Subway in Berlin

Could you please clean up outside? It's poorly prepared and makes you feel unwelcome.

They deactivated ordering via the official subway app so you‘re unable to earn or use reward points or coupons.

I had a generally good experience at this Subway. The staff were friendly and the service was quick, which I really appreciated. However, I was very disappointed with the Nacho Chicken Bites. They clearly hadn’t been in the oven long enough they were barely warm and had a limp, unappetizing texture. Definitely not what I expected. Hopefully next time more care will be taken in preparing them, or the whole product gets an overhaul because otherwise the visit was pleasant

I experienced a truly embarrassing service situation today. I've been here a few times, and the ambiance and service have always been at least okay. I don't expect 3-star cuisine or an amazing dining experience, but today was really bad! I walked into the otherwise empty shop late this afternoon and was coldly ignored for a minute. After I was finally noticed, I was extremely annoyed and told that they had to quickly take inventory of the counter, even though everything was there except for sauces!? Both employees then had to go through everything and were in the back room for minutes. When I was able to order, I had to repeat every step of the order, even though I had made myself clear. The oven was off!!! and had to heat up for 2 minutes. My 30cm sub wasn't cut, and I wasn't even given a farewell. The entire time, the waitress looked extremely annoyed and listless. I would understand a lot of it if it had been extremely early or late, but there were two guests sitting there who had ordered before me, and it was just before dinnertime. I have no idea what was going on, but I've never felt so unwelcome in a restaurant.

Surprisingly, given the subway's nature, I was disappointed with the staff serving us. They were unwilling to work. They insinuated that we were stupid for not knowing their language, "German." In short, a very bad experience that I don't recommend.

I'm really angry! I know from other branches that several customers are served at the same time. Here, the employee served one customer for 10 minutes while two other employees were chilling in the back. When I finally thought it was my turn, the Lieferando guy had to be served first. I left frustrated and hungry.

Unfortunately, I had to watch as an employee who had previously been wiping the floor with a mop wearing gloves then went behind the counter and used the same gloves to handle the food and prepare an order. I spoke to him about it because I worked in the catering industry for a long time and it should really be a given for anyone with an understanding of hygiene to at least (!) change their gloves. He seemed very annoyed and shrugged his shoulders to indicate that he didn't know what was wrong. His colleague, also visibly annoyed, then told him to just change his gloves. With a gesture as if this were a completely absurd request from me and as if I were the problem in the situation. But he had already touched all the salad etc. with his dirty gloves a long time ago. Please, please train your employees on hygiene.

This is a good Subway location. We had a vegetarian sandwich with onion and avocado sauce, and it tasted fresh with the classic quality you expect from Subway. The outside area was not very clean, so we chose to sit inside. It is conveniently located near the M train and U-Bahn.

It’s should be open untill 10pm but i was there 9:30pm and they already clean every thing and told us that they are closed .this is the service their employees provide.

Shitty place, the closing time 10 from the google but they started to closing an hour ago and do not taking orders after 9. Do not go there staff is also not good.

They're officially open until 10 p.m., but they stop restocking fresh produce after about 9 p.m. After 9:30 p.m., you can forget about it completely. 2. The prices are often incorrectly calculated. 3. Sometimes the salad is stale and brown.

Completely filthy restrooms, some without lighting. The health department should take a look.

Always calculate the amount yourself and check it carefully. Staff do not know their own offers and are sometimes unable to collect the price offered, even if they are given the advertising flyer at the checkout.

I wanted a small snack: bread with cheese and tomatoes and cucumbers, with a hot cocoa. What I got: Bread with "everything" and a bottle to drink that I was allowed to choose. When the salesperson (he hardly understood me) asked about the hot drink, he said "the boss only blames it for coffee" even though cocoa was listed. He was friendly but very difficult to communicate with.

A subway built like any other. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately, we weren't understood that well. Special requests were not fulfilled because they did not understand what they wanted. We ordered the barbecue rib. Unfortunately the patties were probably still frozen. They were put briefly in the oven to thaw. Unfortunately they were still ice cold when we received them. They also made us a new one as a replacement. This one was OK too. We will still go there again. We assume a slip-up. Next time it will be better again.

I had dinner there with my little son. He just wanted a sandwich with cheese and lettuce. There was no children's sandiche so he had to pay the full price. - Unfriendly to children. Then there was an innovation. You used to be able to choose your sauces. Now every sauce costs extra and instead of onion please chipotle is no longer available. - Customer unfriendly. Next annoying point. It's best not to ask for cash payment as they always only want credit card. - Consumer unfriendly. Ambience and quality correspond to the usual Subways standards.

Very bad store. I've been there three times due to a lack of alternatives and because of the low price (on offers) and have previously ordered online using the app. The wrong SUB covering was put on it the first time. The second time, only one SUB was made instead of two. The third time, the "professional" dropped my entire order (luckily wrapped) from the counter onto the floor... actually I should have received the order again. The staff is completely unqualified, doesn't even speak German and is totally out of place. 3 out of 3 fails - No. 4 won't occur to me.

Probably the only Subway ever where the portions weren't only filling but also delicious. In Norway, England and Sweden... where ever I ate Subway, they were stingy in filling the subs. But these guys in Berlin actually did make the sandwiches with love and care.
