare drin die verkàuferin hat schnell das essen weg gemacht. und der jungemann unfrendlich kein richtige umgang mit kundschaft er meinte wir mussen was anders nehmen oder nicht mehr kommen die akzeptieren nicht und mŏchten nicht ihr service verbessern sondern mŏchten ihr kunschaft verlieren. mein mann hat da neben in andere restaurant gearbeitet und wir waren stam kunde bein subway aber ab heute niewieder

Ich Esse gerne bei Subway, aber sowas ist mir noch nicht unter gekommen . Salat und Käse nur auf dem halben Baguette belegt und Bedienung liegt mit ihrer Brust beim Käse aus der Theke holen auf meinen Baguette. Einfach nur Ekelhaft Preis Leistung passt hier nicht zusammen. Essen war frisch und lecker. Leider hat dieser Subway keine SB-Terminal. Subs werden leider nur einmal erwärmt und sind deswegen nur lauwarm. Die Sitzbereiche im Food Court des Centers sind nicht wirklich ansprechend.

The footlong chicken fajita sub im Menü inklusive Spezieller Fleisch zubereitung ist das beste Sub, was ich jemals gegessen habe! Um dem ganzen die Krone aufzusetzen gönnt man sich dann freiwillig die 12er Cookie packung. ;)

Sehr unfreundlich gewesen das Personal nach dem man fragte ob es kein Tablet gäbe wurde nur gesagt ne gibt es nicht obwohl der Sitzbereich halb leer war und man musste sein essen so mit an den Platz nehmen

I got cold and tasteless food after 29 minutes. It took 29 minutes from ordering (inside restaurant) to get the order because of wrong ingredients were used twice. I was ordered to pay for each item separately (!) , a first , because “sandwich artist” didn’t know how cash register worked. Terrible miscommunication- tried German, English and French. I thought I was in a bad sketch. Didn’t finish the meal, it was terrible. Two out four items were wrong. Will walk 15 minutes further to order at a Subway. Avoid at all costs.

According to the opening hours, the place is open until 8 p.m., but then, 45 minutes before ordering, you're told that you only have 15 minutes to eat there because they're starting to clean up. Then the opening hours should be 7:30 p.m., so it can't be that difficult. Even though they're about to close, they only want to sell me one loaf of each type per person. Pretty ridiculous.

Very bad service. Outside the store they have a big advert for the sub of the day. When you order it, they just make you a large one without asking and ask you which fries you want, even though that all costs extra. Without ever mentioning it. Then when you pay I get a rude awakening. It just costs twice as much! When I point this out to the employee I am told that I should look properly. I never go to Subway and don't know the prices there. If I order a meal that's advertised outside I assume that's what I'll get. The cashier then even starts talking to me and makes fun of me. Never again. If there were negative stars I would give them here.

As far as the food goes, I think Subway is great. What I find really unfortunate, however, is that you've switched to displays. I liked the interaction with the employees better, and for me, that's part of what Subway offers.
