I bought a sandwich here on August 12th and discovered a suspicious dark spot on the bread that looked like mold to me. When I complained, the store manager said it was burnt cheese with paper residue and offered to simply scrape it off. There was no new bread or refund. I found this disappointing both from a hygiene perspective and in terms of customer service. I expect that when there are doubts about food safety, a new product is offered as a precaution.

Ordered online today and both subs weren't toasted; I ordered toasted separately. Always check to make sure everything's full when picking up; drinks are often "forgotten." Wait time is significantly longer than before - unfortunately, the employees sometimes stand around a lot and prefer talking to working.

A really cheeky shop with rude staff. There's currently a 2 for 1 offer going on, but it's not announced beforehand. It's also not mentioned at the counter when you order. You only get the coupon printouts to use on your tablet when you collect your food at the checkout counter. When I asked why you only get them at the end and not when you order, the cashier took the slip away and said we don't have to give them to you. You can choose between your sub and the coupons, or just your sub. Somewhat annoyed, I asked about goodwill and was told he didn't know what that meant. When I tried to explain, he rudely interrupted me several times and said I could just order two new ones. Not only were the coupons not displayed at the ordering terminals, you also had to put up with them.

The machines haven't improved anything here. It takes forever. Then I received the wrong sub. At home noticed ubd back. When I asked why I could be accommodated for the trouble and of course the driving didn't come up. I could eat the wrong sub or receive the one I ordered. It wouldn't be possible to keep the wrong one because it would have to be written off and then thrown away. When I pointed out it could still be written off, sver food doesn't have to be wasted, even stupid looks The real sub was also untoasted

Despite seven women and men working at the same time, we had to wait 25 minutes for our food. Apparently the new ordering terminal was introduced not to improve employees' workflow, but to give them more time for conversations and breaks. Instead of processing the manageable four orders at this point, the original seven people became two, who then continued to chat loudly, even though they could see the waiting customers right in front of them. Maybe it's also the employees' attitude to work that made me and the other customers visibly annoyed. My understanding of a fast food restaurant is different and I found the old personal ordering system much more pleasant. You have to know.

I ordered via Lieferando. Part of the order didn't arrive at all and one sandwich was wrong. But the support on the phone and the efforts of the employee were really remarkable. She took care of it until we had our missing/wrong things. The first attempt at a subsequent delivery went wrong (the Lieferando driver brought the delivery to us from someone else) but in the end we had everything. You don't often experience such good, customer-oriented work from an employee and hence the 3 stars, otherwise it would only be 1.

Absolute catastrophe, these self-service checkout orders take much longer, the terminals are worse than at McDonalds, they delay like crazy and take forever to load... And what particularly bothers me is that you can no longer see whether the employee has forgotten something. I ordered a chicken terryyaki there today without iceberg lettuce with Ricola and bacon (bacon costs extra). However, it was missing and iceberg lettuce was also on it... but I was only able to check it at home because I had taken it with me and before the crappy self-service checkouts were available everything worked wonderfully. Whoever invented this shit should be fired...

Now, self-service order thing... how complicated is that? Logging in with the app to get the points works for 1 out of 4 pieces... then they don't have everything you normally get there, for example sauces, and then it doesn't even accept the coupons... not even one... Plus, you can't understand how it's prepared, the way you know and have come to love it... since there's now a partition separating the areas. I don't know, they really shot themselves in the foot, at least at that location... I hope it won't be like that everywhere 🥺

Self-service ordering tablets have now also been available here. Unfortunately, they don't work the way the customer would like, so you starve while you're ordering. Once the device finally reacts and you manage to pay, the payment process with your cell phone doesn't work either. Wouldn't be a bad thing, just have a physical card with you. But before this can be used, the timeout alert is displayed. Since it doesn't respond to a fingertip any more than the order menu did before, the entire order is reset. It's not the first time that I've used an ordering process of this type, but never before has one worked so modestly. The employees don't really care. Although I was able to make contact through the narrow output gap, I unfortunately only received a shrug of the shoulders in response. Thank you for nothing. I can't see any increase in efficiency here.

Ordentlicher Subway im Foodcourt vom Eastgate in der ersten Etage. Die Bestellung und Zubereitung ging schnell. Die Mitarbeiter*innen waren freundlich und schnell. Die Preise sind etwas hoch für ein Sandwich, aber es ist alles frisch und wird direkt vor den Augen zubereitet. Zum Glück gibt es jeden Tag ein Sub was im Angebot ist.

Erstens, das bei mir aktuell gezeigte Bild ist nicht von Subway. Meine Erfahrung mit Subway. Eigentlich holen wir uns ganz gerne Mal ein Sandwich bei Subway. Aktuell sind wir mit dem Service jedoch etwas unzufrieden. Die Mitarbeiter machen einen guten Job und müssen täglich wirklich viele Leute bedienen und das man da etwas wortgarg und "ruhiger" wird ist normal. Aber eben leider schade. Schlimmer ist aber wenn das Personal sich nicht versteht und es auch noch so raushängen lässt, das Service ausgelassen wird. Aber insgesamt ist noch alles "gut"

2 Sterne weil wir gerne bei Subway essen. Der Service leider nicht gut. Asiatische junge Kollegin spielt vor uns mit dem Handy und beantwortet WhatsApp Nachrichten, statt uns abzukassieren. Nachdem wir sie angesprochen haben war sie unfreundlich und hat uns das rückgeld und die Ware einfach hingeschmissen. Jeder hat mal einen schlechten Tag aber das war nicht cool und unprofessionell.

Meine Subcard-Punkte werden in dem Kackladen grundsätzlich nicht gutgeschrieben, egal ob Karte gescannt. Das Kassenpersonal führt, während der Bedienung, persönliche Gespräche mit anderen Mitarbeitern, während der Kunde direkt davor steht und wartet. Meinen Belag soll ich dann mehrmals ansagen, da das Gespräch offensichtlich interessanter ist. An der Kasse werden Gespräche dann weitergeführt während der Mitarbeiter seinen Standardspruch abarbeitet. Eine Quittung bekommt man ebenfalls nicht. Das einzige was hier funktioniert, ist die Bestellaufgabe bzgl. Sub- & Brotsorte beim ersten Mitarbeiter. Die Filiale war mal besser und auch sauberer.

Die Zutaten für die angebotenen Speisen sind frisch und Schmecken. Ist für mich eine willkommene Abwechslung zudem Rest Fastfood was so angebotenen wird.

Bin eigentlich immer in diesem Subway und keinem anderen und fühle mich dort ganz wohl. Die Jungs und Mädels hinter der Theke sind flink und geben sich immer Mühe, hab eigentlich noch nie erlebt das irgendwer unfreundlich war und das Essen bleibt in der Qualität gewohnt gut und lecker. Immer wieder gerne.

Für einen schnellen Snack zwischen durch schon keine verkehrte Sache. Leider haben die Verkäufer etwas überfordert gewirkt und dementsprechend waren sie zu den Kunden. Ambiente ist natürlich im Einkaufszentrum gleich null.

Unfortunately, this is the only Subway nearby. Items have been missing from my orders several times. Today it happened again. I then called them and asked for a solution. However, I was told I would have to reorder my food at my own expense. When I asked for an alternative solution, the call was abruptly ended. After that, my call was repeatedly dropped. I've never experienced anything like that before. The woman who conducted the call was extremely unprofessional. In case anyone from management is reading this: I attempted to call on August 2, 2025, between 6:03 PM and 6:12 PM. The phone was briefly picked up several times and immediately hung up. I expect there will be consequences for this behavior. This is not how you treat paying customers.

I don't even know where to begin—this Subway visit was simply PERFECT! As soon as I walked in, I was blown away by the wonderful aroma of freshly baked bread. The feeling of having a sandwich made fresh in front of you is simply unbeatable. You can practically see and smell how fresh it is—and that's exactly how it tastes! The bread was wonderfully crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, as if it had just come out of the oven. The ingredients—crunchy vegetables, creamy sauces, juicy meat—not only looked fresh, but tasted fresh too. Every single bite was a delight, and you briefly forgot about the world around you. My sandwich was so perfectly balanced that I truly felt like it couldn't get any better! I'd also like to give special mention to the team there. Friendly, attentive, no one there could speak German, and welcoming—you felt like you weren't just a customer, but truly welcome. The way my sandwich was prepared, with patience, care, and sweat, not to mention a little extra spice—my greasy hair. All of this put a smile on my face. This visit truly made me happy. It wasn't just a quick meal, but a real experience. I left full, satisfied, and in a really good mood. For me, Subway exceeded everything that day—and I'm already looking forward to the next time. High praise and an absolute recommendation—from now on, Subway isn't just "fast food" for me, but a place where you can get real comfort food. ♥️

I'm really angry! I know from other branches that several customers are served at the same time. Here, the employee served one customer for 10 minutes while two other employees were chilling in the back. When I finally thought it was my turn, the Lieferando guy had to be served first. I left frustrated and hungry.

One of the worst Subways I have been to. Service is so pathetic, everyone is so rude and has no patience to hear to what customer wants. They close randomly telling order from app which doesn't work. If there was 0 stars I would have given. Every person is so rude. A person who was attending just left even without telling anything. Asked if cheese was made of pasturised milk because of pregnancy and they just told I don't know if you want I will give. Worst experience.
